BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention belongs to the technical field of a silencer chamber for reducing noise generated with airflow in a low-noise air conditioner for air-conditioning a quiet indoor space.
[0002]
[Prior art]
The air conditioner has to form a bent air passage due to the limitation of installation space, but so-called self-noise is generated due to the flow of air. In particular, for a device that generates a large amount of noise with a large air volume, it is difficult to achieve low noise although a silencer chamber is provided.
By the way, there are cases where quiet indoor spaces such as hospital rooms, music halls, exhibition halls, theaters, and broadcasting studios are air-conditioned. Attempts have been made to reduce the so-called self-noise generated by the flow of air by installing a noise air conditioner.
As these prior arts, for example, (1) a sound absorbing material is lined in a silencer chamber air conditioner to absorb sound (Patent Document 1). Moreover, (2) what muffled by attaching the silencer in the vicinity of the terminal of an air path, etc. is known (patent document 2). Further, (3) a baffle plate (baffle plate) or the like is provided in the air passage to increase the pressure loss and reduce the sound (Patent Document 3).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, although the conventional technique (1) has a large sound reduction effect in the high frequency band, there is a problem that the sound reduction effect cannot be expected so much in the low frequency band. 3) The pressure loss is large and the energy consumption increases. Furthermore, although (3) provides a sound reduction effect, self-noise is likely to be generated from a resistance portion such as a baffle plate (baffle plate), resulting in a disadvantage that the reduced air flow is increased again.
[0005]
The present invention has been made in view of the above-described problems, and the problem is that, in an air conditioner, the sound is efficiently reduced in a limited space and the noise generated with the air flow is reduced. An object of the present invention is to provide a noise reduction chamber for a low-noise air conditioner that has a sound reduction effect in all frequency bands, has a low pressure loss, and consumes less energy.

According to a second aspect of the present invention, in a chamber of an air conditioner that forms a bent air passage, a guide vane that is bent along the air flow is provided in the middle of the air passage, and the surface inside the chamber is made smooth. In addition, the guide vane is a noise reduction chamber of a low noise air conditioner characterized in that it is formed of a sound absorbing material.
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in a chamber of an air conditioner that forms a bent air passage, a cylindrical guide column is provided at an end of the partition plate of the air passage that is inverted by 180 degrees, and the surface inside the chamber is smooth. In addition, the surface of the guide cylinder is a sound absorbing chamber of a low noise air conditioner characterized in that it is formed of a sound absorbing material.
[0007]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
The noise reduction chamber of the low noise air conditioner of the present invention has been made on the basis of the following knowledge (1) to (6) regarding the sound reduction. That is, to reduce the sound,
(1) In order to suppress the separation of air and the generation of eddy currents, it is made flat by eliminating irregularities such as gaps in the air flow path and the frame.
(2) In order to smooth the air flow and suppress the generation of vortex flow, guide vanes are installed at the discharge port, the air supply port, and the corner of the bend.
(3) Suppression of secondary flow and separation of air, collision noise, friction noise and vibration noise due to energy dispersion, and phase difference in sound using sound path difference, Install a guide vane in the section to disperse the air flow.
(4) A cylinder is installed at the edge portion of the partition plate of the U-turn portion to reduce air flow turbulence on the back surface of the edge.
(5) By installing the above (1) to (4) at the same time, a synergistic sound reduction effect can be obtained.
(6) The surface of the flattening member, the guide vane and the cylinder is made of a sound absorbing material to increase the sound absorbing effect.
