A first characteristic configuration of the distributed power generation system according to the present invention for achieving this object is to charge a generator and a surplus of generated power of the generator, and supplement a shortage of the generated power by discharging. And a power storage system operable to perform a first discharge control mode in which discharge control of the power storage system is limited to a first discharge depth smaller than a limit discharge depth. And the second discharge control mode in which the discharge is allowed up to the limit depth of discharge.
[0008]
According to the first characteristic configuration of the distributed power generation system, the discharge control of the power storage system can be executed by selectively selecting one of two discharge control modes. , The life of the storage battery can be prolonged by selecting and controlling the first discharge control mode, and when a large amount of discharge is required in an emergency, the second discharge control mode is selected to meet the demand. Can be covered.
[0009]
The second characteristic configuration is a power failure detection unit that detects a power failure of the commercial AC power supply, and based on a detection output of the power failure detection unit, selects the first discharge control mode when the commercial AC power supply is normal, Discharge control mode selecting means for selecting the second discharge control mode when a commercial AC power supply fails.
[0010]
According to the second characteristic configuration of the distributed power generation system, the power failure of the commercial AC power supply can be detected by the power failure detection means. Therefore, when the commercial AC power supply is normal, the first discharge control mode is given priority over the life of the storage battery of the power storage system. Can be extended by selecting and controlling, and when a large amount of discharge is required when the commercial AC power supply fails, the second discharge control mode can be selected to cover the demand. it can.
[0011]
The third characteristic configuration is a power failure detection unit that detects a power failure of the commercial AC power supply, and the second power supply unit is configured to start the generator at the time of the power failure of the commercial AC power supply based on a detection output of the power failure detection unit. Discharge control mode selecting means for selecting a discharge control mode and selecting the first discharge control mode in other cases.
[0012]
According to the third characteristic configuration of the distributed power generation system, a power failure of the commercial AC power supply can be detected by the power failure detection means. Therefore, when the generator is started when the commercial AC power supply fails, the second discharge control mode is set. The generator can be started by selectively obtaining a large discharge amount, and at other times, the life of the storage battery is extended by selecting and controlling the first discharge control mode with priority given to the life of the storage battery of the power storage system. be able to.
[0013]
The fourth characteristic configuration is that a voltage adjusting means for adjusting an output voltage of the power storage system so as to compensate for a decrease in a discharge voltage of the power storage system is provided.
[0014]
According to the fourth characteristic configuration of the distributed power generation system, when the power storage system selects the second discharge control mode and discharges to the limit discharge depth, even if the output voltage decreases, the amount of the decrease is determined by the voltage adjusting means. Therefore, the minimum voltage required on the input side of the output voltage of the power storage system can be ensured regardless of the selected discharge control mode.
[0015]
The fifth characteristic configuration is characterized in that the power storage system is discharged to a critical discharge depth in the second discharge control mode at the time of a power failure of the commercial AC power source, and the power storage system is restored when the commercial AC power source is restored from the power failure. With the power generated by the generator to a charge level determined by the first depth of discharge or higher.
[0016]
According to the fifth characteristic configuration of the distributed power generation system, the power storage system can quickly return to the charge level at which the discharge control in the first discharge control mode is possible after the commercial AC power is restored from the power failure, Deterioration of the power storage system can be suppressed.
[0017]
The sixth characteristic configuration is that the power generated by the generator is system-connected to the commercial AC power supply via an inverter, and a load supplied from the inverter is connected to the commercial AC power supply via a breaker. The point is that the charging of the power storage system when the commercial AC power is restored is controlled and executed so that the power factor of the inverter becomes a negative value.
[0018]
According to the sixth characteristic configuration of the distributed power generation system, the restored power of the commercial AC power supply is supplied from the output side of the inverter to the input side, and the power storage system can be quickly charged. In particular, when the commercial AC power supply recovers from the power failure while the power storage system has discharged to the critical discharge depth in the second discharge control mode when the commercial AC power supply fails, the discharge control in the first discharge control mode is immediately performed. Since the power storage system can return to a possible charge level, deterioration of the power storage system can be suppressed.

That is, since the inverter 6 is system-connected to the commercial AC power supply PS, the commercial AC power supply PS becomes dominant when the system is normal, and the temporary modulation from the inverter 6 is not significantly detected. At the time of a power failure, the AC output of the inverter 6 is naturally dominant, so that the temporary modulation can be detected, and thereby a power failure of the commercial AC power supply PS can be detected. When a power failure of the commercial AC power supply PS is detected, a power failure detection signal S2 is output to the discharge depth switching means 13 and the auxiliary power switching means 11.
