本発明は身と蓋が１枚の紙からなる２つのヒンジを持つワンピース箱（以降、「２ヒンジワンピース箱」と呼ぶ）における、背サイド壁（背壁の両サイド）のヒンジ折り込み構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来から、身と蓋が１枚の紙からなる２ヒンジワンピース箱がある（例えば、特許文献１、非特許文献１参照）。図１に示すような身箱の中央部の両サイド壁を切り取り、両サイドが切り取られた中央部の身箱の底部分を背壁とし、背壁を中心に折り返すと、図２に示すような、２ヒンジの身、蓋ワンピース箱となる。図３は完全に蓋が閉まった状態を示す。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上に述べた従来の２ヒンジワンピース箱では、蓋を開けたとき背の両サイドに壁がなく、身箱の箱としての機能が不完全である（小さな物の容器には不向き）。又蓋を閉めた状態でも蓋両サイド壁端は固定されておらず外観上も容器としての密閉性も悪い。

本発明は従来の２ヒンジワンピース箱のヒンジ部両サイドの折り構造が有していた問題点を解決しようとするものであり、２ヒンジワンピース箱に於いて背両サイド壁を切り取らずに、折り込んだ背部サイド壁が背壁にぴったりと折り畳まれ、更に蓋閉め時、身箱は確実に蓋の内側に入っていくような、２ヒンジワンピース箱の背サイド壁のヒンジ折り込み構造を実現する事を目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明は上記目的を達成するため、身、蓋が１枚の紙からなる２ヒンジワンピース箱において、身サイド壁、蓋サイド壁及び背壁に三方を囲まれる背サイド壁において、直角２等辺三角形△ｄｂｅで、折れ筋である辺ｂｅは直角２等辺三角形△ａｂｃの底辺ａｂの二分の一以下、使用する紙厚味の２倍から１０倍の長さ短い事を特徴とする背壁ヒンジ折り構造としたものである。

上記第１の課題解決手段による作用は次の通りである。本特許の背壁ヒンジ構造図を示す図５において、８、１１、１３で構成される蓋箱、１０、１２、１４で構成される身箱を背壁９の２本のヒンジ線に沿って折り畳んでいくと、折れ筋ｆｃ及びｂｅが折れていくことで、直角２等辺三角形△ｂｆｃは背壁９側に倒れていく。同時に身サイド壁１２の上端ａ点が蓋サイド壁１１端の内側に入って行き、蓋は完全に身箱を覆うように閉まり、三角形△ｂｆｃは箱内で背壁９に完全密着する。

また、第２の課題解決手段による作用は、上記第１の課題解決手段においても尚、蓋を閉める時、蓋が身に対してよじれた状態で閉められようとすると、身サイド壁１２上端ａ点が蓋サイド壁１１端の内側に入っていかなくなる場合がある。第２の課題解決手段は、この場合でも確実に蓋は身を覆うように閉まる役目をすることができる。

以下、本発明の実施の形態を図４〜図８に基づいて説明する。

【発明の実施の形態２】
実施の形態１に於いて、点ｃよりカット線の一部ａｆの中点に向けて折れ筋ｃｇをいれた。

以下、上記構成の実施の形態１の動作を説明する。図５，図６、図７、図８は８、１１、１３からなる蓋が閉まるまでの背壁ヒンジ折り構造の変化を示すものである。図５の箱が出来上がったら、二つの三角形△ｆｃｂが箱内側に向かうよう両側から押しながら蓋を閉めていくと、身サイド壁１２端のａ点が自然に蓋サイド壁１２の内側に入り込んで、蓋は身を完全に覆うように閉まる。この作業を一度だけ行えばあとは、通常に蓋を閉めれば、必ず身を蓋が覆うように閉まる。辺ｆｅが紙厚の２倍以上あれば蓋が身の外側に覆うようになり、辺ｆｅが長いほどこの作用は確実になる。ただし、箱の蓋を開けたときの背サイド壁が低くなり容器としての機能は低くなるため、折り筋の入れ方、紙種類などで辺ｆｅの長さは出来るだけ短くて済むようにする。

【発明の効果】
上述したように本発明の身、蓋が１枚の紙からなる２ヒンジワンピース箱における、背サイド壁のヒンジ折り込み構造により、背壁両サイドから小さな内容物がこぼれる事なく、蓋閉め時の身、蓋の嵌合は確実に行われ、更に箱内ではヒンジ折り込み部分がコーナーにぴったり収まり、箱内の有効体積を最大にする事が出来る。
