Abstract
Description
【0001】

[Industrial application fields]
The present invention relates to a hydrogen supply system. In particular, the present invention relates to a configuration for improving energy efficiency of a hydrogen supply system.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a power source for a moving body such as a vehicle, a solid polymer electrolyte type fuel cell that is desirable from the viewpoint of environment and has a high efficiency potential is considered promising. In general, a solid polymer electrolyte fuel cell generates power using hydrogen and oxygen (air).
[0003]
As a hydrogen supply source for driving the fuel cell as described above, a technique for mounting a reformer on a moving body has been developed. However, the reformer has a problem that it takes a predetermined time to reach steady operation after startup. As a method for solving this problem, there is a method in which hydrogen is supplied from a stationary hydrogen supply system (station) to a hydrogen storage tank mounted on a mobile body, and hydrogen is directly supplied to the fuel cell from the hydrogen storage tank of the mobile body.
[0004]
As a conventional hydrogen supply system, there is known a system that utilizes absorption and heat generation when supplying hydrogen to a hydrogen storage tank mounted on a moving body. When hydrogen is released from the storage tank of the hydrogen supply system and stored in the storage tank of the mobile body, the hydrogen release becomes an endothermic reaction, and the hydrogen storage becomes an exothermic reaction. In order to maintain the hydrogen releasing / occluding performance, it is necessary to perform heating / cooling corresponding to each absorption / exothermic reaction. Therefore, by using the heat generated by the exothermic reaction during the hydrogen storage for the endothermic reaction during the hydrogen release through the heat medium, the heating and cooling steps that have been conventionally performed individually can be omitted, improving the energy efficiency. ing.

[0006]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the above-described prior art, the absorption and heat generation action at the time of hydrogen supply from the hydrogen storage tank of the hydrogen supply system to the storage tank of the moving body are mutually utilized. However, the amount of heat generated when a fuel reforming system is provided in the hydrogen supply system and the hydrogen obtained by the fuel reforming system is stored in a storage tank in the hydrogen supply system must be cooled using a cooler or the like. I must.
[0007]
In view of the above problems, an object of the present invention is to provide a configuration capable of improving energy efficiency in a hydrogen supply system including a fuel reforming system.
[0008]
[Means for solving problems]
The present invention includes a hydrocarbon fuel, a fuel reforming system using at least one of water or oxidant gas as a raw material, a storage tank for storing hydrogen obtained from the fuel reforming system, and the fuel reforming system. And a heat recovery means for recovering heat generated when the hydrogen generated in (1) is stored in the storage tank. The heat recovered by the heat recovery means is used for the reforming reaction of the fuel reforming system.
[0009]
[Action and effect]
Since the recovered heat is used for the reforming reaction of the fuel reforming system, the temperature increase of the hydrogen storage tank can be suppressed without adding external power energy such as a cooler. Also, reforming efficiency is improved by supplying heat to the fuel reforming system from outside the system. From the above results, a hydrogen supply system with high energy efficiency can be provided.
