Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a furnace equipped with an electromagnetic coil and thermally decomposes waste by electromagnetic induction. In particular, the furnace can be installed in a plurality of stages to increase the processing efficiency, and can be burned efficiently to the end. The present invention relates to an induction heating type pyrolysis furnace that can treat the harmful gas as much as possible.
In conventional incinerators, waste is put into a combustion container and then burned by injecting a gas flame, or gas is blown upward from below and discarded using that force. There was a fluidized bed type that stirs and burns things. There has also been an induction heating incinerator in which waste is incinerated in a container heated by electromagnetic induction from an electromagnetic coil. According to induction heating, only a container such as graphite or metal is heated, so that there are advantages such as high energy efficiency, high heating and cooling speed, and no heat generation other than the container.
In these incinerators, even when trying to heat the waste at once, uneven burning tends to occur, combustion efficiency is poor, incomplete combustion occurs, and harmful gases such as dioxin are generated. there were. Such a problem similarly occurred in an induction heating incinerator equipped with an induction coil. In addition, according to the treatment standards of the Waste Disposal Law, it was stipulated that incineration only prohibited the use of open burning and incineration using treatment facilities. It can be said that the emission concentration standards for dioxins are strict. In order to treat industrial waste while satisfying these standards, higher efficiency and more complete combustion capacity are required.
Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a pyrolysis furnace that has a good combustion efficiency and can decompose without harmful gases such as dioxin as much as possible.
The above-described problem is that a plurality of stages of electromagnetic induction containers including a waste intake port, a discharge port, an outer induction heating coil, and a screw conveyor that conveys an inner combustion object are provided in a row. The discharge port of the electromagnetic induction container and the intake port of the subsequent electromagnetic induction container are connected, and a double shutter that can be sealed is provided at the intake and discharge ports of the electromagnetic induction container that performs the thermal decomposition treatment. This is achieved by using an induction heating type pyrolysis furnace provided with an exhaust port for lowering the internal atmospheric pressure at any part. For example, when the number of stages is two and each of them is an electromagnetic induction container that performs a thermal decomposition treatment, even if a double shutter is provided at each inlet and outlet, or the previous stage A double shutter may be provided at the mouth and the discharge outlet at the rear stage. Also, for example, when the number of stages is three and the first stage is an electromagnetic induction container provided to perform the waste drying process described later, the intake port of the first stage is used as a single shutter, and the next stage It is possible to provide a double shutter at the discharge port connected to the intake port of the electromagnetic induction container that performs the thermal decomposition treatment. In any case, the electromagnetic induction container in the stage where the thermal decomposition treatment is performed must be configured to be able to be sealed with a double shutter. The vent hole may be provided in each of the electromagnetic induction containers that perform the thermal decomposition process, or may be provided in a plurality of electromagnetic induction containers that can be opened through the shutter.
The electromagnetic induction vessel of the induction pyrolysis furnace is formed by rotary casting, but generally can only be manufactured up to a length of about 1800 millimeters. If this can be taken longer, the time required for the processing will be longer, so that the performance will be further improved and the efficiency will be improved. Therefore, in the present invention, the electromagnetic induction container is horizontally arranged in a plurality of stages of two or more stages. Since the combustion efficiency is good, it can be decomposed without producing harmful gases such as dioxin as much as possible. It is also possible to change the role depending on the stage. For example, the waste is dried by making the diameter of the first stage relatively thin and the length relatively short, and the thermal decomposition process is performed in the next stage. That is, the combination between the stages can be performed freely. Although it is possible to arrange the first stage electromagnetic induction container in a vertical position, if this is the case, the waste that is being treated falls due to gravity and is sent to the next electromagnetic induction container. The screw conveyor is not necessary, but the overall height of the device is high, so there is a problem that the installation location is troubled. It can be installed low.
The intake port is a port for introducing waste into the electromagnetic induction container, and the discharge port is a port for discharging combustion ash from the electromagnetic induction container. After introducing waste into the inside of the intake port of the electromagnetic induction container that performs the thermal decomposition treatment, close the double shutter to make the inside sealed, and evacuate the air from the vent to the vacuum or near vacuum. Then, the coil for induction heating is energized to bring the inside of the electromagnetic induction container into a high temperature state. The waste in the electromagnetic induction container is conveyed through a high temperature state to a discharge port by a screw conveyor. When sending or discharging waste into an electromagnetic induction container that performs thermal decomposition, the double shutter is operated so that the other shutter is closed when one of the shutters constituting the shutter is opened. The electromagnetic induction container for performing the thermal decomposition treatment should not be directly connected to the outside. This is expressed as sealed. In the case where each of the electromagnetic induction containers is provided with the vent hole, the speed of venting can be increased.
In this induction heating type pyrolysis furnace, the combustion energy itself is electricity and very clean. When an alternating current is passed through the electromagnetic induction coil, an induction current is generated in an electromagnetic induction container (furnace) made of an alloy placed in the coil by the magnetic lines generated from the coil, and heat is rapidly generated. As a result, the waste can be decomposed almost completely, that is, with a very good thermal decomposition efficiency, and without generating harmful gases such as dioxin as much as possible.
The amount of heat generated is determined by the material and mass of the electromagnetic induction container and the amount of electrical energy supplied to the electromagnetic induction coil. Therefore, the power applied to the coil can be adjusted freely, so that the disassembly control can be performed flexibly.
Further, according to the present invention, each electromagnetic induction container can be provided with a detachable portion at the intake port and the discharge port so that the electromagnetic induction container can be replaced with one having a different capacity depending on the waste to be processed. . As described above, it is convenient if the size and processing capacity of the electromagnetic induction container can be changed according to the application. If an attachment / detachment portion is provided at the intake port and the discharge port, it is possible to replace the electromagnetic induction container with an optimum one according to the type of waste to be processed and the desired processing capacity.
Moreover, the electromagnetic induction container of the front | former stage of the electromagnetic induction container which performs a thermal decomposition process shall be what performs the drying process of a waste material. As described above, since the role can be changed depending on the stage, it is preferable to arrange the waste drying stage prior to the pyrolysis stage.
The electromagnetic induction container can have a double wall surface. By using an electromagnetic induction container that is doubled from the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder, the heat insulation effect can be increased. In addition, it is possible to evacuate from the space between the inner cylinder and the outer cylinder for explosion-proof measures.
Further, the periphery of the electromagnetic induction container can be covered with a heat insulating material. This electromagnetic induction container generates heat by energizing an induction heating coil on the outside thereof. Therefore, by taking the arrangement of the electromagnetic induction vessel, heat insulating material, and coil in order toward the outside, the heat insulating material will block the heat from the electromagnetic induction vessel, and outside the induction heating type pyrolysis furnace. Even if an operator touches it, it is safe, and there is an effect that less heat is transmitted to the coil. In addition, it is also possible to use together with the double structure of the electromagnetic induction container mentioned above.
Further, a carbide cooling device may be provided at the outlet of the final electromagnetic induction container. Waste in the electromagnetic induction container is conveyed through the high temperature container toward the discharge port by the screw conveyor. During this time, the thermal decomposition treatment of the waste proceeds, and combustion ash (in the form of carbon) is taken out from the discharge port. Since the combustion ash is at a high temperature, a carbide cooling device is used to cool the combustion ash. It is provided.
The electromagnetic induction container may be provided with an explosion-proof safety valve. If a large amount of gas is generated unintentionally and unexpectedly from the waste being processed in the electromagnetic induction container that performs the thermal decomposition treatment, there is a possibility that the electromagnetic induction container may be dangerous. In preparation for such a case, gas is vented from the safety valve. This makes the electromagnetic induction container safer.
Further, a control device that controls opening and closing of the double shutter can be provided. As described above, the double shutter is operated so that when one is opened, the other is closed so that the electromagnetic induction container does not directly communicate with the outside. For example, if the inner shutter of the double shutter of the first electromagnetic induction container is closed and at least one of the double shutters at the outlet of the final electromagnetic induction container is closed, the electromagnetic induction container is almost sealed. Is in a state. At this time, since the outer shutter of the double shutter of the first electromagnetic induction container is opened, the waste can be taken up to the front of the inner shutter. By closing the outer shutter and then opening the inner shutter, the waste can be taken into the electromagnetic induction container while the electromagnetic induction container is sealed. Similarly, if the outer shutter of the double shutter at the outlet of the final stage electromagnetic induction container is closed and at least one of the double shutters of the first stage electromagnetic induction container is closed, the electromagnetic induction container will be It is almost sealed. Under this condition, the outer shutter of the double shutter of the discharge port of the final stage electromagnetic induction container is closed, so that the combustion ash can be discharged to the front of the outer shutter. By closing the inner shutter and then opening the outer shutter, the combustion ash can be discharged out of the electromagnetic induction container while the electromagnetic induction container is sealed. As described above, since the control of the double shutter can be performed automatically and appropriately by the control device, it is easy to open and close the shutter, and it is possible to prevent the occurrence of errors. In addition, it is also possible to comprise so that it can control with a control apparatus including single shutters other than a double shutter.
Each electromagnetic induction container can be detachably mounted on the receiving portion of the housing having the receiving portion. When the electromagnetic induction container is placed in the housing, it is effective when you do not want to dispose of waste that contains pathogenic bacteria that may cause problems, such as medical waste, outside of the electromagnetic induction container. To do. Gas leaks can be suppressed in the housing. The shape of the housing is arbitrary, and even if attached to the material, an iron wall surface or a concrete wall surface is arbitrary. Therefore, it is possible to mount the pyrolysis furnace of the present invention on an automobile, or use a concrete wall as a building itself. Moreover, this housing | casing shall be comprised so that sealing is possible. Moreover, the wall surface of the said housing | casing shall be covered with the heat insulating material. According to this configuration, even when heat is generated from the thermal decomposition furnace of the present invention, it is possible to suppress the heat from being shielded by the heat insulating material and going out of the casing. The heat insulating material is provided along the inner side wall and the outer side wall of the housing. A sprinkler may be provided in the housing. According to this configuration, even if a fire breaks out from the pyrolysis furnace, the fire can be stopped in the casing. The sprinkler should be sprayed with water or a suitable fire extinguishing agent manually or automatically.
Further, the electromagnetic induction container can be housed in a casing that blocks electromagnetic waves. With this configuration, it is possible to prevent electromagnetic waves generated from the induction coil from leaking outside the electromagnetic induction container.
By arranging the electromagnetic induction container in multiple stages, it becomes possible to substantially increase the overall length of the magnetic induction container, and the time required for the thermal decomposition treatment of waste becomes longer. It has become. You can also change abilities and roles depending on the stage. In addition, since there is no vertical stage, it is possible to install with the overall height lowered.
(First embodiment)
FIGS. 1 to 3 show a first embodiment of the present invention. This feature is characterized in that the
The first stage
The
Next, the
Next, the last stage in FIG. 1 is a cooling
These are housed in a
(Second Embodiment)
The
(Third embodiment)
Next, FIG. 5 is a block diagram of the control unit of this embodiment. Similar to the first embodiment described above, the second stage
(Fourth embodiment)
Next, FIG. 6 is a schematic view in plan view of the induction heating type pyrolysis furnace of this embodiment. Similarly to the first embodiment described above, the second stage
(Fifth embodiment)
The
(Sixth embodiment)
FIG. 8 shows a
(Seventh embodiment)
FIG. 9 is an explanatory diagram of a cutter according to the seventh embodiment. This can be provided in the hopper 4, the
The present invention is not limited only to these embodiments. Various modifications can be provided within the spirit of the present invention. For example, the form of the electromagnetic induction container is arbitrary. Further, since the type of the double shutter is also arbitrary, for example, it does not perform a rotational movement like the
