Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a waterproof pan made of synthetic resin laid on a balcony, a terrace or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
As a waterproof pan made of synthetic resin laid on a balcony, terrace, etc., it is a waterproof pan having a square planar shape with four side walls, and a drain groove is provided along the front edge of the pan. The thing of the structure which formed the drain outlet in the groove bottom face of one end part is known, for example, refer patent document 1).
[0003]
[Patent Document 1]
JP 2000-87444 A (FIG. 11)
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
The conventional general waterproof pan has a problem that the flow of water is not good because the bottom surface of the drainage groove is not inclined, and the trace of rainwater left in the drainage groove remains on the bottom surface of the groove and looks dirty. In this respect, the waterproof pan of Patent Document 1 is inclined so that the bottom surface of the groove becomes lower as it approaches the drain port, so that rainwater easily flows and drainage performance is improved to some extent.
[0005]
However, like the waterproof pan of Patent Document 1, only one drain outlet is formed at one end of the drain groove, and the bottom of the groove is inclined so as to become lower as it approaches the drain outlet on the one end side from the other end side. As for the thing, the larger the left and right width dimensions of the waterproof pan, in other words, the longer the drainage groove, the worse the rainwater flow and the lower the drainage performance. In addition, the waterproof pan with only one drain outlet has a concern that the amount of drainage will be insufficient if the amount of rainwater falls on the waterproof pan in the case of heavy rain and the rainwater will overflow from the waterproof pan.
[0006]
Further, the above-mentioned waterproof pan has a problem that the effective area that can be used is small because the ratio of the area occupied by the drainage groove is as large as about 1/5. There was also a problem that the drainage pipe was easily clogged.
[0007]
The present invention has been made to cope with the above problems, and provides a waterproof pan having good drainage performance with good water flow in the drainage channel. The main purpose is to provide a waterproof pan with a good appearance without clogging.
[0008]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a waterproof pan according to the present invention is a waterproof pan having a square planar shape with side walls on all four sides, a drainage groove is formed along the front edge, and the bottom surface of the drainage groove is The drainage grooves are inclined so as to gradually decrease from the center to the both ends, and drainage ports are formed on the bottom surfaces of both ends of the drainage grooves.
[0009]
In such a waterproof pan, when rainwater or the like that falls on the surface of the waterproof pan flows into the drainage groove, the rainwater is divided into two by the groove bottom that is inclined so as to approach the both ends from the center of the drainage groove. It flows smoothly toward the center and drains from the two drain outlets at both ends. Therefore, this waterproof pan has an excellent drainage performance because the flow of water toward both ends of the drainage groove is good and a sufficient drainage amount can be secured by the two drainage ports. Moreover, since this waterproof pan can make the inclination angle of the groove bottom surface of the drainage groove twice the inclination angle of the single-flow drainage groove in the conventional waterproof pan, the left and right width dimensions (frontage dimensions) of the waterproof pan Even if the drainage groove is long and the drainage groove is long, a sufficient flow gradient can be provided on the bottom surface of the drainage groove to ensure good water flow and drainage performance.
[0010]
In the waterproof pan of the present invention, it is preferable that a groove lid having a width slightly narrower than the width of the drainage groove is detachably attached. When the groove lid is attached in this manner, the drainage groove that is easily soiled becomes invisible, the appearance is improved, and the upper surface of the groove lid can be used, thereby increasing the effective area. Moreover, since dust such as fallen leaves does not enter the drainage groove by the groove lid, the concern that the drainage ports at both ends of the drainage channel and drainage pipes connected to the drainage port will be clogged with fallen leaves or the like is eliminated.
[0011]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0012]
FIG. 1 is a plan view of a waterproof pan according to an embodiment of the present invention, and FIGS. 2A, 2B, and 2C are taken along lines AA, BB, and CC, respectively, in FIG. 3 is a partially enlarged cross-sectional view, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view showing an example of construction of the waterproof pan, and FIG. 4 is a cross-sectional view taken along the line DD in FIG.
[0013]
This waterproof pan P is an integral waterproof pan made of synthetic resin having a rectangular planar shape formed by press-molding a material such as SMC (sheet molding compound), and has a side wall that prevents water leakage around its four sides. 1 is formed. A drainage groove 2 is recessed along the front edge of the waterproof pan P. On the surface of the waterproof pan P excluding the drainage groove 2, small grooves 3 leading to the drainage groove 2 are formed in a lattice shape. ing. On the surface surrounded by the small groove 3 of the waterproof pan P, a groove 4 smaller than the small groove 3 is formed in a lattice shape so as to communicate with the small groove 3.
[0014]
Accordingly, rainwater or the like that falls on the surface of the waterproof pan P immediately flows into the drainage groove 2 from the groove 4 through the small groove 3, so that the drainage performance of the surface of the waterproof pan P is good, and when walking, Since the back is moderately hooked on the concave stripes 4 and the small grooves 3 and a good anti-slip action is exhibited, there is no fear of slipping over and slipping over the foot and it is safe.
[0015]
As shown in FIGS. 2 (a) and 2 (c), ribs 5a and 5b are formed in a lattice shape on the back surface of the waterproof pan P in accordance with the positions of the lattice-shaped small grooves 4. As shown in FIG. 2 (b), ribs 5 a are also formed on the back surface of the drain grooves 3. Thus, if the positions of the ribs 5a and 5b and the small groove 4 coincide with each other, even if a so-called “sink” (a phenomenon in which the surface of the rib forming part of the waterproof pan P is dented) is generated by press molding, Therefore, the aesthetic appearance is not impaired and the commercial value is not lowered.
[0016]
The height of the rib 5b extending in the left-right width direction of the waterproof pan P is formed to be lower than the height of the rib 5a extending in the front-rear direction of the waterproof pan P perpendicular to this, so that the strength of the waterproof pan P is maintained. Thus, the weight reduction and cost reduction of the waterproof pan P are achieved.
[0017]
The drainage groove 2 of the waterproof pan P is inclined so that the groove bottom surface 2a gradually becomes lower toward the both ends from the center of the drainage groove 2, and a gradient of both flows of about 1/100 to 3/100 is given. The drain ports 2b and 2b are formed on the groove bottoms at both ends.
[0018]
As shown in FIG. 4, a drain pipe 6 that drains rainwater and the like discharged from both drain outlets 2 b and 2 b is disposed below the drain groove 2. The drainage pipe 6 is connected to the drainage port 2b at one end of the drainage groove 2 directly or via a short pipe or the like, and the drainage pipe 2 is directly or shortly connected to the drainage port 2b at the other end of the drainage groove 2. The cheese joint 6b connected through the drain pipe 6c having a flow gradient of about 1/100 to 3/100, both ends of which are connected to the elbow joint 6a and the cheese joint 6b, and the upper end of the cheese joint 6b. It is comprised by the vertical drain pipe 6d connected to. Note that the drain pipe 6 is not limited to this, and may have any configuration as long as it can drain rain water and the like from both drain ports 2b and 2b. Moreover, the drainage pipe connected separately to both the drain outlets 2b and 2b may be sufficient.
[0019]
As shown in FIGS. 2B and 2C, the upper end opening of the drainage groove 2 of the waterproof pan P is covered with a groove lid 7 having a width slightly narrower than the width of the drainage groove 2, and both ends thereof are screws 8. It is fixed detachably. The screw 8 is screwed into an insert nut 9 embedded at both ends of the drainage groove 2 in the longitudinal direction, and the groove lid 7 can be easily removed by loosening and removing the screw 8. The groove lid 7 is made of the same material as the waterproof pan P or a metal such as aluminum having a small coefficient of thermal expansion, and two reinforcing ribs 7a extending in the longitudinal direction are formed on the back surface. The both ends of the groove lid 7 are bent downward and round so that rainwater or the like can easily flow into the drainage groove 2.
[0020]
When such a groove lid 7 is attached, the sewage drainage groove 2 becomes invisible and the aesthetic appearance is improved, and dust such as fallen leaves does not enter the drainage groove 2 so that the drainage port 2b and the drainage pipe 6 are clogged with dust and the like. There is an advantage that there is no worry and the effective use area of the waterproof pan P is increased. In addition, rainwater or the like that has poured onto the surface of the waterproof pan P flows into the drainage groove 7 from the gaps on both sides of the groove lid 7, particularly the gap between the groove lid 7 and the front side wall 1, so the drainage performance is reduced by the groove lid 7. There is almost no fear.
[0021]
3 and 4, the waterproof pan P as described above is placed and fixed on the support member 10 provided on the balcony with the drainage groove 2 on the outdoor side. The drainage pipe 6 described above is disposed below, and further, the draining member 11 is waterproofed so that rainwater or the like does not permeate from the gap around the waterproof pan P to the back side.
[0022]
When the waterproof pan P is laid on the balcony or the like in this way, rainwater or the like that pours onto the surface of the waterproof pan flows into the drainage groove 2 from the gaps on both sides of the groove lid 7 and is inclined so as to become lower toward the both ends from the center of the drainage groove By the groove bottom surface 2a, rainwater or the like is bisected and smoothly flows toward both ends of the drainage groove 2. And this rainwater etc. are discharged | emitted from the two drain outlets 2b and 2b formed in the both ends of the groove bottom face 2 to the drain pipe 6, merge in the pipe, and are drained immediately. Therefore, this waterproof pan P has a good flow of water toward both ends of the drainage groove 2 and can secure a sufficient amount of drainage by the two drainage ports 2b, 2b at both ends, thus exhibiting excellent drainage performance.
[0023]
In addition, when the drainage grooves 2 of both flows are formed like the waterproof pan P, the inclination angle of the groove bottom surface 2a of the drainage groove 2 can be made twice the inclination angle of the drainage groove of the single flow in the conventional waterproof pan. So even if the waterproof pan P has a large width (frontage dimension) and the drainage groove 2 is long, a sufficient flow gradient is provided on the groove bottom surface 2a of the drainage groove to provide good water flow and drainage performance. Can be secured.
[0024]
【The invention's effect】
As is clear from the above description, the waterproof pan of the present invention has excellent drainage performance with good water flow in the drainage channel. In addition to improving the aesthetics, the one with the groove lid attached can increase the effective use area, and prevent the fallen leaves and the like from entering the drainage groove to prevent drainage and drainage pipes from entering. It has the effect of eliminating clogging.
