Abstract
Description
【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a switch operation unit, and more particularly to a switch operation unit of an electric reel that controls a spool rotation motor mounted on a reel body.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In general, an electric reel that rotates a spool at the time of winding with a motor is often used, for example, when fishing a fish traveling around a depth of 100 m or more from the top of a ship. This type of electric reel includes a reel body, a spool mounted on the reel body, a handle for rotating the spool, and a motor for rotating the spool in the winding direction. The reel body has a pair of left and right side plates and a pair of left and right side covers that cover the outside of the side plates. On the upper surface of the reel body, a case member provided with a display for displaying water depth and switches for performing various inputs is mounted.
[0003]
In such an electric reel, a swing type operation unit is attached to a side portion of the reel body in order to change the rotation speed of the motor from a stopped state to a maximum rotation state (see, for example, Patent Document 1). .
[0004]
Such an operation unit is a lever-like member and can swing in the front-rear direction. A detection unit such as a potentiometer or a rotary encoder for detecting the swing angle of the operation unit is connected to the swing shaft of the operation unit. The swing shaft of the operation unit penetrates the side cover, and the operation unit is mounted on the outside of the side cover.
[0005]
The detection unit is disposed in a space between the side cover and the side plate of the reel body, the base end is mounted and fixed on the side cover side of the side plate, and the tip is connected to the swing shaft of the operation unit. The base end side of the detection unit is connected to a control unit that controls a motor provided inside the side plate. Here, when the operation unit swings to a swing position, the operation unit is held at this swing position, the detection unit detects the swing angle of the operation unit, and the control unit detects the speed corresponding to the swing angle. In this way, the rotation of the motor is maintained.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the electric reel having the conventional operation portion, the operation portion and the swing shaft of the operation portion are attached to the side cover, and the detection portion is attached and fixed to the side plate. Here, the side cover is mounted with the detection unit attached to the side plate, the swing shaft of the operation unit is connected to the detection unit, and the operation unit is mounted and fixed. As described above, if the operation unit and the swing shaft of the operation unit are mounted on the side cover and the detection unit is mounted and fixed on the side plate, it takes time to assemble the assembly, and the assembly of the operation unit is reduced. There is a risk.
[0008]
Moreover, such a detection part is attached to the side cover side of the side plate. For this reason, if the inside of the reel body is submerged, the detection unit is likely to be exposed to moisture, and the detection unit may be damaged.
[0009]
An object of the present invention is to improve the assembling property of the operation unit and the waterproofness of the detection unit in the switch operation unit of the electric reel.
[0010]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A switch operation unit according to a first aspect of the present invention is a switch operation unit that performs various operations of an electric reel that controls a motor that rotates a spool mounted on the reel unit, and is provided on the outside of the reel unit so as to be swingable. An operation unit, a detection unit coupled to the operation unit and connected to a control unit that detects a swing angle of the operation unit according to a swing operation of the operation unit and controls rotation of the motor according to the swing angle; and a reel And a bottomed cylindrical case portion that is mounted from the inside of the main body and to which the detection unit is mounted from the inside of the reel main body.
[0011]
The switch operation unit includes a bottomed cylindrical case portion that is mounted from the inside of the reel body and to which the detection unit is mounted from the inside of the reel body. Here, since the operation unit is provided on the outside of the reel body and the detection unit mounted on the case unit is provided on the inside of the reel body, a single reel body is sufficient for attaching the operation unit and the detection unit. For this reason, since the centering at the time of assembly becomes easy, the assemblability of the operation part can be improved. Moreover, since the detection part is attached to the bottomed cylindrical case part, the incorporation into the reel body is facilitated.
[0012]
Further, since the detection unit is mounted inside the reel body together with the case unit, even when the reel unit is submerged, for example, the case unit can be easily sealed, so that the detection unit can be reliably waterproofed.
[0013]
A switch operation unit according to a second aspect of the present invention is the switch operation unit of the first aspect, wherein the reel body further includes a storage portion that protrudes from the inside to the outside and has a concave inside. The case part is mounted and fixed to the storage part from the inside of the reel body. In this case, by holding the case part in the storage part, the mounting and fixing of the case part becomes easy and reliable.
[0014]
A switch operation unit according to a third aspect of the present invention is the switch operation unit of the first or second aspect, wherein the operation unit has a swing shaft along the rotation axis of the spool. In this case, the operation unit can be easily operated in the front-rear direction.
[0015]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided the switch operating portion according to the third aspect, wherein the detecting portion has the swing shaft of the operating portion mounted on the outer periphery of the tip portion. In this case, the connection between the swing shaft and the detection unit is strengthened.
[0016]
A switch operation unit according to a fifth aspect of the present invention is the switch operation unit of the fourth aspect, further comprising a waterproof seal portion disposed between the reel body and the swing shaft of the operation unit. In this case, by using, for example, an elastic resin O-ring as the waterproof seal portion, it is possible to prevent water from entering the inside of the reel, and the detection portion inside the swing shaft can be reliably waterproofed.
[0017]
A switch operation unit according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the switch operation unit according to any one of the first to fifth aspects, wherein the operation unit is disposed in front of the side portion of the reel body. In this case, for example, by disposing the operation unit in front of the rotation axis of the spool, the operation unit can be operated while gripping the rear of the reel.
[0018]
A switch operation unit according to a seventh aspect of the present invention is the switch operation unit according to any one of the first to sixth aspects, wherein the operation unit is a lever member that swings in the front-rear direction. In this case, the operability of the operation unit can be improved by providing a lever-shaped operation unit that is easy to pick.
[0019]
A switch operation unit according to an eighth aspect of the present invention is the switch operation unit according to any one of the first to seventh aspects, wherein the control unit performs control to increase or decrease the motor speed. In this case, for example, the rotational speed of the motor can be changed in multiple stages by operating the operation unit.
[0020]
A switch operation unit according to a ninth aspect of the present invention is the switch operation unit according to any one of the first to eighth aspects, wherein the control unit performs control to turn on and off the motor. In this case, the motor can be turned on and off by operating the operation unit at a predetermined position. Further, when the control for further increasing and decreasing the motor speed is performed, the rotation speed of the motor can be continuously increased from 0 to the maximum speed.
