TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a car guide device for causing an elevator car to follow a guide rail.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A conventional elevator car guide device is provided between an outer surface of a shoe support member incorporating shoes having a U-shaped cross section arranged at the upper, lower, left and right ends of the car, and a frame provided to cover the shoe support member. In the guide shoe provided with anti-vibration rubber, furthermore, by providing an elastic body with high rigidity in the vertical direction between the shoe support member and the frame, which restricts the vertical deformation of the anti-vibration rubber, the stick slip of the shoe is reduced. There is one that eliminates the occurrence of abnormal vibration noise of the guide shoe at the start of the car or immediately before the car stops (for example, see Patent Document 1).

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
In the conventional elevator car guide device, when the car starts to move, in order to prevent vibration and noise due to stick slip, as a material used for the shoe member of the car guide device, a dynamic friction coefficient and a static friction coefficient with a rail. Use something close to At the same time, it is necessary to apply a shoe member having a small dynamic friction coefficient to the shoe member of the car guide device in order to reduce the frictional force in the vertical direction during the elevator operation of the car and to reduce the load on the hoisting machine. As a result, the coefficient of static friction of the shoe member of the car guide device becomes small. As a result, in an elevator with a high lift, the length of the main rope hanging the elevator car becomes longer, and the spring constant of the main rope decreases, so that when passengers enter the stopped elevator car, the frequency of the Low car vertical vibrations occur and pose a problem. In the case of a high-lift high-speed elevator, a roller guide is usually used as a car guide device, and this problem is evident. However, in an elevator device having a low rope spring constant, a guide shoe is provided in the car guide device. This problem also becomes apparent when using.
[0005]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to use a guide shoe in a car guide device, and to carry out a conventional vertical load during elevator operation of an elevator car. The present invention provides an elevator car guide device capable of suppressing vertical vibration of a car only when the car stops and a passenger enters the car.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
An elevator car guide device according to the present invention is provided with a shoe member having a small coefficient of friction disposed so as to be sandwiched on a side surface of a guide rail via a vibration isolating material, and provided on the shoe member, when the car stops. An actuator is provided which is driven to press the shoe member against the guide rail via the vibration isolator and generates a frictional force between the guide rail and the shoe member.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Embodiment 1 FIG.
FIG. 1 is an overall configuration diagram of a car showing a general elevator car guide device, and FIG. 2 is a plan sectional view showing the elevator car guide device according to the first embodiment of the present invention. In the figure, a car guide device 1 for an elevator is arranged at the top, bottom, left and right ends of a car frame 2 and guides a car 4 up and down along a guide rail 3. In the car guide device 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, shoe members 5 having a small dynamic friction coefficient are sandwiched between the left and right side surfaces of the guide rail 3 via vibration-proof rubber 6 which is a vibration-proof material. The other end of the anti-vibration rubber 6 holding the shoe member 5 at one end is held inside the left and right sides of a shoe support member 7 having a U-shaped or C-shaped cross section. Outside the left and right side surfaces of the shoe support member 7, a so-called actuator 8 for driving a movable portion such as an electromagnet device by a control signal is provided. By driving the actuator 8 only when the car 4 is stopped, the shoe member 5 is pressed against both side surfaces of the guide rail 3 via the vibration isolating rubber 6 with a larger force than usual, and friction in the vertical direction of the car 4 is increased. You can give power. Therefore, since a large frictional force is generated between the shoe member 5 and the guide rail 3, it is possible to suppress the vertical vibration of the car when the passenger gets into the elevator car.
[0008]
Further, since the actuator 8 is not driven during the elevator operation, the shoe member 5 is supported only by the vibration isolating rubber 6 as in the related art, and the riding comfort of the car 4 during traveling is not impaired.
[0009]
Embodiment 2 FIG.
FIG. 3 is a plan sectional view showing an elevator car guide device according to Embodiment 2 of the present invention.
In the first embodiment, the actuator 8 is provided outside the left and right side surfaces of the shoe support member 7, and the actuator 8 is driven only when the car 4 is stopped. In this second embodiment, a head shoe member 9 having a small dynamic friction coefficient is provided on the top surface of the T-shaped guide rail 3. An actuator 8 is provided on the back side of the surface of the shoe support member 7 facing the head surface of the guide rail 3. By driving the actuator 8 only when the car 4 is stopped, the head shoe member 9 is pressed against the head of the guide rail 3 with a larger force than usual, and a frictional force is applied to the car 4 in the vertical direction. You can do it. Accordingly, since a large frictional force is generated between the head shoe member 9 and the head of the guide rail 3, it is possible to suppress the vertical vibration of the car when the passenger enters the elevator car.
[0010]
In the elevator car guide device configured as described above, the same effects as those of the first embodiment can be obtained, and the number of actuators to be used can be reduced, resulting in cost reduction.
[0011]
Embodiment 3 FIG.
FIG. 4 is a front view showing an elevator car guide device according to Embodiment 3 of the present invention.
In the third embodiment, a second shoe member 10 having a large friction coefficient is separately added to the car guide device 1 having the same configuration as the conventional one. That is, a second shoe member 10 having a large coefficient of friction, such as urethane or nylon, is provided below the car guide device 1 having the same configuration as that of the related art, and the second shoe member 10 is attached to the actuator 8 having the spring element 11 built therein. It is a structure to press. In such a configuration, the actuator 8 is driven only when the car 4 is stopped, in addition to the frictional force between the first shoe member 5 and the guide rail 3 of the car guide device 1 of the conventional configuration, and The second shoe member 10 is pressed against both side surfaces of the guide rail 3 with a large force so that a frictional force can be applied in the vertical direction of the car 4. Therefore, since a large frictional force is generated between the second shoe member 10 and the guide rail 3, it is possible to suppress the vertical vibration of the car when the passenger gets into the elevator car.
[0012]
According to the third embodiment, since the actuator 8 is not driven during the elevating operation of the elevator, the second shoe member 10 is not in contact with the guide rail 3, and the riding comfort in the car 4 during traveling is low. There is no loss. Further, in this configuration, since the load and wear on the first shoe member 5 are not different from those of the conventional device, the replacement frequency of the first shoe member 5 is almost the same as the conventional device.
[0013]
Embodiment 4 FIG.
FIG. 5 is a plan sectional view showing an elevator car guide device according to Embodiment 4 of the present invention.
In the fourth embodiment, the first shoe member 5 and the second shoe member 10 are integrated with a profile 12 made of C-shaped steel or the like, and then attached to the shoe support member 7. A first shoe member 5 having a small dynamic friction coefficient is provided on one side surface of the guide rail 3 via an anti-vibration rubber 6, and a second shoe having a large friction coefficient such as urethane or nylon is provided on the other side surface of the guide rail 3. The member 10 is provided via an actuator 8 having a built-in spring element 11, and the first shoe member 5 is pressed against one side surface of the guide rail 3 when the elevator moves up and down, and the other side surface of the guide rail 3 is There is a gap between the shoe member 10 and the shoe member 10.
That is, the first shoe member 5 is always kept pressed against the guide rail 3 as in the prior art, and the second shoe member 10 does not drive the actuator 8 except when the car 4 of the elevator is stopped. Is provided. When the car 4 is stopped, the entire C-shaped steel 12 is pushed by the actuator 8 to deflect the anti-vibration rubber 6, and the entire C-shaped steel 12 slides leftward in the drawing, and the second shoe member 10 is guided. The first shoe member 5 is pressed against the rail 3 and comes out of contact with the guide rail 3. Thereby, the vertical vibration of the car at the time of the passenger getting into the elevator car can be suppressed, and the riding comfort in the car at the time of traveling is not impaired.
In order to generate a gap between the second shoe member 10 and the guide rail 3 when the actuator 8 is not driven except for holding the car, the car 4 is eccentric with the guide rail 3 interposed therebetween. Then, an uneven load is applied to the car 4 so that gaps are formed on the upper and lower portions of the car guide device 1 on opposite sides.
[0014]
According to the fourth embodiment, since the actuator 8 is built in as compared with the third embodiment, the size of the guide device can be reduced.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, the present invention provides a shoe member having a small coefficient of friction provided on a side surface of a guide rail via a vibration isolator, and provided on the shoe member and driven when the car is stopped to be driven by the vibration isolator. And an actuator that presses the shoe member against the guide rail and generates a frictional force between the guide rail and the shoe member, so that the shoe member is pressed against the side surface of the guide rail with a larger force than usual, and the A friction force can be given in the vertical direction. Therefore, since a large frictional force is generated between the shoe member and the guide rail, it is possible to suppress the vertical vibration of the car when the passenger enters the elevator car.
