【発明の属する技術分野】
この発明は、安全に簡便な画像やコメントの追加が可能なホームページの閲覧方法及びシステムと、画像の簡単なプリント注文方法及びシステムに関し、さらに詳しくはホームページに掲載する画像やコメントの追加はホームページ管理者によって許可された者のみが可能な方法及びシステムであり、許可された者は所望の画像を簡単に注文できるプリント注文方法及びシステムに関する。

【従来の技術】
ブロードバンド接続が普及することによって、インターネットが益々身近になってきた。常時接続が一般化し、あらゆる情報のやり取りにインターネットが利用されるようになり、大なり小なりさまざまなホームページが作成され、多くのユーザに閲覧されている。ホームページには、企業や公共団体などが作成したもの以外にも、個人や愛好家団体が作成・管理しているものが多数存在している。

これらのホームページに共通して言えることが、内容を面白く、また閲覧する人に興味を持ってもらうために、デザインやレイアウトに凝る以外にも、文字の羅列だけでなく多くのコンテンツを含んでいる。コンテンツの中で最も一般的なのが、写真画像である。特に地域のスポーツクラブや幼稚園・保育園などで管理されているホームページでは、対外試合や合宿や行事などでの子供の写真を掲載していることが多く、特に写真アルバムのページと称して写真画像を主なコンテンツとして、作られているものも少なくない。

このような画像を含んでいるホームページを作成するには、タグを利用してページを作成できるＨＴＭＬを利用したプログラミングや、市販のホームページ作成用ソフトウェアを利用することが良く知られている。

さらに、ネットワーク上にあるサーバに写真画像をアップロードして画像を指定して写真アルバムを作成して、写真アルバムのＵＲＬ（ＵｎｉｆｏｒｍＲｅｓｏｕｒｃｅＬｏｃａｔｏｒ）とパスワードを用いて、仲間で楽しむという技術が開示されている（例えば特許文献１）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ところで、従来の写真アルバムはプリントした写真を台紙に貼り付けるだけなので、他の人が撮影した画像を集めて一つの写真アルバムにすることが容易にできるが、デジタル画像をネットワーク上に公開する場合に複数の人が撮影した画像を同じネットワーク上の写真アルバムに掲載するには、撮影した人が写真アルバムを作る人にデジタル画像をなんらかの方法で送り、しかも写真アルバムを作る人がネットワーク上にアップロードする必要があり手間がかかっていた。

例えば、ホームページを閲覧するＵＲＬ以外のサイトに写真アルバムに他の人が画像を追加することができれば、複数の人が撮影した画像を容易に写真アルバム化することができる。

この発明は、かかる点に鑑みてなされたもので、安全に簡便な画像やコメントの追加が可能なホームページの閲覧方法及びシステムと、画像の簡単なプリント注文方法及びシステムを提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前記課題を解決し、かつ目的を達成するように、この発明は、以下のように構成した。

請求項１に記載の発明は、ホームページに掲載する画像の閲覧方法であって、
ホームページ管理者はネットワーク上のサーバへ閲覧用画像をアップロードして、
ホームページを閲覧するＵＲＬ以外のサイトに写真アルバムを作成すると共に、前記写真アルバムの閲覧許可者の個人情報を登録し、
前記閲覧許可者の個人情報を登録する際に、画像の追加及び／またはコメントの追加の可否を指定することを特徴とするホームページの閲覧方法である。

この請求項１に記載の発明によれば、ホームページ管理者が写真アルバムを作成し、写真アルバムの閲覧許可者の個人情報を登録することで、ホームページに掲載する写真画像はホームページ管理者によって許可された者のみが閲覧でき、安全に簡便な画像付きのホームページの閲覧ができ、しかも画像の追加及び／またはコメントの追加の可否を指定することで、写真アルバムに他の人が画像を追加して多くの写真を集めて掲載することができ、複数の人が撮影した画像を容易に写真アルバム化することができる。

請求項２に記載の発明は、前記ホームページから写真アルバムのサイトへのリンクが置かれていることを特徴とする請求項１に記載のホームページの閲覧方法である。

この請求項２に記載の発明によれば、リンクボタン及びリンクのＵＲＬは写真アルバムサイトからのダウンロ−ド、またはメ−ル添付書類などでホームページ管理者が入手できることが望ましく、ホームページ管理者が、自分のホームページ以外に、写真アルバムのサイトを利用していて、自分のホームページから写真アルバムのサイトへのリンクができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、この発明のホームページの閲覧方法、プリント注文方法、ホームページの閲覧システム及びプリント注文システムの実施の形態を図面に基づいて説明するが、この発明は、この実施の形態に限定されない。

図１はホームページの閲覧システム及びプリント注文システムの実施の形態をを示す図である。図１において、ネットワーク１に、サーバ２、ユーザ端末３とホームページ管理者端末４が接続され、それぞれネットワーク１を介して通信可能となっている。

ネットワーク１とは、コンピュータ・システム、端未、データ通信設備を相互に接続したものをいう。接続は専用回線、公衆回線のような有線で接続されていても良いし、通信衛星などを通じて無線で接続されていてもよいし、それらの複合形態で接続されていても良い。いわゆるインターネットなどもネットワークに含まれる。

サーバ２とは、ネットワーク１を介して閲覧用画像がアップロードされ、ホームページに掲載する写真アルバムの閲覧用画像、情報等が登録される。

ユーザ端末３は、パーソナルコンピュータ、携帯情報端末（ＰＤＡ）、携帯電話等で文字情報と画像情報の送受信が可能な電子機器端末であればよい。パーソナルコンピュータや携帯情報端末（ＰＤＡ）では、デジタルカメラと接続したり、画像を記録した記録媒体をセットして画像の取り込みを行ない、またスキャナ等から画像の取り込みを行なうことができる。カメラを備える携帯電話では、カメラの撮像で画像の取り込みを行なうことができ、カメラを備えない携帯電話では、他の電子機器からの通信により画像を受信して画像の取り込みを行なうことができる。

ホームページ管理者は、ホームページ管理者端末４からネットワーク１上のサーバ２へ閲覧用画像をアップロードして、ホームページを閲覧するＵＲＬ以外のサイトに写真アルバムを作成すると共に、写真アルバムの閲覧許可者の個人情報を登録する。ホームページに掲載する写真画像はホームページ管理者によって許可された者のみが閲覧でき、安全に簡便な画像付きのホームページの閲覧ができる。

この閲覧許可者の個人情報を登録する際に、画像の追加及び／またはコメントの追加の可否を指定し、写真アルバムに他の人が画像を追加して多くの写真を集めて掲載することができ、複数の人が撮影した画像を容易に写真アルバム化することができる。またプリントの可否を指定し、プリントして欲しくない等の理由がある閲覧許可者は、画像をプリント不能にすることができる。

また、写真アルバムの閲覧許可を受けた者、あるいは写真アルバムの閲覧許可を希望する者が、ユーザ端末３を使用する。

このホームページの閲覧システムでは、図２乃至図６に示すように、ホームページ管理者が画像をアップロードして写真アルバムを作成し、写真アルバムの閲覧許可者を登録する。図２は写真アルバムの作成システムのホームページ画面を示す図、図３は写真アルバムの作成メニューを示す図、図４は写真アルバムを示す図、図５は写真アルバムの作成過程を示す図、図６は写真アルバムの閲覧許可者を登録するフロー、図７は写真アルバムの閲覧許可者のリストを示す図である。

ホームページ管理者が写真アルバムを作成する場合は、ホームページ管理者端末４を用いて、図２に示すオンラインラボのホームページ画面を開くことができる。このホームページ画面には、会員ＩＤ入力欄１０、パスワード入力欄１１、ログインボタン１２、会員登録ボタン１３が設けられている。

ホームページ管理者が会員である場合には、会員ＩＤ入力とパスワード入力し、ログインすると、図３に示す写真アルバムの作成メニューを開くことができる。この写真アルバムのホームページ画面には、ネット上にアップロードされた画像の保管場所のピクチャーボックス２０と、ピクチャーボックス２０の画像を自由に選んで個別に整理できるアルバム編集３０が用意されている。

ピクチャーボックス２０には、画像をピクチャーボックス２０にアップロードするアップロードボタン２１、ピクチャーボックス２０に登録された画像を閲覧、編集する閲覧編集ボタン２２、ピクチャーボックス２０に保管できる容量の増加を行なう容量設定ボタン２３が設けられている。

アルバム編集３０には、タイトル、コメント、表紙を決めて画像を登録してアルバムを新規に作成する新規作成ボタン３１、アルバムの画像を一覧で見たり、拡大表示で見るアルバム閲覧ボタン３２、アルバムのタイトル、コメント、表紙の変更、画像の追加、削除を行なうアルバム編集ボタン３３、写真アルバムの閲覧を許可した者の閲覧許可者リストボタン３４、写真アルバムの登録ボタン３５が設けられている。

この写真アルバムの作成は、新規作成ボタン３１をクリックして図４及び図５に示すように、タイトル、コメント、表紙を決めて画像を登録してアルバムを新規に作成する。図４の写真アルバムの画面には、削除ボタン４ａ、メールボタン４ｂ、印刷ボタン４ｃ、編集ボタン４ｄ等が設けられ、これらの、削除ボタン４ａ、メールボタン４ｂ、印刷ボタン４ｃ、編集ボタン４ｄの操作で写真アルバムの作成が行なわれる。

この写真アルバムの作成では、図５（ａ）に示すように、完成して写真アルバムに画像を追加したり、削除したりすることができる。

また、写真アルバムの作成では、図５（ｅ）に示すように、ホームページ管理者は、画像の表示、非表示を指定することができ、好ましくない等の理由がある追加の画像及び／またはコメントは、閲覧不能にすることができる。また、追加の画像及び／または追加のコメントに、例えば網掛けで非表示ｅとして閲覧を不能にし、好ましくない等の理由がある追加の画像及び／またはコメントは、閲覧不能にして管理する。
