<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an audio apparatus which changes an album name automatically according to a musical piece name or an artist name without editing the album name by user itself, when the musical piece name or the artist name is edited. <P>SOLUTION: When the musical piece name or the artist name is changed by characters input through a character input section, a control section investigates whether the album name is given automatically or not ("My Album ****" or not), and if it is determined to be an automatically given one, changes the album name according to the changed musical piece name or the artist name. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

本発明は、再生可能な楽曲の楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名を表示するオーディオ装置に関し、特にハードディスク等の大容量記憶媒体に複数のアルバムを記憶することができるオーディオ装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
近年、音楽ＣＤ（ＣｏｍｐａｃｔＤｉｓｃ）からオーディオ信号を読み出して圧縮し、音楽データに変換してハードディスクに記憶するオーディオ装置が普及し始めている。この種のオーディオ装置では、通常、ＣＤが装填されるとリードインエリアに記録されているＴＯＣ（ＴａｂｌｅＯｆＣｏｎｔｅｎｔｓ）情報を読み出し、ＣＤＤＢ等の音楽情報データベースにアクセスしてＣＤのアルバム名、アーティスト名及び楽曲名等の情報（以下、音楽情報という）を取得する。そして、これらの音楽情報を音楽データに付加してハードディスクに記憶する。

このように、各楽曲毎に、楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名等の情報を付加しておくことにより、楽曲を効率よく管理することができる。例えば、オーディオ装置に対しユーザが所定の操作を行うと、ハードディスクに収録されているアルバムのリストがオーディオ装置の表示部に表示される。このリストから所望のアルバムを選択すると、当該アルバムに収録されている楽曲（音楽データ）のリストが表示され、このリストから所望の楽曲を選択するとハードディスクから音楽データが読み出されて音楽の再生が開始される。

ところで、音楽情報データベースから音楽情報を取得することができない場合、オーディオ装置では楽曲名を例えば「ＭｙＴｒａｃｋ０００１」、「ＭｙＴｒａｃｋ０００２」、…というように自動的に付与し、アルバム名を例えば「ＭｙＡｌｂｕｍ０００１」というように自動的に付与している。ハードディスクに既に「ＭｙＡｌｂｕｍ０００１」というアルバムが記憶されている場合は、末尾の数字を自動的に変化させて、アルバム名が重複しないようにしている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、ハードディスクには数百〜数千曲分の音楽データを記憶しておくことができるため、オーディオ装置により自動的に付与された楽曲名及びアルバム名では、どのような楽曲が収録されているのかわからなくなってしまう。

この種のオーディオ装置では、ユーザ自身で楽曲名、アルバム名及びアーティスト名を編集することが可能である。しかし、楽曲名、アルバム名及びアーティスト名をそれぞれユーザ自身で入力する作業は煩雑である。例えば、楽曲名、アルバム名及びアーティスト名が自動的に付与された多数の楽曲のうちから所定の楽曲を容易に検索できるようにするためには、少なくとも当該楽曲の楽曲名（又は、アーティスト名）と、アルバム名との両方をユーザ自身が入力することが必要である。

なお、特開２００３−５０８１６号公報には、ユーザにより指定されたキーワードで複数の楽曲を検索し、検索された楽曲のハイライト部分を順次再生するオーディオ装置が記載されている。しかし、オーディオ装置により自動的に付与された楽曲名又はアルバム名からこのような方法で所望の楽曲を探すことは実用的ではない。

以上から、本発明の目的は、アルバム名をユーザ自身で編集しなくても、楽曲名又はアーティスト名を編集すれば楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じてアルバム名を自動的に変更するオーディオ装置を提供することである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記した課題は、表示部と、複数の楽曲をアルバム毎に管理し、再生可能な楽曲のリストを前記表示部に表示する制御部と、文字入力が可能な文字入力部とを有するオーディオ装置において、前記制御部は、前記文字入力部を介して入力された文字により楽曲名又はアーティスト名が変更されると、変更後の楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じて当該楽曲を含むアルバムのアルバム名を変更することを特徴とするオーディオ装置により解決する。

更に、音楽ＣＤからオーディオ信号を読み出すＣＤ再生部を有し、前記制御部は前記ＣＤ再生部に音楽ＣＤが装填されると音楽情報データベースにアクセスし、前記音楽情報データベースから前記音楽ＣＤの音楽情報を取得したときは前記音楽情報に基づいて前記音楽ＣＤに収録されている楽曲の楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名を設定し、前記音楽情報データベースから前記音楽ＣＤの音楽情報を取得できないときに、前記音楽ＣＤに収録されている楽曲の楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名を自動的に付与することが好ましい。

前記制御部は、前記文字入力部を介して入力された文字により楽曲名又はアーティスト名が変更されると、当該楽曲を含むアルバムのアルバム名が前記制御部により自動的に付与されたアルバム名か否かを調べ、自動的に付与されたアルバム名であるときのみ、変更後の楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じて前記アルバム名を変更することが好ましい。

更に、記憶媒体を有し、前記制御部は、前記ＣＤ再生部を介して前記音楽ＣＤから読み出したオーディオ信号を圧縮処理して音楽データとし、前記音楽データに前記楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名のデータを付加して前記記憶媒体に記憶することが好ましい。

前記制御部は、前記表示部に再生可能なアルバムのリストを表示する際に、前記音楽情報データベースから取得した音楽情報に基づいて設定されたアルバム名と、前記楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じて変更されたアルバム名とを識別可能に表示することが好ましい。

通常、オーディオ装置では、音楽情報データベースから音楽情報を取得することができない場合、オーディオ装置により自動的に楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名が付与される。しかし、オーディオ装置により自動的に付与される楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名では楽曲の内容がわからず、同様に楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名がオーディオ装置により自動的に付与された他の楽曲と区別することが困難である
他の楽曲と容易に区別することができるようにするためには、楽曲名及びアーティスト名のうちの少なくとも一方と、アルバム名とを変更することが必要である。本発明においては、ユーザが楽曲名又はアーティスト名を変更すると、制御部によりアルバム名が楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じて変更されるので、所望の楽曲が含まれるアルバムを他のアルバムと容易に区別することができるようになる。すなわち、本発明においては、楽曲名及びアーティスト名の少なくとの一方を変更するだけで、当該楽曲を多数のアルバムのうちから容易に検出することが可能になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、添付の図面を参照して説明する。

図１は、本発明の実施の形態のオーディオ装置の構成を示すブロック図である。

このオーディオ装置は、制御部１０と、ハードディスク１１と、音楽ＣＤ１２ａが装填されるＣＤ再生部１２と、操作部１３と、液晶パネル又は有機ＥＬ（ＥｌｅｃｔｒｏＬｕｍｉｎｅｓｃｅｎｃｅ）パネルからなる表示部１４と、Ｄ／Ａ変換器１５と、スピーカー１６とにより構成されている。

制御部１０は、操作部１３からの信号に応じて、ハードディスク１１、ＣＤ再生部１２及び表示部１４を制御する。また、制御部１０は、ＣＤ再生部１２を介してＣＤ１２ａから読み出したデジタルのオーディオ信号を圧縮処理しＭＰ３（ＭＰＥＧ−１ａｕｄｉｏｌａｙｅｒ３）等の音楽データに変換してハードディスク１１に記憶したり、ハードディスク１１から読み出した音楽データを伸張処理してデジタルのオーディオ信号に変換し、Ｄ／Ａ変換器１５に出力するなどの信号処理を行う。更に、制御部１０は表示部１４に、再生中の楽曲の楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名を表示したり、再生可能なアルバムや楽曲のリストを表示するなどの処理も行う。

ハードディスク１１は、図２の模式図に示すように、音楽データを記憶する音楽データ記憶領域１１ａと、音楽情報データベースを記憶した音楽情報データベース記憶領域１１ｂとに分割されている。なお、ハードディスク１１に音楽情報データベースを記憶しない替わりに、通信手段を介してインターネット上の音楽情報データベースにアクセスできるようにしてもよい。

操作部１３には、当該オーディオ装置を操作するための操作キー（ボタン）等が設けられている。また、本実施の形態では、操作部１３には図３に示すようなリモコン送信機３０が含まれている。

このリモコン送信機３０には、方向キー３１、「編集」キー３２、「決定」キー３３、「取消」キー３４、「再生」キー３５、「停止」キー３６、トラックアップキー３７、トラックダウンキー３８及び複数の数字・文字入力キー３９等が設けられている。後述するように、楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名を編集するときには、このリモコン送信機３０を使用し、携帯電話と同様の操作で文字及び数字等を入力することができる。

なお、上記したリモコン送信機３０は本発明における文字入力部の一例であるが、その他の装置により文字入力部を構成してもよい。

このように構成されたオーディオ装置において、ＣＤ再生部１２に音楽ＣＤ１２ａを装填すると、制御部１０はＣＤ１２ａのＴＯＣ情報を読み出し、音楽情報データベース１１ｂにアクセスして当該ＣＤ１２ａの音楽情報を取得し、表示部１４にＣＤ再生リストを表示する。但し、音楽情報データベース１１ｂに当該ＣＤ１２ａの音楽情報が登録されていない場合（又は、音楽情報データベースにアクセスすることができない場合）には、制御部１０はアルバム名を「ｍｙａｌｂｕｍ０００１」とし、楽曲名をトラック順に「ｍｙｔｒａｃｋ０００１」、「ｍｙｔｒａｃｋ０００２」、…というように自動的に付与する。ハードディスク１１に「ｍｙａｌｂｕｍ０００１」というアルバムが既に記憶されている場合は、末尾の数字を自動的に変化させて、アルバム名が重複しないようにする。また、音楽情報データベースから音楽情報を取得できない場合、アーティスト名は「ｕｎｋｎｏｗｎ」に設定される。ここでは、図４のＣＤ再生リストの例に示すように、音楽情報データベースから音楽情報を取得することができず、楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名が制御部１０により自動的に付与されたものとする。

図４に示すように、ＣＤ再生リストでは、楽曲名の前に当該楽曲を録音するか否かを設定するチェックボックス４１が設けられており、初期状態では全てのチェックボックス４１にチェックがついて録音をする設定になっている。ユーザは、リモコン送信機３０の方向キー３１と「決定」キー３３とを操作してチェックボックス４１のチェックを外すことができる。チェックが外された楽曲については録音をしないように設定される。ここでは、初期状態の設定のままで、すなわち、楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名が自動付与された名称のままであり、かつ全ての楽曲を録音する設定のままで、「再生」ボタン３５を押したものとする。

これにより、制御部１０はＣＤ再生部１２を介してＣＤ１２ａからオーディオ信号を読み出して音楽を再生しながら、オーディオ信号をＭＰ３等の圧縮方式で圧縮して音楽データに変換し、楽曲毎に音楽情報（楽曲名、アーティスト名及びアルバム名）を付加してハードディスク１１に記憶する。

このようにして、楽曲がアルバム毎にグループ化されてハードディスク１１に記憶される。

以下、ハードディスク１１に収録された音楽データの楽曲名を編集する場合の動作について、図５，図６に示すフローチャートを参照して説明する。

まず、ステップＳ１１において、ハードディスク１１に収録されているアルバムのリストを表示部１４に表示する。すなわち、ユーザが所定の操作を行うと、制御部１０はハードディスク１１を検索し、図７（ａ）に示すように、表示部１４に全てのアルバムのリストを表示する。

次に、ステップＳ１２に移行し、制御部１０は、ユーザによりアルバムが選択されるのを待つ。ユーザが例えばリモコン送信機３０を操作して所望のアルバムを選択すると、ステップＳ１３に移行する。ステップＳ１３において、制御部１０は選択されたアルバムのデータをハードディスク１１から読み出し、図７（ｂ）に示すように、当該アルバムの楽曲名及びアーティスト名のリストを表示する。

その後、ステップＳ１４において、ユーザがリモコン送信機３０の「編集」キー３２を押すと、ステップＳ１５に移行し、図７（ｃ）に示すように、選択された楽曲の楽曲名が反転表示されて、楽曲名の編集が可能になる。

その後、ユーザは、リモコン送信機３０の数字・文字入力キー３９を操作して、図８（ａ）に示すように、所望の楽曲名を入力し、「決定」キー３３を押すと、楽曲名が確定されて楽曲名の編集処理が終了する。なお、図７（ｃ）に示すように自動付与された楽曲名が反転表示されている状態で「決定」キー３３を押すと、自動付与された楽曲名がそのまま確定される。

次に、ステップＳ１６に移行し、制御部１０は、確定された楽曲名が自動付与された楽曲名か否か（又は、楽曲名が変更されたか否か）を判定する。確定された楽曲名が「ｍｙｔｒａｃｋ＊＊＊＊」の場合（但し、＊＊＊＊は任意の数字）は自動付与された楽曲名と判定して、ステップＳ１６からステップＳ１９に移行する。一方、確定した楽曲名が「ｍｙｔｒａｃｋ＊＊＊＊」ではない場合は、自動付与された楽曲名でないと判定して、ステップＳ１６からステップＳ１７に移行する。

ステップＳ１７では、当該楽曲が属するアルバム名を調べ、アルバム名が自動付与されたものか否かを判定する。アルバム名が「ｍｙａｌｂｕｍ＊＊＊＊」の場合（但し、＊＊＊＊は任意の数字）は、自動付与されたアルバム名であると判定してステップＳ１８に移行し、図８（ｂ）に示すように、アルバム名を楽曲名に応じて変更する。但し、このようにして変更されたアルバム名が本来のアルバム名（音楽情報データベースから取得したアルバム名、又はユーザが直接入力したアルバム名）ではないことを示すために、本実施の形態では括弧で括った楽曲名をアルバム名としている。その後、ステップＳ１９に移行する。

一方、ステップＳ１７において、アルバム名が「ｍｙａｌｂｕｍ＊＊＊＊」ではなく、自動付与されたアルバム名ではないと判定した場合は、ステップＳ１７からステップＳ１９に直接移行する。

ステップＳ１９では、図８（ｃ）に示すように、アーティスト名が反転表示されて、アーティスト名の編集が可能になる。ここで、ユーザは、リモコン送信機３０の数字・文字入力キー３９を操作して、図９に示すようにアーティスト名を入力し、「決定」キー３３を押す。これにより、アーティスト名が確定されて、ステップＳ２０に移行する。

ステップＳ２０では、制御部１０は、確定されたアーティスト名が自動付与されたアーティスト名か否かを判定する。確定されたアーティスト名が「Ｕｎｋｎｏｗｎ」の場合は自動付与されたアーティスト名と判定して、当該楽曲の編集処理を終了する。その後、必要に応じて、次の楽曲の楽曲名及びアーティスト名の変更処理が開始される。

一方、ステップＳ２０において、確定したアーティスト名が「Ｕｎｋｎｏｗｎ」ではない場合は、自動付与されたアーティスト名でないと判定して、ステップＳ２１に移行する。ステップＳ２１では、当該楽曲が属するアルバム名を調べ、アルバム名が自動付与されたものか否かを判定する。アルバム名が「ｍｙａｌｂｕｍ＊＊＊＊」ではない場合、制御部１０は自動付与されたアルバム名ではないと判定し、アルバム名を変更することなく当該楽曲の編集処理を終了する。その後、必要に応じて、次の楽曲の楽曲名及びアーティスト名の変更処理が開始される。

このように、本実施の形態では、楽曲名又はアーティスト名がユーザにより変更されたときに、現在のアルバム名が自動的に付与されたアルバム名か否かを調べて、自動的に付与されたアルバム名の場合は変更された楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じてアルバム名を変更する。これにより、例えばハードディスクに収録されているアルバムをリスト表示したときに、図１１に示すように表示され、ユーザは所望の楽曲が属するアルバム名を容易に検索することができるようになり、操作性が向上する。

なお、上記の例では、楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じてアルバム名を変更したアルバムについてはアルバム名に括弧を付けて他のアルバムと区別できるように表示しているが、図１２に示すように、アルバム名に所定のアイコン４２を付けて区別できるようにしてもよい。また、このようにして変更されたアルバム名を他のアルバムとは異なる色調（例えばグレーのような中間階調色）で表示してもよい。

更に、上記の例では、ハードディスク１１に収録されているアルバムの楽曲名又はアーティスト名を編集する場合について説明したが、本実施の形態のオーディオ装置では、音楽ＣＤ１２ａをＣＤ再生部１２に装填したときに表示される画面（図４参照）で楽曲名又はアーティスト名を編集する場合についても、上記の例と同様に、ユーザにより変更された楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じてアルバム名が変更される。

更にまた、上記の例では、楽曲名又はアーティスト名を入力したときにアルバム名を調べて、アルバム名が自動付与されたものである場合にはアルバム名を楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じて自動的に変更するものとしたが、アルバム名を変更するか否かをユーザが選択できるようにしてもよい。

例えば、ユーザが楽曲名（又は、アーティスト名）を入力した後に「決定」キー３３を押すと、画面に「楽曲名（又は、アーティスト名）に応じてアルバム名を変更しますか？（変更する場合は「決定」キー／変更しない場合はその他のキー」などのメッセージを表示し、ユーザが「決定」キー３３を押したときだけアルバム名を楽曲名（又は、アーティスト名）に応じて変更するようにする。これにより、ユーザは楽曲名又はアーティスト名を入力する順番にかかわらず、アルバム名を好みの楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じて変更することが可能になる。

本発明は上記の実施の形態に限定されるものではない。例えば、本発明は、汎用コンピュータを使用して構成されるオーディオ装置に適用することもできる。

以上説明したように、本発明によれば、ユーザが楽曲名又はアーティスト名を変更すると、制御部によりアルバム名が楽曲名又はアーティスト名に応じて変更されるので、所望の楽曲が含まれるアルバムと他のアルバムとを容易に区別することができるようになる。これにより、多数のアルバムを収録したオーディオ装置の操作性が向上するという効果を奏する。
