Abstract
Description
【0001】
Va=M・(Ha+He)
Vb=M・(HR+He)
【0024】
V=M・{1−(Da/Db)3}・Ha

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a method for detecting breakage of a reinforcing bar in a concrete structure for detecting breakage of a reinforcing bar disposed in the concrete.
[0002]
[Prior art]
In recent years, alkaline aggregate reaction (ASR) has become a problem in concrete structures such as bridges. The alkali-aggregate reaction is a phenomenon in which alkali metal ions in the concrete and a specific mineral in the aggregate cause a chemical reaction, and the alkali silica gel produced by the reaction expands when water is supplied.
[0003]
The damage to the concrete structure due to this reaction appears as a crack due to the expansion of the concrete or a phenomenon in which the reinforcing steel inside the concrete is torn off and broken.
[0004]
It is extremely dangerous to leave the breakage of the reinforcing bar as it is, and it is strongly desired to detect it by nondestructive inspection without destroying the concrete.
[0005]
At present, however, there is no device that can effectively detect the breakage of the reinforcing bar in a non-destructive manner, and the following method is used for investigation by destructive inspection.
[0006]
(1) Find cracks in concrete through regular inspections.
[0007]
(2) It is estimated whether an alkali bone reaction has occurred from the characteristics such as precipitation of a white gel substance.
[0008]
(3) Detailed investigation such as measurement of crack width is performed for the site where alkali bone reaction is determined to occur.
[0009]
(4) Based on the survey, the number of cracks in the parts that are determined to affect the durability of the structure is 100% if the crack width is greater than a certain value. Otherwise, the concrete is sampled by sampling, and the internal rebar breaks. Check the situation.
[0010]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, the above-mentioned conventional methods are time-consuming and costly for destructive inspection, require expert knowledge to determine whether an alkaline bone reaction has occurred, and whether to perform destructive inspection. There are problems such as having to repair again based on the part, and being unable to perform 100% inspection.
[0011]
An object of the present invention is to solve the above-described problems and to provide a method for detecting a rupture of a reinforcing bar in a concrete structure that can be inspected in a non-destructive manner in a short time without being a specialist engineer.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a method for detecting rebar breakage of a concrete structure according to the present invention is a method for detecting breakage of a rebar in a concrete structure, wherein the residual magnetism of the rebar at the breakage portion of the rebar is detected. A leakage magnetic flux generated from the fracture portion is detected by disposing the magnetic sensor on the surface of the concrete to detect the fracture portion.
[0013]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The present invention will be described in detail based on the illustrated embodiment.
Reinforcing bars used in concrete structures are usually magnetized by residual magnetism due to factors during manufacture or construction. Since the magnetic flux generated by the rebar residual magnetism passes through the rebar having a high permeability, there is little leakage of the magnetic flux due to the remanent magnetism on the concrete surface, and the change in the magnetic field due to the position in the length direction of the rebar is small.
[0014]
However, in the fractured portion B where the reinforcing bar S in the concrete C is broken, the magnetic flux F leaks greatly from one side of the reinforcing bar S into the space and converges to the reinforcing bar S on the other side as shown in FIG. The magnetic field on the surface of is increased. For this reason, the change in the magnetic field in the vicinity of the fractured portion B is extremely large compared to the non-ruptured portion. Further, the polarities (N, S) of the magnetic field at the end face of the reinforcing bar S of the broken portion B are opposite to each other, and the larger the break interval, the larger the magnetic flux F leaks to the outside.
[0015]
Therefore, as shown in FIG. 1, the location where the magnetic flux F leaks by moving the

Actually, when detecting the magnetic field on the surface of the concrete C, not only the magnetic field due to the remanent magnetism of the reinforcing bar S is detected, but also the influence of external magnetic fields such as the magnetic field due to the geomagnetism or the current flowing through the nearby transmission line. Will receive. The magnetic flux density due to remanent magnetism of the reinforcing bar S at a location 100 mm away from the reinforcing bar S is about 500 to 5 microtesla. For example, the magnetic flux density due to geomagnetism is about 50 microtesla around Japan and is a value that cannot be ignored.
[0022]
FIG. 5 shows a second embodiment in which two

When the reinforcing bar S is not broken, the outputs of the magnetic sensors 1c to 1f are small as shown in FIG. 9 and the difference depending on the position of the magnetic sensors 1c to 1f is small. However, when the reinforcing bar S is broken, The output of the
[0033]
It has been found from the destructive inspections so far that many ruptures of the reinforcing bar S are generated in the bent portion, and it is effective to inspect this portion mainly. According to this method, it is not necessary to move the magnetic sensors 1c to 1f, and by simply contacting the sensor case 2 'with the corner of the bent portion of the reinforcing bar S, the reinforcing bar S of this part is instantaneously broken. Since it is possible to know whether or not, an efficient inspection can be performed.

Moreover, in the place where the reinforcing bar S is arranged linearly, it is preferable to arrange the

Further, depending on the factor at the time of manufacturing or constructing the reinforcing bar S, the residual magnetism of the reinforcing bar S to be inspected is small, and it may be difficult to accurately detect the breaking position. In such a case, if an inspection is performed after magnetizing the reinforcing bar S in advance by passing a current from the magnetizing /
