Abstract
Description
【0001】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to an emergency master valve that shuts off a hydraulic pressure supply from a hydraulic system in an emergency such as a power failure.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, when a mechanism requiring elasticity such as a vibration isolator of a semiconductor manufacturing apparatus is mounted, a control system using a fluid pressure such as compressed air as a driving source such as an actuator is used. Generally, such a fluid pressure system has an emergency shutoff system that shuts off the supply of fluid pressure to the entire system in order to prevent each actuator from malfunctioning or imbalance when the system goes down in an emergency such as a power failure. A master valve is provided after a receiving port from a fluid pressure source such as a pneumatic pump.
[0003]
This emergency master valve has an electromagnetic pilot type that controls opening and closing by switching the supply and stop of the pilot fluid pressure supplied for the pilot separately from the main fluid pressure supplied to the fluid pressure system by using an electromagnetic valve. And an electromagnetic valve that directly switches the flow and cutoff of the main fluid pressure by the solenoid valve itself. In any of the systems, the solenoid valve is de-energized and closed when a power failure occurs, so that the supply of pilot fluid pressure can be stopped or the emergency master valve can be automatically closed directly.
[0004]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, when the operation is performed for a long time as in a manufacturing system in a factory, the solenoid valve of the emergency master valve must be constantly energized during that time. If the solenoid of the solenoid valve is energized continuously for a long period of one month or more than six months, thermal damage may occur due to the rise in temperature of the solenoid, or malfunction may occur due to failure to maintain the performance of the solenoid valve. is there.
