【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、組織内の情報を管理する情報管理システムに関する。

【従来の技術】
企業等の組織内においては、申請、報告など種々の多種多量の情報を有効的に機能させるために情報管理が行われている。これらの情報は組織内の各段階で処理される毎にその状態が変更されるため、適切な処理を行うにはその進捗状況を的確に把握する必要がある。

例えば、企業組織を構成する各部門では、年次目標や月次報告など所定期間毎に登録し承認を得る処理が行われている。また、不定期に提出される事案についても、一般に承認期間等の処理期間が定められており、期間管理を行うには情報の進捗状況の的確な把握が必要である。

従来、このような情報の登録や承認の管理として、各管理単位毎に情報の一覧データを形成しておき、この一覧データを用いて一覧表形式で表示することが行われている。また、このような一覧表形式による表示において、担当者などを単位として表示色を設定することも行われている（例えば、特許文献１参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記したような覧表形式により情報表示では、組織内にある各部門は、その部門に関連する情報を部門毎に個別に管理しているため、特定の情報項目について組織内の各部門での進捗状況を一目で確認することができないという問題がある。

各部門が個別に管理する一覧データを用い、各部門の一覧データから特定の情報項目に係わる進捗状況を抽出して統合することにより、特定の情報項目の各部門における進捗状況に関する一覧データを取得し表示することができるが、この一覧データの表示においても、組織内の各部門の関係とその進捗状況とを一目で確認することができないという問題がある。そのため、特定の情報項目について組織内の各部門での進捗状況を簡易に比較し把握することは困難である。

そこで、本発明は前記した課題を解決して、組織内の各部門の関係とその情報の状態とを同時に確認することができる情報管理システムを提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明の情報管理システムは、組織図の表示形態をその情報の状態に対応させることにより、組織内の各部門の関係とその情報の状態との同時確認を可能とする。

本発明は、サーバと複数の端末が相互に通信可能に接続されたネットワークを備えた構成により実現する。

本発明は、サーバに端末に組織図を表示するための機能を持たせる第１の態様と、サーバ及び端末の両方に組織図を表示するための機能を持たせる第２の態様とすることができる。

本発明の第１の態様において、端末は、登録する情報を入力する情報入力端末と、登録された情報を承認する情報承認端末とを含む。他方、サーバは、情報、当該情報を分類する情報項目、当該情報を分掌する組織上の部門、及び当該情報に係わる管理情報を含む記録情報を記録する記録手段と、記録情報を管理する管理手段と、端末に組織図を表示するための表示データを生成する組織図表示手段とを備える。組織図表示手段は、記録手段に記録される記録情報に対応した表示形態の組織図を端末に表示させる。

本発明の情報管理システムが扱う情報は、年度目標や月次報告等の組織内で扱う任意の情報であり、登録や承認等の情報処理により進捗状況が変化する。

また、組織図表示手段は表示色設定手段を備える。この表示色設定手段は、情報の登録の有無、承認の有無、及び参照権限の有無を表す管理情報の組み合わせに基づいて組織上の部門の表示色を設定し、当該表示色の表示色データを生成する。この表示色は、情報の進捗状況等の状態を表しているため、端末に表示される部門の表示色から、その情報項目の状態を知ることができる。例えば、その表示色から、年度目標や月次報告が登録されているか未登録であるか、また、登録されている場合には、承認されているか未承認であるかを、その表示色から知ることができる。

組織図表示手段は、上記の組織図生成手段と表示色設定手段との両手段と表示データ生成手段とを備える。表示データ生成手段は、組織図生成手段で生成した織図データと表示色設定手段で生成した表示色データとに基づいて、選択された情報項目に係わる組織上の部門を管理情報に応じた表示色で表示する表示データを生成する。端末はこの表示データを入力し、表示画面上に表示する。この表示により、選択された情報項目に関連する組織上の部門について、その情報の処理の進み具合を表示色により区別して識別することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態について、図を用いて詳細に説明する。

図１は本発明の情報管理システムの構成を説明するための概略図である。図１において、情報管理システム１は、ネットワーク３０により通信可能に接続されたサーバ１０と端末２０を備え、端末２０側から入力、登録、承認された情報はサーバ１０において管理され、その情報の進捗状況を参照することができる。本発明の情報管理システム１は、この情報の進捗状況の表示を、端末側、サーバ側、あるいはネットワークを介して接続された外部装置において組織図上に表示することができる。なお、以下では、この情報表示を端末側が備える表示手段上に表示する場合について説明するが、サーバ側の備える表示手段やネットワークを介して接続された外部装置が備える表示手段に表示することもできる。また、表示手段に代えて、任意の出力手段に出力することもできる。

本発明の情報管理システムは、企業や団体など任意の組織が扱う情報を管理するものであり、その情報はその組織内において例えば申し込み、登録、承認等の種々の段階を経て処理される。なお、登録や承認はその一例であり、管理する組織によりその処理内容や呼称は任意に設定される。情報の進捗状況は、このような種々の処理においてどの段階にあるかを表すものであり、本発明の情報管理システムは、この情報の進捗状況を組織の系統を表す組織図と共に表示する。

端末２０は、登録する情報を入力する情報入力端末２１と、登録された情報を承認する情報承認端末２２とを含むが、この情報入力端末２１と情報承認端末２２は、個々に別の端末機器で構成することも、同一の端末機器で構成することもできる。同一の端末機器で構成する場合には、情報登録の機能と情報承認の機能を選択することにより登録と承認とを切り換えて行う。また、端末機器を情報承認端末として使用する場合には、パスワード等により承認機器として使用する認証を要するように設定することもできる。

登録の要否は、入力した情報について登録を必要とするか否かに関する情報である。「登録要」の場合にはその後の登録、承認の処理を行うことを予定し、「登録否」の場合には、情報の入力のみとしその後の登録、承認の処理は不要とする。登録の有無は、登録要として情報について、情報登録端末から登録要求が出される前には「未登録」とし、登録要求が出された場合には「登録」とする。また、承認の有無は、未登録の情報、及び登録された情報の内で承認が行われていない情報について、情報承認端末から承認がなされる前には「未承認」とし、承認がなされた場合には「承認」とする。

図５は、管理情報と表示状態との関係の一例を表す図である。図５において、管理情報中の登録の有無、承認の有無、及び参照権限を各条件として表示状態を設定している。例えば、参照権限がある場合には、登録の有無及び承認の有無の組み合わせに応じて組織図上で表示する部門の表示色を設定し、参照権限がない場合には組織図上に部門に表示を行わない。

組織図上に表示する部門は、階層状の形成された組織図の任意の階層とすることもできる。図７，８は、前記した部門の下位の階層を表示する表示例である。図７に示す記録情報は、月次報告の情報項目について、前記した第１部門，第２部門，第３部門の下位にあたるＡ部〜Ｈ部について示し、それぞれについて進捗状況を表す管理情報が記録されている。例えば、Ａ部は未登録、未承認が記録され、Ｂ部は登録、承認が記録され、Ｃ部は登録、未承認が記録されている。なお、Ｄ部〜Ｈ部も同様である。
