<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an easily openable gusset bag which includes an adhesive seal portion easily tearable and cuttable with slight force of the finger tips from a tearing notch formed at each of edge thermal adhesive portions at respective edges of the gusset bag when contents stored in the gusset bag is taken out, and can be produced by using an existing bag forming machine or a bag-form-fill-packaging machine without complicated bag-forming steps. <P>SOLUTION: Inward folding portions are arranged on both side ends of substrate sheets each made of a plastic as a main material, and superposed edges of the folding portions and the both the side edges of front and rear face sheets are stuck to each other in a longitudinal direction to form the edge thermal adhesive portions, followed by forming the tearable notches for opening the bag, at the edges of the edge thermal adhesive portions. 本発明は味噌、ステック状砂糖、酒粕、粉体、パン粉等の収容容積を大きく必要とする収容物を包装するガセット袋に関し、詳しくは、ガセット袋に収容されている収容物を取り出す際に開封が容易にできるガセット貼り袋に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、袋の表裏面板が同じ大きさで収容物を多く収容するためにのガセット袋はガセット製袋機の製袋工程で表裏面板の両サイドに折込み(ガゼット)を形成したガゼット袋か、あるいはチューブ状のフイルムからガゼット袋を作って使用されている。また、ガセット袋に収容されている収納物を取り出す場合、ガセット袋の両側端部で内方に折込部が形成されている熱接着シール部にガセット袋を開封するためのIノッチあるいはVノッチまたはUノッチ等が施されている。しかし、IノッチあるいはVノッチまたはUノッチ等が施されている箇所から手で開封することが難しく、はさみやカッターナイフあるいは包丁等を用いて開封しなければならないと言う問題がある。このようなことから、ガセット袋の開口部の両側端部で内方に折込部が形成されている折込部分を外側に折り返して直線状態で開口部を密封シールし、密封シールされた外側周縁部分に開封するする為の直線状の切り込み(Iノッチ)あるいはV字形の切り込み(Vノッチ)またはU字形の切り込み(Uノッチ)等の開封手段を設けたものが知られている。しかし直線状態で開口部を密封シールする場合に作業上の制約が多く生産し難いと言う問題がある。この為に、はさみやカッターナイフあるいは包丁等を用いずに、易開封できるガセット袋として、熱可塑性樹脂層を有する積層フイルムからなり端縁熱接着部にて筒状とし両端部を内側に折り込んで上下熱接着部を設けたガセット袋の横方向の全周にわたって積層フイルムの外面にテープ材が接着され、端縁熱接着におけるテープ材が接着された部分の一方の積層フイルムの端縁部に切欠けが形成されるとともに、切欠けに対向する位置の他方の積層フイルムの端縁部のテープ材の両側に切目が設けられた構成の易開封袋が開示されている。(例えば、特許文献1)

さらに、(特許文献1)に、積層フイルムの外側に接着されるテープ材の製造方法として、易開封袋を作製するための所定幅にスリットした後に積層フイルムの外面の所定位置に積層フイルムの流れに直角方向にテープ材を全幅にわたって接着し、テープ材が接着された部分の一方の端部に切欠を形成するとともに、積層フイルムのテープ材が接着された他方の端部におけるテープ材の両側に2箇所の切目を形成すると記載されている。さらに積層フイルムのテープ材が接着された他方の端部にテープ材の両側に2個所の切目が形成された積層フイルムを、製袋機にかけてガセット袋とするか、あるいは、自動充填包装機にかけて内容物を充填する工程でガセット袋にするとも記載されている。

しかし、(特許文献1)に記載されているように製袋機あるいは自動充填機で易開封性袋を作製する際にあらかじめ積層フイルムの流れに直角方向にテープ材が接着され、さらに端部の一方に切欠等を形成したものを使用する場合、積層フイルムは製袋機あるいは自動充填機にかける前に他の加工機械により積層フイルムの流れに直角方向にテープ材を接着し、さらに端部の一方に切欠等を形成した後に一定の長さに巻き取らなければ成らず、巻き取られた積層フイルムの巻き取り紙の表面がテープ材が接着されていることにより凹凸状態になり、さらに積層フイルムがテープ材による凹凸で積層フイルムに厚薄が生じると言う問題がある。また積層フイルムの流れ方向に直角にテープ材が接着されている巻き取り紙を用いて製袋機あるい自動充填製袋包装機で製袋加工を施した場合、機械のガイド板等に接着されているテープ材が引っかかり易く、さらにテープ材の凹凸により厚薄が生じた積層フイルムを用いることにより製袋加工作業時にフイルムの蛇行が発生するなど非常に作業適正が悪く生産効率が著しく低下する問題がある。またテープ材を貼る作業工程が増え、テープの材料費もかかり生産コストが高くなると言う問題がある。

また、開封容易なガセット袋として、ガセット袋天部の、片側の折込み側シール位置より下部に、折込み側袋体幅より短い切れ目を形成すると共に、該切れ目を含んで一定幅の接着剤層を設けるか、少なくても折込み側袋体内側のシール部分にシール強度低下機能を付与したものが開示されている。(例えば、特許文献2)
上記(特許文献2)はガセット袋天部の、片側の折り込み側シール位置より下部に、折り込み側袋体幅より短い切れ目を形成すると共に、該切れ目を含んで一定幅の接着層を設けて成るガセット袋である。また接着層の代わりに切れ目上に剥離可能なラベルを貼り付けることも記載されている。またガセット袋に収容されている収容物を取り出す場合には上記切れ目から取り出される粉体、あるいは粒体の収容物であるとも記載されている。さらにガセット袋に収容している収容物が一体物の場合は、熱シールされる部分全体の接着力を低下させておけば、ガセット袋を破損する事無く容易に開封することが出来るとも記載されている。このようなことから引き裂き切り目等の開封するための対応が全く施されていない。しかしガセット袋は平袋と異なり、熱シールされる部分は積層フイルムが4枚に重ね合わされる部分と2枚が重ね合わされる部分とがあり、さらに4枚に重ね合わされている部分と2枚が重ね合わされている部分が対面する状態で熱シールされる個所もあり、接着力を低下させる事により熱シール部に未シール部あるいはピンホール等が生じガセット袋の防湿性、ガス遮断性等が著しく低下すると言う問題があり、ガセット袋を破損する事無く容易に開封出来る状態の接着は困難である。さらにラベル貼りをする場合には専用のラベル貼り機等を使用したり、さらにラベルの費用がかかり生産コストが高く成ると言う問題と作業工程が煩雑になる等の問題がある。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
本発明は、上記従来の問題点に鑑み為されたもので、その目的とするところは、ガセット袋を煩雑な作業工程等を用いる事無く、既存の製袋機あるいは自動充填製袋包装機を用いて作製出来、且つガセット袋に収容されている収納物を取り出す際にナイフやはさみを用いずに手先で容易に開封ができる易開封性ガセット貼り袋を提供することにある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記の課題を解決するために成されるもので、請求項1に係る発明は、プラスチックを主体とした基材シートからなり、対面する表裏面板の両側端部に内方への折込部を形成し、該折込部の端縁と表裏面板の両側端部が重なり合っている4箇所の長手方向を貼り合わせて端縁熱接着部を形成し、該端縁熱接着部の端辺に開封するための引き裂き切り込みを付けたガセット袋において、引き裂き切り込みの個所または引き裂き切り込みの下側周縁の個所で折り込み部で折り返して重なり合う貫通した孔部または切り欠け部およびその周縁を接着シールしたことを特徴とする易開封性ガセット貼り袋である。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明の易開封性ガセット貼り袋を実施の形態に沿って以下に図面を参照しながら詳細に説明する。図1〜図8は本発明の易開封性ガセット貼り袋の一実施形態を示す。また図1(a) は本発明の易開封性ガセット貼り袋の一実施形態の正面を示す正面図あり、(b)は図1(a)の本発明の易開封性ガセット貼り袋の構成状態を説明する斜視図である。

本発明の易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)は図1(b)に示すようにプラスチックを主体とした基材シート(1)から成る表面板(7)と裏面板(8)、および表面板(7)と裏面板(8)とが対面する内側縦方向の両端部に内方へ折り込んだ部分を外側に折り返して成る2つのプラスチックを主体とした基材シート(1)の折り返し部材(10)とから形成されている。表面板(7)と裏面板(8)とが対面する内側縦方向の両端部と折り返し部材(10)の外側端部の4個所が重なり合って接着シールにより長手方向に端縁熱接着部(3)が4個所形成され、四角形の筒状に形成される。また、4個所に形成されている長手方向の端縁熱接着部(3)の上部開口部(9)の下方周縁にガセット貼り袋を開封する引き裂き切れ目(14)が形成され、さらに引き裂き切れ目(14)からの引き裂きを容易にさせるために折り返し部材(10)に貫通した易封孔部(11)が形成され、貫通した易封孔部(11)の周縁に表面板(7)の内側面と折り返し部材(10)の内側面、裏面板(8)の内側面と折り返し部材(10)の内側面が重なり合っている状態でスポット状に接着シールされ、スポット状接着部(5)が形成されると同時に貫通した易封孔部(11)を介し表面板(7)の内側面と裏面板(8)の内側面がスポット状に接着シールされた部分が溶融状態で一体化され、その部分が引き裂き切れ目の下方周縁に形成されと同時に下部開口部の表裏面板の端部に折り返し部材が内方に折り込まれている状態で接着シールされ、図1(a)に示すような下部底接着シール部(4)が形成され、上部開口部(9)が表裏面板(7)(8)の端部に折り返し部材(10)が内方に折り込まれている状態で易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)が作製されている。また図1(a)あるいは(b)に示すような引き裂き切れ目(2)からの開封を促進するために折り返し部材(10)に形成される貫通した易封孔部(11)は易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)を製袋する既存の製袋機上で長手方向に端縁熱接着部(3)が形成される前工程で、折り返し部材(10)を折り曲げ、折り重ねた状態、あるいは折りも曲げる前の平らな状態のいずれかの状態で貫通した易封孔部(11)が施される。また折り返し部材(10)に施される貫通した易封孔部(11)の大きさは易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)の大きさあるいは折返し部材(10)のガセット(折り返し)の幅または収容される収容物、プラスチックを主体とした基材シート(1)の構成等で異なるが直径が3mm〜30mm程度になされる。また貫通した易封孔部(11)に形成される形状は特に円形に限定されるものでなく、易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)の機能、大きさ、収容する収容物あるいはデザイン、意匠性などにより形状が選定される。

また、図1(a)に示す本発明の易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)の両端縁熱接着部(3)に形成されている引き裂き切れ目(2)は袋の開封を容易にするために形成されるものであり既存の製袋機あるいは充填製袋包装機上で直線状の引き裂き切り込み(Iノッチ)あるいはホームベース形状の五角形の引き裂き切り込み(亀の子ノッチ)またはU字型の引き裂き切り込み(Uノッチ)あるいは図1(a)に示すようなV字型の引き裂き切り込み(Vノッチ)等が、端縁熱接着部(3)が形成されると同時か、あるいは端縁熱接着部(3)が形成された後に施される。また、Iノッチあるいは亀の子ノッチまたは図1(a)に示すようなVノッチは既製の製袋機上で施すこともできが、製袋された後で引き裂き切り込み等を加工する専用の加工機により作製知ることも出来る。本発明の易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)の端縁熱接着部(3)端辺に施される引き裂き切れ目は引き裂きの際に引き裂き切れ目の先端に引っ張り力が一点に集中し易い直線状の引き裂き切れ目あるいはV字型の引き裂き切り込み(Vノッチ)またはホームベース形状の五角形の引き裂き切り込み(亀の子ノッチ)等が用いられる。

次に、図2(a)は本発明の易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)の他の一実施形態の正面を示す正面図あり、(b)は図2(a)の易開封性カセット袋の構成を説明するための斜視図である。図2(b)に示すように易開封製ガセット袋(100)はプラスチックを主体とした基材シート(1)から成る表面板(7)と裏面板(8)、および表面板(7)と裏面板(8)とが対面する内側縦方向の両端部に内方へ折り込んだ部分を外側に折り返して成る2つのプラスチックを主体とした基材シート(1)の折り返し部材(10)とからなっている。表面板(7)と裏面板(8)とが対面する内側縦方向の両端部と折り返し部材(10)の外側端部の4個所が重なり合って接着シールにより長手方向に端縁熱接着部(3)が4個所形成され、四角形の筒状に形成される。また、4個所に形成されている端縁熱接着部(3)の上部開口部(9)が接着シールされる接着シール部の下方周縁に易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)を開封する引き裂き切れ目(2)が形成され、さらに端縁熱接着部(3)に引き裂き切れ目(2)が形成されている表面板(7)と裏面板(8)と重なり合って端縁熱接着部(3)が形成されている折り返し部材(10)の周縁に引き裂きを容易にさせるために易封切り欠け部(12)が形成され、該易封切り欠け部(12)の周縁に表面板(7)の内側面と折り返し部材(10)の内側面、裏面板(8)の内側面と折り返し部(10)の内側面が折り畳まれ重なり合った状態でスポット状に接着シールされ、切り欠けスポット状接着部(23)が形成されると同時に易封切り欠け部(12)を介して表面板(7)と裏面板(8)がスポット状に接着シールされ、接着シールされた表面板(7)と裏面板(8)および折り込み部材が一体化され、同時に下部の表裏面板(7)(8)の端部に折り返し部材(10)が内方に折り込まれている状態で接着シールされ図2(a)に示すような下部底接着シール部(4)が形成され、上部開口部(9)が表裏面板(7)(8)の端部に折り返し部材(10)が内方に折り込まれている状態で易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)が作製される。折り返し部材(10)に形成される易封切り欠け部(12)の大きさは貫通した易封孔部と同様に易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)の大きさあるいは易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)のガセット(折り返し)の幅または収容される収容物、プラスチックを主体とした基材シート(1)の構成等により異なるが幅3mm〜30mm程度、長さが5mm〜30mm程度に成される。また、折り返し部材(10)に形成される貫通した易封切り欠け部(12)は製袋機あるいは充填製袋包装機上で施す事も出来、また製袋機あるいは充填製袋包装機で製袋あるいは充填包装する前に施すこともできる。

また。上記端縁熱接着部(3)の接着シールはバーシール、回転シール、インパルスシール、高周波シール、超音波シールなどのシール方式によりなされる。また貫通した易封孔部(11)あるいは易封切り欠け部(12)または周縁のスポット状の接着シールはスポット状に接着シールされる形状にバーシールあるいはインパルスシールの加熱部材を作製して製袋機あるいは充填製袋包装機上で施すことが出来る。また超音波シールの場合には、スポット状に接着シールされる接着シール形状に超音波発信用ホーンを作製して製袋機あるいは充填製袋包装機上で施すことが出来る。

また、図1(a)あるいは図2(a)に示す本発明の易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)は図1(b)あるいは図2(b)に示すように表面板(7)と裏面板(8)および折り返し部材(10)の3つの部材から構成され、3つの部材が製袋機上あるいは充填製袋包装機上で製袋されるが、必ずしも3つの部材を使用して易開封性ガセット貼り袋を製袋することに特に限定されるものでは無い。図には示していないが例えば一枚のプラスチックを主体とした基材シート(1)で両側端に内方への折り返し部が形成され、長手方向に端縁熱接着部(3)および引き裂き切れ目(2)さらに貫通した易封孔部(11)または易封切り欠け部(12)を設け、貫通した易封孔部(11)または易封切り欠け部(12)またはその周縁にスポット状の接着シールを施しスポット状接着シール部(5)あるいは切り欠けスポット状接着部(23)を形成させたものが既存の製袋機あるいは自動充填製袋包装機で作製することが容易にできる。さらにチューブ状のプラスチックを主体とした基材シート(1)を用いて上記と同様の易開封性ガセット貼り袋(100)を容易に作製することも出来る。
