A water flow disturbing part 18 is provided between the bottom of the inner surface of the washing/spin-drying drum and the lower part of the pulsator 2, and the rotation of the pulsator 2 by the motor makes the flow of the washing water collide with the water flow disturbing part 18 to produce a vertical flow to the washing water and disturb the washing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

【0001】

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a washing machine having a function of removing detergent residue adhering to a washing / dehydrating tub, a pulsator or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventionally, a typical washing machine performs washing by rotating a pulsator, and the configuration of this type of washing machine will be described with reference to FIG.
[0003]
As shown in FIG. 5, the outer tub 1 includes a washing / dehydrating tub 3 in which a pulsator 2 is rotatably disposed at the bottom, and is hung from a housing 5 by a suspension bar 4. The motor 6 drives the pulsator 2 or the washing / dehydrating tub 3 via the speed reduction mechanism / clutch 7. The drain valve 8 drains the washing liquid in the washing / dehydrating tub 3, and the water supply valve 9 supplies water to the washing / dehydrating tub 3.
[0004]
The washing / dehydrating tub 3 is provided with a fluid balancer 10 for reducing vibration during dehydration, and a lid 11 is provided on the upper portion of the washing / dehydrating tub 3. The control device 12 controls the motor 6, the drain valve 8, the water supply valve 9, and the like to sequentially control a series of steps of washing, rinsing, and dehydration (see, for example, Patent Document 1).
[0005]
The operation in the above configuration will be described. When the laundry 13 and the predetermined amount of detergent 14 are put into the washing / dehydrating tub 3 and then washing is started, the control device 12 controls the water supply valve 9 to enter the washing / dehydrating tub 3. A predetermined amount of water is supplied, and then the control device 12 controls the motor 6 to drive the pulsator 2. The laundry 13 and the water in the washing and dewatering tub 3 are agitated by the rotation of the pulsator 2, and the detergent is gradually dissolved by this agitation to form a washing liquid, and the dirt adhering to the laundry 13 is removed.
[0006]
Next, in order to remove the detergent 14 component remaining on the laundry 13, the washing liquid 15 containing the dirt and the detergent 14 component is drained once, and the pulsator 2 is rotated again by supplying water again. Perform a rinsing step to remove the ingredients. After completion of rinsing, the washing liquid 15 used for rinsing is drained, the washing and dewatering tub 3 is rotated, and a dehydration process is performed in which the washing liquid 15 contained in the laundry 13 is discharged by centrifugal force.
[0007]
Further, as a conventional means for washing the washing / dehydrating tank 3, there is a course dedicated to washing the tank separately from the washing course, in which the outer wall of the washing / dehydrating tank 3 and the inner wall of the outer tank 1 are washed. (For example, refer to Patent Document 2), however, there was no means for targeting between the bottom surface inside the washing and dewatering tub 3 and the lower part of the pulsator 2.

[Patent Document 1]

JP-A-9-56972 [0009]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
When washing is performed with the washing machine having such a configuration, the detergent residue 16 generated in the washing / dehydrating tub 3 is not discharged outside the tub, and as shown in FIG. 2 may remain on the wall. The detergent residue 16 in the washing liquid 15 is an oleophilic substance having a high viscosity. Moreover, since the material of the lower part of the washing and dewatering tub 3 and the pulsator 2 are made of a large amount of resin material, the pulsator 2 is very oleophilic and therefore easily adsorbs to the lower part of the washing and dewatering tub 3 and the wall surface of the pulsator 2.
[0010]
In particular, the space between the bottom surface inside the washing and dewatering tub 3 and the lower part of the pulsator 2 has a weak flow force, and therefore easily adheres to the entire wall surface of the space. For this reason, once adsorbed, it was strongly adsorbed and remained as it was because of its high viscosity. Moreover, this highly viscous detergent residue 16 dries in only about 1 hour. Therefore, it must be removed as soon as it is adsorbed.
[0011]
In addition, this detergent residue 16 becomes a bait for microorganisms, bacteria, etc., and since the humidity is high in the tank, it promotes the growth of bacteria and becomes a source of mold, so it is necessary to prevent it from adsorbing. Therefore, it is necessary to remove immediately after adsorption.
[0012]
However, in the conventional configuration, the detergent residue 16 generated below the pulsator 2 in the washing / dehydrating tank 3 has only a slight flow force of the washing liquid 15 generated by the rotation of the pulsator 2 and the washing / dehydrating tank 3. However, sufficient force to remove the detergent residue 16 adsorbed on the wall surface is not obtained, and the detergent residue 16 remains adsorbed on the wall surface between the bottom surface inside the washing and dewatering tub 3 and the lower side of the pulsator 2. It had the problem of end.
[0013]
The present invention solves the above-described conventional problems, and causes the disturbance of the flow of the washing liquid between the bottom surface of the washing and dewatering tub and the lower part of the pulsator so that a disturbance force is applied. The purpose is to remove the detergent residue adhering to the wall surface of the space between the bottom surface of the pulsator and the lower part of the pulsator, thereby preventing reattachment to the laundry.
[0014]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a pulsator disposed on the bottom surface of the inside of the washing and dewatering tub, and is configured to rotationally drive the washing and dewatering tub and the pulsator by driving means. A water flow disturbing part is provided between the bottom of the pulsator and the lower part of the pulsator, and the rotation of the pulsator by the driving means causes the washing liquid to collide with the water flow disturbing part, causing the washing liquid to flow in the vertical direction and disturbing the washing liquid. It is comprised so that it may do.
[0015]
As a result, the flow of the washing liquid between the bottom surface inside the washing and dewatering tub and the lower part of the pulsator can be disturbed, and a disturbance force can be applied. It is possible to remove the detergent residue adhering to the wall surface of the space between the two and prevent the detergent residue from reattaching to the laundry.
[0016]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The invention according to claim 1 of the present invention comprises a pulsator disposed on a bottom surface inside a washing and dewatering tub, and a driving means for rotationally driving the washing and dewatering tub and the pulsator. A water flow disturbing portion is provided between the bottom surface of the inner surface of the pulsator and the lower portion of the pulsator, and the rotation of the pulsator by the driving means causes the flow of the washing liquid to collide with the water flow disturbing portion, thereby causing the washing liquid to flow vertically. The washing liquid is constructed to disturb the washing liquid, and the disturbance of the washing liquid flow in the space between the bottom surface inside the washing and dehydrating tub and the lower part of the pulsator can be applied. It is possible to remove the detergent residue adhering to the wall surface of the space between the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing / dehydrating tub and the lower part of the pulsator, thereby suppressing the growth of the detergent residue, and removing the removed detergent residue. Receive centrifugal force Floating in the washing liquid, floating above the pulsator, it is possible to prevent the redeposition of the laundry.
[0017]
The invention according to claim 2 is the invention according to claim 1, wherein the water flow disturbing portion is configured by radially providing at least one protruding rib on the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tub. Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. In addition, the same thing as a prior art example attaches | subjects the same code | symbol, and abbreviate | omits description.
[0023]
(Example 1)
As shown in FIG. 1, the washing and dewatering tub 17 is provided with a water flow disturbing portion 18 on the bottom surface of the inner surface below the pulsator 2, and the pulsator 2 is rotated by a motor (driving means) 6. The washing liquid 15 is made to flow and collides with the water flow disturbing portion 18 provided on the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tub 17 so as to create a flow of the washing liquid 15 in the vertical direction and to disturb the washing liquid 15. Yes.
[0024]
A circulation passage 19 is provided inside the washing and dewatering tub 17, an inlet 19 a of the circulation passage 19 is provided at the lower portion of the washing and dewatering tub 17, and an outlet 19 b is provided at the upper portion of the washing and dewatering tub 17.
[0025]
As shown in FIG. 2, the water flow disturbing portion 18 is configured by radially providing protruding ribs 20 on the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tub 17. The water flow disturbing portion 18 can be easily configured by providing the protruding rib 20 in this way. A part of the protruding rib 20 is also provided in the vicinity of the inlet 19 a at the lower part of the circulation path 18 provided in the washing and dewatering tub 17. Further, a rib 21 is provided on the lower side surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tub 17 over substantially the entire circumference in the rotational direction of the pulsator 2.
[0026]
The control device 22 controls the motor 6, the drain valve 8, the water supply valve 9, the drain valve 8 and the like to sequentially control a series of steps of washing, rinsing, and dewatering, and rotates the pulsator 2 at the end of the rinsing step. While draining, it is configured.
[0027]
The operation will be described above. The laundry 13 and the detergent 14 are put in the washing tub / dehydration tank 17, the washing liquid 15 is put to a predetermined water level, the motor 6 is driven to rotate by the control device 22, and the washing / dehydration tub 17 or the pulsator 2 is rotated. Then, a washing process for removing dirt adhered to the laundry 13 is performed. Next, in order to remove the detergent 14 component remaining on the laundry 13, the washing liquid 15 containing the dirt and the detergent 14 component is drained once and then supplied again to rotate the washing / dehydrating tub 17 or the pulsator 2, A rinsing process for removing the detergent 14 component from the laundry 13 is performed. After completion of rinsing, the washing liquid 15 used for rinsing is drained, and the washing and dewatering tank 17 is rotated to perform a dehydration process in which the washing liquid 15 contained in the laundry 13 is discharged by centrifugal force.
[0028]
Further, when the pulsator 2 is rotated in the washing process and the rinsing process, a flow in the centrifugal direction is generated in the washing liquid 15, and the washing liquid 15 enters the inlet 19 a of the circulation passage 19 provided in the lower part of the washing and dewatering tank 17. The washing liquid 15 flows up in the circulation passage 19, and the washing liquid 15 is discharged from an outlet 19 b provided in the upper part of the circulation passage 19. Since the discharged washing liquid 15 is applied to the laundry 13 in the washing and dewatering tank 17, the washing performance can be improved in the washing process, and the rinsing performance can be improved in the rinsing process. If a lint filter is provided at the outlet 19b of the circulation passage 19, lint can be collected during washing.
[0029]
Further, when the pulsator 2 is rotated in the washing process and the rinsing process, at the same time, a part of the flow of the washing liquid 15 collides with the water flow disturbance unit 18 provided on the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tank 17, and FIG. As shown by the arrow a, the flow of the washing liquid 15 in the vertical direction is created, and the flow of the washing liquid 15 in the space below the bottom of the washing / dehydrating tub 17 and the pulsator 2 is disturbed. The disturbance of the flow of the washing liquid 15 is performed in both the washing process and the rinsing process. That is, the washing liquid 15 is present, and is performed in all operations involving the rotation of the pulsator 2. Therefore, since the detergent residue 16 is not dry, the detergent residue 16 can be easily removed by the disturbance force of the washing liquid 15.
[0030]
Here, the water flow disturbing section 18 is configured by providing the protruding ribs 20 radially on the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing / dehydrating tub 17, so that the washing liquid in the bottom surface of the washing / dehydrating tub 17 and the space below the pulsator 2 is provided. The flow of 15 can be easily disturbed, and the detergent residue 16 can be easily removed by the force of disturbance of the flow of the washing liquid 15.
[0031]
Further, the protruding rib 20 provided in the vicinity of the inlet 19 a of the circulation passage 19 smoothly guides the flow of the washing liquid 15 generated by the rotation of the pulsator 2 to the circulation passage 19. Therefore, the efficiency of the washing liquid 15 flowing into the circulation passage 19 can be increased, and the action of the circulation passage 19 can be enhanced.
[0032]
Further, when the washing liquid 15 at the end of the rinsing process is drained, the washing liquid 15 can be drained together with the washing liquid 15 by draining the washing liquid 15 while rotating the pulsator 2. Since the specific gravity of 16 is lighter than that of the washing liquid 15, it can be prevented from floating in the washing liquid 15 and reattaching to the laundry 13 in the washing and dewatering tub 17, and the detergent residue 16 does not remain when draining. .
[0033]
In addition, the flow of the washing liquid 15 generated by the rotation of the pulsator 2 is caused by centrifugal force, and depending on conditions such as the number of rotations of the pulsator 2 and the water level of the washing liquid 15, along the side wall on the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tank 17, The washing liquid 15 rises together with the detergent residue 16 removed upward. By providing ribs 21 on the lower side of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tub 17 over the entire circumference of the pulsator 2 in the rotational direction, Since the rising can be stopped, the removed detergent residue 16 can be prevented from adhering to the laundry 13 on the pulsator 2 and reattaching.
[0034]
As described above, according to the present embodiment, the rotation of the pulsator 2 causes the flow of the washing liquid 15 to collide with the water flow disturbing unit 18, causing the washing liquid 15 to flow in the vertical direction, and disturbing the washing liquid 15. Therefore, a disturbance force can be applied to the flow of the washing liquid in the space between the bottom surface inside the washing and dewatering tub 17 and the lower side of the pulsator 2, and the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tub 17 and the pulsator 2 can be added. It is possible to remove the detergent residue 16 adhering to the wall surface of the space between the lower portion and the growth of the detergent residue 16.
[0035]
Further, since the water flow disturbing portion 18 is configured by radially providing the protruding ribs 20 on the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tank 17, the water flow disturbing portion 18 can be easily configured.
[0036]
Further, since the protruding rib 20 is provided in the vicinity of the inlet 19 a at the lower part of the circulation path 19 provided in the washing / dehydrating tub 18, the protruding rib 20 causes a gap between the bottom surface inside the washing / dehydrating tub 17 and the lower side of the pulsator 2. The flow of the washing liquid in this space can be disturbed and a disturbance force can be applied, and it can also serve as a guide for the flow of the washing liquid to the circulation passage 19.
[0037]
Further, at the end of the rinsing process, drainage is performed while rotating the pulsator 2, and the removed detergent waste 16 can be drained together with the washing liquid 15. It is possible to prevent the removed detergent residue 16 from adhering to the laundry.
[0038]
In addition, since ribs 21 are provided on the lower side of the inner surface of the washing / dehydrating tub 17 over almost the entire circumference of the pulsator 2 in the rotation direction, when the pulsator is rotated, the flow of the washing liquid 15 is caused by centrifugal force. The washing liquid may come up along with the side wall of the inner surface of the dewatering tank 17 together with the detergent residue 16 removed from the lower part upward, but the flow of the washing liquid 15 is provided by providing ribs 21 in almost the entire circumferential direction. The detergent residue 16 removed from the laundry in the washing and dewatering tub 17 can be prevented from reattaching.
[0039]
In this embodiment, when the washing liquid 15 is drained at the end of the rinsing process, the washing liquid 15 is drained while rotating the pulsator 2, but the pulsator 2 is removed at the end of the washing process and the end of the rinsing process. By draining the washing liquid 15 while rotating, it is possible to deal with the usage of washing only in the washing process and in the rinsing process.
[0040]
(Example 2)
As shown in FIG. 4, the washing / dehydrating tub 23 is configured with a water flow disturbance unit 25 by radially providing grooves 24 on the bottom surface of the inner surface, and the washing liquid in the washing / dehydrating tub 23 is rotated by rotation of the pulsator by a motor. A part of the flow collides with the water flow disturbance unit 25 to create a flow of the washing liquid in the vertical direction, and the flow of the washing liquid in the space below the bottom of the washing and dewatering tub 23 and the pulsator is disturbed. . Other configurations are the same as those of the first embodiment.
[0041]
The operation will be described above. Since the basic operation from the washing process to the dehydration process is the same as the operation of the first embodiment, the description thereof is omitted.
[0042]
When the flow of the washing liquid generated by the rotation of the pulsator collides with the water flow disturbance unit 25, the flow in the vertical direction occurs as shown by the arrow b as in the first embodiment, and the disturbance of the flow occurs to cause the disturbance. Since the force is applied, the detergent residue can be removed.
[0043]
Further, since the water flow disturbing portion 25 is configured by the groove portion 24, the water flow disturbing portion 25 does not narrow a part of the space between the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tub 23 and the lower side of the pulsator, and thus passes through this space. As compared with the protruding rib as in the first embodiment, the energy for rotating the pulsator can be kept small without increasing the resistance of the washing liquid. The groove portion 24 of the water flow disturbing portion 25 can cope with both the left and right rotations of the pulsator.
[0044]
Further, since the water flow disturbing portion 25 is the groove portion 24, the water flow disturbing portion 25 does not require a separate part, does not require assembling, and only requires a simple means of processing the mold. Can be configured.
[0045]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the first aspect of the present invention, the water flow disturbance portion is provided between the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tub and the lower portion of the pulsator, and the water flow disturbance is caused by the rotation of the pulsator by the driving means. Since the washing liquid flow collides with the part, causing the washing liquid to flow in the vertical direction and disturbing the washing liquid, the washing liquid between the bottom surface inside the washing and dewatering tank and the lower part of the pulsator The flow can be disturbed and the force of disturbance can be applied, and the detergent residue attached to the wall surface of the space between the bottom surface of the inner surface of the washing and dewatering tank and the lower part of the pulsator can be removed. Reattachment to an object can be prevented.
