【発明の属する技術分野】
本願の発明は、各種の内容物を収容した広口の中空容器の開口部に密閉蓋を開閉自在に設けた収納容器に係わるもので、中でも、化粧用のクリームや白粉等を収容するのに適した中空容器の開口部を密閉する蓋体を、指先により簡単に開開できるようにした広口の密閉容器に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
従来から着脱自在な蓋体を有する広口の密閉容器は、ジヤムやバターその他の液状食品を収容した食品容器、クリームや白粉等の化粧科を収容した化粧品容器、靴墨やワックス等を収容した日用品容器等に広く用いられてきた。
そして、このような広口の密封容器は、実公昭５３−７９４１号や実公平７−２３４１１号、特開平１０−２０３５４７号公報に見られるように、ガラスや合成樹脂等で成形した中空容器の口頸部に、金属または合成樹脂やエボナイト等で形成されたネジ蓋や嵌合蓋を螺合または嵌合して密閉する形式のものが、一般に使用されてきた。

上記のような密閉容器は、特別な道具を用いなくて蓋体を簡単に開封することができ、また、再び簡単に密閉することができて、非常に便利であることから多くの密封容器に使用されている。
しかし、一般に多用されているこのような容器は、容器本体の口頸部に所定のピッチで形成されたネジ山に対して、内周面に前記ネジ山と同一ピッチのネジが形成されたネジ蓋を螺合させるか、または、口頸部に形成された係合突起に係合する係合部を設けた蓋部を係止させることにより、容器の開口部を蓋体で密封するようにしたものであるから、蓋体の開閉がやや面倒であると共に、開封して容器から分離された蓋体が落下して汚れたり、紛失することがあった。

また、上記した容器の口径が大きい容器の場合には、容器本体の口頸部のネジ山の先端部にネジ蓋の溝を噛み合わせて、ネジ蓋を容器本体の口頸部に正確に螺合させるには、ネジ蓋を半周以上にわたって慎重に回転させて螺合しなけれぱならない不便さもある。
そこで、このような不便さを解消して、もっと簡単に蓋体を開閉できるようにした密封容器として、図９に示すように、密閉蓋体２４を容器本体２２の口頸部２３に開閉自在に連結した密閉容器２１が知られれている。

上記の密閉容器２１は、広口の中空容器本体２２の開口部を密閉するようにした蓋体２４の一端を、容器の口頸部２３に回動バネを有する蝶番２５等により開閉自在に連結したものである。
そして、前記蓋体２４は、図９に示すように、中空容器本体２２の開口端に密着して密閉する円板状の天板２４ａと、該天板の周縁部に垂設されて容器本体の口頸部２３の外周面に密着する円筒縁部２４ｂと、該円筒縁部に突設されて口頸部の係合突起２３ａに係合して係止可能に形成された係止片２６と、前記円形状の天板２４ａの周縁部の一端に設けて容器の口頸部２３に連結する蝶番２５とから形成されている。

上記のような構成をした密閉容器２１は、容器本体２２の収容凹部にクリームや白粉等の化粧料を収容してから前記蓋体２４を閉じると、天板２４ａの内面に設けられたパッキン２７が容器本体２２の口頸部２３の開口端に密着して、前記円筒縁部２４ｂが口頸部２３の外周面に嵌合、密着して密閉すると共に、前記係止片２６が口頸部２３の外周面に設けられた係合突起２３ａに係止して、前記蓋体２４は容器本体２２の口頸部２３に嵌合、固定される。
また、このようにして開口部が密閉された容器の蓋体を開いて使用するには、蓋体の前記係止片の先端部に手の指先を掛けて押し上げると、係止片は外側へ弾性変形して口頸部の係合突起との間の係合関係が解かれて、蓋体の円筒縁部が開口端から離れると、蓋体は蝶番のバネの復元力により上方へと開かれる。

このように形成した密閉容器に於いては、容器の口頸部に蝶番を介して開閉自在に連結された蓋体は、開口部を密閉して係止片により口頸部に密閉、係止されていて、前記係止片を指先で押し上げることにより蓋体を簡単に開放することができて便利である。
しかし、前記蓋体は、係止片のみで口頸部に係止されて密閉状態に保持されるが、不用意に蓋体が開くことがないように係止するために、係止片自体が肉厚に形成されているので、前記蓋体を開くには係止片を押し上げて変形させなくてはならず、それには指先にやや大きな力を必要とするので、指先の力が弱い人にとっては開けにくい場合があるから、もう少し小さな力でも簡単に素早く蓋体を開けることができるような構造をした密閉容器が望まれる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本願の発明は、上記したような問題点を解決して、開閉自在な蓋体を有する密閉容器に於いて、中空容器本体の開口部に対して蓋体を容易に開閉することができて、密封性を維持することができるように創案したもので、中空容器の口頸部に蓋体を嵌着して密閉状態に保持するのに、蓋体をできるだけ簡単な構造に形成すると共に、できるだけ多くの中空容器に適用できるような構造にして、また、小さな指先の力だけで蓋体を簡単に素早く、且つ、スムーズに開開することができるように形成すると共に、中空容器の口頸部に嵌着された蓋体は、開封操作を行う時以外には、自然に開蓋されることがないように構成された密封容器を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本願の発明は、上記した目的を達成するために、中空容器の開口部に嵌着して密閉する蓋体を、喋番により口頸部に開閉白在に連結した密閉容器に於いて、前記蓋体を中空容器の開口端に密着する天板と、該天板の周縁部にして中空容器の口頸部に嵌合する円筒縁部とから密閉可能にすると共に、前記円筒縁部の端部に薄肉を介して係合片を突設して口頸部に係止可能にして密閉蓋を形成して、前記密閉蓋を蝶番を介して口頸部に開閉自在に連結して、更に、前記密閉蓋に対して前記天板と円筒縁部および係合片とを覆って密着可能に形成した押さえ蓋を設けると共に、該押さえ蓋を前記密閉蓋の蝶番に一体に連結して、前記密閉蓋と一緒に開閉可能にした密閉蓋体に形成して、中空容器の口頸部に開閉自在に連結した密閉蓋体を有する密閉容器を構成する。

【発明の実施の形態】
本願発明の密閉容器は、クリームや白粉等の化粧料その他を収容可能な収容凹部を設けた中空容器を、合成樹脂やガラスその他により成形して、前記中空容器の口頸部の外周部に密閉蓋を開閉自在に連結する蝶番と、容器の開口部を密閉した密閉蓋を係止する係合突起とを設けて中空容器本体を形成する。
そして、前記中空容器本体の開口部を密閉して口頸部に嵌着可能に形成すると共に口頸部の係合突起に係止する係止片を形成した密閉蓋を、口頸部に蝶番を介して開閉自在に連結して密閉容器を形成すると共に、前記密閉蓋の外面を覆って密着するように形成した押さえ蓋を、前記密閉蓋と一体に蝶番により開閉可能に連結して、開閉自在な密閉蓋体を有する密閉容器を形成する。

【実施例】
本願の発明について、一つの最適な実施例に基づいて、図面を参照しつつ、以下に説明する。
本願発明は、熱可塑性合成樹脂やガラス等を用いて、クリームや白粉等の化粧料、あるいは、その他のクリーム状物質等を収容可能な収容凹部を設けた中空の容器本体２を形成して、前記容器本体の口頸部３に容器の開口部を密閉する密閉蓋４を開閉自在に連結する蝶番５部分を形成すると共に、前記開口部を密閉した密閉蓋４を係止する係合突起３ａを形成して、図１に示すような密閉容器１に於けるクリーム等を収容可能な中空容器本体２を形成する。

そして、上記した中空容器本体２には、図２に示すように、開口部に密着して密閉する天板４ａと口頸部に嵌合する筒状の嵌合壁４ｂと係合突起３ａに係止する係止片６とからなる密閉蓋４を開閉可能に前記蝶番５に連結すると共に、前記密閉蓋４の上から天板４ａと嵌合壁４ｂと係止片６を覆って密着するように形成した押さえ蓋８を被せて、前記密閉蓋４と一体に開閉可能に前記蝶番部５に連結して、簡単に開閉可能となした密閉蓋体９に形成することにより、図１および図２等に示したように、開閉自在な密閉蓋体を有する密閉容器１を形成する。

上記したような中空の容器本体は、熱可塑性合成樹脂を射出成形することにより、クリームや白粉その他を収容可能にする中空の収容凹部と口頸部とを有する内壁部２ａを形成すると共に、前記収容凹部の口頸部に段部を設けて内壁部を囲んで保護するように連設する外壁部２ｂを形成して、更に、前記口頸部３の一側部には密閉蓋体９が連結される蝶番部５を形成すると共に、前記蝶番と反対側には密閉蓋の係止片６が係合する係合突起３ａを形成することにより、前記容器本体２の開口部を密閉する密閉蓋体９を開閉可能に蝶番連結して、前記密閉蓋体を密閉状態で口頸部に係止して固定可能に形成される。

また、上記した開閉可能な密閉蓋４を形成するには、熱可塑性合成樹脂を射出成形して、図５に示すように、中空容器本体２の開口部に密着して密閉する円板状の天板部４ａを形成すると共に、該天板の縁部に筒状の嵌合壁４ｂを周設して中空容器本体２の口頸部３に嵌着可能な蓋部を形成して、更に、前記嵌合壁の一端部に薄肉部６ａを介して容易に変形可能な係止片６を突設して、前記口頸部の係合突起３ａに係止可能に形成すると共に、前記係止片と反対側の前記蓋部の端部に連結部を突設して、中空容器本体２の口頸部３の蝶番に連結可能に形成することにより、中空容器本体２の口頸部３に開閉可能に連結する密閉蓋４を形成する。

このようにして形成した押さえ蓋８は、内面に気密性のパッキン７等を設けた前記密閉蓋４に上から被せて密着せしめて一体にしてから、前記連結部４ｃを中空容器本体２の蝶番５部分に回動可能に連結して、開閉可能な密閉蓋体９に形成すると、図１に示したような開閉自在な密閉蓋体９を有する密閉容器１が構成される。

上記のように構成された密閉容器１は、開閉自在な密閉蓋体９を開いた状態にして、容器本体２の収容凹部内にクリームや白粉等の化粧料を充填してから前記密閉蓋体を閉じると、図２に示すように、密閉蓋体９の内蓋である密閉蓋４に設けられたパッキン７が開口部の端面に密着すると共に、筒状の嵌合壁４ｂが口頸部３に嵌合して容器の開口部を密閉されるが、それと同時に、嵌合壁４ｂの端部に設けた係止片６が口頸部の係合突起３ａに係止されて、前記密閉蓋４は密閉状態に固定される。

上記した実施例に於ける本願発明の開閉自在な密閉蓋体９を有する密閉容器１は、中空容器本体１の開口部を密閉する密閉蓄４を、口頸部に蝶番により連結して開閉自在にすると共に、該密閉蓋に係止片６を設けて口頸部３に係止して固定するようにしたものに於いて、日頸部３に係止する前記密閉蓋４に押さえ蓋８を被着して係止片６を締めつけるようにして密開蓋体９を構成して、該密開蓋体９が不用意には開かないようにしたものであり、また、係止片６を締めつける押さえ蓋８を、図１や図２に示すように、密閉蓋４の周縁部のみを締めつけるようにした環状体に近似したものとなしたが、本願発明はこのような構造をしたものに限定されたものではない。
例えば、外蓋である押さえ蓋を、中蓋の天板面に密接するような形状にして、中蓋の全面を締め付けるようにしたり、あるいは、前記した実施例に於ける中蓋である密開蓋４について、図５（ｂ）に示すように、複数個の係止片６を設けた形状にしたものを用いることにより、更に密閉性を強くした密閉容器に形成することができる。

同じく熱可塑性合成樹脂を射出成形して、前記密閉蓋に被着可能な外蓋１８を形成して、該外蓋の円筒部１８ａの内周面にネジ１８ｂを設けて前記密閉蓋の筒状壁１４ｃに螺着可能に形成して、前記密閉蓋１４に被着して一体となして、図８に示すような容器本体１２の口頸部に着脱可能な密閉蓋体１９を構成する。
