本発明は、運搬および据付を容易にする部品を備え、電力および熱を発生させる燃料電池コージェネレーションシステムに関する。

【従来の技術】
図8(図8(A)は正面図、図8(B)は底面図)に示すように、従来の家庭向け燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム101(以下、システム101)は、主要機器(不図示)が箱形の筐体102の中に収納され、筐体102は鋼板等を加工して形成されたユニットベース103上に載置されていた。ユニットベース103には、4カ所に吊り具104が取り付けられ、基礎ボルト(不図示)を通す穴105が形成されていた。システム101の重量は概ね200kg前後であり、作業員が2〜4名程度いたとしても運搬・据付作業を容易に行うことはできない。

運搬作業を行う場合には、ユニットベース103の吊り具104を利用してシステム101に吊りロープ(不図示)を掛け、クレーン(不図示)等でシステム101を吊り上げる。その後に、ユニットベース103の底部にフォークリフト(不図示)等の爪を挿入して持ち上げた状態で運搬する。また、据え付ける際にも同様に、クレーン等でシステム101を吊り上げた後に、フォークリフト等の爪を引き抜き、クレーン等で据付面に下ろす必要がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかし、工場設備や試験設備などのように、作業設備にゆとりがある場合はクレーンやフォークリフトを利用した運搬・据付は可能であるが、クレーンやフォークリフトの備え付けのない一般家庭への運搬・据付は困難が多い。

そこで、本発明は、運搬及び据付を容易に行うことのできる燃料電池コージェネレーションシステムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記目的を達成するために、請求項1に係る発明による燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1は、例えば図1、図4に示すように、燃料ガスと酸化剤ガスとの電気化学的反応により直流電力を発電する燃料電池本体6と;前記発電された直流電力を交流電力に変換するDC/ACインバータ8と;燃料電池本体6から回収した排熱を温水として蓄熱する貯湯槽10との少なくともいずれか1つを搭載するベース3と;ベース3を昇降させる昇降部品22と;昇降部品22を取り付けることが可能な取付部品14と;取付部品14をベース3に取り付けることが可能な第1取付部11とを備える。

図1は、本発明の実施の形態に係る燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1を示す。図1(A)は正面図、図1(B)は右側面図、図1(C)は底面図である。
燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1は、筐体2と、ユニットベース3と、主要機器5、6、7、8、10とを備える。燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1では、鋼板等を箱形に加工して形成された筐体2の中に主要機器が収納され、筐体2は鋼板等を加工して形成されたベースとしてのユニットベース3上に載置されている。ユニットベース3は、据付面4上に据え付けられている。主要機器には、例えば、炭化水素系燃料と改質水の供給を受け改質ガスを生成する改質器5、改質ガスと酸化剤ガスの供給を受け直流電力を発電する燃料電池本体6、発電した直流電力の電圧変換を行うDC/DCコンバータ7、電圧変換が行われた直流電力を交流電力に変換し、変換した交流電力を負荷(不図示)に供給するDC/ACインバータ8、排熱を貯留する貯湯槽10等がある。なお、図1(A)において、筐体2の正面壁は記載を省略している。

ユニットベース3は鋼板を溝型に加工し、加工した鋼板を枠状に形成している。ユニットベース3の長手方向の溝部には板状の第1取付部としての取付金具11が4カ所鉛直に配置して取り付けられている。各取付金具11には、4カ所にネジ穴12が加工されている。ユニットベース3の据付面4(図1)に接する箇所(下部)には4カ所に第2取付部としての貫通穴(キリ穴)13が加工されている。ユニットベースは、据付面4(図1)上に水平に据え付けられる。

ナット部24を回転させることによりアジャスター22のネジ棒25を台座23上で回転させる。各アジャスター22のナット部24は同時に回転させるか、少しづつ順番に回転させるのが望ましい。4つのアジャスター22のネジ棒25を同じ回転速度で回転させるか、同じ回転角度だけ順次回転させることによりユニットベース3を据付面4から水平の状態で上昇させることができる。図中、Hが上昇させることができる最大高さであり、本実施の形態では、例えば100mmである。
ユニットベース3が据付面4から離れて上昇している状態から、ナット部24をユニットベース3上昇のために回転させた方向と逆に回転させると、ユニットベース3を据付面4に着くまで下降させることができる。

図5に、アジャスター取付金具14からアジャスター22を取り外し、アジャスター取付金具14に被取付部品としてのアイボルト27を取り付けた状態を示す。アイボルト27は、リング形状の係合部としてのリング部28とネジが形成されたネジ部29とを含んで構成される。図に示すように、ネジ部29をアジャスター取付金具14の上面板17に形成されたネジ穴20に上方から螺合することにより、アイボルト27をアジャスター取付金具14に取り付けることができる。アジャスター取付金具14にアイボルト27を取り付け、アイボルト27が取り付けられたアジャスター取付金具14を止めネジ26を用いてユニットベース3に取り付ける。アイボルト27のリング部28に吊りロープ(不図示)を巻き付けることにより、例えばクレーン(不図示)などによりユニットベース3を4点で吊り上げることができる。

図6に、移動部品としてのキャスター30の構成を示す。図6(A)は、キャスター30をユニットベース3に取り付けた状態を示し、図6(B)は、キャスター30を外し、第2ベース固定部品としての基礎ボルト37を設置した状態を示す。 キャスター30は、回転部品としてのローラ31とローラ31を保持する保持部としての軸部32とを含んで構成される。ローラ31は水平軸の回りに回転しながら床面(不図示)上を移動する。ローラ31は、鉛直軸回りに軸部32に対して回転可能であり、移動方向を変更することが可能である。キャスター30の軸部32を、ユニットベース3に加工された貫通穴13に挿入し、ナット32Aで止めることにより、キャスター30をユニットベース3の下部に取り付けることができる。図6(B)に示すように、貫通穴13からキャスター30を取り外し、ユニットベース3が据付現場に載置された後に、貫通穴13を基礎ボルト37を取り付けるために利用することができる。この場合、後述の基礎ボルト固定用金具33(図7)を利用して基礎ボルト38(図7(B))を固定する場合と違い、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1の据付面積をユニットベース3の据付面積と同じとし、小さくすることができる。

燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1を運搬する運搬経路が平坦である場合は、ユニットベース3の下部にキャスター30を取り付けた状態で、フォークリフトなどを用いることなく燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1を据付現場まで移動させることが可能である。

止めネジ26(図中、一点鎖線)を鉛直板34の貫通穴39を貫通させ、取付金具11(図2)のネジ穴12に螺合させることにより、基礎ボルト固定用金具33をユニットベース3(図2)に取り付けることができる。基礎ボルト固定用金具33をユニットベース3に取り付けた後、基礎ボルト固定用金具33の貫通穴36に第1ベース固定部品としての基礎ボルト38を通し、ユニットベース3を据付現場に据え付けることができる。なお、基礎ボルト固定用金具33と基礎ボルト38とが両方で、本発明の第1ベース固定部品に該当する。

すなわち、基礎ボルト固定用金具33は、アジャスター取付金具14と同一の方法で、同一の部位(取付金具11)においてユニットベース3(図2)に取り付け可能である。鉛直板34の4カ所の貫通穴39を利用して基礎ボルト固定用金具33をユニットベース3に取り付け、水平板35に1つ形成された貫通穴36を利用して基礎ボルト38を通し、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1(図1)を基礎ボルト38で据付面4に固定することが可能である。基礎ボルト固定用金具33を使用する場合、基礎ボルト固定用金具33がユニットベース3から側方に張り出して取り付けられるため、その上方には基礎ボルト施工作業を阻害するものがないため、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1を据付現場に仮置きした状態で現合作業により基礎ボルト38の設置を行い、容易に基礎ボルト施工作業を行うことができる。また、基礎ボルト固定用金具33は、容易に取り外すことが可能であり、基礎ボルト38を施工する作業を行う際に、基礎ボルト固定用金具33が作業の邪魔になるようであれば、基礎ボルト固定用金具33を取り外し、作業の完了後に再度取り付ければよい。

なお、本実施の形態の燃料電池コージェネレーションシステムは、主要機器を分散して収納する複数の筐体を備え、それぞれの筐体が別置きのユニットベース(ユニットベース3と同様の構成を有する)上に載置されるものであってもよい。

次に、図1〜図7を参照し、本実施の形態の燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1の運搬・据付作業の典型例を説明する。燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1が据付現場の近くに載置された状態から説明を始める。
燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1の4つのアジャスター取付金具14にそれぞれアジャスター22を取り付け、各アジャスター取付金具14をユニットベース3の取付金具11を取り付けることにより、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1にアジャスター22を取り付ける。そして、アジャスター22のネジ棒25をスパナで回転させ、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1を持ち上げる。次に、ユニットベース3の下部(底部)に4つのキャスター30を取り付ける。アジャスター22のネジ棒25をスパナで逆回転させ、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1を下降させ、キャスター30を接地させる。次に、例えば燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1を押すことにより、キャスター30のローラ31を、接地面上で回転させ、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1を据付現場まで移動させる。

以上説明したとおり、本実施の形態においては、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1の生産現場、在庫現場(倉庫)、梱包・出荷現場、据付現場などの状況に合わせ、種々の運搬・据付方法を選択することが可能である。ユニットベース3の持ち上げ方法には、アジャスター22を利用する方法、アイボルト27を利用する方法などがあり、運搬方法には、キャスター30を利用する方法、クレーン(不図示)を利用する方法、フォークリフト(不図示)を利用する方法、手動リフター(不図示)を利用する方法などがあり、据付方法には、基礎ボルト固定用金具33を利用して基礎ボルト38を固定する方法、キャスター30を取り付ける貫通穴13として兼用可能なユニットベース3の底部の貫通穴13を利用して基礎ボルト37を固定する方法がある。

特に、一般家庭に据え付ける場合、運搬方法、据付方法、および作業スペースは制限されることが多い。しかし、本実施の形態においては、前述のように、アジャスター22のネジ棒25を手動操作により回転させることにより燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1の上昇、下降を手動操作で行い、キャスター30をユニットベース3に取り付けて、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1を押すことにより、手動操作で据付現場まで移動させ、同様に燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1の上昇、下降を手動操作で行い、キャスター30を取り外し、燃料電池コージェネレーションシステム1の据付面4上への載置を行うことができる。したがって、一般家庭に備え付けていない特殊な運搬、吊上機械を用いることなく、人の力で運搬、据付を行うことが可能となる。
