例えば、特許文献1には、マッサージの対象部位として、首、肩、腰などを対象とした電力により駆動される機械式マッサージ装置が開示されている。
特許文献1のマッサージ装置は、いわゆる”つぼ”などのまわりを円を描くように押圧部材でマッサージするもので、押圧部材の軸を電気モータにより回転させることにより押圧部が円を描くように動く機構としている。
また、特許文献2には、マッサージの対象部位として、首を対象とした首指圧枕が開示されている。
特許文献2の首指圧枕は、この枕を首に当てて仰向けに寝ることで頭の自重により頸椎部が引き伸ばされ肩こりなどが解消されるというもので、木製である。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献1のマッサージ装置は、マッサージ用の押圧部材を動かすための電気モータや駆動機構が装置内に組み込まれていて、形も大きく重量も重くなる。
特許文献2の首指圧枕は、硬質の木製であり形も持ち運びするには大きい。また、指圧効果の面からみると、首に当たる部分が広範囲でしかも均等に当たるので、いわゆる”つぼ”などの指圧効果という点では充分とはいえない。
また、首に当たる部分の曲面の曲率や枕の高さは固定されているので、使用する人の体格によっては枕の曲面や高さが適当でなく、指圧効果があまり期待できないこともある。
上記のように、従来のものは本来持ち運びすることは考えられておらず、また、特許文献2の首指圧枕の場合のように、指圧効果が充分でないものや使用する人の体格によりサイズが異なってくるという問題もある。
そこで、本発明においては、持ち運び可能で、使用する人の体格にこだわらなく、かつ、充分な指圧効果が得られる簡易な構造の首指圧器を提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
上記の課題を解決するために本発明の首指圧器は、ハブ部と、該ハブ部の軸に対して平行でそれぞれ所定間隔を隔てた2本1組で、該軸に対して遠心方向に3方に突出した3組の指圧体とからなり、3組の該指圧体の内の2組の該指圧体で残りの1組の該指圧体を上方に突出させ、上方に突出した1組の該指圧体で首の背面部を指圧するようにしたことを特徴とする構成としている。
すなわち、本発明の首指圧器は、2本1組の指圧体がハブ部の軸に対して遠心方向に3方に突出しているので平面上に置いた時、図1に示すように6本の指状の指圧体のうち4本の指圧体が脚となり、残りの2本の指圧体が垂直に上を向いて安定する。
この上を向いた2本の指状の指圧体に横臥姿勢で首を載せることにより、首部に指圧効果が得られることとなる。

そして、本発明の首指圧器の前記指圧体は、硬質部材であることが望ましい。頭の重さは体重の約1/8もあるが硬質部材で充分な強度をもって構成しているので首を載せた時、頭の重さに耐えて指圧効果が充分期待できる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下に図面に基づいて本発明の首指圧器の実施の形態について実施例により説明する。
(実施例1)
図1は、本発明の実施例1の首指圧器を斜め上方向からみた斜視図である。また、図2は、図1の首指圧器を真横からみた側面図である。
図1において、実施例1の首指圧器9はハブ部4が中心に位置していて、ハブ部4から3組の指圧体1、2及び3が遠心方向に向けて伸びている。
そして、指圧体1は、1対の指状の指圧体11と12から構成されている。指圧体2は、指圧体21と22からなっており、指圧体3は、指圧体31と32からなっている。
図2の側面図に示すように指圧体1と指圧体2、指圧体2と指圧体3、及び指圧体3と指圧体1のなす角度はそれぞれ略120度と等間隔である。従って、図1に示すように指圧体1が上にくるように平らな床面等に置いたときには、指圧体21、22、31、32が4本の脚となり、首指圧器9は安定する。

また、指圧体11と12の先端部の間隔をa、 指圧体21と22の先端部の間隔をb、指圧体31と32の先端部の間隔をcとすると、a、b、cは異なったものとしている。これは、図3に示すように仰向きの横臥姿勢で首の背面部に当てるとき、使用する人の体格により首の太さが異なっても自分にあったサイズを選択できるようにするためである。
実施例1の場合は、aは4cm、bは5.5cm、cは7cmとしている。
また、本首指圧器を床面に置いたときの高さh(図2参照)も指圧体1、指圧体2及び指圧体3で変えている。すなわち、指圧体1が上にきたとき(指圧体11、12が首に当たるように置かれたとき)は、hは8cm、指圧体2が上にきたときは、hは9cm、指圧体3が上にきたときは、hは10cmとした構成としている。
本発明の首指圧器を構成する部材は硬質の樹脂であり、指圧体11〜32の先端は丸みを帯びた指状の形をしている。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したように、本発明の首指圧器は、2本1組の指圧体を3方向に等角度で伸ばした構成としたので、仰向きの横臥姿勢で首を首指圧器に載せることで指状の指圧体の先端が首部の”つぼ”を押圧して充分な指圧効果が得られる。
また、2本1組の指圧体が3組構成されているので、使用する人の体格によって指圧体の間隔や高さを選ぶことにより、より指圧効果を確実にすることが出来る。
