従来、人体への影響が指摘されているOA機器やパソコン等の電子機器から放出される磁界波を遮蔽・減衰するための布地としては、合成繊維布地体の表裏両面に銀・アルミのコーティング処理を施してなる布地が用いられていた。

しかし、従来の電磁波遮蔽・減衰用布地によるエプロンや制服は、OA機器やパソコンから発生する電磁波を遮蔽・減衰するために用いられ、携帯電話・電子レンジから発生する電磁波を遮蔽・減衰するものとしては効果的ではなかった。

本発明は、このような問題点に鑑みなされたもので、その目的とするところは、携帯電話・電子レンジから発生する800MHzから2.4GHzの範囲内から選ばれる電磁波を遮蔽・減衰することができる電磁波遮蔽・減衰用布地及びその応用商品を提供することにある。

この目的を達成するためになされた本発明の請求項1に記載の電磁波遮蔽・減衰用布地は、ポリエステル等の合成繊維から形成された布地体10の表裏両面に、下地処理としてCuの電解メッキ層11が形成され、該Cuの電解メッキ層11の表面にはパーマロイの無電解メッキ層12が積層されて構成され、かつ800MHzから2.4GHzの範囲内から選ばれる電磁波を遮蔽・減衰することを特徴とするものである。

先ず、本発明に係る電磁波遮蔽・減衰用布地の一例について説明すると、本電磁波遮蔽・減衰用布地は、図1及び図2に例示されているように、ポリエステル等の合成繊維糸で長尺状に織成又は編成して形成された布地体10の表裏両面に、下地処理としてCuの電解メッキ層11が形成されるとともに、該Cuの電解メッキ層11の表面にはパーマロイの無電解メッキ層12が積層されて構成されている。

なお、本電磁波遮蔽・減衰用布地には、防災・抗菌・遮光・着色等の処理を施すことも可能である。

このように構成された本電磁波遮蔽・減衰用布地は、800MHzから2.4GHzの範囲内から選ばれる電磁波を遮蔽・減衰することができる。
