Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a performance device that produces a sounding body such as a lead using an actuator such as a solenoid coil.
A performance device such as a music box is usually played by generating a sound by, for example, playing a plurality of leads, which are sound generators, individually by a driving member or the like. In such a performance device, a single comb in which one lead corresponds to each pitch is generally used. In single combs, the same pitch is produced with one lead, so there is a limit to obtaining good sound quality, and small leads do not have enough volume, especially in the low range. It is often felt that.
However, in the above-mentioned
In general, in a performance device such as a music box, the same lead may be played again before the vibration of the played lead is sufficiently attenuated. That is, when the same pitch is continuously generated in a short time, the same lead is continuously played. In this case, when the driving member touches the vibrating lead, noise due to chattering is generated, which makes it difficult to produce a good sound.
By the way, in order to eliminate unnecessary reverberation of the reed lead, a vibration stop member is provided in the vicinity of the drive member, and after the drive member bounces the lead, the corresponding vibration stop member abuts on the lead and the vibration It may be configured to forcibly stop the operation. However, in this case, since the reverberation of the lead is uniformly stopped, there is no problem if the reverberation of the lead is unnecessary, but it is not possible to appropriately deal with the case where it is desired to sound the same pitch while maintaining the reverberation. Therefore, it has been difficult to achieve optimal sound generation when the same pitch is continuous.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and a first object of the present invention is to provide a performance device that can produce a heavy tone without increasing the number of leads. .
A second object of the present invention is to provide a performance device that can generate a good tone even when the same pitch is continuous.
In order to achieve the first object, a performance device according to
According to this configuration, with respect to the pronunciation of the same pitch, the pitch corresponding to the sounding body is pronounced by the alternative sounding means based on the stored sounding waveform data and superimposed on the sounding of the sounding body. For example, it is possible to realize a sound having a thickness or depth by increasing the sound volume or superimposing with a slight shift in pitch. Therefore, a profound tone color can be generated without increasing the number of leads.
In order to achieve the second object, a performance device according to claim 8 of the present invention is a waveform that stores a plurality of sound generators capable of sound generation and sound waveform data corresponding to at least some of the sound generators. Separately from the data storage means, the actuator that causes the sounding body to sound by a sounding operation that contacts the sounding body, and the sound generation by the sounding body, the pitch corresponding to at least a part of the plurality of sounding bodies, Alternative sound generation means capable of sound generation based on the sound waveform data stored by the waveform data storage means, time measuring means for measuring the elapsed time after sound generation for each of the plurality of sound generators, and a pitch defined by the performance data Control means for controlling the actuator so as to sound a sounding body corresponding to the sounding body, and the control means generates sound according to the performance data based on a time measurement result by the timekeeping means. When the same pitch continues as a power pitch within a predetermined time, the alternate sound generation means may sound the pitch corresponding to the pitch without causing the sound generator corresponding to the pitch to sound. In addition, the actuator and the alternative sound generation means are controlled.
According to this configuration, by avoiding continuous sounding of the same sounding body within a predetermined time, it is less likely that sounding bodies whose vibrations are not sufficiently attenuated are further sounded, and a good sounding without noise is secured. can do. Further, it is possible to appropriately cope with the case where the same pitch is desired to be played while maintaining the reverberation. Therefore, even if the same pitch continues for a short time, it is possible to generate a good tone.
In order to achieve the second object, a performance device according to claim 10 of the present invention is a waveform that stores a plurality of sound generators capable of sound generation and sound waveform data corresponding to at least some of the sound generators. Separately from the data storage means, the actuator that causes the sounding body to sound by a sounding operation that contacts the sounding body, and the sound generation by the sounding body, the pitch corresponding to at least a part of the plurality of sounding bodies, An alternative sounding means capable of sound generation based on the sound waveform data stored by the waveform data storage means, an extraction means for extracting a pitch to be sounded a plurality of times within a predetermined time based on the performance data, and the performance data Control means for controlling the actuator so as to sound a sounding body corresponding to a specified pitch, the control means based on the extraction result by the extraction means, For the pitch to be sounded a plurality of times within a predetermined time, the actuator corresponding to the pitch is generated by the alternative sounding means without generating a sounding body corresponding to the pitch. And controlling the alternative sound generation means.
According to this configuration, by avoiding a plurality of pronunciations of the same sounding body within a predetermined time, even if the same pitch continues for a short time, it is possible to sound with a good tone.
According to the performance device of the first aspect of the present invention, it is possible to produce a heavy tone without increasing the number of leads.
According to the performance apparatus which concerns on Claim 8, 10, even if it is a case where the same pitch continues for a short time, it can sound with a favorable timbre.
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

Fig.1 (a) is sectional drawing of the performance apparatus based on the 1st Embodiment of this invention. FIG.1 (b) is the A section enlarged view of the same figure (a). This apparatus is configured as a music box apparatus, for example, and is configured by providing a sound generation unit PU on a resonance box BX.

A speaker (tweeter) 31 for high sound range is also provided at the

It is a partial enlarged view (the figure (c)) of a level | step-difference part and its vicinity.

The actuator ACT is provided corresponding to each lead 83. Actuators ACT are also indicated as actuators ACT (1) to ACT (20) corresponding to the leads 83 (k1) to (k20). As shown in FIG. 3B, each actuator ACT (n) includes one

As shown in FIG. 3A, the
The
A
Although not shown in detail, the
FIG. 4 is a diagram showing the transition of the operation of the main part of the actuator ACT. First, as shown in FIG. 5A, at the initial position, the drive claw 92a1 of the
As the
Next, when the energization to the

The delta time data Δt is data indicating the generation timing of the event data E. The event data E indicates key-on (note-on) event data for instructing the pronunciation of musical sounds, key-off (note-off) event data for instructing the muting of generated musical sounds, and the pitches of these events. In addition, the performance data includes tempo data (not shown) indicating the tempo of the entire song.
As shown in FIG. 6B, the sound waveform data is a waveform data group indicating the sound waveform of each lead 83, and the waveform data WD1 to WD20 are associated with the leads 83 (k1) to (k20). Is remembered. The sound waveform data is recorded as follows, for example.
First, performance data dedicated to sound waveform data recording processing (hereinafter referred to as “recording performance data”) is stored in the
The
Further, since the sound of the
As described above, since the waveform data is generated by sampling the actual pronunciation of each lead 83, a tone color close to the tone color of the
FIG. 7 is a diagram showing a flowchart of main processing in the present embodiment. This process is started when the apparatus power is turned on.
First, initialization processing, that is, execution of a predetermined program is started, various registers are cleared and initialization is performed (step S101), and whether or not a start / stop switch (not shown) in the
In step S104, it is determined whether or not there is an operation for instructing other processing (such as song selection). If there is an operation for instructing other processing, processing according to the operation is executed (step S105). While returning to step S102, if not, the process immediately returns to step S102.
FIG. 8 is a diagram showing a flowchart of the reproduction process in the present embodiment. This process is executed by, for example, an interrupt process every 10 ms. This interval is determined by the tempo data or the tempo set by the
First, it is determined whether or not the performance flag RUN = 1 (step S201). If RUN = 1 is not satisfied, the present process is terminated, while if RUN = 1, performance data (see FIG. 6A). ) Is decremented (step S202), and it is determined whether or not TIME has become "0" (step S203). As a result of the determination, if TIME is not “0”, this processing is terminated. If TIME is “0”, the pointer indicating the read position of the performance data is advanced to advance the next in the performance data. Is read (step S204).
Next, it is determined whether or not the data read from the performance data is delta time data Δt (step S205). If it is delta time data Δt, the value of the delta time data Δt is set in TIME ( In step S206), the process ends. On the other hand, if it is not delta time data Δt, it is determined whether or not the read data is an end code (step S207). Returning to the beginning (step S208), the process returns to step S204. On the other hand, if the read data is not an end code, the read data is event data E. Therefore, event processing shown in FIG. 9 to be described later is executed according to the event data E (step S209), and the process proceeds to step S204. Return.
FIG. 9 is a flowchart of the event process executed in step S209 of FIG.
First, it is determined whether or not the read event data E is a note event (step S301). If the result of determination is not a note event, processing corresponding to the event data E is executed (step S306). On the other hand, when the process is terminated, if it is a note event, it is determined whether or not it is a note-on (key-on event data) (step S302).
If the result of the determination is that the note is not on, the present process is terminated, while if the note is on, it is determined whether or not the key number kn indicated by the key-on event data belongs to the high sound range (k15 to k20) ( Step S303). As a result of the determination, if it does not belong to the high sound range, it belongs to the low and middle sound range, so the actuator ACT (n) corresponding to the key number kn is driven. At the same time, vibration based on the sound waveform data (see FIG. 6B) corresponding to the key number kn at a pitch slightly shifted (for example, several cents) from the key number kn is generated. Is applied to the soundboard 35 (step S304). As a result, a pitch whose pitch is slightly shifted and superimposed on the sound produced by the lead 83 (kn) is produced from the
On the other hand, as a result of the determination in step S303, if the key number kn indicated by the key-on event data belongs to the high sound range, the actuator ACT (n) corresponding to the key number kn is driven. At the same time, a tone color based on the sound waveform data corresponding to the key number kn is generated from the
As described above, according to the present processing, in any sound range, the sound of the lead 83 (kn) corresponding to the key number kn is superimposed on the sound of the same timbre with a shifted pitch, so that the single lead In spite of this structure, a heavy tone with a depth and depth similar to double-leading pronunciation can be obtained. Moreover, since the superimposed sound is based on the sound waveform data obtained by sampling from the actual sound, it is in harmony with the sound of each lead 83.
According to the present embodiment, by superimposing the vibration of the
(Second Embodiment)
In the second embodiment of the present invention, the pronunciation is superimposed only in the low sound range. In the present embodiment, only event processing is different from that of the first embodiment, and other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
FIG. 10 is a flowchart showing a part of event processing in the second exemplary embodiment of the present invention. The event processing in the present embodiment is different from the flowchart of FIG. 9 only in the subsequent processing when “YES” in step S302. Therefore, the processes in steps S301 and S306 in FIG. 9 are the same as those in the first embodiment.
If it is determined in step S302 of FIG. 9 that the note event is note-on (key-on event data) (YES), the process proceeds to step S311 of FIG. 10, and the key number kn indicated by the key-on event data is in the low frequency range (k1). To k6). As a result of the determination, if it belongs to the low sound range, the actuator ACT (n) corresponding to the key number kn is driven and the pitch is slightly (for example, several cents) with respect to the key number kn as in step S304. A vibration based on the sound waveform data (see FIG. 6B) corresponding to the key number kn with the shifted pitch is applied to the
On the other hand, if the result of determination in step S311 is that the sound does not belong to the low frequency range, the process proceeds to step S313, and only the actuator ACT (n) corresponding to the key number kn is driven. To do.
According to the present embodiment, since the sound produced by the vibration of the
When the main purpose is to supplement the volume, it is not always necessary to shift the pitch to be superimposed with respect to the pitch of the
Note that this embodiment can be applied. For example, an appropriate sound range or individual pitch may be set as a sound range or a pitch to be superimposed without limiting the sound range to be superimposed to a low sound range. It is desirable that the superposition range can be changed according to the music and the user's intention.
(Third embodiment)
In the third embodiment of the present invention, in addition to the superimposed sound generation by the
Although the main process is also as shown in FIG. 7, in the third embodiment, a time counter TCNT (kn) described later is set to an initial value (501) in the initialization process of step S101 of FIG. Is also performed. As for the reproduction process and event process, this embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 13 and 14 instead of FIGS. 8 and 9 and further with FIGS.
FIG. 11 is a diagram showing a configuration example of a pronunciation form determination table used in the present embodiment. The pronunciation form determination table is stored in the
FIG. 12 is a diagram illustrating an example of the value of the time counter TCNT (kn) for each key number kn. The time counter TCNT (kn) is provided for each key number kn, and is counted up each time in a reproduction process of FIG. The TCNT (kn) value is a guideline indicating how much time has passed since the previous pronunciation of the corresponding key number kn. When the TCNT (kn) value is less than a value corresponding to a predetermined time (for example, 500), With respect to the pitch, it is determined to be “continuous pronunciation within a short time” shortly after the previous pronunciation. The TCNT (kn) value is determined by the
FIG. 13 is a diagram showing a flowchart of the reproduction process in the present embodiment.
First, in steps S401 and S402, processing similar to that in steps S201 and S202 of FIG. 8 is executed. Next, in step S403, time counters TCNT (kn) corresponding to all key numbers kn, that is, TCNT (k1). ~ TCNT (k20) is incremented respectively. Next, in steps S404 to S410, processing similar to that in steps S203 to S209 in FIG. 8 is executed, and this processing is terminated.
FIG. 14 is a flowchart of the event process executed in step S410 of FIG. First, in steps S501, S502, and S508, processing similar to that in steps S301, S302, and S306 in FIG. 9 is executed.
If it is determined in step S502 that the read event data E is not note-on (key-on event data), the process ends. If it is note-on, the time corresponding to the key number kn indicated by the key-on event data. It is determined whether or not the counter TCNT (kn) is less than 500 (step S503).
As a result of the determination, if TCNT (kn) <500, the key number kn is shortly after the previous sounding (continuous sounding within a short time), so that the sound generation by the
On the other hand, if TCNT (kn) ≧ 500 as a result of the determination in the step S503, the key number kn has passed a sufficient time after the previous pronunciation, and there is no problem even if it is re-sound. Is set to “0” in CNT (kn) (step S505), and the process proceeds to step S506.
In step S506, the sound generation mode determination table (FIG. 11) is referred to generate a sound according to the CNT (kn) value and the key number kn. At this time, as shown in FIG. 11, when kn = 1 to 14 (low, midrange) and CNT (kn) = 0, the actuator ACT corresponding to the key number kn is obtained as in step S304 of FIG. (N) is driven, and the
Here, the amount of deviation of the pitch of the superimposed pitch is such an amount that the listener can recognize it as a beat, and specifically, for example, a pitch A (440 Hz) sound is This is realized by setting the pitch of the sound generated by the vibration of the
On the other hand, if CNT (kn) = 1 in step S506, the actuator ACT (n) is not driven regardless of the key number kn, as shown in FIG. In this case, only the
In the subsequent step S507, TCNT (kn) = 0 is set. As a result, the TCNT (kn) corresponding to the key number kn sounded this time is reset, and the integrated value from the previous sounding is cleared. Thereafter, this process is terminated.
According to the present embodiment, by avoiding continuous pronunciation of the same pitch within a short time, it is less likely that the
(Fourth embodiment)
In the third embodiment, in step S503 of FIG. 14, “500”, which is the same comparison value in the entire sound range, is used as a comparison value for determining whether or not the sound is continuous within a short time. In the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the comparison value is varied depending on the sound range. Therefore, the fourth embodiment is different from the third embodiment only in event processing, and the others are the same as the third embodiment.
FIG. 15 is a flowchart showing a part of event processing according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention. The event processing in the present embodiment is different from the flowchart in FIG. 14 only in the subsequent processing when “YES” in step S502. Accordingly, the processing in steps S501 and S508 in FIG. 14 is the same as that in the third embodiment.
As a result of the determination in step S502, if the read event data E is note-on (key-on event data), the process proceeds to step S511 in FIG. 15, and the key number kn indicated by the key-on event data is in the low frequency range (k1 to k6). ) Or not. As a result of the determination, if it does not belong to the low sound range, it is determined whether or not the time counter TCNT (kn) corresponding to the key number kn indicated by the key-on event data is less than 500, as in step S503 in FIG. (Step S512). As a result of the determination, if TCNT (kn) <500, the process proceeds to step S504 in FIG. 14, whereas if TCNT (kn) ≧ 500, the process proceeds to step S505 in FIG.
On the other hand, as a result of the determination in step S511, if the key number kn indicated by the key-on event data belongs to the low frequency range, whether or not the time counter TCNT (kn) corresponding to the key number kn indicated by the key-on event data is less than 700. Is determined (step S513). Here, the reason why the comparison value is set to 700, which is larger than 500 in the low sound range, is that the vibration of the low sound region lead 83 takes longer to attenuate than that in the high sound region. As a result of the determination, if TCNT (kn) <700, the process proceeds to step S504 in FIG. 14, whereas if TCNT (kn) ≧ 700, the process proceeds to step S505 in FIG.
According to the present embodiment, in the low sound range, the time for determining “continuous pronunciation within a short time” is made longer than in the middle sound range or the high sound range.
(Fifth embodiment)
In the fifth embodiment of the present invention, performance data is prefetched and stored in a buffer, and control is performed so that the
FIG. 16 is a diagram showing a flowchart of the main processing in the fifth embodiment of the present invention. This process is started when the apparatus power is turned on.
First, in step S601, processing similar to that in step S101 in FIG. 7 is executed, and then it is determined whether or not a start / stop switch (not shown) in the
As a result of the determination, if RUN = 1 is not true, the process proceeds to step S606. If RUN = 1, a read process shown in FIG. 17 described later is executed (step S605), and the process proceeds to step S606. In steps S605 and S606, processing similar to that in steps S104 and S105 in FIG. 7 is executed, and the process returns to step S602.
FIG. 17 is a diagram showing a flowchart of the reading process executed in step S605 of FIG. This process is executed at the start of the main process in FIG. 16 and is also executed by an interrupt process every 10 ms.
First, it is determined whether or not RUN = 1 (step S701). If RUN = 1, the process ends. If RUN = 1, the pointer is advanced to the next data in the performance data. Is read (step S702). Next, it is determined whether or not the data read from the performance data is delta time data Δt (step S703). If the data is not delta time data Δt, it is determined whether or not the read data is event data E. (Step S704).
As a result of the determination, if the read data is event data E, the event data E is written (added) to an event buffer described later (step S705), and the process proceeds to step S709. Since it is an end code, the pointer is returned to the beginning of the performance data (step S706), and the process proceeds to step S709.
On the other hand, if the result of determination in step S703 is the read delta time data Δt, the value of the delta time data Δt is added to READTIME (step S707). Here, READTIME is a variable for determining the performance data read timing by comparison with a predetermined time RT described later, and is stored in the
In step S709, it is determined whether READTIME is greater than a predetermined time RT. As a result of the determination, if READTIME ≦ RT, the process returns to the step S702 and proceeds to reading the next data of the performance data. Therefore, reading of the next data from the performance data and writing of the delta time data Δt and event data E to the event buffer are repeated until READTIME> RT.
FIG. 18 is a conceptual diagram showing the contents stored in the event buffer and key buffer. A
Returning to FIG. 17, if the result of the determination in step S709 is READTIME> RT, the process proceeds to step S710. In step S710, if there is a duplicate key number kn in the event buffer, the key number kn is registered in the key buffer. In the example of FIG. 18A, since there are three key numbers k3 and two key numbers k10, they are registered in the key buffer shown in FIG. The key number kn registered in the key buffer indicates a pitch for which a plurality of pronunciations are required within 20 seconds. Therefore, when even one key number kn is registered in the key buffer, there is continuous sounding of the same pitch within a short time (corresponding to “continuous sounding within a short time” in the third embodiment). This is the case. In step S710, the contents of the key buffer are updated in each loop.
Next, in step S711, the event data E that has been subjected to the sound generation process in the later-described reproduction process (FIG. 19) and the delta time data Δt that has been processed to set a value in TIME are erased from the event buffer. Thereafter, this process is terminated. The key number kn once registered in the key buffer disappears by the update in step S710 when the duplication in the event buffer is eliminated.
FIG. 19 is a diagram showing a flowchart of the reproduction process in the present embodiment. This process is executed by, for example, an interrupt process every 10 ms.
First, in steps S801 to S803, processing similar to that in steps S201 to S203 in FIG. 8 is executed. As a result of the determination in step S803, if TIME becomes "0", the process proceeds to step S804, and the pointer indicating the read position of the event buffer is advanced to read the next data in the event buffer.
In step S805, it is determined whether the data read from the event buffer is delta time data Δt. If the data is delta time data Δt, the value of the delta time data Δt is set in TIME ( In step S806), the value of the delta time data Δt is subtracted from READTIME (step S807), and this process ends.
On the other hand, if the result of determination in step S805 is that the data read from the event buffer is not delta time data Δt, the read data is event data E, so that the event shown in FIG. The process is executed (step S808), and the process returns to step S804.
FIG. 20 is a diagram showing a flowchart of the event process executed in step S808 of FIG.
First, in steps S901, S902, and S907, processing similar to that in steps S301, S302, and S306 in FIG. 9 is executed. If the result of determination in step S902 is that the data read from the event buffer is note-on (key-on event data), whether or not the same key number kn as indicated by the key-on event data is registered in the key buffer. Is determined (step S903).
As a result of the determination, if the same key number kn is registered in the key buffer, “1” is set to CNT (kn), which is the current value of the counter CNT, as in step S504 in FIG. S904), the process proceeds to step S906. Thereby, it is avoided that the
According to this embodiment, the same effect as that of the third embodiment can be obtained.
In the third to fifth embodiments, when the main purpose is not to superimpose alternative pronunciations but to avoid continuous pronunciation within a short time with the same pitch, the pitch of the alternative pronunciations is set to the
(Sixth embodiment)
In the first embodiment, the sound generation timings of the
FIG. 21A is a side view showing the main part of the performance device according to the sixth embodiment, and shows the vicinity of the
In the present embodiment, the
According to the present embodiment, not only the effects similar to those of the first embodiment are produced with respect to sounding with a heavy tone without increasing the number of leads, but also with respect to the sounding timing defined by the performance data. Even if there is a delay in the actual pronunciation timing of the
It is also possible to adopt such alternative sound generation by the
In the third to fifth embodiments, it is desirable to learn the sound generation timing of the
Here, the learning of the sound generation timing is performed, for example, in the form of grasping the delay amount (time) of the actual sound generation timing of the
In addition, as long as the vibration of the
FIG. 21B is a side view showing a main part of a performance device according to a modification of the sixth embodiment. As shown in FIG. 2B, the
After the sound generation operation is detected by the
Note that the sound generation operation can be detected if an appropriate detection means is provided in the portion displaced by the sound generation operation, and therefore the detection means is not limited to the above-described examples. For example, a gray scale is provided at the
In each of the above embodiments, the “silent mode” can be set by switching the mode. In the silent mode, the sound generation operation of the
In each of the above embodiments, when generating the waveform data WD, not all the
In each of the above embodiments, the alternative sound generation by the
In each of the above embodiments, the sound of the
Note that the sounding unit PU is an example, and other structures may be adopted as long as a plurality of sounding bodies having different natural pitches can be played individually.
In each of the above-described embodiments, the
