Abstract
Description

Therefore, in view of the above problems, the present invention is suitable for a discharge detection system that reliably detects a spark discharge generated between plug-in plug blades even when the connection of the plug to a power outlet is loose, and a system therefor. The purpose of the present invention is to provide a simple plug and a power outlet.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, an insertion plug according to the invention of
With this configuration, since spark discharge is detected on the plug side, it is possible to reliably detect spark discharge between the plug blades regardless of the state of insertion of the plug into the power outlet.
[0007]
The power outlet according to the second aspect of the present invention is provided with a signal input terminal for inputting a signal from a sensor for detecting a spark discharge on a front surface having an insertion plug connection portion, and based on information input from the signal input terminal. And a spark discharge detection circuit that determines the occurrence of spark discharge and outputs a discharge generation signal.
With this configuration, since the signal input terminal is provided in the power outlet, even if a sensor for detecting spark discharge is provided in the insertion plug, the sensor signal can be easily input to the power outlet and the occurrence of spark discharge can be detected. Therefore, even when the spark discharge is detected by the plug, there is no need to make the plug complicated.
[0008]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the second aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electric circuit interrupting means, wherein the electric circuit interrupting means is operated to be interrupted by a discharge generation signal, so that the receiving blade of the insertion plug connection portion is interrupted from the power supply. Features.
With this configuration, if a spark discharge occurs, the electric circuit is cut off in the power outlet, so that tracking generation can be prevented more reliably at the initial stage than when the discharge is detected and cut off by the breaker, and the insertion plug deteriorates. Not even.
[0009]
According to a fourth aspect of the present invention, there is provided a discharge detection system including the plug according to
With this configuration, it is possible to reliably detect spark discharge between the blades regardless of the state of insertion of the insertion plug into the power outlet. Needless to say, since a spark discharge detection circuit for judging the occurrence of spark discharge is provided on the power outlet side, it is not necessary to make the insertion plug complicated even if it is configured to detect spark discharge with the insertion plug.

In this way, the sensor that detects spark discharge is installed in the plug, so even if the plug is loosely inserted into the power outlet, the spark discharge between the blades that causes the tracking phenomenon can be detected reliably. It is possible to do. Then, since the occurrence of spark discharge is determined at the power outlet based on the spark discharge information detected by the insertion plug, even if the spark discharge is detected by the insertion plug, the insertion plug must be complicated and large. There is no need to convert.
In addition, when spark discharge is detected, the electric circuit is cut off in the power outlet, so that tracking generation can be reliably prevented at the initial stage rather than detecting and shutting off discharge with a breaker, and the plug may deteriorate. Absent.

5 and 6 show another example of the insertion plug. FIG. 5 (a) is a plan view, FIG. 5 (b) is a front view, and FIG. 6 is a sectional view taken along line BB. As shown, the
In this way, the sensor may be provided completely embedded in the main body of the plug, so that when the plug is operated, the user touches the sensor and the spark discharge detection circuit malfunctions. No more.
[0017]
In the above-described embodiment, the electric outlet is provided with an electric circuit interrupting means, and when the spark discharge occurs, the electric circuit is interrupted within the electric outlet. However, a discharge generation signal is output to the breaker to operate the electric circuit breaker. The electric circuit may be interrupted by doing so, so that the electric circuit can be interrupted without providing the electric circuit interrupting means in the power outlet. Further, an LED or a buzzer for notifying the occurrence of discharge may be provided in the power outlet.
[0018]
【The invention's effect】
As described above in detail, according to the present invention, since the sensor for detecting spark discharge is installed in the insertion plug, it is possible to reliably detect spark discharge between the plug blades that causes a tracking phenomenon. .
Further, since the occurrence of spark discharge is determined on the power outlet side, even if the spark discharge is detected by the plug, the plug does not have a complicated configuration and does not need to be large.
