Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 5-168217 [0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
Since the conventional assembly of the iron core and permanent magnet has been done as described above, an attractive magnetic force acts between the iron core and the permanent magnet. For this reason, there is a problem that the working efficiency of the assembly is lowered when the suction force is increased.
[0005]
Also, since the iron core is usually constructed by laminating a plurality of thin steel plates, due to dimensional errors and assembly errors of individual iron plates, the surface of the iron core after lamination, that is, the joint surface with the permanent magnet cannot be manufactured smoothly. In general, the laminated iron core also has a problem that an operation such as polishing the joint surface between the permanent magnet and the iron core is necessary.
[0006]
The present invention has been made in order to solve the above-described problems. As long as an attractive force acts between the iron core and the permanent magnet, the iron core or the permanent magnet can be easily arranged at a predetermined position. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method for assembling a flow device.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
A method for assembling a current limiting device according to claim 1 of the present invention includes a pair of first and second iron cores arranged to face each other, and a permanent magnet joined between the first and second iron cores, A method for assembling a current limiting device including a coil wound around first and second iron cores, wherein dry ice is arranged on the first iron core, and a permanent magnet is arranged on top of the dry ice. It is.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiment 1 FIG.
Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
1 is a perspective view showing a current limiting device according to Embodiment 1 of the present invention, FIG. 2 is a plan view, FIG. 3 is a front view, and FIG. 4 is a left side view.
In the figure, permanent magnets 2a and 2b are sandwiched between a first iron core 1a and a second iron core 1b, and a coil 3 is wound around the first iron core 1a and the second iron core 1b. It has been turned.
The upper surfaces of the permanent magnets 2a and 2b are arranged so as to have opposite polarities.
[0009]
Next, the operation of the permanent magnet application current limiting device configured as described above will be described.
In the magnetic circuit constituting the current limiter, the iron cores 1a and 1b are brought into a magnetic saturation state by the magnetic flux generated by the permanent magnets 2a and 2b. At the time of rated energization, the magnetic saturation of the iron cores 1a and 1b cannot be solved, and the current limiter is apparently equivalent to an air-core coil, and the loss is suppressed small because of low inductance.
When a large current such as a short-circuit current flows through the current limiter (coil 3), the magnetic field generated by the coil 3 is strengthened, and the magnetic saturation of the iron cores 1a and 1b is eliminated.
As a result, the current limiting device that is apparently equivalent to the air-core coil at the time of rated energization becomes an iron core coil, and the current limiting operation is performed by entering a high inductance state.
[0010]
5 is an exploded perspective view for explaining a method of arranging the permanent magnets 2a and 2b on the iron core 1a, FIG. 6 is a plan view, FIG. 7 is a front view, and FIG. 8 is a left side view.
In the figure, dry ice 4 is disposed on the iron core 1a. The permanent magnets 2a and 2b are arranged on the upper surface of the dry ice 4 and moved to a predetermined position.
Thereby, even if attraction by magnetic force acts between the iron core 1a and the permanent magnets 2a and 2b, the permanent magnets 2a and 2b can move smoothly on the dry ice 4 and can be easily arranged at predetermined positions. .
When the dry ice 4 is sublimated, the arrangement of the permanent magnets 2a and 2b is completed.
[0011]
FIG. 9 is an exploded perspective view for explaining a method of disposing the iron core 1b on the permanent magnets 2a and 2b in the state where the permanent magnets 2a and 2b are assembled on the iron core 1a. It arrange | positions on the permanent magnets 2a and 2b.
And the iron core 1b is arrange | positioned on the upper surface of the dry ice 4, and is moved to a predetermined position.
[0012]
Thereby, even if attraction by magnetic force acts between the iron core 1b and the permanent magnets 2a and 2b, the iron core 1b can move smoothly on the dry ice 4 and can be easily disposed at a predetermined position. .
And if the dry ice 4 sublimates, arrangement | positioning of the iron core 1b will be completed.
Further, by forming the dry ice 4 in a flat plate shape, the iron core 1b and the permanent magnets 2a and 2b can be moved more smoothly.
[0013]
As described above, according to the present invention, when the iron cores 1a, 1b and the permanent magnets 2a, 2b are combined, the dry ice 4 is disposed between the iron cores 1a, 1b and the permanent magnets 2a, 2b, whereby the iron core 1a. , 1b and the permanent magnets 2a and 2b, the iron cores 1a and 1b or the permanent magnets 2a and 2b can be easily arranged at predetermined positions.
Further, since the dry ice 4 is sublimated, there is no fear of affecting the structure of the iron cores 1a and 1b and the permanent magnets 2a and 2b.
In addition, in order to smoothly slide the permanent magnet on the iron core, it has been necessary to grind the surface of the iron core. However, in the present invention, such work can be eliminated and work efficiency can be improved. Can do.
[0014]
Embodiment 2. FIG.
Next, an example of an assembly method using the jig 5 for fixing the dry ice 4 will be described with reference to the drawings.
10 and 11 are perspective views for illustrating an assembling method, and FIG. 12 is a plan view.
13 is a front view showing a state in which the permanent magnets 2a and 2b are about to be arranged on the iron core 1a using the jig 5, and FIG. 14 is a cross-sectional view taken along line AA of FIG.
[0015]
The jig 5 made of a rectangular parallelepiped non-magnetic material is provided with a stepped opening 5a. The first iron core 1a is inserted into the lower step of the opening 5a, and the dry ice 4 is further transferred from the opening 5a. It mounts on the 1st iron core 1a.
Then, the permanent magnets 2 a and 2 b placed on the upper stage of the opening 5 a are assembled so as to be placed on the dry ice 4.
[0016]
Thus, the dry ice 4 can be easily and accurately fixed on the iron core 1a through the openings 5a and 5b provided in the jig 5, and the permanent magnets 2a and 2b disposed on the dry ice 4 are also provided. Similarly, it can be easily and accurately arranged.
[0017]
Next, a method for assembling the second iron core 1b by using a jig will be described with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 15 is an exploded perspective view showing an example of an assembling method using a jig, and FIG. 16 is a perspective view of the same.
17 is a plan view showing a state in which the iron core 1b is about to be disposed on the permanent magnets 2a and 2b using a jig, FIG. 18 is a front view, and FIG. 19 is a cross-sectional view taken along line BB in FIG. FIG.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 15, the first iron core 1a and the permanent magnets 2a and 2b assembled by the method shown in FIGS. 10 to 14 are composed of a rectangular parallelepiped nonmagnetic material between the permanent magnets 2a and 2b. 16 is inserted into the opening 6a provided in the jig 6 made of a rectangular parallelepiped non-magnetic material.
Then, as shown in FIGS. 17 to 19, the dry ice 4 is placed on the permanent magnets 2 a and 2 b, and the second iron core 1 b is placed on the dry ice 4. Finally, the jig 7 is extracted.
[0019]
Thus, the opening 6a provided in the jig 6 and the opening obtained by the jig 7 can easily fix the dry ice 4 on the permanent magnets 2a and 2b with high accuracy. Similarly, the second iron core 1b arranged on 4 can be easily and accurately arranged.
