本発明は、スーパーマーケットやホームセンタ等において、青果や食料品、日用品などを陳列する際に用いられる商品陳列台における前面板の取付構造に関する。

【従来の技術】
この種の商品陳列台の中には、陳列する商品に応じて客が容易に見得うるようにしたり、陳列効果を大としたりするために、陳列板の傾斜角度を変えうるようにしたものがある。

このように、陳列板を傾斜可能とした商品陳列台においては、陳列板を前傾させた際に商品が前方より滑落するのを防止するために、陳列板の前端に、前面板を立設しているのが一般的である（例えば特許文献１、２参照）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記特許文献１に記載されている前面板、すなわち前面枠板は、陳列板である底板と側面枠板とに固定されているため、ねじ等の何らかの固定部材を必要とし、前面枠板の取付けや取外しが面倒であるとともに、形状や上下寸法の異なる前面枠板と簡単に交換できないという問題がある。

一方、上記特許文献２に記載されている前面板、すなわち立上片は、陳列板である棚板の前端に一体的に連設されているため、例えば棚板を水平としたり、滑落する恐れのない商品を載置する際などにおいて、立上片が不要となったときに、棚板全体を別の棚板と変換する必要があり、その作業が面倒である。

また、棚板を２種類製作して用意しておく必要があるため、コスト高となる。

本発明は、上記問題点に鑑みてなされたもので、前面板を、ねじ等の固定部材を用いることなく、容易に、かつ着脱自在に取付けることにより、前面板のみを単独で取外せるようにし、陳列板の交換等を簡単に行いうるようにした、商品陳列台における前面板の取付構造を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明によると、上記課題は、次のようにして解決される。
（１）商品陳列台の上部に設けられ、かつ上面に陳列板が載置される枠状をなす支持フレームの前端に、前面板を上向きとして取付ける商品陳列台における前面板の取付構造であって、前記前面板の下部に、前記支持フレームにおける前部の横連結杆の少なくとも上面と後面に当接する後向片と垂下片を備える取付部を設けるとともに、前記垂下片と、該垂下片が重合する前記横連結杆の後面とに、前後方向に互いに連通する挿通孔を設け、該両挿通孔に、前記陳列板の前端部下面に突設した前方を向く係合片を後方より嵌合することにより、前記前面板を支持フレームの前端に立設する。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施形態を、図面に基づいて説明する。
図１は、本発明を適用した商品陳列台の斜視図、図２は、商品陳列棚を構成する部材の分解斜視図である。

商品陳列台（１）は、左右１対の支柱（２）（２）と、両支柱（２）の下端の前面（以下、図１の斜め右下方を前として説明する）に前向きとして固着された左右１対のベース脚（３）（３）と、両ベース脚（３）の前端に上向きに固着された、支柱（２）よりも短寸の補助支柱（４）（４）とを備えている。

支持フレーム（９）は、図２に示すように、正面視下向きコ字状をなす左右１対の前後方向を向く側杆（１０）（１０）と、それらの対向面のほぼ下半部同士を連結している左右方向を向く複数（４本）の側面視下向コ字状をなす横連結杆（１１）と、両側杆（１０）（１０）の後端部間に、側杆（１０）の両側片（１０ａ）を貫通するように結合された丸棒状の枢支杆（１２）とからなり、上記側杆（１０）の上面の外側端寄りには、図示しないストッパ板等のオプション部材の係合爪を係合するための係合孔（１３）が、前後方向を向いて多数列設されている。

陳列板（１５）の前端部下面の左右両側部には、図３にも示すように、水平をなす基片（１６ａ）の前端に、上記横連結杆（１１）の挿通孔（１４）に嵌合可能な側面視Ｌ字状の係合片（１６ｂ）を前向きに突設してなる取付金具（１６）（１６）が、基片（１６ａ）を下方よりねじ（１７）止めすることにより固定されている。

前面板（１９）を支持フレーム（９）の前端に取付けるには、図３に示すように、取付部材（２３）の後向片（２３ｂ）と垂下片（２３ｃ）、及び基材パネル（２０）の下端部を、最前部の横連結杆（１１）に上方より嵌合したのち、陳列板（１５）を、後向片（２３ｂ）の上面と、支持フレーム（９）における最前部の横連結杆（１１）を除いた各横連結杆（１１）の上面とに載置するのと同時に、陳列板（１５）の前端部下面の両取付金具（１６）の係合片（１６ｂ）を、垂下片（２３ｃ）の挿通孔（２４）と、最前部の横連結杆（１１）における後部側の下向片（１１ａ）の挿通孔（１４）とに、後方より嵌合し、陳列板（１５）の前端を取付部材（２３）の基片（２３ａ）の後面に当接させる。

これにより、陳列板（１５）は、その後端部下面に固定した停止金具（１８）の後面が、図４に示すように、最後部の横連結杆（１１）の前面に近接または当接するようにして載置され、後方への移動が阻止される。

請求項１記載の発明によれば、ねじ等を用いることなく、前面板を、支持フレームの前端部に着脱可能に簡単に取付けることができるため、前面板が不要で取外したいときや、陳列板を他のものと交換したりする際の作業を、極めて容易に行うことができる。
