【0001】

On the other hand, if the oil viscosity of the
[0012]
Therefore, the present invention does not cause the engine to blow up even if the first clutch device is connected and the driving force is sent in a state where the connection of the second clutch device is not completed, and the cold region or the cold region It is an object of the present invention to provide a driving force transmission system in which the engine does not run up even if the engagement operation of the second clutch is delayed in winter or the like.
[0013]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
The driving force transmission system according to claim 1, wherein the driving force distribution mechanism distributes driving force from an engine to a front wheel side rotation shaft and a rear wheel side rotation shaft, and the front wheel rotation shaft is provided in the driving force distribution mechanism. A first clutch device that connects the front wheel side rotation shaft and the rear wheel side rotation shaft so as to rotate in the same direction, and releases the front wheel side rotation shaft and the rear wheel side rotation shaft so as to be differentially rotatable; A motor is provided between the shaft and the front wheel in a space which can be lubricated with oil, and transmits the driving force from the engine to the front wheel side by coupling, and cuts off the transmission to the front wheel side by disconnecting. A driving force transmission system comprising: a second clutch device; and a controller that connects the second clutch device when the running speed of the vehicle becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value.
[0014]
In the driving force transmission system according to the first aspect, when the traveling speed of the vehicle becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value in a state where the connection of the second clutch device is released (for example, when the vehicle stops), the controller connects the second clutch device. .
[0015]
In this case, for example, when the road surface is frozen the next morning after the vehicle is driven and parked in the disconnected state of the second clutch in a cold region or in winter, even if the second clutch device is switched to the four-wheel drive state and started, the controller may be operated. As a result, since the second clutch device is already connected, the engine does not run up due to torque loss to the second clutch device-side wheel. Further, even if the oil viscosity increases due to the low temperature and the switching response of the second clutch device decreases, the engine does not run up because the controller sets the second clutch device in the connected state as described above.
[0016]
Further, when the vehicle is stopped, the second clutch device is engaged, so that the vehicle can obtain a sufficient parking brake action even on an inclined road surface. Also, on a rough road where wheels are likely to slip or on a slope where a large driving torque is required, the vehicle is generally driven at a low speed, so that when the vehicle speed falls below a predetermined value, the driving force transmission system is automatically activated as described above. According to the first aspect of the present invention, the vehicle is very quickly connected to the first clutch device and the second clutch device only by switching the driving force distribution mechanism to the four-wheel drive state as needed. Wheel drive state), and it is possible to greatly improve the ability to escape on a rough road and the traveling performance on an inclined road surface.
[0017]
The driving force transmission system according to claim 2 is the driving force transmission system according to claim 1, wherein the second clutch device is disconnected when the oil temperature rises to a predetermined temperature. .
[0018]
In the driving force transmission system according to the second aspect, when the traveling speed falls below a predetermined value (for example, when the vehicle stops) in the two-wheel drive state in which the connection of the second clutch device is released, the controller connects the second clutch device. Let it.
[0019]
Therefore, in addition to obtaining the same effect as in claim 1, for example, when the oil viscosity increases due to low temperature and the connection of the second clutch device cannot be released immediately, the oil temperature reaches a predetermined temperature. Then, the connection of the second clutch device is released.
[0020]
A driving force transmission system according to a third aspect is the driving force transmission system according to the second aspect, wherein the temperature detecting means for detecting the temperature of the oil and the connection or disconnection of the first clutch device are detected. When the temperature of the oil has risen to a predetermined temperature or more by the temperature detecting means when the first clutch device is disengaged by the connection detecting means, the controller includes: The connection of the second clutch device is released.
[0021]
In this driving force transmission system, in order to change from a four-wheel drive traveling state in which the second clutch device is coupled to a two-wheel drive traveling state, for example, the two-wheel driving traveling is performed by releasing the connection of the second clutch device. Make it possible. At this time, for example, a case may occur where the oil viscosity increases due to a low temperature and the connection of the second clutch device cannot be immediately released. However, when the two-wheel drive state is selected by the first clutch device, the controller determines that the second clutch device is in the second state. The temperature of the oil in the clutch device is detected by the oil temperature detecting means, and when the detection result rises to a predetermined temperature, the connection of the second clutch device is released, and the two-wheel drive travel is enabled.

[Other embodiments included in the scope of the present invention]
Note that, in the present invention, the predetermined value of the traveling speed at which the second clutch device is connected may be set to zero, so that the clutch device is connected when the vehicle stops.
[0061]
At this time, instead of detecting the traveling speed with the speed sensor, the clutch device may be connected by detecting that the traveling speed has become zero by turning off the ignition key.
[0062]
In the present invention, the actuator for operating the second clutch device may be an electromagnetic actuator, a hydraulic actuator such as a hydraulic actuator or a pneumatic actuator, an actuator using an electric motor, or an actuator manually operated. May be.
[0063]
Further, if a mechanism for maintaining the connection state is provided in the second clutch device, when the actuator is operated to connect the clutch device (positive operation configuration), for example, after parking, the actuator is stopped. Also, since the clutch device is maintained in a connected state (a state in which four wheels can be driven) by the connected state holding mechanism, it becomes possible to stop the electromagnets and the pumps, which are the drive sources of the actuators, during parking, and Electromagnets and pumps can be stopped during two-wheel drive running, which takes longer than four-wheel drive running. This significantly reduces the load on the battery, which is the drive source for the electromagnets and pumps, and provides an alternator for charging the battery. The fuel efficiency of the driven engine can be improved.
[0064]
It should be noted that the second clutch device may be configured so that the connection is released by an actuator and the shift device is connected by a shift spring (to enable four-wheel drive) (negative operation configuration). Even without the connection holding mechanism, the load on the battery can be reduced during parking and the fuel efficiency of the engine can be improved.
[0065]
Further, the driving force transmission system of the present invention may be disposed not on the front wheel side but on the rear wheel side unlike the embodiments.
[0066]
Further, as the first clutch device, a center differential device disposed in the
[0067]
【The invention's effect】
According to the driving force transmission system of the first aspect, even if the first clutch device is connected and the driving force is transmitted in a state where the connection of the second clutch device is not completed, the engine may be blown up. Even if the meshing operation of the second clutch is slowed down in a cold region or in winter, the second clutch device is connected when the traveling speed of the vehicle becomes a predetermined value or less by the controller. Then, even if the vehicle is started with the driving force distribution mechanism switched from the two-wheel drive state to the four-wheel drive state, the engine does not run up due to torque loss.
[0068]
In addition, even if the switching response of the clutch device in the area 2 decreases due to an increase in oil viscosity at a low temperature, the engine can be prevented from running up because the second clutch device is in the four-wheel drive state.
[0069]
Further, when the vehicle is stopped, the first clutch device and the second clutch device are connected, so that the vehicle can obtain a sufficient parking brake action even on an inclined road surface.
[0070]
Further, according to the invention of claim 1, when the vehicle speed becomes equal to or less than a predetermined value, the driving force transmission system is connected on a rough road or a sloped road where the vehicle runs at a low speed. By simply switching the vehicle, the vehicle enters the four-wheel drive state very quickly, so that it is possible to greatly improve the ability to escape on a rough road and the traveling performance on an inclined road surface.
[0071]
According to the driving force transmission system of the second aspect, for example, when the road surface freezes the next morning after parking in a cold region or winter in a two-wheel drive state, the driving force distribution mechanism may be switched to the four-wheel drive state and started. Since the second clutch device is already in the four-wheel drive state, the engine does not run up due to torque loss to the second clutch device-side wheel. Further, even if the oil viscosity increases due to the low temperature and the switching response of the second clutch device decreases, the engine does not run up because the second clutch device is in the four-wheel drive state as described above.
[0072]
Further, for example, when the two-wheel drive traveling state is changed from the four-wheel drive traveling state in which the second clutch device is connected, the two-wheel drive traveling is possible by releasing the second clutch device connection. State. At this time, for example, if the oil viscosity increases due to a low temperature and the connection of the second clutch device cannot be released immediately, the connection of the clutch device is released when the temperature of the oil reaches a predetermined temperature. Thereby, two-wheel drive traveling becomes possible.
[0073]
According to the driving force transmission system of the third aspect, the connection of the second clutch device is released when the two-wheel drive traveling state is changed from the four-wheel drive traveling state where the second clutch device is coupled. Then, two-wheel drive traveling is enabled. At this time, for example, if the oil viscosity increases due to a low temperature and the connection of the second clutch device cannot be released immediately, the controller determines that the two-wheel drive state is selected by the connection release detecting means, The temperature of the lubricating oil is detected by the oil temperature detecting means, and when the detection result rises to a predetermined temperature, the connection of the second clutch device is released. Thereby, two-wheel drive traveling becomes possible.
