TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a structure of an optical device including a zoom lens.
[0002]
[Prior art]
2. Description of the Related Art A zoom lens used in a conventional camera or the like includes a plurality of lenses, and focus adjustment is performed by moving the entire lens or a part of the lens in an optical axis direction.
[0003]
For example, when a play is provided between the lens barrels respectively supporting the plurality of lens groups and the lenses are driven in the zoom-up direction, the plurality of lens barrels supporting the plurality of lens groups are driven in the zoom-up direction. When driven in the direction of zoom down from, the lens barrel that supports and follows the specific lens group only for the amount of play described above is not driven, and only the other lens barrels are driven. As a structure in which all the lens barrels are driven together in the zoom-down direction, a structure in which focus adjustment is performed using a play is known. (For example, see Patent Document 1).

[0005]
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in the above structure, in the play area, the position where the lens barrel is stopped is not restrained by other parts or the like. For example, a problem such as formation of a blurred image may occur.
[0006]
SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned problem and to provide a structure in which a constraint is given when focusing is performed, so that a displacement or the like does not occur.
[0007]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to solve the above problems, the zoom lens according to the present invention performs zooming and focusing operations by using urging means such as a spring or engagement of a cam as a method of constantly restricting the lens frame, and performs an operation such as an impact. The structure is such that a position shift is prevented and a clear image is obtained.
[0008]
The present invention further includes a plurality of lens groups, a plurality of lens frames for holding the plurality of lens groups, a straight-ahead guide for guiding at least one of the lens frames, and a linearly moving guide for the plurality of lens groups in the optical axis direction. In a zoom lens having a cam barrel to be operated in the above manner, and driving means for driving the cam barrel, at least one of the lens frames has a structure capable of independently moving in the optical axis direction independently of the operation of the cam barrel. It is characterized by the following.
[0009]
According to the present invention, there is provided an optical apparatus having the above-described zoom lens. Here, the optical device includes, in addition to a camera and a video camera, a mobile communication device with a camera, such as a mobile phone with a camera and a PHS.
[0010]
BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the drawings.
[0011]
Here, a zoom lens incorporated in a camera, which is a kind of optical equipment, will be described as an example.
[0012]
FIG. 1 is a cross-sectional view of the zoom lens optical axis in the retracted state of the lens, FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of the zoom lens optical axis at the wide-end position, FIG. 3 is a cross-sectional view of the zoom lens at the telephoto end position, FIG. FIG. 5 is a side view of the drive mechanism driven by the guide lever and the cam, FIG. 6 is a side view showing an application example of the drive mechanism driven by the guide lever, and FIG. 7 is a plan view of FIG.
[0013]
<First embodiment>
The zoom lens 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention is a zoom lens mounted on a camera 50, as shown in FIGS. , A cover glass 53 provided with an arbitrary gap provided on the upper surface of the image sensor 52, a cam cylinder guide 16 incorporated in the substrate 51, and guided by the cam cylinder guide 16. And a wheel train 40 for transmitting power from a drive source (not shown) to rotate the cam cylinder 15. The cam cylinder 15 has a flange at one end. When the flange is combined with a step provided on the cam cylinder guide 16, the rotation direction of the cam cylinder 15 is guided.
[0014]
Further, on the outer periphery of the brim portion, a tooth mold portion 15c that meshes with the wheel train 40 is provided. Further, a plurality of cam grooves A15a and B15b formed in the cam cylinder 15, a cam follower A33 and a cam follower B34 slidably incorporated in the cam grooves A15a and B15b, and the cam follower B34 are fixed. The rear group lens frame 21 guided by the plurality of guide pins 31 fixed to the substrate 51 and incorporating the rear group lens 20, and the cam follower A33 is fixed and before the plurality of guide pins 31 are guided by the plurality of guide pins 31. A front group lens in which the front group lens 10 is incorporated slidably guided by the group lens frame straight guide 12 and a plurality of front group lens frame straight guide guides 12a of the front group lens frame straight guide 12. A frame 11 and a plurality of fixing pins 56 fixed to the front group lens frame 11 for slidably incorporating the guide lever 55 are fixed. An outer cylinder 30, and a spring A32 incorporated between the rear group lens frame 21 and the front group lens frame straight guide 12.
[0015]
Next, the operation of the zoom lens 1 will be described.
[0016]
The operation of a drive source (not shown) causes the wheel train 40 to rotate, and the tooth profile 15c of the cam cylinder 15 meshing with the wheel train 40 meshes, and the cam cylinder 15 is guided by the cam cylinder guide 16 to rotate.
[0017]
A plurality of arc-shaped cam grooves A15a and cam grooves B15b as shown in FIG. 4 are formed on the side surface of the cam cylinder 15, and a cam follower A33 or a cam follower B34 is incorporated in each cam groove. The cam follower A33 is fixed to the front group lens frame rectilinear guide 12, the cam follower B34 is fixed to the rear group lens frame 21, and the front group lens frame rectilinear guide 12 and the rear group lens frame 21 face each other, for example, 180 °. The two guide pins 31 are provided so as to be slidable and not to rotate. Therefore, when the cam cylinder 15 rotates, the cam follower A33 and the cam follower B34 move in the optical axis direction following the cam groove A15a and the cam groove B15b, and the front group lens frame rectilinear guide 12 and the rear group lens frame 21 are also synchronized. To move in the optical axis direction.
[0018]
The front lens group frame 11 and the outer cylinder 30 fixed to the front lens group frame 11 also move in the optical axis direction in synchronization with the front group lens frame rectilinear guide 12, but the guide lever 55 is incorporated and the guide The spring B57 for urging the lever 55 is configured to always press the lever 55 toward the front group lens frame rectilinear guide 12.
[0019]
Since the spring force of the spring B57 is set weaker than the rotational force of the cam barrel 15, the front group lens frame 11 is interlocked with the operation of the front group lens frame straight-ahead guide 12.
The spring A32 is incorporated between a step 12b provided on the inner peripheral side of the straight guide 12 for the front group lens frame and a step 21b provided on the outer peripheral side of the rear group lens frame 21, and expands both. It is configured as follows.
[0020]
With the above configuration, when the cam barrel 15 is rotated by the operation of the drive source from the storage state shown in FIG. 1, the wide end position (low magnification) in FIG. 2 is reached, and when the cam cylinder 15 is further rotated, the tele end position (high magnification) in FIG. The front lens group 10 and the rear lens group 20 move to predetermined positions. Naturally, it is possible to perform zooming by changing to a predetermined magnification even between the wide end and the tele end.
[0021]
Further, as shown in FIG. 5, the outer cylinder 30 that has been operated and stopped by the cam cylinder 15 to a predetermined position is moved from a second drive source (not shown) to a cam gear train 45 through a cam wheel train train 45. The cam wheel 60 integrated with 61 is rotated counterclockwise.
[0022]
The guide lever 55 is rotatably incorporated in the guide lever support portion 55b, and the cam wheel concave portion 60a rotates the guide lever convex portion 55a clockwise by the rotation of the cam wheel 60. Move upward.
[0023]
Since the distal end of the guide lever 55 is slidably assembled with the outer cylinder 30 by the stop pin 56, the outer cylinder 30 moves upward in the drawing. At this time, the straight guide 12 for the front group lens frame does not operate, and only the outer cylinder 30 and the front group lens frame 11 fixed to the outer cylinder 30 move upward.
[0024]
That is, the distance between the rear lens group 20 and the front lens group 10 can be varied by the operation of the cam barrel 15, and the front lens group alone can be moved alone.
Further, when the zoom lens is in the retracted state, the cam wheel concave portion 60a and the guide lever convex portion 55a do not engage with each other, so that the outer cylinder 30 and the front lens frame 11 do not operate, and are between the wide end position and the tele end position. It is configured to engage only with.
[0025]
Further, in order to prevent the outer cylinder 30 and the front lens group frame 11 from operating more than necessary, the pin 58 is fixed to the wheel train block 46 and is assembled in accordance with the cam wheel long hole 60b, so that the cam wheel long hole 60b is formed. Is restricted so that the cam wheel 60 and the cam gear 61 cannot rotate only within the range.
[0026]
The drive source (not shown) in the above description includes a motor, an actuator, or a manual drive.
[0027]
<Second embodiment>
The zoom lens 2 according to the second embodiment of the present invention has substantially the same configuration as the zoom lens 1 as shown in FIG. 6, but is provided with a movable member 42 instead of the cam wheel 60.
[0028]
As the operation, between the wide end position and the tele end position of the zoom lens 2, the angle 27 rotatably incorporated into the shaft A 38 fixed to the holding member 65, and the angle 27 rotatably incorporated into the angle 27. The roller A28 is rotated counterclockwise around the shaft A38 by the slider 63 which moves leftward in the figure by a driving source (not shown). On the other hand, the roller B29 presses the movable member slope 42a of the movable member 42 slidably incorporated in the guide member 37 by the urging of the spring C59 incorporated between the spring retaining pin A47 and the spring retaining pin B48. Push down in the figure.
[0029]
A guide lever slot 25a is provided at one end of the guide lever 25, and is slidably incorporated by a shaft B39 fixed to the movable member.
For this reason, the other end of the guide lever 25 moves upward in the figure around the guide lever support portion 25b by the upward movement of the movable member 42 in the figure, so that the outer cylinder 30 also moves upward.
[0030]
Here, similarly to the first embodiment, when the zoom lens is housed, the position of the roller A28 and the slider 63 do not match, so that the guide lever 25 does not operate, and only between the wide end position and the tele end position, the guide lever 25 is moved. 25 operates.
[0031]
Further, it goes without saying that the drive source (not shown) described above is the same as in the first embodiment.
[0032]
【The invention's effect】
ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to the zoom lens which concerns on this invention, since it operates by restricting a lens mechanically with a cam and a biasing means, it is a structure which is hard to be displaced even if it receives the shock by fall etc. Even if the positions of multiple lens groups are slightly displaced and the focal length fluctuates due to variations in manufacturing tolerances of parts and errors during assembly, the front lens group is moved alone to obtain a clear image. Since it is possible to correct the alignment, it is possible to improve the productivity by allowing a tolerance at the time of manufacturing and assembling or by expanding a tolerance range.
