Abstract
Description
【0001】

Further, in Patent Document 1, a plurality of units are housed in a unit mounting space between the partition plates in a vertically installed state in which the longitudinal sides are vertical. If each unit is packed in a horizontal direction, It is also possible to prevent the above-mentioned
However, when the units are taken in and out of the unit mounting space, the units must be individually placed on the partition plate and accommodated, or must be lifted out of the partition plate and taken out. When the storage space is reduced, it is difficult to take in and out, so there is a problem that workability is poor.
[0011]
The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and can reduce the size of the entire control panel. This downsizing can reduce construction costs such as transportation costs and construction costs, and can reduce electric power. It is an object of the present invention to provide a control panel capable of reducing an installation space such as a room and improving workability when storing and removing a plurality of unit devices.
[0012]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, a control panel according to claim 1 of the present invention is configured such that a storage space is formed by partitioning the inside of the control panel with a horizontal partition plate, and a plurality of unit devices in which electric devices are unitized in the storage space. A first guide means for individually supporting the unit devices and assisting in and out of the unit devices in a control panel in which a power plug of the stored unit devices is stored and connected to a power supply bus; When the unit device is stored through the first guide means, a branch bus to which a power plug of the unit device is connected, and a branch bus connected to the branch bus and when stored in the storage space A case that is connected to the bus, has an intermediate power plug that connects the branch bus and the bus, and includes a case that is housed in the storage space so as to be freely taken in and out. There.
[0013]
According to this configuration, the plurality of unit devices are housed in the case so as to be freely taken in and out. At this time, since each of the unit devices is taken in and out while being supported by the first guide means, it is easy to put in and take out each of the unit devices. In addition, since the case itself can be stored in the storage space in the control panel so as to be freely taken in and out in a state in which the plurality of unit devices are stored, a plurality of unit devices can be taken in and out of the control panel at the same time. Further, when the unit device is stored in the case, the power plug of the unit device is connected to the branch bus of the case. Since this branch bus is connected to the intermediate power plug of the same case, if the intermediate power plug is connected to the bus when the case is housed in the control panel, the power plug of the unit device will be connected to the branch bus and the intermediate bus. Connected to the bus via a power plug. Thereby, the operator can connect the unit device to the bus without being conscious of storing the unit device in the control panel.
[0014]
A control panel according to a second aspect of the present invention is the control panel according to the first aspect, wherein the lower partition plate among the upper and lower partition plates forming the storage space supports the case by supporting the case in and out. It is characterized by having two guide means. According to this configuration, the case is taken in and out of the control panel while being supported by the second guide means, so that the case can be easily taken in and out.
[0015]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, in the control panel according to the first or second aspect, the first guide means is arranged so that the unit device is placed vertically such that a longitudinal side thereof is perpendicular to a horizontal plane of the case. It is characterized in that it is provided in the case so as to support a plurality thereof.
According to this configuration, the plurality of unit devices can be supported and accommodated in the case by the first guide means so that there is little space between adjacent unit devices. If the storage unit is set to have substantially the same size as the longitudinal side of the unit device, a plurality of unit devices can be stored with almost no empty space in the case.
[0016]
A control panel according to a fourth aspect of the present invention is the control panel according to any one of the first to third aspects, wherein the inside of the case is partitioned by a horizontal partition plate, and the upper and lower surfaces of the partition plate and the upper and lower surfaces of the case are separated. , Wherein the first guide means is provided.
According to this configuration, a plurality of small-sized unit devices can be accommodated in the case with almost no free space.
[0017]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
(Embodiment)
FIG. 1 is a front view showing a configuration of a control center which is a control panel according to an embodiment of the present invention. However, in the present embodiment shown in FIG. 1, portions corresponding to the respective portions of the conventional example shown in FIG. 7 are denoted by the same reference numerals, and description thereof will be omitted.

Conventionally, when storing the unit devices in the storage room of the control center, it is assumed that the unit devices are stored in a horizontal state in which the longitudinal sides of the unit devices are horizontal. If the width is shorter than the width, there is an empty space in the storage room. Since such a vacant space increases in each storage room, a wasteful space increases, so many control units cannot be stored in the control center. In this case, since almost no empty space is generated, many unit devices can be stored.
[0033]
In other words, assuming that the same number of unit devices are stored in the control center in the control center 30 as in the prior art and in the present embodiment, the size of the entire control center 30 can be reduced in the present embodiment. Construction costs, such as transportation costs and construction costs, can be reduced, and installation space such as an electric room can be reduced.

In addition, as a modified example of the present embodiment, as shown in FIG. 5, a partition plate 52 is horizontally fixed at the upper and lower middle in the

【The invention's effect】
As described above, in the present invention, a plurality of unit devices are housed in a case so as to be freely taken in and out. At this time, since each of the unit devices is taken in and out while being supported by the first guide means, it is easy to put in and take out each of the unit devices. In addition, since the case itself can be stored in the storage space in the control panel in a state where a plurality of unit devices are stored, the plurality of unit devices can be simultaneously moved in and out of the control panel. .
[0039]
Further, since the lower partition plate of the upper and lower partition plates forming the storage space is provided with the second guide means for supporting the case and assisting in taking in and out of the case, the case is supported by the second guide means. The case can be moved in and out of the control panel while the case is easily moved in and out of the control panel.
Further, the first guide means is provided in the case so as to support the plurality of unit devices in a vertically placed state in which the longitudinal sides are perpendicular to the horizontal plane of the case. Can be supported and stored by the first guide means so that there is little space between adjacent unit devices. If the height in the case is set to be approximately the same as the longitudinal side of the unit in a state where the unit is housed in advance, a plurality of unit can be housed with almost no empty space in the case.
[0040]
Further, the inside of the case is partitioned by a horizontal partition plate, and the first guide means is provided on the upper and lower surfaces of the partition plate and the upper and lower surfaces of the case. Can be accommodated in a plurality.
Therefore, from the above, it is possible to reduce the size of the entire control panel, and by this reduction in size, it is possible to reduce construction costs such as transportation costs and construction costs, and to reduce the installation space such as an electric room. Also, there is an effect that workability when storing and taking out a plurality of unit devices can be improved.
