Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an electric chain block.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, as a motor used for an electric chain block that lifts and lowers a hook for hanging a suspended load by a motor, there is a brush type DC motor (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
The speed control of the brush DC motor, that is, the hoisting and lowering speeds are performed by phase control in the control unit in the chain block.
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP-A-3-195696 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since conventional brush type DC motors are used in small electric chain blocks, brush wear is severe due to a large direct current. Especially in chain blocks that are frequently turned on and off, brush wear is caused by the starting current. Become intense. Further, since a large DC current is used, there is a problem that spark noise is generated from the contact when the brush part and the contactor are turned on and off. This spark noise has a large amount of energy, for example, it is impossible to use a chain block in a place with noise regulation such as a hospital, and it is difficult to suppress the noise because the noise frequency band is wide. Further, in the operation using the chain block, since the inching operation and the plucking operation are performed, the motor may be demagnetized or may break down.
In other words, the conventional chain block has a problem that there are many troubles in the electric system and the life is shortened.
[0005]
In addition, since accurate current detection cannot be easily performed by using a brush DC motor, an overwinding prevention device such as a slip clutch or a limit switch is required as a mechanical safety device. However, even if a slip clutch is provided to prevent over-winding of the hook (suspended load), the friction plate of the slip clutch on the output side of the motor will run idle while sliding, unless the motor power is turned off. There is a problem that wear of the plate occurs. Furthermore, with conventional chain blocks, it is difficult to accurately control the number of rotations of the motor (that is, the hoisting / lowering speed). There was a risk that it would be difficult to hang.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to provide a chain block that has a long life and can easily and accurately control the hoisting and lowering speeds.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above-mentioned object, a chain block according to the present invention is a chain block in which a hook for hanging a suspended load is lifted and lowered by a motor, the motor being a brushless DC motor, and the brushless DC motor. A PWM control unit that performs PWM control is provided.
Alternatively, in a chain block that lifts and lowers a hook that suspends a suspended load by a motor, the motor is a brushless DC motor, and a PWM control unit that PWM-controls the brushless DC motor and a motor load current value or a motor A detection unit that detects a load power value and an operation control unit that stops the brushless DC motor by a motor overload signal from the detection unit.
Alternatively, in a chain block that lifts and lowers a hook that suspends a suspended load with a motor, the motor is a brushless DC motor, and a PWM control unit that PWM-controls the brushless DC motor, A main safety device composed of a mechanical friction clutch that causes a rotary power transmission unit that transmits unwinding power to slip by an overload acting on the hook, a detection unit that detects a motor load current value or a motor load power value, and the detection unit And a sub-safety device comprising an operation control unit that stops the brushless DC motor by a motor overload signal.
The rotation detection unit detects a rotation number of the brushless DC motor, and a port that transmits a rotation number signal from the rotation detection unit and receives an operation signal.
