Abstract
Description
【0001】

From the comparison of the amount of use up to the present time in step S15 and the target value, in step S16, the facility area where the amount of energy resource used up to the present time exceeds the target value and the presence or absence of energy resources are determined. If it is determined that there is no facility area and energy resource whose usage exceeds the target value, the process proceeds to step S2, and it is determined that there is a facility area and energy resource whose current usage exceeds the target value. Then, in step S17, the facility area and the energy resource exceeding the target value are notified, the cause analysis and the execution of countermeasures are promoted, and the process proceeds to step S2.

The transition data of the facility area, the usage amount for each energy resource, the emission amount for each energy resource, and the emission amount for each emission generated in step S31 are stored in the
[0051]
As a result of the comparison in step S32, if it is determined in step S33 that there are no facility areas, energy resources, and emissions whose transition data up to the present time is larger than the past transition data, the process proceeds to step S37.
[0052]
If it is determined in this step S33 that there are facility areas, energy resources, and emissions whose current transition data is larger than the past transition data, the transition data up to the present is displayed in step S34. Announce facility areas and energy resources and emissions that are growing more than data, and facilitate cause analysis.
[0053]
Next, in step S35, the current energy resource usage and emission emissions are determined based on the cause analysis analyzed in step S34, rather than the past usage of energy resources and emissions. It is determined whether or not the cause of the increase in transition is clear. Judgment of the increase in the amount of energy resources used and the amount of waste generated at this time is based on, for example, improving or changing the manufacturing method, manufacturing equipment, manufacturing content, etc. Although the amount increases, it is determined whether the reason for the increase or decrease of the energy resources for each area is clear, such as the amount of energy resources used in other areas is greatly decreased.
[0054]
If it is determined in step S35 that the cause of increase is clear, the process proceeds to step S37. If it is determined that the cause of increase is not clear, in step S36, the usage amount for each facility area and energy resource, Enter the conditions for creating a reduction plan with emissions. This reduction plan condition specifies the facility area where the cause of the increase in the current energy resource usage over the past usage trend has not been clarified, and the currently set energy of the identified facility area. Set and input conditions for changing resource usage plans.
[0055]
When the reduction plan creation condition input in step S36 is performed, in step S37, after the current time, the next day, the next week, or the following month, the creation of the usage target for each facility area and each energy resource is prompted, and the target is set. And end all processing.
[0056]
As described above, the environmental monitoring system according to the present invention divides the facility into a plurality of areas, detects the amount of energy resources used in each area at predetermined time intervals, By comparing the amount used for each energy resource used with the target value and past changes in the amount used, it becomes easier to predict the current state of consumption and future consumption, and the emissions for each energy resource used, By calculating and calculating the emission amount of the emission, it is possible to grasp the influence on the environment, and when there is a difference from the target value or past transition, it becomes easy to analyze the cause and create a countermeasure plan.
[0057]
【The invention's effect】
The environmental monitoring system of the present invention can quickly calculate and calculate the usage amount for each used energy resource, the emission from the used energy resource, and the emission amount of the emission for each of a plurality of areas in the facility at predetermined time intervals. In addition, it is easy to compare with target values and past changes, and it has the effect of making it possible to set a plan with high feasibility for energy resources and emissions.
