Description

The present invention relates to a filtration apparatus used for a filtration process for normalizing a contaminated liquid such as a plating liquid, a grinding liquid for machine tools, an electric discharge machining liquid, and food oil, and a filtration process for separating and recovering dispersed substances in a stock solution. About.

Various filtering devices have been proposed that use a filter medium to clean or dehydrate a stock solution such as a plating solution or a grinding fluid for a machine tool. Many of such filtration devices include a cylindrical filtration tank having a filtration space formed therein, and a filtration bag having an opening at the top and detachably attached to the filtration space.

The configuration of a general filtration device will be briefly described with reference to FIG. The filtration tank 1 has a supply pipe 8 connected to the upper part thereof and a discharge pipe 12 connected to the lower part thereof. Then, by the action of a water pump (not shown) disposed on the supply line 8 side, the stock solution to be filtered is introduced from the supply line 8 into the filtration space 11 of the filtration tank 1 and discharged from the discharge line 12. It has become. The filtration bag 60 is made of a bag-like filter cloth a, and the upper opening 61 is detachably held on the upper part of the filtration space 11. When the filter bag 60 is attached, the filtration space 11 is divided into the supply pipe line 8 side and the discharge pipe line 12 side by the filter cloth a of the filter bag 60. The stock solution that has flowed in from the air flows into the filter bag 60 and is filtered by the filter cloth a constituting the filter bag 60. And the filtrate which permeate | transmitted the filter cloth a is derived | led-out from the discharge pipe 12 out of the filtration tank 1, and the dispersoid contained in the undiluted | stock solution is filtered by the filter cloth a, and accumulates in the filter bag 60 as a filter substance. Will be. Here, between the inner peripheral surface and inner bottom surface of the filtration tank 1 and the filtration bag 60, a porous water-passing spacer 19 that holds a water-passing region 16 through which the filtrate flows to the discharge pipe 12 is provided. The undiluted solution is filtered over substantially the entire surface excluding the opening 61 of the filter bag 60.

Moreover, in the filtration process of such a filtration apparatus, the filtration speed | rate falls gradually because a muddy filtration substance adheres to the filter cloth a of the filter bag 60, the filter cloth a is clogged, and the filtration pressure rises. I will do it. For this reason, when the filtration speed is lowered to a level inappropriate for the filtration treatment, air is injected into the filter bag 60 from the air line 9 instead of the stock solution to remove moisture from the filter bag 60, and the filter bag. A dehydration process is performed in which the filter material deposited on the solid filter 60 is used as a solid cake. Next, a cake collection operation is performed in which the filter bag 60 is taken out from the opened filter tank 1 and the cake adhered to the filter bag 60 is collected. Then, the filtration bag 60 from which the cake has been removed or a new filtration bag 60 is reattached to the filtration tank 1 and the filtration process is resumed.

Here, in the configuration of the filtration device as described above, the filtration bag 60 has the same size as the filtration space 11 and has a simple shape that only faces the inner peripheral surface and the inner bottom surface of the tubular filtration tank 1. Yes, since the filtration area with respect to the volume of the filtration space 11 is small, the filtration rate is slow, the filtration process takes time, the cake is easily clogged, and the amount of cake recovered (hereinafter simply referred to as cake recovered amount) is also available. There was a problem that the cake collection work had to be done frequently because there were few.

And as a structure which solves such a problem, the inventor proposed the filtration apparatus shown to patent document 1 before. In such a configuration, the filtration space is divided into the inside and the outside by disposing a partition member, which is an annular water tower having a water passage hole, in the filtration space of the filtration tank. And the filter bag whose filter cloth area is wider than the conventional filter bag is attached so that it may adhere to the inside and outside of this annular water tower. In such a configuration, in the filtration process, filtration is performed not only on the portion facing the inner peripheral surface and inner bottom surface of the filtration tank but also on the portion attached to the annular water tower, and the filtration area is expanded. It becomes.

However, the configuration in which the filtration space is partitioned by a water-soluble partition member as in the configuration in which the annular water tower is provided has several problems. First, in such a configuration, in the mounting operation of the filtration bag, it is necessary to perform a complicated operation of attaching the filtration bag to the entire surface of the water passage spacer and the partition member on the inner surface of the filtration tank. This is because, in a configuration provided with a filtration bag with a simple shape in a filtration space without a partition member, it was injected even when a gap was provided between the filtration bag and the water passage spacer in the filtration tank when installed. The gap is naturally eliminated by the liquid pressure of the stock solution, but in the configuration provided with the partition member, the filtration space is complicatedly divided, so the gap formed between the filtration bag and the partition member is also caused by the liquid pressure of the stock solution. This is because it is difficult to eliminate, and there is a risk of the filter cloth being damaged due to the liquid pressure of the undiluted solution being directly applied to the filter bag during the filtration process. In addition, such a mounting operation becomes more difficult as the filtration space is more complicatedly divided and the filtration area is enlarged. Therefore, in a normal size filtration tank (diameter 30 to 50 cm), a single simple filtration bag is used. Compared to the configuration used, it was the limit to improve the filtration area up to about 3 times. Furthermore, the structure of the partition member such as the annular water tower is complicated and the manufacturing cost increases, so that the practicality in terms of cost is lacking.

The present invention has been made in view of the present situation, and an object of the present invention is to provide a filtration device that can be easily attached and detached and can further increase the filtration area, and a filtration bag used in the filtration device.

The present invention includes a cylindrical filtration tank having a filtration space formed therein, a supply line for a concentrate connected to an upper part of the filtration tank, and a discharge pipe for a filtrate connected to a lower part of the filtration tank. A filtration bag having an opening at the upper end and detachably attached to the filtration space, and filtering the stock solution introduced into the filtration bag from the supply pipe line through the filtration bag and permeating out of the filtration bag The filtration bag is formed of a filter cloth that is longer than the filtration space and is held at the upper part of the filtration space, and the opening. A cylindrical outer peripheral filtration part facing the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank below the part, and folded up and down several times inward from the lower end of the outer peripheral filtration part to stand up indefinitely from the inner bottom surface of the filtration tank Concentric annular filtration part, and the stock solution introduced into the filtration bag And filtered through the annular filtration unit, a filtration device, characterized by deriving the transmitted filtrate from the discharge conduit.

In such a configuration, the filtration bag is folded up and down a plurality of times inwardly from the lower end of the outer peripheral filtration part and the cylindrical outer peripheral filtration part continuous below the opening part. A substantially concentric annular filtration part, and the opening is held in the upper part of the filtration space of the filtration tank so as to be detachably mounted. Here, since the filtration space of the filtration tank is not partitioned by a partition member such as an annular water tower, the outer filtration part faces the inner circumferential surface of the filtration tank when the filtration bag is attached, and the annular filtration part is And it will be in the state which stood up indefinitely from the inner bottom face of the filtration tank, without adhering to a partition member. For this reason, the filter bag according to the present invention does not require the filter bag to be attached to the partition member or the like unlike the configuration in which the partition member is provided. Therefore, the filter bag has a wider filter cloth area than the conventional configuration. Even if it consists of a long filter cloth, it can be easily attached to the filtration tank.

And, the filtration bag according to the present invention is formed by folding a plurality of filter cloths that are longer than the conventional structure in the vertical direction and forming a substantially concentric annular filtration part extending in the vertical direction. In this case, the stock solution introduced from the supply pipe is supplied to the corners of the substantially concentric gap formed by the filter cloth of the annular filtration part without any delay. Then, the outer peripheral filtration part is pressed into contact with the water flow spacer provided on the inner peripheral surface side of the filtration tank by the liquid pressure of the stock solution, and the annular filtration part inside the outer peripheral filtration part is mutually connected to the filter cloth adjacent to the filter bag. It will overlap as if sticking to.

Here, conventionally, since the water passing region through which the filtrate passes is not formed between the two filter cloths overlapped in this way, it was thought that almost no filtration was performed in the filter cloths of such parts. The inventor has not adhered the filter cloths that are overlapped in a uniform manner, but is stuck in a state where large and small folds are generated everywhere, and the inside of the folds allows the filtrate to pass through to the discharge pipe. It has been discovered that it can act as a water area. And as a result of earnestly examining about the shape of the filtration bag which can make use of this effect | action, it came to this invention.

That is, the filter bag according to the present invention has a stable shape capable of supplying the stock solution introduced from the supply pipe to every corner of the filter bag by folding back a plurality of filter cloths that are longer than the conventional configuration in the vertical direction. Therefore, during the filtration process, filtration is performed on substantially the entire surface of the filtration bag excluding the opening. And as above-mentioned, since the filter bag which has a filter cloth area wider than the conventional filter bag can be easily mounted | worn with this invention, the still larger filter area is realizable than before.

More specifically, as described above, when the structure provided with the annular water tower is applied to a normal-sized filtration tank, it is about three times as large as a filtration device having a simple bag-shaped filtration bag. Although the expansion of the filtration area was the limit, in the present invention, the filtration area can be increased up to about 10 times by folding a plurality of filter cloths and stacking a large number of annular filtration parts. In addition, since the filter cloth of the annular filtration portion overlaps so as to stick, the filtration rate per unit area is slightly reduced as compared with the filter cloth of the portion facing the water flow area formed by the water flow spacer or the like, Such a reduction rate is lower than the enlargement rate of the filtration area that can be expanded, and a sufficient amount of filtration speed and cake recovery amount can be improved as compared with the conventional configuration.

Further, since the filter bag of the present invention has a stable shape formed by folding the filter cloth up and down, it can be taken out of the filter tank without extending the folded structure in the cake collecting operation. Moreover, since the annular filtration part is formed along the up-down direction, the cake sticking to the outer peripheral filtration part and the annular filtration part can be discharged from the opening only by shaking the taken out filter bag in the reverse direction. . Further, even after the cake is collected, it can be easily mounted again by simply storing it in the filtration tank and fixing the opening.

And the shape of this filter bag can be formed by folding up the filter cloth formed into the bag shape longer than the filtration space up and down. Such folding work can be easily performed manually, and the folding structure is three-dimensionally stable and does not require any reinforcing means such as sewing or adhesion, and can be manufactured at low cost. Of course, if the cake deposited on the filter bag is very heavy and there is a high possibility that the folded structure will collapse in the cake collection operation, it can be reinforced by bonding or sewing, and such a configuration is also included in the present invention. To be included.

In addition, the filtration bag is made of a filter cloth that is longer than the filtration space, and an opening that is held at the top of the filtration space and a plurality of annular folds that are folded back in the horizontal direction are continuous in the vertical direction. And a bowl-shaped filtration part facing the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank below the opening, and the stock solution introduced into the filter bag is filtered by the bowl-shaped filtration part, and the permeated filtrate is discharged into the discharge pipe. A configuration derived from the road is also proposed.

In such a configuration, the side surface of the filter bag is folded back in the horizontal direction to form a bowl-shaped filtration section in which a plurality of annular baskets are continuous in the vertical direction, and the opening above the bowl-shaped filtration section is formed in the filter tank. It is held in the upper part of the filtration space and is detachably mounted. In this mounted state, the bowl-shaped filter portion has its outer peripheral portion opposed to the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank, and projects a plurality of annular ridges folded inward into the filtration space. Here, even in this configuration, the filtration space of the filtration tank is not partitioned by a partition member such as an annular water tower, and it is not necessary to attach the filtration bag to the filtration space. Even a bellows having a ridge can be mounted in the filtration tank, and a filter bag having a large filter cloth area can be mounted with respect to the capacity of the filtration space.

In such a filtration apparatus, when the filtration process is started, the stock solution from the supply pipe passes through the center in the filtration bag and is supplied to every corner of the bowl-shaped filtration part formed on the side part. And by the liquid pressure of the undiluted solution, the bowl-shaped filtration part presses the outer peripheral part against the inner peripheral surface side of the filtration tank, and the bag part folded inward is mutually connected to the adjacent filter cloth on the outer side of the filter bag. It will overlap like sticking. Here, a large number of ridges are formed between the filter cloths of the abutted bowl-shaped filtration section, like the annular filtration section, and the permeated filtrate is filtered through the inner region of the bowl. By conducting to the inner peripheral surface side, filtration is performed through substantially the entire area of the bowl-shaped filtration part.

As described above, in the filtration device of this configuration, during the filtration process, the stock solution spreads over the entire area of the filtration bag, and filtration is performed on substantially the entire surface of the filtration bag excluding the opening. And even if it is in the filtration apparatus provided with the filtration bag of this shape, since it is not necessary to attach a filter cloth at the time of wearing of a filter bag like the composition which provided the annular water passage tower, the basket is piled in layers. Even a filter bag having a formed shape can be easily mounted, and the filtration area can be increased as compared with the conventional case.

In addition, the shape of the filter bag can be formed by manually folding the filter cloth formed into a long bag shape before mounting the filter tank, but it is easier to form when the filter tank is mounted. can do. In other words, if a long bag-shaped filter cloth without ridges is pushed into the filtration tank from the bottom, the side surface of the filtration bag is folded back in the horizontal direction, and a plurality of annular ridges are formed. Such a bowl-shaped filtration part can be formed.

Here, in the filtration bag provided with the above-described bowl-shaped filtration unit, a plurality of horizontal bowls are formed, and it is difficult to discharge the filtration material deposited between the bowls while maintaining the bowl shape. In the cake collection operation, it is desirable to extend the bowl-shaped filtration part once and then discharge the cake. As a configuration in which the cake can be easily discharged from the extended filter bag, a discharge hole for discharging the cake accumulated in the filter bag at the bottom of the filter bag, and an opening / closing means for opening and closing the discharge hole. Is proposed to provide. In such a configuration, the filtration bag is attached to the filtration tank and the filtration is performed with the discharge hole closed by the opening / closing means at the bottom. In the cake collecting operation, the filter bag is pulled out from the filter tank while extending the basket of the bowl-shaped filter part from above, and the cake attached to the filter cloth is peeled off by hitting and shaking the filter bag. And when the bowl-shaped filtration part is fully extended and all cakes are collected at the bottom of the filtration bag, the drainage holes are opened and the cake is taken out without inverting the elongated filtration bag. The cake can be easily recovered. Here, as the opening / closing means for the discharge hole, a binding tool made of a string, rubber, resin or the like for tightening the vicinity of the discharge hole of the filter bag can be used. Alternatively, the filter bag itself may be tied at the bottom.

Moreover, the same filter material as the filter cloth which comprises the filter bag of the conventional filter apparatus can be used suitably for the filter cloth which comprises the filter bag of the filter apparatus of this invention. Specific examples of the filter medium include paper, resin fiber, and metal fiber. Moreover, this filter cloth may be comprised with one type of filter medium, and what laminated | stacked multiple types of filter medium may be sufficient as it.

Furthermore, as a configuration for increasing the filtration speed of the annular filtration part and the bowl-like filtration part, the filtration bag is composed of a bag-like inner bag part made of a filter cloth and a flexible sheet having a higher water permeability than the filter cloth. It is proposed that the inner bag portion is composed of an outer bag portion covering from the outside. In such a configuration, at the time of the filtration treatment, in the portion where the filtration bags overlap each other such as the annular filtration portion and the bowl-like filtration portion, the outer bag portion having high water permeability is interposed between the filter cloths of the inner bag portion. A region where the filtrate can be easily passed is formed. Therefore, the filtrate is led out to the discharge pipe not only through the space formed in the filter cloth but also through the outer bag portion. That is, in this configuration, the outer bag portion is in a portion where the annular filtration portion and the bowl-like filtration portion overlap each other, and acts as a flexible spacer that forms a water passage region, and the unit area of the filtration portion The per filtration rate can be improved. In addition, it is desirable to use a mesh sheet etc. for the flexible sheet which comprises an outer side bag part.

In addition, since the filtration device of the present invention is characterized by a detachable filtration bag, it can be easily realized by using the filtration bag of the present invention instead of the filtration bag constituting the conventional filtration device. is there. Further, since the filter bag has a relatively short durability life and is a part that is appropriately replaced, a distribution form of only the filter bag is also conceivable. For this reason, it is composed of a filter cloth that is longer than the filtration space and is held in the upper part of the filtration space, and a cylindrical outer peripheral filtration that faces the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank below the opening. And a substantially concentric annular filtration part that is folded up and down several times inward from the lower end of the outer filtration part and stands up indefinitely from the inner bottom surface of the filtration tank. The filter bag used in the filter, or a filter cloth that is longer than the filtration space, has an opening at the top, a discharge hole for discharging the cake deposited inside, and a discharge hole at the bottom. An opening / closing means for opening and closing is provided with a filtration bag attached to a filtration device, a bag-like inner bag portion made of a filter cloth, and a flexible sheet having a higher water permeability than the filter cloth A filter composed of an outer bag portion covering the inner bag portion from the outside. Also included in the present invention for the bag.

In addition, since the filtration bag provided with the annular filtration part and the bowl-shaped filtration part according to the present invention has flexibility, descriptions such as annulus, cylinder, concentricity, vertical direction, and horizontal direction described herein are as follows. , Not necessarily strict. Therefore, the filter bag according to the present invention includes a bag whose shape is slightly changed due to deformation of the filter cloth or the like.

Thus, according to the present invention, the filtration bag is formed of a filter cloth that is longer than the filtration space and has an opening held at the top of the filtration space, and an inner periphery of the filtration tank below the opening. A cylindrical outer perimeter filtration section facing the surface, and a substantially concentric annular filtration section that is folded up and down several times inward from the lower end of the outer perimeter filtration section and stands up indefinitely from the inner bottom surface of the filtration tank. The filtration bag is characterized in that the stock solution introduced into the filtration bag is filtered by the outer peripheral filtration part and the annular filtration part, and the permeated filtrate is led out from the discharge conduit. The filter area can be easily installed even if the filter cloths are stacked in layers. Therefore, the filter area is expanded compared to the conventional configuration in which a partition member is provided like the annular water tower and the filter space is partitioned. it can. Therefore, the filtration rate can be improved as compared with the conventional case, and the frequency of cake collection work can be reduced by collecting many cakes at a time. In addition, this filtration device can be easily made by simply forming a filter cloth that is long above and below the filtration space into a bag shape and folding it back up and down. Therefore, the enlargement of the filtration area can be realized at low cost. Furthermore, in the filtration device of the present invention, the cake collection operation can be performed easily and quickly without breaking the folding structure of the filtration bag.

In addition, the filtration bag is made of a filter cloth that is longer than the filtration space, and an opening that is held at the top of the filtration space and a plurality of annular folds that are folded back in the horizontal direction are continuous in the vertical direction. In addition, even in a filtration device having a bowl-shaped filtration part facing the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank below the opening, a wider filtration area than the configuration in which a partition member is provided in the filtration tank. Since it can be formed easily and inexpensively, the filtration speed can be improved and the frequency of cake collection work can be reduced as compared with the prior art.

And in the filtration device provided with the bowl-shaped filtration part in the filtration bag, when the discharge hole for discharging the cake deposited in the filtration bag and the opening / closing means for opening and closing the discharge hole are provided at the bottom of the filtration bag In the cake collecting operation, the cake can be easily taken out from the bottom even if the filter bag is extended to be in a long state.

Furthermore, when the filtration bag is composed of a bag-like inner bag portion made of a filter cloth and an outer bag portion made of a flexible sheet having a higher water permeability than the filter cloth and covering the inner bag portion from the outside. The water permeability in the part which mutually overlaps the annular filtration part and the bowl-shaped filtration part with which a filter bag is equipped improves, and the filtration rate in this part can be improved.

Embodiments of the present invention will be described using examples.

First, a first embodiment in which the annular filtration part 42 is formed in the filter bag 40 will be described.
In FIG. 1, a filtration tank 1 is formed by shielding an upper opening 3 of a container-shaped tank main body 2 with a bowl-shaped opening / closing lid 4 that can rotate around a support shaft 5 as shown by a chain line in FIG. is there. The opening / closing lid 4 has an upper water flow area 6 formed therein due to its bowl shape. Connected to the upper center of the opening / closing lid 4 are a supply line 8 for a raw solution that is opened and closed by a closing valve 7a and an air line 9 that is also opened and closed by a closing valve 7b. Furthermore, a pressure gauge 10 is provided at a position slightly deviated from the center. The filtration device of the present invention is a water supply pump for feeding the stock solution from the supply line 8 to the outside of the filtration tank 1, an air pump for injecting air for dehydration from the air line 9, An operation device for controlling the opening and closing of various valves is attached. However, since this configuration can be the same as the conventional configuration, illustration is omitted.

The tank main body 2 is slightly reduced in diameter downward, and a filtrate discharge pipe 12 is connected to the bottom of the tank main body 2. Further, an auxiliary discharge pipe 13 for upper dehydration is connected to the outer peripheral part slightly above the lower bottom part. The mutual discharge pipes 12 and 13 communicate with the filtration space 11 inside the filtration tank 1. The auxiliary discharge line 13 is connected to the discharge line 12 through a closing valve 14.

On the inner bottom surface of the tank main body 2, a water passage spacer 19 b for forming a water passage region 17 for leading the filtrate to the discharge pipe 12 is provided between the tank main body 2 and a filter bag 40 described later. In addition, a porous water passage spacer 19 a for holding a water passage region 18 through which the filtrate flows is provided between the inner surface of the tank main body 2 and the filtration bag 40 described later.

And the filtration bag 40 is attached to the filtration space 11 of this filtration tank 1 so that attachment or detachment is possible. The filter bag 40 is made of a filter cloth a that is longer than the filter space 11 and is fixed to the upper portion of the filter space 11 by a holding ring 21. A cylindrical outer peripheral filtration part 41 facing the peripheral surface, and a substantially concentric annular filtration that is folded up and down several times inward from the lower end of the outer peripheral filtration part 41 and stands up indefinitely from the inner bottom surface of the filtration tank 1 The unit 42 is provided. The filter bag 40 corresponds to a main part of the present invention, and this configuration will be described in detail below.

The filter bag 40 is constituted by a nylon filter cloth a that is longer than the filter space 11 in the vertical direction. This filter cloth a is formed into a bag shape that is long up and down from the filtration space 11 by sewing or bonding the left and right and bottom corners. As shown in FIG. 2, the opening 43, the cylindrical outer filtration part 41 that is continuous below the opening 43 and located on the outer peripheral side, and the lower end of the outer filtration part 41 are used. A substantially concentric annular filtration part 42 is formed which is folded six times inward and downward. In addition, a lower bottom filtration part 44 is formed at the bottom corresponding to the center of the filtration bag 40.

The filter bag 40 is stabilized by being folded into such a shape, and becomes compact and can be handled easily. Then, the folded filtration bag 40 is accommodated in the filtration space 11 from the opening 3 of the filtration tank 1, and the opening 43 is fixed to the upper part of the filtration space 11 by the holding ring 21, as shown in FIG. And attached to the filtration tank 1. On the other hand, the attached filter bag 40 is removed without breaking the folding structure by removing the holding ring 21 and pulling up the filter bag 40.

Thus, the filter bag 40 of the present embodiment is configured with the filter cloth a that is longer than the conventional filter cloth 11 as compared with the volume of the filter space 11, and is folded inward after making it into a long bag shape. Thus, a stable and compact folding structure is obtained. And since this filtration bag 40 is mounted | worn with the filtration space 11 which is not divided by the partition member, even if the filtration bag 40 is comprised with the wide filter cloth a folded back several times, it can attach or detach easily. Can do.

When the filter bag 40 is mounted in the tank main body 2, as shown in FIG. 1, the lower bottom filtration part 44 of the filter bag 40 comes into contact with the water passage spacer 19 b on the inner bottom surface of the filtration tank 1, and the outer periphery filtration is performed. While the portion 41 faces the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank 1, the annular filtration portion 42 inside the outer peripheral filtration portion 41 is held in a shape that rises indefinitely from the inner bottom surface of the filtration tank 1.

Further, when the filter bag 40 is mounted, the outside of the filter bag 40 communicates with the discharge pipes 12 and 13 through the water flow regions 17 and 18 held by the water flow spacers 19a and 19b. The inner side of the filtration bag 40 communicates with the supply pipe line 8 through the upper water passage region 6 above the filtration space 11. That is, the filter cloth a of the filter bag 40 divides the filtration space 11 into a region inside the filter bag 40 that communicates with the supply pipe line 8 and a region outside the filter bag 40 that communicates with the discharge pipe line 12. The stock solution introduced from the supply line 8 is filtered by one of the filter cloths a of the filter bag 40, and the permeated filtrate is discharged from the discharge lines 12 and 13. ing.

Next, a series of filtration processes by the filtration apparatus of the present embodiment will be described.
When the filter bag 40 is mounted in the filtration tank 1 and the opening / closing lid 4 is shielded, and the closing valve 7a is opened, the water supply pump (not shown) functions to bring the supply line 8 into the upper water flow area 6. Stock solution is introduced. Then, the stock solution flows into the filter bag 40 from the opening 43, and every corner of the gap formed between the annular filtration part 42 and the gap formed between the annular filtration part 42 and the outer peripheral filtration part 41. It will infiltrate up to.

Then, due to the liquid pressure of the inflowing stock solution, the filtration bag 40 swells outward, the outer filtration part 41 is brought into pressure contact with the water passage spacer 19a on the inner circumferential surface of the filtration tank 1, and the annular filtration part 42 is adjacent to the filter cloth a. Are brought into contact with each other outside the bag. Here, as shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, since the annular filtration part 42 stands up in an indefinite shape, the filter cloth a constituting the annular filtration part 42 is adjacent by the pressure of the inflowing stock solution. As shown in FIG. 3, a large number of wrinkles p are generated between the filter cloths abutting against the annular filter part 42 as shown in FIG. 3.

Then, as shown by the arrows in FIG. 3, the stock solution that has flowed into the filter bag 40 permeates the outer peripheral filtration portion 41, and the permeated filtrate passes through the water flow area 18 formed by the water flow spacer 19a. The filtrate is transmitted to the discharge pipe 12 and the raw solution also passes through the annular filtration portion 42. The filtrate that has passed through the filtration tank 1 passes through a plurality of ridges p formed on the filter cloths a that overlap each other. It is transmitted to the water flow area 17 at the bottom and is led out of the filtration tank 1 from the discharge pipe 12. Similarly, the lower bottom filtration unit 44 performs filtration, and the permeated filtrate is led out from the discharge pipe 12 through the water flow region 17.

Thus, in the filtration device of the present embodiment, almost the entire surface excluding the opening 43 of the filtration bag 40 has a filtration effect, and filtration is performed on almost all of the filter cloth a folded in layers. . For this reason, compared with the case where the simple filter bag without the folding structure formed with the filter cloth a of the same material is used in place of the filter bag 40 of the present embodiment, the filtration area is about 7 times as large. The filtration rate immediately after the start of filtration and the amount of cake recovered are improved to about 4 times.

When the filtration process is continued, a muddy filtration material accumulates in the filtration bag 40, and clogging occurs in some parts of the filtration bag 40, the filtration speed decreases, and the pressure in the filtration tank 1 increases. This pressure increase is detected by the pressure gauge 10, and when the pressure exceeds a predetermined threshold value, the closing valve 7a is shut off and the closing valve 7b is opened, and an air pump (not shown) is further operated to High-pressure air is supplied into the filtration tank 1 to proceed to dehydration. As a result, the stock solution inside the filtration tank 1 is forcibly removed by the air pressure, and the muddy filtration material deposited inside the filtration bag 40 is squeezed to form a cake.

After performing this dehydration treatment, the closing valve 7b is shut off, the opening / closing lid 4 is opened, and the cake collecting operation is performed. That is, the holding ring 21 is removed, and the filter bag 40 is taken out from the filter tank 1. Then, the taken-out filter bag 40 is inverted, shaken, or struck without breaking the folded structure, so that most cakes attached to the filter cloth a are dropped from the opening 43 and collected. If there is no problem in the strength of the filter bag 40 after collecting the cake, it is mounted in the filter tank 1 again and the filtration process is continued.

Thus, in the present embodiment, the filter cloth a of the filter bag 40 is folded in the vertical direction, so that the cake in the filter bag 40 can be easily discharged while the folded structure of the filter bag 40 is maintained. can do. Therefore, even if the filter bag 40 is formed by the vast filter cloth a, the cake collecting operation can be easily performed. Further, when collecting and reattaching the cake, it is not necessary to touch the inside of the filtration bag 40 to which the cake has adhered, so that the cake collecting operation can be performed cleanly.

Next, the 2nd Example which formed the bowl-shaped filtration part 51 in the filter bag 50 is described.
In the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 4, the filter bag 50 has an upper end opening 53 fixed to the upper part of the filtration tank 1, and a portion facing the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank 1 is horizontally oriented. In this way, a bowl-shaped filtration part 51 is formed in which a plurality of ring-shaped ridges are continuous in the vertical direction. Hereinafter, the configuration of the filter bag 50 will be described in detail. In addition, since the structure of the filtration tank 1 etc. other than the filter bag 50 is a structure similar to a 1st Example, the filtration apparatus of a present Example attaches | subjects the same code | symbol and abbreviate | omits description.

The filter bag 50 of this embodiment is composed of the same long nylon filter cloth a as in the first embodiment, and a mesh sheet b having approximately the same size as the filter cloth a. And this filter cloth a and the mesh sheet | seat b are piled up, and it shape | molds in the elongate bag shape by which the filter cloth a becomes an inner side and the mesh sheet | seat b becomes an outer side by sewing the corner of right and left and a bottom part. Then, as shown in FIG. 5, a plurality of side surfaces are folded back in the horizontal direction, thereby forming a filtration bag 50 having a bellows-shaped bowl-shaped filtration part 51 in which a plurality of ring-shaped ridges are continuous in the vertical direction. Here, the filter bag 50 is composed of a filter cloth a and a mesh sheet b stacked on the inside and outside, and the filter bag 50 is composed of a bag-like inner bag portion 55 made of the filter cloth a and a mesh sheet b and an inner bag portion. An outer bag portion 56 that covers 55 from the outside. Also, a drain hole 57 for collecting the cake is formed in the sewn bottom. In the vicinity thereof, a resinous binding tool 58 is attached from the outside, and the discharge hole 57 is closed by the binding tool 58 so as to be opened and closed.

Further, the bowl shape of the bowl-shaped filtration part 51 of the filtration bag 50 is formed when the filtration bag 1 is attached to the filtration tank 1. That is, as shown in FIG. 6, when a long bag-shaped filter bag 50 without a bowl shape is stored in the filter tank 1 from the bottom and is gradually pushed into the filter space 11, the side surface portion is on the bottom side. It bends in the horizontal direction and is folded back inward to form an annular ridge. And if this is repeated until all the filtration bags 50 are settled in the filtration space 11, as shown in FIG. 4, the present Example which has the bowl-shaped filtration part 51 in the position facing the inner peripheral surface of the filtration tank 1 is shown. The filter bag 50 is formed.

The filtration process by the filtration apparatus of the present embodiment is basically performed in the same manner as in the first embodiment. First, the stock solution is introduced from the supply pipe 8 by the operation of the water pump and flows into the filter bag 50 from the opening 53. The undiluted stock solution flows down through the center of the filter bag 50 and enters the outer bowl-shaped filtration part 51 without any delay. Then, the filtration bag 50 gradually expands due to the liquid pressure of the stock solution. As shown in FIG. 7, the bowl-shaped filtration part 51 presses the outer peripheral portion against the water flow spacer 19a on the inner circumferential surface of the filtration tank 1 and has a bowl-like shape. The part folded inward of the filtration part 51 will overlap with the part which adjoins up and down on the outside. Here, since the large and small ridges p are generated on the entire surface of the overlapping portion of the bowl-shaped filtration part 51 as in the case of the annular filtration part 42 of the first embodiment, However, filtration will be performed. Further, in this embodiment, the filter bag 50 is formed by superposing the inner bag portion 55 made of the filter cloth a and the outer bag portion 56 made of the mesh sheet b, so that the filter cloth a, A mesh sheet b is interposed between a. That is, since not only the ridges p but also the water passing area by the mesh sheet b is formed between the overlapping parts of the bowl-shaped filtration part 51, compared to the configuration without the mesh sheet b, In the filter cloth a, filtration is performed with higher efficiency.

As described above, even in the filtration device of the present embodiment, almost the entire surface excluding the opening 53 of the filtration bag 50 has a filtration action, and filtration is performed on almost all of the filter cloth a folded in layers. . Moreover, since the filtration bag 50 is the structure which piled up the inner side bag part 55 which consists of the filter cloth a, and the outer side bag part 56 which consists of the mesh sheet | seat b, it is efficient also in the part which the bowl-shaped filtration part 51 mutually overlaps. Filtration is often performed. For this reason, compared with the case where the simple filter bag without the folding structure formed with the filter cloth a of the same material is used instead of the filter bag 50 of the present embodiment, a filtration area of about 9 times is realized, The filtration rate immediately after the start of filtration and the amount of cake recovered are improved to about 8 times.

Next, the cake collection | recovery operation | work in the filtration apparatus of a present Example is demonstrated with reference to FIG.
In this embodiment, the filter bag 50 is not removed from the tank main body 2 while maintaining its folded structure, but the cake c attached to the filter cloth a is removed by extending the bowl-shaped filtration part 51 when removing it. Drop it on the bottom of the bag. That is, after the dehydration process, the opening / closing lid 4 is opened, and the holding ring 21 is removed from the tank main body 2. And as shown in FIG. 8, the opening part 53 of the filtration bag 50 is hold | gripped and pulled up, and the wrinkle of the bowl-shaped filtration part 51 is extended from upper part. At this time, the extended portion of the filter bag 50 is hit and the filter cloth a is vibrated, whereby the cake c attached to the filter cloth a is peeled downward. By repeating this, the filter bag 50 is taken out from the tank main body 2 in a state where the bowl-shaped filter part 51 is completely extended, and the cake c in the filter bag 50 is deposited on the bottom of the bag. Therefore, the cake c deposited on the bottom is easily discharged from the discharge hole and collected by loosening the binding tool 58 and opening the discharge hole 57. The filter bag 50 from which the cake c has been removed can be used continuously by tightening the binding tool 58 again, closing the discharge hole 57, and reattaching the filter tank 1.

Thus, in the filter bag 50 of the present embodiment, it is necessary to extend the bowl-shaped filter part 51 and make the filter bag 50 into a long bag shape in the cake collecting operation. If the cake c is taken out from the discharge hole 57 formed in the bottom using the method, the cake c can be easily recovered.

In addition, this invention is not limited to the method of the said Example, In the range of the main point of this invention, it can change suitably. For example, the illustrated annular filtration unit is formed by folding a bag-shaped filter cloth up and down six times, but the number of times of folding and the vertical width can be arbitrarily changed. Similarly, the number of the ridges to be formed, the width of the ridges, and the like can be changed in addition to those shown in this embodiment with respect to the ridge shape of the ridge-shaped filtration part. Further, in the examples, the example in which the filter bag is configured by only the filter cloth and the two examples in which the filter cloth and the mesh sheet are overlapped are shown, but the material of the filter bag is the filtration of each example. The filter bag having the shape of the first embodiment may be a double structure using a mesh sheet, and the filter bag having the shape of the second embodiment is composed only of a filter cloth. It doesn't matter.

Furthermore, the conventional configuration can be suitably used for the filtration tank used in the present embodiment and other configurations of the filtration device, and can be appropriately implemented instead of the configuration shown in the present embodiment. For example, in this embodiment, the undiluted solution is filtered by the pressurization method from the undiluted solution supply side, but may be performed by the depressurization method from the defiltrate discharge side. It is also possible to precoat the filter bag with a filter aid. Further, the shape of the water passage spacer and the filtration space of the filtration tank can be changed without departing from the gist of the present invention.
