Abstract
【解決手段】ハブ31に接続されるニードルカニューレ21は、円錐台形状のキャビティをもつ開口基端部を有し、キャビティは、ニードルカニューレ21のルーメンと流体的に連通するハブ31を通る通路35の一部である。保持エレメント41は、ハブ31に解除可能に接続され、開口と流体送出装置の円錐台形状の先端と係合するために開口内に少なくとも1つの突出部を含む。突出部は、その先端から外れる方向よりも、係合方向におけるハブ21の移動に対して小さい抵抗を与えるような形状とされる。保持エレメント41は、ハブ21が先端に係合されたときに、ハブ21から保持エレメント41を外すために要求される力よりも、先端から保持エレメント41を外すために要求される力を大きくするように、ハブ21に接続される。

Claims (14)
- 円錐台形状の先端を有する流体移送装置と共に使用される医療装置において、
円錐台形状のキャビティをもつ開口基端部と、末端部と、それを通る通路とを有し、前記キャビティが前記通路の一部であるハブと、
前記ハブに解除可能に接続される保持エレメントであって、その内部の開口と、前記円錐台形状の先端と係合するために前記開口内に突出する少なくとも1つの突出部と、を有し、前記突出部は、前記先端から外れる方向よりも、係合方向におけるハブの移動に対して小さい抵抗を与えるような形状とされ、前記ハブが前記先端と流体密封係合しているときに、前記保持エレメントを前記ハブに接続するための手段が、前記ハブから前記保持エレメントを外すために要求される力よりも、前記先端から前記保持エレメントを外すために要求される力を大きくする保持エレメントと、
を含むことを特徴とする医療装置。 - 基端部と末端部を有する長いニードルをさらに含み、前記ニードルの基端部は前記ハブの末端部に接合されることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記少なくとも1つの突出部は、前記開口の周囲に間隔をおいて位置する3つの突出部であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記保持エレメントは、前記ハブ内の前記キャビティの基端部に位置することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記接続用の手段は、前記保持エレメントと前記ハブとの間の締まりばめであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記保持エレメントは、前記通路を完全に囲むことを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記保持エレメントは金属によって作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ハブは、熱可塑性の材料によって作られることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ハブは、内部にキャビティを有して前記ハブにヒンジ結合される旋回可能なニードルシールドを含み、前記ニードルシールドは、前記ニードルカニューレの前記末端部のアクセスを可能とするニードル露出位置と、前記ニードルカニューレの前記末端部が前記ニードルシールドのキャビティの中にあるニードル保護位置と、に旋回可能であることを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療装置。
- 前記ハブ上のガイドエレメントであって、それを通る開口を有するガイドエレメントと、
基端部と末端部を有する長いバリアアームであって、前記バリアアームの前記基端部は、末端部、基端部、およびそれを通るニードル通路を有するバリアエレメントを含み、前記バリアアームは前記ガイドエレメントの前記開口内に位置され、前記ニードルカニューレは前記バリアエレメントの前記ニードル通路内に少なくとも部分的に位置され、前記バリアアームは、少なくとも第1待機位置から第2待機位置に移動可能であり、前記第1後退位置においては、前記ニードルカニューレの前記末端部が露出されるように、前記ニードルカニューレの前記末端部が前記バリアエレメントを抜けて完全に通り、前記第2後退位置においては、前記バリアエレメントが前記カニューレの前記末端部を囲んで前記ニードルカニューレの前記末端部との偶発的な接触を防ぐバリアアームと、
前記バリアアームに指の力を加えて、前記バリアアームを前記第2後退位置に移動させるための前記バリアアーム上の指接触面と、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療装置。 - 基端部と、末端部と、それを通るニードル通路とを有するニードルガードであって、前記ニードルガードは、前記ニードルカニューレに沿って、前記ニードルカニューレの前記基端部が実質的に近接する第1位置から、前記ニードルカニューレの前記末端部の末端部先端が前記ニードルガードの前記対向する基端部と末端部の中間にある第2位置に、移動可能であるニードルガードと、
基端セグメントと末端セグメントを有する可動アームであって、前記基端セグメントと前記末端セグメントは、それらが実質的に互いに潰れる第1位置と、それらが互いに伸びる第2位置と、の間にて動くために互いに連接され、前記可動アームの前記基端セグメントは前記ハブの部分に連接され、前記可動アームの前記末端セグメントは前記ガードに連接され、前記基端セグメントと前記末端セグメントは、それぞれ、前記ニードルカニューレ上の前記第1位置から前記第2位置への前記ガードの移動を許容し、かつ前記第2位置を超えた末端への前記ガードの移動を阻止する長さを有する可動アームと、
をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療装置。 - チャンバを形成する内面と、開口基端部と、管路を有する長い円錐台形状の先端を含む末端部と、を有する注射器バレルをさらに含み、
前記ニードルアッセンブリは、前記円錐台形状の先端が前記ハブの前記円錐台形状のキャビティに流体密封係合し、かつ前記ルーメンが前記キャビティに流体的に連通するように、前記注射器バレルに接続される
ことを特徴とする請求項2に記載の医療装置。 - 円錐台形状の先端を有する流体移送装置と共に使用されるニードルアセンブリにおいて、
基端部と、鋭い末端部と、それを通るルーメンと、を有するニードルカニューレと、
円錐台形状のキャビティをもつ開口基端部と、末端部と、それを通る通路とを有し、前記キャビティが前記通路の一部であるハブであって、前記ルーメンが前記流路と流体的に接続されるように、前記ニードルカニューレの前記基端部が前記ハブの前記末端部に接続されるハブと、
前記キャビティの基端部にて前記ハブに解除可能に接続される金属製の保持エレメントであって、その内部の開口と、前記円錐台形状の先端と係合するために前記開口内に突出する複数の突出部と、を有し、前記各突出部は、前記先端から外れる方向よりも、係合方向におけるハブの移動に対して小さい抵抗を与えるような形状とされ、前記保持エレメントと前記ハブは、前記ハブが前記先端と流体密封係合しているときに、前記ハブから前記保持エレメントを外すために要求される力よりも、前記先端から前記保持エレメントを外すために要求される力を大きくするように、締りばめによって互いに保持し合うように構成される保持エレメントと、
を含むことを特徴とするニードルアセンブリ。 - チャンバを形成する内面と、開口基端部と、管路を有する長い円錐台形状の先端を含む末端部と、を有する注射器バレルをさらに含み、
