水中攪拌装置において、処理槽の水面の表層に発生する吸込み渦を抑制するための整流板をモータフレームの外周に定着させたものは、従来から存在する(例えば、特許文献1参照)。また、攪拌装置およびドラフトチューブを槽内へ垂設するための支持柱に整流板を固定させたものも、従来から存在する(例えば、特許文献2参照)。

【発明が解決しょうとする課題】
特許文献1および2に記載の装置では、整流板が一定位置に固定されていて上下に位置調整できない構造であるため、予め整流板を必要以上に大きくしなければならず、また、水面の表層に発生するスカムについては槽内水位に適応した有効な吸引除去が得られない。従って、別途装備された散水除去設備等によるシャワリングで除去しなければならないのが現状である。そして整流板に夾雑物が絡み付いた場合その夾雑物を除去するには、特許文献1の構造では攪拌機本体ごと槽内から引揚げなければならないという煩わしさがある。また、特許文献2のようにドラフトチューブの支持柱に整流板を取付けた構造ではドラフトチューブ中心付近での整流効果が乏しくなり、且つ、絡み付いた夾雑物を除去するためには、支持柱から整流板を取外して槽内から取出すことが必要となる。

本発明の目的は、整流板を槽外から上下に位置調整できて比較的小さな整流板で適正な整流効果が得られ、更に槽内水位に適応した有効なスカムの吸引除去が行われ、散水除去設備等を別途装備する必要がなく、また、整流板に夾雑物が絡み付いた場合には整流板のみを迅速且つ容易に槽内から引揚げることのできる、水処理槽内における竪型水中攪拌装置を提供することにある。

【問題を解決するための手段】
本発明の請求項1記載の水処理槽内における竪型水中攪拌装置では、槽内の支持体によって竪型のドラフトチューブを水処理槽内に支承させ、モータによって駆動される攪拌用のプロペラをドラフトチューブの上端開口部へ対向させ、水処理槽上のフロアーに開設された導下口より導下された縦杆により、攪拌用プロペラの上方において整流板が昇降自在に支承されるよう構成した。
