Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to an air mat, and more particularly to an air mat used for measuring biological information of a sleeping subject.
An air mat used for measuring biological information of a subject who is sleeping is disclosed in
10 and 11 are a perspective view and a partial longitudinal sectional view of the air mat disclosed in
Reference numeral 5 denotes an air introduction part formed at the end of the air mat for guiding the pressure change in the space to the pressure sensor, and 4 denotes an air tube for transmitting the pressure in the space to the air introduction part.
The conventional air mat having such a structure has the following problems.
(1) Since the biological information signals received by the plurality of bonding portions 3 are not propagated in the air, the biological information signal detection capability is inversely proportional to the total area of the bonding portions, and the biological information detection efficiency is reduced.
(2) As apparent from FIG. 11, the air mat surfaces are not comfortable to sleep because a plurality of irregularities are formed on one surface by the bonding portion.
(3) Since the biological information cannot be measured when the
(4) Directly affected by air leakage.
(5) The air introduction part 5 is a hindrance and tends to have a psychological effect on the subject.
An object of the present invention is to realize an air mat that improves the efficiency of detecting living body information, is comfortable to sleep, can be designed thin, can reduce the influence of air leakage, and can eliminate the need for an air introduction portion.
The configuration of the present invention for achieving such an object is as follows.
(1) In an air mat in which a space is formed by an upper fabric and a lower fabric,
An air mat comprising a gusset material having a self-repulsive property that connects the upper fabric and the lower fabric.
(2) The air mat according to (1), wherein the gusset material is formed by braiding materials having self-repulsive properties.
(3) The air mat according to (1) or (2), wherein a place where the gusset material is fixed to the upper fabric and the lower fabric is partially limited.
(4) A check valve is provided that introduces air from outside air when the pressure in the space is lower than the outside air pressure, and prevents outflow to outside air when the pressure in the space is higher than the outside air pressure. The air mat according to any one of (1) to (3).
(5) The air mat according to any one of (1) to (4), wherein a pressure sensor, a flow rate sensor, or a flow rate sensor that measures biological information of the subject is attached in the space.
(6) The air mat according to (5), wherein means for transmitting the measured value of the pressure sensor, flow velocity sensor, or flow sensor to a remote monitoring device by wire or wireless is provided.
As is clear from the above description, the following effects can be expected according to the present invention.
(1) Since there is no bonding portion between the upper fabric and the lower fabric that hinders the air propagation of the biological information signal, the detection efficiency can be increased.
(2) There is no unevenness, so it is comfortable to sleep.
(3) The use of a gusset material having self-repulsion characteristics supports the subject's body pressure and has a high ability to return to a steady thickness, so that the air mat can be designed to be thin.
(4) Use of a check valve can reduce the influence of air leakage.
(5) As a sensor for measuring biological information, not only a pressure sensor but also a flow rate sensor or a flow rate sensor can be used. It can be used properly according to the application.
(6) Since the flow rate sensor and the flow rate sensor are smaller than the pressure sensor on the market, they can be miniaturized and are strong against external sound.
(7) Due to the configuration in which the sensor is directly attached to the air mat, the air introduction portion is unnecessary. Thereby, handling of an air mat becomes easy and there is no possibility of giving a tester a psychological influence.
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.

FIG. 1 is a transmissive schematic diagram showing an example of the internal configuration of an air mat taken along the alternate long and short dash lines AA ′ and BB ′ shown in FIG. 2 with a predetermined distance in the longitudinal direction. 301, 302, 303,... 30n are a plurality of rectangular plate-shaped gusset materials that connect the
To describe the gusset material 301 as a representative, the
d is the gusset width, that is, the height of the gusset material 301, and regulates the distance between the

FIG. 3 is a longitudinal sectional view showing a configuration example of the air mat of the present invention, in which the
As the gusset material, in addition to the rectangular plate-like material having the property of not easily stretched and strong self-repulsive property as shown in FIG. 3, the upper material is linear, spherical, or a shape in which these are braided vertically and horizontally. The structure attached between 100a and the lower fabric 100b is possible.
FIG. 4 shows a configuration example in which the
As an example of a braided material, there is a material that combines columnar / staggered structures in a knitted structure and has both form retention and elasticity.
3 and 4, when the subject's weight is applied, the distance between the
FIG. 5 is an example in which the place (gusset material fixing portion 201) where the gusset material is connected to the
3 and 4, the gusset material is attached to all the spaces formed by the upper fabric and the lower fabric, but a configuration in which the gusset material is only partially attached is also possible. Thereby, the material cost of the gusset material, the cost of bonding or welding can be reduced.
FIG. 6 shows that air is introduced from the outside air when the pressure in the space is lower than the outside air pressure (arrow P), and the outflow to the outside air (arrow Q) is prevented when the pressure in the space is higher than the outside air pressure. The structure which attached the non-return valve 600 to the edge part of an air mat is shown. By attaching the check valve, when the body pressure of the subject is removed and the air pressure in the space becomes lower than the outside air, the air automatically flows from the outside air. Therefore, the air pressure in the space does not become lower than the external air pressure.
FIG. 7 shows a configuration example in which a pressure sensor, a flow rate sensor, or a flow rate sensor 700 for measuring biological information of a subject is directly attached to the air mat side. As an attachment method, a sensor may be installed inside the space, or an interface part for attaching the sensor to the welding end part may be configured and attached detachably.
Even if air in the air mat flows out, if the subject's weight is removed, the distance between the upper fabric and the lower fabric increases due to the resilience of the self-repellent gusset material. Air flows into the.
Corresponding to the heartbeat, breathing, and body movement of the subject on the air mat, air enters and exits through the air hole. Therefore, the biological information of the subject can also be obtained by measuring the speed of the air flow or the amount of air flowing. It can be measured. Therefore, the biological information of the subject can be measured not only by the pressure sensor but also by a flow rate sensor or a flow rate sensor.
The flow rate sensor or flow rate sensor can be smaller than the pressure sensor. A thermal flow sensor with an ultrafine structure manufactured by silicon micromachining technology and thin film formation technology is commercially available, but it is also possible to use it.
Also, in the case of a pressure sensor such as a condenser microphone type differential pressure gauge sensor, it may be difficult to read biological information due to the sound of the pump of a decubitus prevention device, but in the case of a flow rate sensor or a flow rate sensor, Strong against external sounds.
If the pressure sensor, the flow rate sensor, or the flow rate sensor 700 is mounted on the air mat side, the air introduction part 5 for guiding the air pressure signal in the space shown by the conventional air mat in FIG. 10 to the external sensor becomes unnecessary. Thereby, handling of an air mat becomes easy and the psychological influence to a test subject can be reduced.
FIG. 8 shows a configuration example in which the measured value ep of the pressure sensor, the flow rate sensor or the flow rate sensor 700 is transmitted to the remote
The transmission means to the remote point may be optical or optical fiber, the data form is analog signal, digital signal serial or parallel, and the transmission environment is via LAN or the Internet.
When there is a battery in the air mat space or on the air mat side, wireless data transmission is effective.
