【0001】

【0117】

[0025]
In this embodiment, as one of these tentatively-named journal names, when the academic journal is written in Japanese, the reading Roman character string of the official journal name is used as the journal name reading name of the official journal name. However, the present invention is not limited to this, and as the reading of these official journal names, a reading pseudonym of the official journal name may be used.
[0026]
Further, in the present embodiment, when an academic journal is written in English as one of the tentatively-named journal names, connectives such as “of”, which are non-information-value terms, and “the”, “ Although non-information value abbreviations excluding articles such as "a" and "an" are used, the present invention is not limited to this, and these non-information value terms may be used only as the conjunctions or only articles. good.
[0027]
In this embodiment, the journal reading name and the non-information value abbreviation are individually registered. However, since these are limited to those written in Japanese or English, the journal name table is used. In order to simplify the above configuration, either one of them may be registered in a common item.
[0028]
In this embodiment, as one of the tentative titles, a set character string of the first character of each word constituting the official title, specifically, in the case of “American Journal of Cardiology” in FIG. The name is divided into words "American", "Journal", and "Cardiology" excluding non-information value terms, and a set of "A", "J", and "C", which are the first characters of the word "AJC" is registered as the initial name of the journal.
[0029]
If the academic journal is written in Japanese, the initials of these journals are the initials of the formal journal using the reading Roman character string.
[0030]
Further, in this embodiment, if the academic journal is written in Japanese as one of the tentative titles, a set word of the first word of each idiom phrase constituting the official journal name, specifically, 7, the official journal name is divided into idiom phrases “Kanto”, “Orthopedic surgery”, “Disaster surgery”, and “Academic journal”. "Sekiseikei", which is a collection of idioms with the first letter "Sekisei" added with "Journal" indicating "Journal of the Society", is registered as an abbreviated name.
[0031]
In this embodiment, when the journal is written in English, these journal abbreviations include abbreviation character strings of words considered to be important for estimating the journal name, Use the one inserted in the corresponding word part.
[0032]
The official journal names registered in the journal name table shown in FIG. 7 are extracted as candidate documents when a character string input at the time of document reception described later matches a part thereof, and other official title names are described later. When a character string input at the time of accepting a document to be registered coincides with the registered tentative name, the character string is extracted as a candidate document.
[0033]
As shown in FIG. 8, the holding place table used in the present embodiment is associated with a holding place ID uniquely assigned to each library as a holding place, a branch ID, and a holding place name. The number of days required to copy and hold the documents held in each holding place and deliver them to the orderer is registered in association with them, and when ordering a document, the number of days required is determined based on the specification of the holding place of the document. It is specified in the holding destination table and displayed when ordering.
[0034]
Further, as shown in FIG. 9, the holding table used in the present embodiment corresponds to the holding place ID, which is the ID of each holding place library, and the branch ID, and the academic literature held at the holding place. Is registered, and the holding ID for identifying the holding information is registered. When a document is ordered, the specified official journal name, volume, year, The holding destination ID and the branch ID holding the number can be specified from the holding table.
[0035]
The order database used in the present embodiment has a configuration as shown in FIG. 10, and is an order ID, which is order identification information capable of identifying each order by individually assigning each order when receiving the order. The item of the orderer in which the customer ID (in the case of a customer who is registered as a customer) or the name of the customer (in the case of a customer who is not registered as a customer) is registered, and the customer ID is registered in the orderer. If there is, the item of the branch number for individually identifying the order of the same customer, and the item of the bibliography name where the information related to the ordered document such as the journal name, volume, issue, page, etc. of the ordered document is registered And an item of the number of copies in which the number of copies to be registered is registered, an item of the order date in which the date of the order is registered, and an item of the processing status in which information such as the processing status of the ordered document and the expected acquisition period is registered. Information on the destination of the copied document is registered. In this order database, the order history of the past three months, which is a predetermined period, is registered, and based on the registered contents, the order ID is stored. And the customer ID, it is possible to specify the contents of the order corresponding to the order ID and the order contents of the orderer corresponding to the customer ID, the processing status, the destination, etc.

In this embodiment, when the holding place and the acquisition time are set in the “document information input page” (FIG. 16), the holding place name is temporarily set to the holding place name (in this embodiment, the first candidate is set) so that the holding place cannot be specified. , A second candidate, and a third candidate). In this way, since the application for the copied document is accepted without informing the user of the holding place name, the user does not need to make an inquiry to the holding place regarding the application for the copied document, and It is only necessary to make an inquiry relating to the application of the copied document only to the order receiving center, and it is possible to reduce the operational and procedural burden when the user directly negotiates with a plurality of business partners. Further, only the order receiving center needs to have a function of responding to an inquiry relating to an application for a copied document, that is, a document copying service, and the configuration of the system can be simplified. Furthermore, since there is no need to provide a document copy service at the holding site, holdings without the document copying service can participate in the document copying service, and can provide more documents to users. The usefulness of the document copy service for the person can be enhanced.
[0044]
In this embodiment, when the holding place and the acquisition time are set in the “document information input page” (FIG. 16), the holding place name is temporarily set to the holding place name so that the holding place cannot be specified (in this embodiment, Although the first, second and third candidates are set, the holding destination may be specified by setting the holding destination name.

In the “search / result page” (FIGS. 14 and 15), the user does not receive a selection input of “search” indicating that a formal journal name is searched (S8), and specifies one formal journal name candidate. When the selection input of "selection" indicating the fact is received (S9), the affiliation associated with the identified official journal name candidate and the acquisition time are identified (S10), and the official journal name candidate is identified. Therefore, the number of official journal name candidates is determined to be one (S11), and as shown in FIG. 16, the specified official journal name candidate and the acquisition time of the official journal name candidate are set in “Documents”. .. To the notebook computers 4a, 4b,..., And proceeds to step 5, ie, accepts input of document information other than the journal name from the user.
[0047]
In this way, the user inputs the tentative title that seems to be able to guess the formal title and performs a “search”, and displays a list of formal title candidates that include at least the character string of the tentative title. By continuing to display the “search / result page” (FIGS. 14 and 15) until one of the displayed official journal name candidates is selected by the user, that is, the document desired by the user is included. By continuing to display the “search / results page” (FIGS. 14 and 15) until the user specifies the official journal name of the academic journal, whether the memory of the user's official journal name is ambiguous, Even if there is a mistake in the memory, the input of the official magazine name can be reliably received.

To accept the input of the tentative title of the journal and the selection input of “search” and “select”. In other words, the name of the official magazine and the time of acquisition can be specified, that is, the “search / result page” (FIGS. 14 and 15) is transmitted to the notebook computers 4a, 4b,. A detailed flow of a magazine name candidate extraction process performed by the
[0057]
First, an area for accumulating candidates for official magazine names including at least a tentative title received from a user (hereinafter, referred to as a candidate list of magazine names) is provided in the
[0058]
Next, it is determined whether or not the magazine name counter provided in the
[0059]
Next, it is determined whether or not the official journal name in the extracted journal name data includes at least the tentative title journal name received from the user (Sa5). Specifically, in the registration state of the magazine name table as shown in FIG. 7, when the magazine name data extracted in the step Sa4 is the magazine name data of the magazine name ID “0000001”, the data is accepted from the user. If the tentative title is "Cardiology", it is determined that the tentative title is included in the official journal name "American Journal of Cardiology" of the title data, so that the title data includes the tentative title. Is done. As a result, the
[0060]
In this way, when the tentative journal name received from the user is included as a part of the official journal name in the journal name data, by adding the journal name data to the journal name candidate list, the official journal including at least the tentative title journal name is added. The names can be extracted as a list of official journal names.
[0061]
Next, the uppercase and lowercase letters of the alphabet are identified for the journal name reading in the extracted journal name data and the tentative title received from the user. By judging whether or not the characters are the same in order, it is determined whether or not the leading portion of the journal name reading includes the pseudonymous journal name, that is, whether or not the journal name reading and the pseudonymous journal name partially match at the front. A determination is made (Sa7). Specifically, in the registration state of the magazine name table as shown in FIG. 7, when the magazine name data extracted in the step Sa4 is the magazine name data of the magazine name ID “000000003”, it is accepted from the user. If the tentative title is "kantou", the tentative title name partially matches the leading name reading "kantouseikeisaigai" of the extracted journal name data, so that the title reading is determined to include the tentative title name. . The
[0062]
In this way, when the tentative title received from the user partially matches the reading of the title in the title data, the journal name data is added to the title candidate list, whereby the formal journal including at least the tentative title is provided. It is possible to extract journal name data in which the reading kana of the name or the roman alphabet is included as a candidate list of official journal names.
[0063]
Next, it is determined whether or not the front part of the temporary title journal name received from the user and the abbreviation of the non-information value term in the extracted journal name data partially match (Sa9). Specifically, in the registration state of the magazine name table as shown in FIG. 7, when the magazine name data extracted in the step Sa4 is the magazine name data of the magazine name ID “0000002”, the data is accepted from the user. If the tentative title is “new english”, the non-information value term abbreviation is a tentative name because the tentative title name partially matches the non-information value term abbreviation “NEW ENGLAND” of the extracted journal name data. Judge to include the journal name. The
[0064]
As described above, when the pseudonym journal name received from the user partially matches the non-information value term in the journal name data, the journal name data is added to the journal name candidate list, so that the formal title including at least the pseudonym journal name is obtained. The journal name data including the non-information value term of the journal name can be extracted as a formal journal name candidate list.
[0065]
Next, it is determined whether or not the initial part of the extracted journal name data and the tentative title journal name received from the user partially coincide with each other (Sa11). Specifically, in the registration state of the magazine name table as shown in FIG. 7, when the magazine name data extracted in the step Sa4 is the magazine name data of the magazine name ID “0000001”, the data is accepted from the user. If the tentative journal name is “AJ”, since the tentative title name partially matches the initial name “AJC” of the extracted journal name data, it is assumed that the tentative title includes the tentative title. judge. The
[0066]
In this way, when the tentative title received from the user partially matches the initials of the title data, the journal name data is added to the title candidate list, so that the official title including at least the tentative title is included. Can be extracted as a formal journal name candidate list.
[0067]
Next, it is determined whether or not the front part partially matches the abbreviated name of the magazine name in the extracted magazine name data and the provisional title received from the user (Sa13). Specifically, in the registration state of the magazine name table as shown in FIG. 7, when the magazine name data extracted in the step Sa4 is the magazine name data of the magazine name ID “0000001”, the data is accepted from the user. If the tentative journal name is “Am J”, the tentative journal name partially matches the abbreviation name “Am J Cardiol” of the extracted journal name data, so the journal name abbreviation is the tentative journal name Is determined to be included. The
[0068]
As described above, when the pseudonym journal name received from the user partially matches the abbreviation of the journal name in the journal name data, the journal name data is added to the journal name candidate list, so that the official title including at least the pseudonym journal name is included. The magazine name data including the set character string of the first character of each word constituting the magazine name can be extracted as the official magazine name candidate list.
[0069]
If it is determined in step Sa3 that the magazine name counter is 0, the process ends.
[0070]
In this way, the provisional title received from the user is provided in the magazine name data for all the magazine name data registered in the magazine name table stored in the
[0071]
The holding place of the academic journal associated with the journal name data extracted by the journal name candidate extraction process, the acquisition time indicating the number of days required to copy the documents held in the holding place and deliver it to the orderer, A detailed flow of the acquisition time specifying process performed by the
[0072]
First, the
[0073]
Next, it is determined whether or not the magazine name counter provided in the
[0074]
Next, a holding counter indicating the number of held data items for which it is not determined whether or not they belong to the acquisition period list is provided in the
[0075]
Next, it is determined whether or not the possession counter provided in the
[0076]
In step Sb8, the journal name ID containing the journal name data extracted from the journal name candidate list did not match the journal name ID containing the collection data extracted from the holding table (FIG. 9). In this case, the holding counter is decremented by 1 (Sb12), and the process proceeds to step Sb6.
[0077]
In this way, it is determined whether or not the holding place holding the academic journal associated with the journal name data is registered in the holding table (FIG. 9) by checking all the holding data registered in the holding table. Can be implemented. Furthermore, when the possession data is found, it is possible to specify the acquisition time indicating the number of days required for copying the possession document and delivering it to the orderer at the holding place associated with the possession data. That is, with respect to all journal name data extracted in the journal name candidate extraction process, at all the holdings holding the academic journal associated with the journal name data, the held documents are copied and ordered. Can be specified when it indicates the number of days required to deliver to
[0078]
If it is determined in step Sb3 that the journal name counter is 0, the acquisition period in which the acquisition time is accumulated in all the holdings holding the journal name data included in the journal name candidate list. Based on the list, a predetermined number of acquisition times notified to the user on the “document information input page” (FIGS. 13 and 16) and the “search / results page” (FIGS. 14 and 15) (this implementation In the example, an acquisition schedule list composed of 3) is generated (Sb13 to Sb20). Specifically, first, an area for storing the acquisition schedule list is provided in the
[0079]
Next, it is determined whether or not the number of acquisition periods included in the acquisition period list is 3 or more (Sb14). If the number is 3 or more, the minimum value among the acquisition periods existing in the acquisition period list is determined. The acquisition period, the acquisition period having the next smallest value, and the acquisition period having the largest value are extracted (Sb15 to Sb19), and registered in the acquisition schedule list stored in the
[0080]
If the number of acquisition periods included in the acquisition period list is smaller than 3 in step Sb14, all the acquisition periods included in the acquisition period list are set as the acquisition schedule list.
[0081]
In this manner, with respect to all journal name data extracted in the journal name candidate extraction process, at the holding place of the academic journal associated with the journal name data, the held documents are copied and ordered. As shown in the “document information input page” in FIG. 16, three types of acquisition periods, ie, the shortest period, the next shortest period, and the longest period (one day, one day in this embodiment) (2 days, 5 days) is notified to the user, so if the user is available from the best library, it will be 1 day, if it is not available from the best library, but if it is available from the next best library Before receiving an order for a duplicate page, the user can understand the expected period of acquisition until the duplicate page can be obtained, such as 2 days, 5 days at the longest, and use it as a reference for ordering. Can be.
[0082]
In this embodiment, the user is notified of three types of acquisition periods (in this embodiment, 1 day, 2 days, and 5 days) as the shortest period, the shortest next shortest period, and the longest as the acquisition period. Although it has a configuration, only the shortest period and the longest period may be used. In this case, it can be notified that the desired document is available between the shortest period and the longest period, so that the user can obtain the desired document. The number of days can be predicted before ordering the literature. In addition, a configuration may be adopted in which the user is notified of only the shortest period and only the longest period as the acquisition period, and in this case, the information to be notified to the user at the time of ordering can be reduced, and the recognition related to the application The burden can be reduced.
[0083]
Next, the processing performed by the management server will be described with reference to the flowchart shown in FIG. 6. After the processing of Sc2 to Sc4 is performed based on the output of the order information in S24, the process proceeds to Sc5. The library that holds the ordered documents is extracted.
[0084]
The process of extracting these holding libraries is performed in the same manner as the process of specifying the holding library in the obtaining time specifying process. When there are a plurality of holding libraries, three libraries and the obtaining time are extracted. .
[0085]
Then, it is determined whether or not a plurality of libraries are extracted (Sc6). If not, the process proceeds to Sc8. If there are a plurality, the library with the minimum acquisition time (days) is arranged in the shortest library. After performing the shortest-order library specifying process for specifying as, the process proceeds to Sc8.
[0086]
In this embodiment, the processes of Sc6 to Sc8 are performed again. However, as in the present embodiment, when the acquisition time specifying process shown in the flowchart of FIG. May store the specification result in the acquisition time specification processing, and may replace the processing of Sc6 to Sc8.
[0087]
The document copy instruction information including the journal name, the copy page, and the order ID of the ordered document is transmitted to the
[0088]
The processing status stored in the order database corresponding to the order ID included in the transmitted document copy instruction information is updated and stored as "in order" and the library corresponding to the library that transmitted the document copy instruction information is stored. Then, the acquisition time registered in the holding place table is specified, the acquisition time is registered in the expected acquisition period, and the order receiving database is updated (Sc9).
[0089]
Then, after updating the order database, the process proceeds to Sc10b, where it is determined whether the update of the order database is an update associated with a re-extraction process in Sc14 described below, and only when the update is an update associated with the re-extraction process. Proceeding to Sc11, an e-mail including the updated scheduled acquisition period is transmitted to the e-mail address specified from the registered contents of the customer database based on the customer ID corresponding to the updated processing status. Notifying the orderer of the change in the planned acquisition period and the new planned acquisition period, and displaying a list of the order IDs having changed in the planned acquisition period on the
[0090]
Based on the reception of the document copy instruction information transmitted in the document copy instruction information transmission process (S8) in the
[0091]
If the document specified by the document copy instruction is uncopiable for some reason, predetermined non-copiable data indicating that copying is not possible is transmitted instead of copy data (scan data).
[0092]
The reception of the copy data information is detected in the process of Sc12 in the
[0093]
In the case where the data that cannot be copied is included in the determination, after re-extracting the holding place other than the library to which the copy data information has been transmitted and the acquisition period (Sc14), the process proceeds to Sc6, where the extracted holdings are extracted. It is determined whether or not there are a plurality of libraries, and if there are a plurality of holdings extracted, the process proceeds to Sc7 to specify the shortest-arranged library, and then transmits the document copy instruction information to the holding library or the shortest-arranged library. (S8) is performed again.
[0094]
Then, the process proceeds to Sc9, where the acquisition time corresponding to the library that transmitted the document copy instruction information is specified from the holding destination table to update the order receiving database, and it is determined in Sc10 that the order is updated by re-extraction. Is notified to the orderer by e-mail (Sc11).
[0095]
On the other hand, if it is determined in Sc13 that the received copy data information does not include copy impossible data that is copy impossible information, the process proceeds to Sc15, where the order ID assigned to the received copy data information is received. The number of copies stored in the order receiving database is specified in association with, and the copy data (including the document copy instruction) included in the received copy data information is printed by the
[0096]
Then, when the destination printing process is performed, shipping to the printed destination is performed during the business day. Therefore, in Sc17, the destination is registered in the order database in association with the order ID. The current processing state is updated to "shipped", and the date of the day is registered as the shipment date.

When "(1) Confirmation of arrangement status" is selected and input on this inquiry menu page, an input acceptance screen shown in FIG. 20 is distributed to and displayed on the notebook computers 4a, 4b,... Of the access users.
[0101]
On this input acceptance screen, the orderer who owns the customer ID by registering the customer inputs the customer ID and then selects and inputs “inquiry”, whereby the input of the customer ID is detected in S28 and the input is performed. An output request of the order history corresponding to the customer ID is output to the

Further, in the above embodiment, as shown in FIG. 21, the inquiry result page displays the estimated acquisition period updated with the passage of the number of days. It is preferable for the user to be able to ascertain the scheduled acquisition period of the already ordered documents on his / her user terminal, but the present invention is not limited to this, and does not display these estimated acquisition periods. Alternatively, only the detailed processing status may be displayed.
[0111]
Further, in the above-described embodiment, when the copy data information includes uncopyable data, the re-extraction process is automatically performed, and the document copy instruction information is transmitted to another library. Doing so means that, even if for some reason, for example, a copied page of the document is rented out or provided for bookbinding and cannot be copied, another library holding the copied page of the document may be used. This is preferable because the document is automatically extracted and the document copy instruction information is transmitted, so that it is possible to automatically cope with a case where these documents cannot be copied. However, the present invention is not limited to this. Instead, when the copy data information includes uncopyable data, a list of the copy data information including the uncopyable data is created and output, so that the correspondence to the copy data information is made. People to may be implemented to.
[0112]
Further, in the above embodiment, when the re-extraction process is performed and the scheduled acquisition period is changed, the new scheduled acquisition period is notified to the orderer by e-mail.
