またユニット202からはABS(アンチロックブレーキシステム)信号、VSA(車両挙動安定化センサ)信号が出力される。
図2で、(A)は縦断面図であり、(B)は(A)におけるA−A線断面図である。
【0022】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a braking device, and more particularly to a braking device provided with pad clearance automatic adjusting means.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Of the currently known vehicle electric control brake systems, a complete electric system has not yet appeared on the market. On the other hand, an electric control brake system using hydraulic pressure is used in, for example, DaimlerChrysler vehicles. The system configuration basically includes (1) a sensor for detecting a driver's braking request (sensing unit using hydraulic pressure, pressure, stroke, etc.) and its detection signal extracting unit, and (2) driver's braking. A central processing unit that calculates the braking force of each wheel from the request, and (3) a brake driving actuator (hydraulic drive system or electric drive system) that operates in response to a control command from the central processing unit. Unlike the conventional brake system, the electrically controlled brake system can freely change the total braking force of the four wheels of a four-wheeled vehicle as needed without depending on the driver's pedaling force. The braking force can be changed to a value proportional to the value of the load sensor attached to each wheel, so that stability during braking of the vehicle can be achieved. Further, as an electric control brake system, an electric motor brake device (EMB: Electric Motor Break) using a configuration in which a motor and a speed reducer are combined instead of the hydraulic pressure is also known. (For example, refer to Patent Document 1).

[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, with the hydraulic brakes currently in use, after repeating steering at a relatively low speed, knockback increases the invalid stroke during braking due to an increase in pad clearance (the rotor touches the pad due to tire steering) The state of pushing back) has a tendency to adversely affect brake response and feeling. In addition, since the electric brake device does not have a damping effect due to hydraulic pressure, an excessive load may be applied to the speed reducer of the electric brake device at the time of turning that causes knockback, which may cause problems with deterioration and durability of the device. is there. For this reason, if the pad clearance is increased, the initial braking response is insufficient.
[0005]
In order to solve the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a braking device that is excellent in durability and does not have insufficient braking initial response.
[0006]
[Means and Actions for Solving the Problems]
The brake device according to the present invention is configured as follows in order to achieve the above object.
[0007]
The first braking device (corresponding to claim 1) is a braking device including an actuator that moves the friction member relative to the rotating body based on a signal from the electronic control device. It is characterized by having a clearance adjusting means for driving and adjusting the friction member, the rotating body, and the clearance when the rotating body is not braked based on the turning state of the vehicle.
[0008]
According to the first braking device, in the braking device including the actuator that moves the friction member relative to the rotating body based on the signal from the electronic control device, the electronic control device drives the actuator to rotate the rotating body. In order to adjust the clearance between the friction member and the rotating body during non-braking of the vehicle based on the turning state of the vehicle, a low large steering angle is provided by means for increasing the pad clearance by the steering angle and means for reducing the increase by the vehicle speed. Then, it becomes possible to reduce the burden on the speed reduction mechanism of the electric brake device, so that the durability is excellent and the initial braking response can be prevented from being insufficient. Further, when the vehicle speed and the rudder angular speed are high, the responsiveness of the brake during the avoidance operation can be enhanced even at high speeds and low speeds by further reducing the pad clearance.
[0009]
The second braking device (corresponding to claim 2) is characterized in that, in the above-mentioned configuration, the clearance adjusting means preferably calculates the turning state of the vehicle based on the vehicle speed and the steering angle.
[0010]
According to the second braking device, the means for increasing the pad clearance according to the steering angle and the means for reducing the increase amount according to the vehicle speed can reduce the burden on the speed reduction mechanism of the electric brake device at a low large steering angle. The durability is excellent and the initial braking response can be prevented from being insufficient. Further, when the vehicle speed and the steering angular speed are high, the pad responsiveness can be improved during the avoidance operation even at high speed or low speed by further reducing the pad clearance. The same effect can be obtained by using the yaw rate, the left and right wheel speeds, and the lateral G instead of the rudder angle.

[0044]
Normally, as shown in FIG. 9, the motor starts driving with the direct instruction value from the pedal force sensor, but if there is no main system instruction even after a predetermined time (variable by the pad clearance), simple BA determination and preceding By stopping the motor drive, the braking force usually rises quickly, but unnecessary braking in the event of noise or sensor deviation can be prohibited.
[0045]
At the time of backup, the BA (brake assist) simple determination is performed based on the direct instruction value from the pedal force sensor as shown in FIG. 10, but the main system BA instruction or BA equivalent even if a predetermined time (different from the normal time) elapses. By prohibiting simple BA determination when there is no clamping force instruction value, the braking force at the time of BA rises quickly, but unnecessary BA when the main system does not perform BA determination can be promptly prohibited. In the table, Fcm is an indicated clamping force and kM is a threshold value, but it may be a simple BA flag.
[0046]
In this way, the responsiveness of the emergency brake can be improved. In this embodiment, the vehicle state signal to the clearance adjustment unit is a signal related to the steering angle and the vehicle speed, but other signals related to the yaw rate, wheel speed, lateral G, etc. may be used. good.
[0047]
【The invention's effect】
As is apparent from the above description, the present invention has the following effects.
[0048]
In a braking device including an actuator that moves a friction member relative to a rotating body based on a signal from the electronic control device, the electronic control device rotates the friction member and the friction member when the rotating body is not braked by driving the actuator. By means of increasing the pad clearance by the rudder angle for adjusting the clearance with the body based on the turning state of the vehicle and by means of decreasing the increase amount by the vehicle speed, the reduction mechanism of the electric brake device etc. It becomes possible to reduce a burden, and it is excellent in durability, and it can prevent that an initial braking response is insufficient. Further, when the vehicle speed and the rudder angular speed are high, the responsiveness of the brake during the avoidance operation can be enhanced even at high speeds and low speeds by further reducing the pad clearance.
[0049]
Also, the means to increase the pad clearance with the steering angle and the means to reduce the increase with the vehicle speed make it possible to reduce the burden on the speed reduction mechanism of the electric brake device at a low large steering angle, resulting in excellent durability and braking. It is possible to prevent the initial response from being insufficient. Further, when the vehicle speed and the rudder angular speed are high, the responsiveness of the brake during the avoidance operation can be enhanced even at high speeds and low speeds by further reducing the pad clearance. The same effect can be obtained by using the yaw rate, the left and right wheel speeds, and the lateral G instead of the rudder angle.
