<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an accessory holder for a container, which can be fitted on the container to hold an accessory, such as a spoon, application tool, or the like, fixed on the container, hardly comes off once fitted on the container, thus free from a concern of coming off upon attaching or detaching the accessory, has a simple structure, and is fitted on the container easily. <P>SOLUTION: The accessory holder is of a circular plate shape and is fitted onto the outer circumference of the container 2. The accessory holder has a through-hole 6 in which the accessory 8 is inserted to be locked at the side of the container, and a slit 9 extending from the through-hole 6 to reach the inner circumference of the holder. The slit 9 allows the holder to deform elastically to make it easy to be fitted on the container. 【従来の技術】
容器の付属品保持具として、瓶等の食品容器に取り付けてスプーン，箸等を着脱自在に常備させるものが知られている。（例えば、特許文献１参照）。或いはコップにストローを着脱自在に装着させるためのものが知られている（例えば、特許文献２参照）。

前者は、瓶等の首下の肩部分に環状部を嵌合させ、該環状部より下方へ、容器胴部に沿って垂下する袋部を延設して構成しており、この袋部内にスプーン等の食卓用品を収納する如く構成している。また、後者は、平板の中央部に使用せんとするコップの外側直径大のコップ穴をあけ、平板の外周部分にストロー差し込みのできる大きさのストロー穴をあけており、コップ外周にコップ穴を嵌合し、ストロー穴にストローを挿通して使用する。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記のもののうち前者のものは袋部を設けるため製造が複雑化し、また、容器の首下部に単に環状部を嵌合しただけなのでスプーンを袋から取り出す際に上方へ不用意に抜け出す虞がある。一方、後者のものもコップから不用意に抜け落ちる虞がある。コップは通常逆錐台形状をなすため抜け落ち易く、また、上下同径の筒状形態のコップであっても同様に抜け落ちる虞がある。更に、円錐台形状の如き上方の狭いコップの場合には、上方への不用意な抜け出しを生じる。

本発明は上記した点に鑑みてなされたもので、容器に装着してスプーン，塗布具，その他の容器の付属品を容器とともに保持しておくことができ、しかも、一旦容器に装着すると外れ難く、付属品の着脱操作によって不用意に外れる虞がなく、また、構造が簡単であるとともに、容器への組み付け操作が容易な容器の付属品保持具を提案するものである。

【課題を解決するための手段】

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施例の形態を図面を参照して説明する。

図面に示す如く本発明の付属品保持具Ａは、容器２に装着して使用するものである。装着する容器２は種々の形態のものが使用でき、それに対応させて後述する各部の構成を選択する。図示例に於いて容器２は、筒状の胴部３より肩部４を介して口頸部５を起立した所謂ボトルタイプのものを採用しているが、これに限られず、図示しないで説明すると、口頸部が胴部と同径をなす所謂広口瓶タイプのもの、或いは、上端を開口した有底筒状をなすコップタイプのものが使用できる。

付属品保持具Ａは弾性的な変形及び復元が可能な材質により形成されたもので、具体的にはそれらの性質を有する合成樹脂等により形成されたもので、容器２の外周に嵌合させて装着する環板状、即ち環状で且つ板状をなしている。付属品保持具Ａの環状形状は装着する容器２の形状、大きさ等に合わせて適宜選択すると良く、図１の実施例の如く円形をなすものであっても、図４に示す如き楕円形状であっても、図５に示す如き六角形状等の多角形状であっても良く、当然これらに限られない。

付属品保持具Ａの容器２に対する装着部位は図示例の如き口頸部５外周に限らず、胴部外周でも良い。口頸部外周に装着する場合には、口頸部外周に突周設した螺条や突条等で構成する凸部を乗り越えてその下面に内周縁部を乗り越え係合する如く構成すると良い。また、容器の胴部外周に嵌合させる場合には，内周縁部を胴部外周に圧接する如く構成すると良く、また、胴部に保持具内周縁部が係合する環状の凹溝や突条を形成した容器を使用するとよい。

また、容器側方において付属品を挿通係止する透孔を備えている。該透孔６は、例えば、図示例の如く付属品８を挿通した状態で係止させるためのもので、その形状は挿通する付属品の形態により適宜選択すれば良く限定はない。付属品の係止手段としては種々の形態を採用することができ、図示例の如く付属品８の挿通部分の一部外面を透孔６周面より大きく形成して抜け落ちを防止して係止する如く構成しても、或いは図示しないが、付属品の外面よりフランジ、突条、突起等を突設して、透孔６周囲の保持具上面に係止する如く構成しても良い。

上記作用を考慮して、透孔６は容器胴部３の外周より外方へ突出した位置に穿設する如く構成する。その場合の具体例として、付属品保持具Ａの外径を装着する容器胴部外径より必要幅だけ大きく構成したり、或いは図示例の如く、外縁部一部を外方へ容器胴部より必要幅大きく突出して構成すると良い。透孔６の数は１に限らず２以上設けることも可能であり、複数の付属品８を挿通係止する如く構成することも可能である。

本発明では付属品保持具の容器への装着をより容易に行うために、また、装着後の容器からの抜け出しを防止するために、図示例の如く、透孔６から内周縁に至る切溝９を設けている。切溝９の存在で付属品保持具Ａが螺条や突条等の凸部を乗り越える形状に弾性変形し易く、特に切溝９両側部分が大きく変形して凸部を容易に乗り越える。従って、保持具の装着が容易となる。尚、装着後付属品８を透孔６から出し入れする際に付属品８が透孔６に引っ掛かることによって螺条や突条を乗りこえる弾性変形が生じる虞はない。

上記付属品８としては、図１に示す如きスパチュラ、刷毛等の塗布具の外、スプーン，ストローその他種々のものが使用でき、容器の収納物の種類に応じて適宜選択できる。また、その種類も一種類に限らず二種以上を装着する如く構成することも可能である。

図１に示す実施例は容器２の口頸部５外周下部に付属品保持具Ａを嵌着固定した例を示す。口頸部５外周下部に嵌合させた環状板部１０の外縁部より外方へ突出部１１を突設し、この突出部１１に付属品挿通係止用の透孔６を穿設している。上記環状板部１０は内周縁部を口頸部５外周に突周設した螺条１２下面に乗り越え係合させており、また、容器胴部３の外周と略同径の外周を有しており、従って、突出部１１のみが容器胴部３より突出した状態となる。透孔６には付属品８としてのスパチュラを、その柄部を上方より挿入して嵌合し、着脱可能に装着している。

上記の如く構成した容器の付属品保持具Ａは、使用にあたり容器の蓋を開いた後上記付属品８を上方へ引き抜き使用することができる。また、使用後は付属品８を再び透孔６に嵌合させておけば良い。

【発明の効果】
以上説明した如く、本発明の付属品保持具は、既述構成としたことにより、塗布具，スプーン等の付属品を容器とともに保持しておくことができ、しかも、切溝の存在で容器への装着が容易に行えるとともに、一旦容器に装着すると外れ難く付属品の着脱操作によって不用意に外れる虞がない。また、構造が簡単であるとともに、安価に製造できる利点もある。

また、請求構２発明の保持具は、上記効果に加え、口頸部外周に螺条を突周設したごく一般的なボトルタイプの容器に使用できるため、汎用性に富んだのもとなる。
