従来、写真鑑賞システムとして、ディジタルカメラをテレビに接続して表示するものが知られている(特許文献1参照)。

この写真鑑賞システムにあっては、撮影した写真の画像データをテレビに転送し、撮影したままの画像データをテレビに転送していた。したがって、興趣性に乏しいという問題がある。

請求項1に記載の写真鑑賞システムは,ディジタルカメラに振動センサを設け、前記ディジタルカメラを振ることで、ディスプレイ上の写真の表示態様を変化させるようにしたことを特徴とする。この場合の「表示態様」の例としては写真を1枚ずつ全画面に表示したり、複数の写真を同時に1つの画面に表示したり、画像に表示されている写真をスクロールして表示したり、1つの写真を分割して表示したり、1つの写真を拡大縮小したり、あるいはこれらの表示態様を適宜に組み合わせたりする態様が考えられる。また、ディジタルカメラの振動と表示態様の変化との関係であるが、振動回数や振動時間に応じて表示態様を変化させてもよいが、振動回数や振動時間によらずにランダムに表示態様を変化させてもよい。
この写真鑑賞システムによれば、ディジタルカメラを振ることで表示態様が変化するので、同じ写真を何度も鑑賞したりする場合であっても、何時でも新鮮な気持ちでの鑑賞が可能となる。

図1(a),(b)には実施形態に係る写真鑑賞システムにおけるディジタルカメラが示されている。このディジタルカメラ1の内部には図2に示すシェイクスイッチ3又は図3に示す振り子スイッチ4が設けられている。このうちのシェイクスイッチ3は、図1(b)に示すようにディジタルカメラ1が振られた際に、スプリング(第1の接点)3aが揺れて中央のロッド(第2の接点)3bに触れることによりONする。一方、振り子スイッチ4は、図1(b)に示すようにディジタルカメラ1が振られた際に、振り子(第1の接点)4aがスプリング4cの付勢力に抗して揺れて第2の接点4bに触れることによりONする。
そして、この写真鑑賞システムでは、図1(c)に示すようにディジタルカメラ1をテレビ9に接続して写真鑑賞を行うようになっている。

(回路構成)
図4はディジタルカメラ1に組み込まれた回路を示している。同図において符号10は制御装置であり、この制御装置10に備えられた記憶装置11には動作プログラム等が格納されている。
制御装置10は、シャッタボタン6、モード選択スイッチ7、電源スイッチ8、振動センサ3又は4からの信号が入力可能となっており、入力信号に応じて作動する。そして、この制御装置10からの信号がテレビ9等に出力され、写真がテレビ画面(ディスプレイ)9aに表示される。
また、モード選択スイッチ7の切替えによって撮影モード、鑑賞モードの切替えができるようになっている。

この写真鑑賞システムによれば、ディジタルカメラ1を鑑賞モードにした時にディジタルカメラ1を振らない場合には通常鑑賞モードとなる。通常鑑賞モードではテレビ9等に接続すると、撮影した写真を順送りで鑑賞することができる。また、鑑賞モードにした時にディジタルカメラ1を振ると写真をBGMにのせて鑑賞することができる。この場合の表示態様は11種類であり、ディジタルカメラ1を振ることによって表示態様及びBGMが変化する。

本発明の代表的なものの効果を説明すれば、ディジタルカメラに振動センサを設け、前記ディジタルカメラを振ることで、ディスプレイ上の写真の表示態様を変化させるようにしたので、同じ写真を何度も鑑賞したりする場合であっても、何時でも新鮮な気持ちでの鑑賞が可能となる。
