Description

The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing shoes, and more particularly to a method for manufacturing shoes capable of forming a concavo-convex pattern on the outer peripheral surface of a sole.

U.S. Pat. No. 4,266,314 discloses a method for manufacturing athletic shoes. This method is performed in such a manner that two overlapping linings made of plastic material are placed in a mold, heated and pressurized to cover the slipper sole and upper, and then the outsole is bonded. However, this method has a drawback in that the components of the shoe are joined only by heating and pressurization, so that the coupling force between the upper and the sole is weak, so that they tend to be separated.

In addition, a method for manufacturing a shoe in which a pattern is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the sole is known. In this method, the insole blank is first heated and softened, and then the softened insole blank is placed in a mold together with the upper and the outsole, and heated and pressurized, so that the outer peripheral surface of the insole blank is molded with a mold. The pattern can be embossed. However, since the insole blank must be heated before being put into the mold, the shrinkage rate due to the heating is unstable. Therefore, when the heated insole blank is put into the mold, the mold Since it does not fit exactly with the mold, it is difficult to press the insole blank with the mold, and the embossed pattern on the insole blank also has a drawback that it is not well raised.

In view of the above, it is an object of the present invention to provide a method for manufacturing a shoe that not only improves the bonding force between the upper and the sole, but also allows the pattern to be raised on the sole.

In order to achieve the above object, the present invention includes a peripheral surface extending upward and downward along both the upper and lower surfaces and a peripheral space between the upper and lower surfaces, and a communication space formed in the upper and lower peripheral three surfaces. And a sole preparing step of preparing a thermoplastic sole in which a through hole communicating with the communication space is formed on the peripheral surface, and a peripheral surface extending upward along the periphery of the lower surface and the lower surface. The upper preparation step for preparing the upper and the cavity for molding the shoe can be formed by the combination, and the injection passages opened on the inner and outer peripheral surfaces are opened in the body. A mold set preparing step of preparing a mold set in which the opening of the inner peripheral surface is in a position corresponding to the through hole of the thermoplastic sole, and an adhesive applying step of applying an adhesive to the lower surface of the upper And the upper to the thermoplastic So that the upper edge of the peripheral surface of the sole is covered with the lower edge of the peripheral surface of the upper from the outside, and at the same time the opening of the inner peripheral surface is aligned with the through hole A mold set installation step for putting the upper and the sole into a cavity of the mold set, and a heating medium through the outer peripheral surface opening, the injection passage, the inner peripheral surface opening, and the through hole of the mold set. A sole expanding step of injecting into the communication space of the thermoplastic sole to soften the sole and then expanding the inner surface of the mold set against the inner wall of the mold set; and a shoe removing step of taking out the shoes molded from the mold set. A method for manufacturing a shoe is provided.

According to the shoe manufacturing method of the present invention, the sole is softened by a heat medium injected into the communication space of the thermoplastic sole and then expanded while facing the inner wall of the mold, whereby the surface of the sole is made to be the mold. Since it is brought into close contact with the inner wall surface of the mold set, not only the embossed pattern appearing on the inner wall surface of the mold on the outer peripheral surface is clearly clarified, but also the connection between the sole and the upper The power can be improved much more than before.

Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of a shoe manufacturing method according to the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings. 1 and 2 show a first embodiment of the present invention. The three preparation steps of the sole preparation, the upper preparation, and the mold set preparation in the manufacturing method of the present invention can be performed simultaneously without being mixed. In this embodiment, first, the sole is prepared, that is, the heat is prepared. A plastic sole 10 is prepared (sole preparation step). In the present embodiment, the thermoplastic sole 10 is made of TPU, but is not limited thereto, and a material selected from the group consisting of PVC, PP, ABS, PE, and TPR may be used. As shown in FIG. 3, the thermoplastic sole 10 is formed in a circumferential surface 13 that extends upward along the periphery between the upper and lower surfaces 11, 12 and the upper and lower surfaces 11, 12, and the upper and lower surfaces 3. A symmetric first through hole 16 and second through hole 17 are formed on the peripheral surface 13 and communicated with the communication space 14. The communication space 14 has a plurality of small walls by a continuous wall 15 with a through hole 151 as a support member that extends between a plurality of upper and lower surfaces 11, 12 in a space surrounded by the upper and lower circumferential surfaces 11, 12, 13. The space 141 is partitioned. The diameter of the second through hole 17 is made smaller than the diameter of the first through hole 16.

Next, the upper 20 having the lower surface 21 and the peripheral surface 22 extending upward along the periphery of the lower surface 21 is prepared (upper preparation step). Then, as shown in FIG. 4, a strip-shaped thin film protective layer 23 is affixed immediately above the portion of the peripheral surface 22 of the upper 20 that is covered by the peripheral surface 13 of the sole 10.

Subsequently, a cavity for molding a shoe can be formed by a combination, and an injection passage 401 and a discharge passage 402 are formed in the body, which are opened on both the inner and outer circumferential surfaces. A mold set 40 is prepared in which the opening on the inner peripheral surface is in a position corresponding to the first through hole 16 and the second through hole 17 of the thermoplastic sole 10 (mold set preparing step). The mold set 40 includes an upper mold 41 having a shoe mold 30, a lower mold 42 facing the upper mold 40, and two side molds 43 facing each other.

Then, an adhesive is applied to the lower surface 21 of the upper 20 (adhesive application step). Thereafter, the upper 20 is disposed above the thermoplastic sole 10 so that the upper edge 131 of the circumferential surface 13 of the sole 10 is covered from the lower edge of the circumferential surface 22 of the upper 20, and at the same time, The upper 20 and the sole 10 are placed in the cavity of the mold set 40 so as to match the opening on the inner peripheral surface (mold set installation step).

Then, as shown in FIG. 5, the hot air 50 as the heat medium is passed through the opening of the outer peripheral surface of the injection passage 401 and the injection passage in the mold set 40 with the outlet made of the second through hole 17 and the discharge passage 402 being opened. 401 itself is injected into the communication space 14 of the thermoplastic sole 10 through the opening of the inner peripheral surface of the injection passage 401 and the first through hole 16 to soften the sole 10 and then to the inner wall of the mold set 40. Expand while opposing (sole expansion process). Then, the first through hole 16 and the second through hole 17 are sealed via the injection passage 401 and the discharge passage 402 in the mold set 40 (through hole sealing step), and then molded from the mold set 40. Remove shoes (shoe removal process). Finally, the excess portion (C in FIG. 4) of the sole 10 that protrudes from the mold and adheres to the thin film protective layer 23 during the molding process is cut, and then the peripheral surface 13 of the sole 10 together with the thin film protective layer 23. Remove from. Note that the number of passage holes in the sole of the present invention and the number of passages in the mold set may be only one (that is, one heat medium entrance / exit), but the communication space 14 of the sole 10 is exchanged through the heat medium. In this embodiment, the first through hole 16 and the injection passage 401 as an air inlet and the second passage as an air outlet are respectively provided in order to keep supplying heat to the inside and maintaining a predetermined temperature. The hole 17 and the discharge passage 402 are provided, the pressure in the communication space 14 is controlled to be constant, and the sole expansion process is performed smoothly. At least one (in the present embodiment, the second through hole 17) is made smaller than the diameters of the first through hole 16 and the injection passage 401 as an inlet.

In the shoe thus manufactured, the sole 10 is softened by a heat medium injected into the communication space of the thermoplastic sole 10 and then expanded while facing the inner wall of the mold 40, whereby the surface of the sole 10 is molded. Since it is brought into close contact with the inner wall surface of the set 40, not only is the embossed pattern appearing on the inner wall surface of the mold on the outer peripheral surface, but also the coupling between the sole 10 and the upper 20 is made clear. The power can be improved much more than before.

Next, a second embodiment of the shoe manufacturing method according to the present invention will be described. As shown in FIG. 6, the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that in the sole preparation process, the thermoplastic sole projects from both the upper and lower surfaces to face each other and is connected to each other. The object is to prepare a sole 60 in which a plurality of hollow bodies 61 are formed as support members having both ends open. In addition, in order to reinforce the strength of the support member, a reinforcing material 62 can be placed in the hollow body 61. The reinforcing material 62 is made of a material selected from the group consisting of EVA, PU, TPU, and PVC. And as shown in FIG. 7, since this embodiment adds the abrasion-resistant layer 63 to the lower surface of the sole 60, the abrasion-resistant layer preparation step is performed together with the three preparation steps, and in the mold set preparation step, Those having a cavity corresponding to the addition of the wear-resistant layer 63 must be prepared. Of course, also in the mold set installation step, the wear-resistant layer 63 must be put in a proper place as shown in FIG. As described above, as in the first embodiment, the embossing of the pattern embossed on the inner wall surface of the mold 40 on the outer peripheral surface not only becomes clear but also the sole 60 and the upper 20 The bonding force between them can be improved much more than before. In the present embodiment, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

FIG. 8 shows a third embodiment of the present invention. The present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that it further includes an expansion means insertion step between the sole preparation step and the sole preparation step to the mold set installation step. In the sole step, a sole 70 having a recess pattern 71 as a communication space formed of a plurality of depressions and a plurality of ridges communicating the plurality of depressions on the upper surface is prepared as a thermoplastic sole. To do. In the expansion means inserting step, an injection hole (not shown) is provided in the depression pattern 71 at a position corresponding to the through hole of the thermoplastic sole 70, and the heat medium 50 is injected through the injection hole. If it does, it will be performed so that the expansion | swelling means 80 which can be expand | swelled in the substantially same pattern as the hollow pattern 71 is put. Accordingly, in the sole expansion step, the heat medium 50 is injected into the expansion means 80 in the communication space via the injection hole, and the sole 70 is opposed to the inner wall of the mold 40 by the expansion of the expansion means 80. While expanding. As described above, as in the first embodiment, the embossing of the pattern embossed on the inner wall surface of the mold 40 on the outer peripheral surface is not only clarified, but the sole 70 and the upper 20 The bonding force between them can be improved much more than before. In the present embodiment, the same parts as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals and description thereof is omitted.

As described above, the present invention can provide a method for manufacturing a shoe that not only improves the bonding force between the upper and the sole, but also allows the pattern to be raised on the sole.
