Abstract
Description
【0001】
【0023】
これらの個体認識手段を、本実施の形態ではRFID(Radio Frequency Identification Systemの略)のシステムで実現している。

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an endoscope system, and more particularly to an endoscope system that can automatically generate or specify a folder for storing captured images.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Conventional endoscope systems have a still image capture function for the purpose of preserving surgical history. By pressing the Freeze / Release button, image data is stored in a storage medium such as a hard disk in the centralized control unit or smart media using a PC card, and the image is displayed on the display panel or the operator's PC screen. It was.
[0003]
When trying to open an image captured with the capture function during the operation, it was necessary to display the thumbnail list in the image viewer and find the desired data while scrolling.
[0004]
Then, to organize image data using tools such as a keyboard (including GUI: software keyboard on the graphical user interface), create a new folder or change the name of your favorite image file Editing work was necessary.
[0005]
Therefore, as described in Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 2000-287940, an endoscope image and various CT images, patient information, and the like are stored in a state associated with dates and procedures, and converted into an electronic medical record. There have been proposals to improve search efficiency.

In the setting screen of FIG. 8, the folder structure for each surgeon folder (top level) → for each patient → for each screen generation device set in the first embodiment is confirmed (step S <b> 32).
[0048]
In step S33, the priority order of the set hierarchy is changed.
The order of 1 to 4 is changed for each listed item such as an operator, a patient, an image generation device, and a date. Here, from the first setting, the operator (1) → patient (2) → image generating device (3) → date (4), the image generating device (1) → patient (2) is changed. Suppose that the folder is not specified. If the setting is acceptable, an update command is designated in step S34.
[0049]
Then, the updated value is read (step S35), and as shown in FIG. 10, the highest hierarchy is changed to a folder for each type of image generation apparatus, and under the

[0054]
In the present invention, it goes without saying that the same effect can be obtained even if the individual recognition means is voice collation or fingerprint collation.
[0055]
Needless to say, the folder name can be realized by a user-friendly folder name such as a patient, an operator, or a technique name.
[0056]
Furthermore, instead of the file system, by performing individual recognition of the camera device, light source device, insufflation device, etc., the values of the parameters of each device are called, and the automatic remote control system automatically sets those parameters to each device, The present invention can also be applied to a system that performs individual recognition of a patient and automatically downloads an electronic medical record stored in a database in a hospital.
[0057]
The contents of the following supplementary notes also belong to the technical scope of the present invention.
