Abstract

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively prevent rod bodies from being mutually stuck by adhesion in a shake out type fishing rod.
SOLUTION: This fishing rod is constituted by connecting the several rod bodies in a shake out type. For example, a middle rod body 3 is connected to the tip side of a base rod body 2 having an engaging female part 2a in the inside surface of the tip side. The middle rod 3 has a large diameter part 3a which is a step larger than the peripheral surface of the base rod side, does not change the diameter in the shaft direction and contacts with the engaging female part 2a at the tip end. In the middle rod 3, ribs 10 are arranged on the periphery of the large diameter part 3a in the base rod side. The ribs are formed plurally at intervals in the peripheral direction and to be higher than the periphery of the large diameter part 3a in the base rod side by bringing the ribs to contact with the engaging female part 2a so as to meet with the taper of the engaging part 2a of the base rod 2.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

Description

The present invention relates to a fishing rod formed by connecting a plurality of rods in a swinging manner.

A fishing rod that employs a connecting method called a conventional swing type is a large-diameter rod with the inner periphery of the tip end side as a mating female part, and the tip of a large-diameter rod with the outer periphery of the heel side end as a mating male part. And a small-diameter housing connected to the side. In this swing type fishing rod, a small-diameter rod is inserted into the large-diameter rod from the tip side so that it can be inserted and removed freely. And when fishing, each rod is pulled out to the tip side sequentially and fitted and fixed to be used as one rod. On the other hand, at the time of storage, the body on the tip side is sequentially stored in the body on the base side to make it compact.

One of the problems that arise in the swing-type fishing rod is that the rods stick together when connected. That is, when a small-diameter rod is pulled out to the tip of the large-diameter rod and the fitting male part and the fitting female part are fitted, water, dust, etc. enter the fitting part in a fishing rod used on the waterside. For example, the housings may be unduly firmly fixed. Therefore, a fishing rod having holes and grooves formed in the fitting portion has been proposed in order to prevent such sticking of the rods (see Patent Document 1).
JP 2002-209478 A

Certainly, anti-sticking effects can be expected even in fishing rods that have been designed to prevent sticking. However, the effect of preventing sticking is not necessarily proportional to the size of the hole or groove formed in the mating male part or mating female part, but in any shape and size, the mating male part or mating female part It is not always clear whether it is most effective to form holes or grooves in the surface. Further, if holes and grooves are formed excessively, it is not preferable from the viewpoint of securing the strength of the fitting portion where stress is likely to concentrate during use.

It is an object of the present invention to prevent sticking of rod bodies effectively in a swing type fishing rod.

The fishing rod of the present invention is a fishing rod in which a plurality of rods are connected in a swing-out manner, and is a tubular body that is tapered so that the diameter of the tip side becomes smaller, and the inner peripheral surface of the tip side becomes a fitting female part. The first housing is connected to the tip of the first housing in a swing-out manner, the outer peripheral surface of the foot side is one step larger in diameter than the other parts, and the diameter does not change in the axial direction and A plurality of second casings that are large diameter portions that come into contact with the fitting female portion at the end of the tip side and a plurality of circumferentially spaced circumferential surfaces on the base side of the large diameter portion of the second casing And a rib formed so as to be able to come into contact with the fitting female portion in accordance with the taper of the fitting female portion of the first casing so as to be higher than the peripheral surface of the larger diameter portion toward the base side.

In use, this fishing rod is used by pulling the second rod to the tip side of the first rod. When the second casing is pulled out toward the tip of the first casing, the base end of the second casing is fitted to the fitting female portion on the inner peripheral surface of the tip end of the large diameter casing. Specifically, the peripheral edge of the end portion on the tip side of the large-diameter portion contacts the fitting female portion of the first housing in a circumferential shape (however, with a certain width). Further, on the flange side of the large-diameter portion, the plurality of ribs respectively contact the fitting female portion of the first housing in a linear shape (however, with a certain width) extending in the axial direction.

In this way, the part on the heel side of the second casing is in contact with the inner peripheral surface on the tip side of the first casing in a line shape on the tip side and linearly in the axial direction on the heel side. Thus, sufficient fitting force is produced while preventing the sticking of the casings. Moreover, it becomes possible to improve the intensity | strength of a connection part by providing a rib in the connection part of the housings where stress tends to concentrate at the time of use.

Further, the second casing may be formed from a fiber reinforced resin, and the rib may be formed integrally with the second casing. For example, (a) a method of laminating a fiber reinforced resin for auxiliary to form a rib and integrally molding with a fiber reinforced resin for forming a tubular portion of the second housing, or (b) a large diameter portion A method for forming ribs by laminating the auxiliary fiber reinforced resin and integrally molding it with the fiber reinforced resin for forming the tubular portion of the second housing, and then cutting the peripheral surface of the large diameter portion, etc. It is done. In any case, the strength of the rib can be sufficiently increased by integrally forming the rib and the second casing itself.

Moreover, a rib is a synthetic resin member and may be affixed on the peripheral surface of the large diameter part of a 2nd housing. This rib may be bonded to the large-diameter portion of the second casing or may be removable. If it is made detachable, the fitting force can be recovered by exchanging the rib when the rib is worn after repeated use. Further, the ribs may be formed from printed ink. This ink formation is, for example, screen printing.

Such a rib is preferably set so as to have an axial length of 1/2 or less of the axial length of the large diameter portion. The axial length of the large diameter portion is preferably set shorter than the axial length of the fitting female portion. By setting each of these axial lengths, it is possible to satisfactorily suppress the sticking between the casings.

Further, the plurality of ribs may be formed so as to be spirally arranged on the peripheral surface of the large-diameter portion. Generally, the first housing and the second housing are pulled excessively in the respective axial directions, so that the fitting portions of both are fixed. By forming the spiral rib, it is possible to disperse the load at the time of such excessive pulling in the axial direction in the spiral direction.

In addition, you may laminate a nonwoven fabric in the fitting female part of a 1st housing. The stagnation when the rib is fitted to the fitting female part can be suppressed.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, the adhering of the fitting part of the rod bodies which are likely to arise in the swing type fishing rod can be prevented.

[First Embodiment]
Hereinafter, a first embodiment of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.

(About the entire fishing rod)
As shown in FIG. 1, the punch through which the first embodiment of the present invention is adopted includes, for example, a marshal bar 1, an upper barb 2 connected in a swinging manner to the tip side of the barb 1, It has a middle rod 3 and a tip rod 4 connected to the tip side of the rod 2 in a swinging manner.

The main rod 1 is a cylindrical body with a tapered taper, and is formed of, for example, a prepreg in which a reinforcing fiber such as a carbon fiber is impregnated with a synthetic resin. A butt plug 9 is detachably attached to the end of the heel 1 on the heel side. In addition, a reel sheet 5 on which a reel (not shown) can be detachably mounted is provided on the peripheral surface of the main shaft 1. Further, a fishing line introduction port 6 for introducing the fishing line from the reel into the rod body and an introduction guide 7 for guiding the fishing line to the fishing line introduction port 6 are disposed at the end of the tip of the maroon 1.

The former upper collar 2 to the inner ear basket 4 are sequentially connected to the casing located on the proximal side so as to be housed from the leading edge side. As will be described in detail later, the inner peripheral surface of the tip end portion of each housing is a fitting female portion as necessary. Moreover, a large diameter part is formed in the outer peripheral end part outer peripheral surface of each housing as needed. And since both are fitted or contacted, the housing located on the tip side does not jump out from the housing located on the foot side to the tip side. Moreover, when the rod body located on the tip side is pulled out to the tip side, the rod body located on the tip side is connected and fixed to the end portion on the tip side of the rod located on the tip side.

In addition, the inside of the Motogami rod 2 to the tip rod 4 is a fishing line passage through which a fishing line can be inserted. And if necessary, a fishing line support projection or the like for reducing the contact area between the fishing line and the inner peripheral surface is formed on the inner peripheral surface of each housing. A top guide 8 is attached to the end of the tip of the tip 4 and the fishing line is led out from the top guide 8.
(About Motogami 2 and Nakajo 3)
Subsequently, taking the former collar 2 and the middle collar 3 as an example, the connecting portion of both the casings will be described in detail.

As shown in FIG. 2, the middle hook 3 is connected to the tip side of the former upper hook 2 so as to be freely inserted and removed. The former upper collar 2 is a cylindrical body with a tapered taper as described above, and the inner peripheral surface of the tip side end part is a fitting female part 2a. The fitting female portion 2a is also a tapered surface with a smaller diameter toward the tip side.

On the other hand, as shown in FIGS. 2 and 3, the intermediate collar 3 is also a cylindrical body with a tapered taper like the former collar 2. However, a large-diameter portion 3a that is one step larger in diameter than other adjacent portions is formed at the heel side end. The large diameter portion 3a is a portion where the diameter does not change in the axial direction. As shown in FIG. 2, the outer diameter of the large-diameter portion 3 a matches the inner diameter of the upper collar 2 at the axial position slightly entering the heel side from the tip end of the upper collar 2. Set to That is, the peripheral edge of the end portion on the tip side of the large diameter portion 3 a is set so as to contact the fitting female portion 2 a of the upper collar 2 in a circumferential shape. By setting the outer diameter of the large-diameter portion 3a in this manner, the large-diameter portion 3a is not exposed to the outside when the intermediate collar 3 is pulled out from the upper collar 2 and connected. As a result, the axial direction length of the large diameter portion 3a is shorter than the axial length of the fitting female portion 2a of the corresponding upper collar 2.

In addition, a plurality of ribs 10 are formed on the circumferential surface on the base side of the large diameter portion 3a. For example, the ribs 10 are arranged so that the four ribs 10 are each displaced 90 degrees in the circumferential direction. Each rib 10 is a member that extends in the axial direction from the heel side end of the large-diameter portion 3a and has a height that increases toward the heel side. The inclination of each rib 10 is set according to the taper of the fitting female part 2a of the upper collar 2. That is, each rib 10 is set so as to contact the fitting female portion 2a in a linear shape (although having a certain width) extending in the axial direction. In addition, as shown in FIG.2 and FIG.3, you may form each rib 10 so that the width | variety side is wider. The axial length of the rib 10 is preferably set to a level that does not exceed 1/2 of the axial length of the large diameter portion 3a. Because the tip end side edge portion of the large diameter portion 3a perimeters around the fitting female portion 2a, and the heel side portion is fitted by the rib 10, thereby suppressing the fixation between the fitting portions. This is because when the axial length of the rib 10 exceeds 1/2 of the axial length of the large-diameter portion 3a, the accuracy of adjusting the diameter of the rib or a considerable accuracy in circumferential polishing as described later is required. .

Such a middle collar 3 can be manufactured as follows, for example.

First, a core material having a predetermined taper and a prepreg material made of carbon fiber reinforced resin or the like processed into a tape shape or a sheet shape is wound. In order to form the large-diameter portion 3a on the circumferential surface of the base side end portion of the wound prepreg material, an auxiliary prepreg material is laminated. Further, a strip-shaped prepreg for forming the ribs 10 is pasted on the base side end of the peripheral surface of the auxiliary prepreg at intervals in the circumferential direction. Thereafter, these are fired, the peripheral surface is polished, and set to a predetermined taper or outer diameter. However, the rib 10 may be formed by attaching another member, for example, a separately molded synthetic resin member, instead of the prepreg material.

In addition, although the connection part of both is demonstrated here in the former collar 2 and the middle collar 3, the same structure is employ | adopted also in another casing.

In use, the fishing rod constructed as described above is pulled out from the tip rod 4 to the tip side sequentially, and the rods are sequentially connected to be used as one long fishing rod. For example, when the middle collar 3 is pulled out to the tip side of the former collar 2, as shown in FIG. 2, the collar-side end of the middle collar 3 is a fitting female part on the inner peripheral surface of the tip-side end of the former collar 2. 2a. More specifically, the peripheral edge of the tip side end of the large-diameter portion 3a of the middle collar 3 contacts the fitting female part 2a of the upper collar 2 in a circumferential manner. In this “circumferential” contact, a certain amount of width may occur. In addition, on the heel side of the large-diameter portion 3a of the intermediate collar 3, the plurality of ribs 10 are in contact with the fitting female portions 2a of the upper collar 2 in a linear shape extending in the axial direction. It should be noted that a certain amount of width can occur even in this “linear” contact.
In this way, the heel side portion of the middle heel 3 is circumferentially on the tip side and axially on the heel side with respect to the inner peripheral surface on the tip side of the former upper heel 2 adjacent to the heel side. By making a linear contact with each other, a sufficient fitting force is produced while preventing the sticking between the casings. Since the middle collar 3 and the upper collar 2 are brought into contact with and fitted at two portions separated in the axial direction, unnecessary fixation is unlikely to occur and a sufficient fitting force can be produced.

[Second Embodiment]
A through hole that employs the second embodiment, which is a modification of the first embodiment, will be described below.

As with the first embodiment, this threading hook is also connected in a swinging manner to the heel 1 of the former heel 1, the former heel 2 connected to the tip of the heel 1 in the swinging manner, and the leading end of the former heel 2 It has a middle rod 3 and a tip rod 4. Motogami cocoons 2 to 4 are connected to the housing located on the heel side in such a way that they can be stored from the side of the stylus. It is a female part. Moreover, a thick part is formed in the outer peripheral part outer peripheral surface of each housing | casing as needed.

FIG. 4 shows a connecting portion between the former upper collar 12 and the middle collar 13 of the center thread. A middle collar 13 is connected to the tip side of the former upper collar 12 so as to be freely inserted and removed. Similar to the first embodiment, the former upper collar 12 is a cylindrical body with a tapered taper, and the tip side end inner circumferential surface is a fitting female portion 12a. The fitting female portion 12a is also a tapered surface with a smaller diameter toward the tip side.

The inner peripheral surface of the tip side end portion of the former upper collar 12 corresponding to the fitting female portion 12a is formed from a nonwoven fabric prepreg in which a nonwoven fabric such as polyester is impregnated with a synthetic resin. Specifically, the non-woven fabric is laminated on the fitting female portion 12a by manufacturing the original upper collar 12 by the following method. That is, first, the above-mentioned nonwoven fabric prepreg is wound only on the tip end portion of the core material having a predetermined taper. Subsequently, a circumferential or axial prepreg in which reinforcing fibers such as carbon fibers are oriented in the circumferential direction or the axial direction and then impregnated with a synthetic resin is wound around the outer periphery of the core material and the nonwoven fabric prepreg. If necessary, an auxiliary prepreg is also wound around the tip end or the heel end of the core. And these are baked and a core material is extracted.

On the other hand, the middle collar 13 is also a cylindrical body with a tapered taper like the former collar 12. However, a large-diameter portion 13a that is one step larger in diameter than other adjacent portions is formed at the heel side end. The large-diameter portion 13a is provided with a portion in which the diameter does not change in the axial direction or an extremely gentle inclination of about 1/1000 in the axial direction. That is, it is sufficient if the taper of the large diameter portion 13a is smaller than the taper of the fitting female portion 12a. As shown in FIG. 4, the loose outer diameter of the large-diameter portion 13 a matches the inner diameter of the former upper collar 12 at the axial position that is slightly intruded from the tip side end of the former upper collar 12. Set to do. That is, the peripheral edge of the end portion on the tip side of the large-diameter portion 13a is set so as to contact the fitting female portion 12a of the upper collar 12 in a circumferential shape. This is the same as in the first embodiment.

A plurality of ribs 20 are formed on the circumferential surface on the base side of the large diameter portion 13a. The rib 20 is formed by screen printing. However, as in the first embodiment, a separately molded synthetic resin member or the like may be attached. The two ribs 20 extend in the axial direction while spirally intersecting from the base side edge of the large-diameter portion 13a. The rib 20 is inclined in the axial direction so that its height increases toward the base side. That is, the inclination of the rib 20 is set in accordance with the taper of the fitting female portion 12a of the upper collar 12.

In addition, although the connection part of both is demonstrated here in the former collar 2 and the middle collar 3, the same structure is employ | adopted also in another housing. Other structures are the same as those of the first embodiment.
Even in a fishing rod constructed in this way, the heel side portion of the middle rod 13 has a circumferential shape on the tip side with respect to the inner peripheral surface of the heel side of the former upper rod 12 adjacent to the heel side. By contacting in a spiral manner on the original side, a sufficient fitting force is produced while preventing sticking of the casings. Since the middle collar 13 and the former upper collar 12 come into contact with each other and are fitted in a portion separated in the axial direction, unnecessary sticking hardly occurs and sufficient fitting force can be produced.

[Other Embodiments]
(A) Furthermore, the connection part of the upper collar 22 and the middle collar 23 in another embodiment is shown in FIG. The upper collar 22 and the middle collar 23 are of the same type as in the second embodiment, but the rib 30 of the large-diameter portion 23a at the collar-side end of the middle collar 23 has one rib 30 having a larger diameter. It extends in the axial direction spirally from the base side edge of 23a. Such a rib 30 is formed by, for example, applying a masking member to the peripheral surface of the large-diameter portion 23 a and then spraying paint to form the rib 30 portion, peeling the masking member, and polishing the peripheral surface of the rib 30. Then, it can be formed by adjusting the diameter.

When such a spiral rib 30 is formed, even when the upper collar 22 and the middle collar 23 are connected to each other, even if an excessive load is applied by strongly pulling each chassis in the axial direction, the load is not reduced. It is scattered in the direction and sticking is less likely to occur.
(B) In each of the above-described embodiments, the description has been given by taking the punch through as an example, but the present invention is not limited to this. Moreover, even if it is things other than a fishing rod, it is also possible to apply this invention to the thing which connects cylindrical bodies to a swing-out form, for example, the handle of a ball net, etc.
(B) The number and shape of the ribs are not limited to the above embodiment, and can be changed as appropriate.
