【0014】
図2は、図1に示すパケット電話機1a,1b(以下、特に区別しないときは「パケット電話機1」と称する)の構成を示すブロック図である。
例えば、GPS(Global Positioning System)を利用して自端末の在る位置情報(緯度、経度等)を検出する。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a packet communication system, and more particularly to a communication terminal apparatus and a packet communication system suitable for use in real-time communication.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a packet communication system that performs real-time communication using a packet network such as an IP (Internet Protocol) network is known. For example, there are an IP telephone system and a video conference system. In the packet network, the delay time for packet transmission varies, so the time it takes for the packet to arrive at the receiving terminal fluctuates. In real-time communication, the packet arrival fluctuation (jitter) is the communication quality. It becomes one factor which degrades. For this reason, as a countermeasure against the packet arrival fluctuation (jitter), a receiving terminal is provided with a buffer for absorbing jitter (hereinafter referred to as a jitter buffer). Then, after a certain amount of received packets (for the buffer size) is accumulated in the jitter buffer, the receiving terminal reads the received packets from the jitter buffer and reproduces voice and the like. Further, as a method for adjusting the buffer size of the jitter buffer, there is known a method of increasing or decreasing the buffer size according to the amount of fluctuation of the previous packet arrival.
