<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a draining plate which has a function of draining and on which kitchen utensils such as a pot, a kettle can be placed. <P>SOLUTION: The draining plate (1) is placed at the level difference part (6) of a kitchen sink peripheral edge part. 【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上記のような従来の水切りプレートでは、排水のために設けられた穴は、水垢や汚れ等によって目詰まりが発生しやすく、この複数の穴を一つ一つ手入れを行うのは大変に面倒であった。

一方、従来のキッチン流し台においては、ガスコンロ等の調理機器の近傍にシンクがある場合には、水切りプレートを設置することはできるものの、たとえば調理後の加熱された鍋を調理機器の近傍のキャビネット天板上に置くことができないため、離れた場所の鍋置きまで持っていかねばならず、面倒で、しかも加熱された重い鍋の場合には危険でもあった。

そこでこの出願の発明は、以上のとおりの事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、従来の問題点を解消して、水垢や汚れ等による水切りの穴の目詰まりという不都合がなく、調理機器近傍にシンクが設置されている場合であっても、調理機器の近傍へ鍋等の調理具を簡便に移動させることのできる、新しい水切りプレートとこれを備えたキッチンキャビネットを提供することを課題としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
この出願の発明は、前記の課題を解決するものとして、第１に、流し台シンク周縁端部の段差部に載置される水切りプレートであって、左右および前後端部の少なくとも一方には膨出部を、裏面側には水切り板としての平板部を、表面側には調理具置きとして複数の線材が平行に配設された線材部とを備え、全体の厚みもしくは高さが、裏面側を上に向けて前記段差部に膨出部を係合載置させることによって、裏面側平板部と流し台の天板とが略面一となり、また表面側を上に向けて係合載置させることによって、表面側線材部が流し台の天板よりも上方に突出するように構成されていることを特徴とする水切りプレートを提供する。

【発明の実施の形態】
この出願の発明は、上記のとおりの特徴をもつものであるが、以下に、添付した図面に沿って、この出願の発明の実施形態について詳細に説明する。

図１は、この出願の発明の水切りプレートを例示した模式図として、（Ａ）平面図、（Ｂ）底面図、（Ｃ）ａ−ａ断面矢示図、（Ｄ）ｂ−ｂ断面矢示図を示している。たとえば、この図１（Ａ）（Ｂ）（Ｃ）（Ｄ）に例示したように、この出願の発明の水切りプレート（１）は、左右および前後端部の少なくとも一方に膨出部（２）を有し、裏面側には、水切り板としての平板部（３）を、表面側には、調理具置きとして、複数の線材が平行に配設された線材部（４）とを備えている。

図２は、この図１の水切りプレートの表面側を上に向けてシンクに載置した状態を例示した側断面図である。流し台のシンク（５）に前記の水切りプレート（１）の表面側を上に向けて、その前後の膨出部（２）をシンク周縁端部に設けられた段差部（６）に係合させることによって、水切りプレート（１）が載置されるようにしている。この場合、水切りプレート（１）の表面側には、線材部（４）を備えられていることから、この線材部（３）には鍋や薬缶等の調理具を置くことができる。またその支持部としての平板部（３）と段差部（６）との間には隙間が生じているため、水切りとしての効果も有している。線材部（４）は複数の線材によって構成されているが、この線材の数や形状、太さ等は、前記のような調理具を安定に置くことができるのであれば、特にその断面形状や本数等が限定されるものではない。たとえば、断面形状としてはブレード状、丸棒状、角棒状等を挙げることができる。

鍋等を載置できる線状部（４）は、これを線状により構成されていることによって加熱された鍋等の調理具が接しても熱伝導が小さく抑えられ、また、線状部（４）は図２にも示されているように流し台の天板（８）より上方に突出されていることから、加熱された調理具の熱がこの天板（８）に伝達することが小さく抑えられている。また、この場合において、水切りプレート（１）の高さ位置が、調理機器（７）の高さと略同じとすることができる。

一方、図３は、水切りプレートの裏面側を上に向けてシンクに載置した状態を例示した側断面図である。水切りプレート（１）の裏面側を上に向けてシンクに載置しており、平板部（３）は流し台の天板（８）と略面一になっており、この場合においても、水切りプレート（１）は前記膨出部（２）との係合によってシンク（５）の周縁端部に設けられている段差部（６）に載置されている。このような膨出部（２）の載置によって平板部（３）とシンク（５）の段差部（６）との間には隙間が生じ、水はこの隙間からシンク（５）内へとスムーズに流れ落ちるようになっている。もちろん、配設されるこの膨出部（２）の数等は特に限定されない。平板部（３）には、従来のような排水のための穴がなく、従来のように水垢や汚れによってこの排水穴の目詰まりが生じることなく、この清掃のための負担も生じない。しかも、平板状であるため水切りとしてだけでなく、調理プレートとしても活用することができる。
