従来からスィング式扉において、出入口の内側および外側から扉を開閉するために扉の両面に回動式のハンドルレバーが設けられたものが知られている。

本発明は前記従来のような回転式のハンドルレバーを使用せずに扉開閉時の操作が僅かな力で行なえる扉用平面ハンドル装置を提供することを目的とするものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この課題を解決するために本発明は、建物内の室内の出入口に設けられる扉の回動枢支側とは反対側の端面側に内蔵されるケースの内部にはケースの前面板に形成された開口部からラッチを出没動作させるラッチ出没機構が設けられており、このラッチ出没機構は長さ方向一端側に前記ラッチを取り付け、長さ方向他端側にマグネットを取り付けたシャフトと、このシャフトを介してラッチを前面板の開口部から突出させる方向に付勢するばねと、前記マグネットの後方位置で前記マグネットに対向する位置とずれた位置との間で左右に動き2つのホルダーに取り付けられて各ホルダーと一体に動くマグネットと、2つのホルダー間に介在され2つのホルダーを互いに反発させるばねとを備え、前記2つのホルダーの中心部を貫通する連結手段の両端に取り付けた鍔付き部材の鍔部を平面ハンドルの板状操作部の裏面に係合させ、板状操作部の押すまたは引く操作により連結手段を介して2つの何れかのホルダーを前記ばねの付勢力に抗して移動させ、2つの何れかのホルダーのマグネットを前記シャフトに取り付けたマグネットに対向させることによりホルダーに取り付けたマグネットとシャフトに取り付けたマグネット同士が引き合い、前記ラッチをばねの付勢力に抗して前面板の開口部に没入させるように構成したことを要旨とするものである。また本発明は、2つのホルダー間に侵入して2つのホルダーの動きを止めるロック部材を備えたことを要旨とするものである。また本発明は、ケースの前面板には扉枠の内面に設けたマグネットと吸着されるマグネットを設けたことを要旨とするものである。さらに本発明は、ケースの前面板には扉枠の内面に設けたマグネットもしくは磁性体と吸着される磁性体もしくはマグネットを設けたことを要旨とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の一実施の形態について説明する。
図1〜図17において、1は建物内の室内の出入口に設けられる扉2の回動枢支側とは反対側の端面側に内蔵されるケースで、このケース1の内部には高さ方向中間部にケース1の前面板1aに形成された開口部1a’からラッチ3を出没動作させるラッチ出没機構4がブロック5に内蔵されて設けられている。ラッチ出没機構4は長さ方向一端側に前記ラッチ3を取り付け、長さ方向他端側にマグネット6を取り付けたシャフト7と、このシャフト7の長さ方向中間部が貫通するブロック5のばね収納部8内においてシャフト7の長さ方向中間部においてシャフト7に設けたフランジ部9に一端が当接し他端がばね収納部8の後端面に当接してシャフト7、延いてはラッチ3を前面板1aの開口部1a’から突出させる方向に付勢するコイルばね10と、前記マグネット6の後方位置で前記マグネット6に対向する位置とずれた位置との間で左右に動き2つのホルダー11に取り付けられて各ホルダー11と一体に動くマグネット12と、2つのホルダー11間に介在され2つのホルダー11を互いに反発させるコイルばね13と、前記2つのホルダー11間に薄肉段部14aが侵入して2つのホルダー11の動きを止めるロック部材14とを備え、前記2つのホルダー11の中心部を貫通する連結手段15の両端に取り付けた鍔付き部材16,17の鍔部16a,17aを平面ハンドル18,19の板状操作部18a,19aの裏面に係合させ、板状操作部18a,19aの押すまたは引く操作により連結手段15を介して2つの何れかのホルダー11を前記コイルばね13の付勢力に抗して移動させ、2つの何れかのホルダー11のマグネット12を前記マグネット5の正面に対向させることによりマグネット12,6同士が引き合い、前記ラッチ3をコイルばね10の付勢力に抗して前面板1aの開口部1a’に没入させるようになっている。なお、前記ラッチ3はコイルばね10により付勢されて、扉2が閉じた状態においてこのラッチ3は扉枠20の内面に形成されたラッチ受けとしての凹部20aに嵌入するように構成されている。

さらに、詳しくは前記連結手段15は前記2つのホルダー11の外側に位置する前記鍔付き部材16,17と、何れか一方の鍔付き部材16の一端、詳しくは一方のホルダー11側に向く端部に形成された雌ねじ孔21に鍔部22aを備えた一端が嵌入される連結軸22と、前記雌ねじ孔21に螺入され中心に前記鍔部22aの外径よりも小径で前記連結軸22を挿通させる貫通孔23aを有する雄ねじ部材23と、他方の鍔付き部材17の一端、詳しくは他方のホルダー11側に向く端部に形成された雌ねじ孔24に螺入され中心に前記連結軸22を挿通させる貫通孔25aを有する雄ねじ部材25と、この雄ねじ部材25の貫通孔25aに挿通された連結軸22の他端側雌ねじ孔22bに螺入され座金26を止めて前記雄ねじ部材25を連結軸22から抜け止め支持するビス27とからなり、前記連結軸22の一端の鍔部22aおよび他端の座金26が一方の鍔付き部材16および他方の鍔付き部材17の内部で一方の鍔付き部材16および他方の鍔付き部材17に対して軸心方向に動くことができるようになっている。図10に連結手段15を前記ケース1に内蔵された2つのホルダー11を挟み且つ連結するように取り付けた状態を示し、一方の鍔付き部材16はケース1の一方の面側の孔部28aより一方のホルダー11の外面に当接し、他方の鍔付き部材17はケース1の他方の面側の孔部28bより他方のホルダー11の外面に当接している。

前記ケース1は前述のように扉2に内蔵されるのであって、ケース1を扉2に内蔵した後で扉2の外面側より前記連結手段15が取り付けられるとともに、平面ハンドル取り付け金具29,30をケース1の上下両端部において貫通するビス31によりケース1の両面において取り付ける。さらに詳しくは、前記連結手段15取り付け部の位置で平面ハンドル取り付け金具29,30が扉2の外面で上下方向に向いて取り付けられている。この平面ハンドル取り付け金具29,30はそれぞれ下端に外側に直角に折れ曲がったビス止め片29a,30aを備えるとともに、上端に外側に直角に折れ曲がった折り曲げ片29b,30bと、この折り曲げ片29b,30bの先端から上向きに折れ曲がった折り曲げ片29c,30cとからなるL型の差し込み片29d,30dを備えている。

上記構成において、通常時は扉2は前記ラッチ3がコイルばね10により付勢されて、扉枠20の内面に形成された凹部20aに嵌入して閉扉状態となっており、この状態で室内側、つまり扉2の一方の面側より扉2を引くように開く場合は、扉2の一方の面側に存在する一方の平面ハンドル18の板状操作部18aに指を掛けて引っ張り前記枢支軸33の周りで回動させることにより板状操作部18aに係合する鍔部16aを持つ一方の鍔付き部材16が引っ張られるとともに前記連結手段15を介して他方の鍔付き部材17も引っ張られ、この他方の鍔付き部材17に接するホルダー11が前記コイルばね13のばね力に抗してケース1内の厚み方向中心側に移動し、このホルダー11のマグネット12を前記マグネット5に対向させることによりマグネット12,6同士が引き合い、前記ラッチ3をコイルばね10の付勢力に抗して扉枠20の凹部20aから出退させ前面板1aの開口部1a’に没入させることができ、扉2を開くことができる(図13参照)。一方の平面ハンドル18の板状操作部18aから手を離すと前記他方の鍔付き部材17に接するホルダー11が前記コイルばね13のばね力に元の位置に戻り、平面ハンドル18,19の姿勢も元の状態(図12参照)に戻ることになる。
