Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a compressor / expander that serves as both a compressor and an expander.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a compressor / expander, for example, there is one commonly used in a refrigeration cycle provided in an air conditioner of a vehicle and a Rankine cycle for recovering power from exhaust heat of the engine (see, for example, Patent Document 1). ). The compressor / expander includes a compression / expansion mechanism operatively connected to the engine and a motor / generator. When the refrigeration cycle is formed, the driving force from the engine and the driving force from the motor / generator functioning as an electric motor are used for driving the compression / expansion mechanism. Further, when the Rankine cycle is formed, power is generated by a motor / generator functioning as a generator by power generated by a compression / expansion mechanism functioning as an expansion mechanism.
[0003]
In the compressor / expander, when the driving capability of a compression / expansion mechanism (compression mechanism) equivalent to that of the engine is obtained for the motor / generator (electric motor), the motor / generator increases in size and the compressor / expander expands. Will lead to a change. Conversely, if the discharge capacity of the compression / expansion mechanism is set to be small so that it can be driven by a small motor / generator, the refrigerant discharge amount per unit time of the compression / expansion mechanism when the engine speed is low As a result, there is a problem that the cool down (rapid cooling) ability is lowered.
[0004]
In order to solve such a problem, for example, as shown in FIG. 4, the driving force from the motor /

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the compressor / expander of FIG. 4, the
[0010]
An object of the present invention is to provide a planetary gear mechanism capable of decelerating and transmitting a driving force from a motor / generator to a compression / expansion mechanism, and at the time of driving the compression / expansion mechanism by an external drive source, the rotor of the motor / generator It is an object of the present invention to provide a compressor / expander that can prevent the rotation of the compressor.
[0011]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the compression / expansion machine according to the first aspect of the present invention houses a compression / expansion mechanism and a motor / generator in a housing. The compression / expansion mechanism functions as a compression mechanism by rotational driving in the first direction, and rotates in the second direction when functioning as an expansion mechanism. A shaft is rotatably supported by the housing, and the shaft is connected to a compression / expansion mechanism so as to be integrally rotatable. The shaft is rotationally driven by an external drive source disposed outside the housing.
[0012]
A clutch mechanism capable of intermittent power transmission is disposed on a power transmission path between the external drive source and the shaft. A planetary gear mechanism is disposed on a power transmission path between the motor / generator and the shaft. In the planetary gear mechanism, the planetary carrier is disposed so as to be relatively rotatable with respect to the shaft, the solar wheel is connected to the rotor of the motor / generator so as to be integrally rotatable, and the outer vehicle is provided in the housing.
[0013]
A one-way clutch is interposed between the shaft and the carrier. The one-way clutch has a structure in which the rotational force in the first direction of the carrier is transmitted to the shaft, and the rotational force in the first direction of the shaft is not transmitted to the carrier. That is, the one-way clutch can transmit the rotational force of the shaft in the second direction to the carrier.
[0014]
When the compressor / expander is driven by the external drive source, the shaft is rotated in the first direction by the transmission of power from the external drive source based on the permission of power transmission by the clutch mechanism, and the compression / expansion is performed. The mechanism is driven to compress the gas. Here, a one-way clutch is interposed between the shaft and the carrier, and the one-way clutch does not transmit the rotational force of the shaft in the first direction to the carrier. Therefore, the carrier does not rotate even when the shaft rotates in the first direction, and the rotation of the shaft of the motor / generator can be prevented from being accompanied by the rotation of the shaft.
[0015]
Next, when the compressor / expander is driven by the motor / generator, the clutch mechanism is in a power transmission cut-off state. The motor / generator functioning as an electric motor rotates the rotor, that is, the solar wheel of the planetary gear mechanism in the first direction. The planetary wheel is revolved while rotating by the rotation of the solar wheel in the first direction, and the carrier is rotated in the first direction. The one-way clutch transmits the rotational force of the carrier in the first direction to the shaft. Accordingly, the shaft, that is, the compression / expansion mechanism is decelerated from the rotational speed of the motor / generator (rotor) and rotated in the first direction, and the compression of the gas by the compression / expansion mechanism is performed.
[0016]
Next, the shaft is rotated in the second direction by the compression / expansion mechanism functioning as an expander. The one-way clutch transmits the rotational force of the shaft in the second direction to the carrier. Accordingly, the carrier is rotated in the second direction, and the planetary car is revolved while rotating. Therefore, the solar wheel, that is, the rotor of the motor / generator is rotated in the second direction, and the motor / generator generates electric power.
[0017]
As described above, according to the present invention, it is possible to reduce the driving force from the motor / generator and transmit it to the compression / expansion mechanism. The rotor of the motor / generator can be prevented from being rotated.
