<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a handrail mounting implement which facilitates the mounting/demounting of a handrail. <P>SOLUTION: This handrail mounting implement is composed of a base member 1 which is to be fixed to a wall surface etc., and a handrail supporting member 4 which is fitted to the base member 1. The base member 1, where a pair of notches 22 is provided on left and right sides in the state of sandwiching a shaft which is provided almost in the central part of a base 2 such as a disk, is equipped with a lock plate 3 which is journaled to the shaft in the thickness-direction intermediate part of the base 2 and which slides so as to open/close the notch. In the supporting member 4, a base part thereof has a fitting part 5 which is equipped with a U-shaped engaging part 51 inserted into the notch of the base member so as to be engaged with the lock plate. 本発明は、階段や廊下の側壁等に取り付けられる手摺りの取付け具に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
老人人口の増加ににともない、病院などのほかにマンションや一般家庭の廊下や階段などの側壁に手摺りを設ける需要が増えてきている。更には、引き戸やドアの側面に手摺りを設けることも検討されてきている。手摺りは、人体を支えるという観点から従来は壁面等に強固に取付けられていたが、引越しなどで家具等を移動させる際に手摺りが邪魔になってスムーズに運べないとか、家具等に傷がつくなど問題を生じていた。

上記の問題を解決するために、壁面への着脱が可能な手摺り取付け具が提案されている。これらの多くは、壁面に固定されるベース部材と手摺り支持部材とからなり、両者を分離可能な構成とすることにより、施工後に手摺りを着脱させることができるようになっている。しかしながら、いずれも着脱するには工具が必要であったり（特許文献１）、手摺りを固定した後は取付け具は着脱できないとか（特許文献２）、取付け部材を何回も回転させなければならない（特許文献３）など、着脱に工具や工数のかかるものであった。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】

本発明の手摺り取付け具は、壁面等に固定されるベース部材と該ベース部材に装着される手摺り支持部材とからなり、ベース部材が、円板等の基盤のほぼ中心部に設けた軸を挟んで左右に一対の切欠きを有し、該基盤の厚さ方向の中間部で前記軸に軸着されて前記切欠き部を開閉するように摺動するロックプレートを備えてなり、手摺り支持部材がその基部にベース部材の前記切欠き部に挿入されてロックプレートと係合する係合部を備えた装着部を有し、かつ該装着部を含めてベース部材を覆う化粧カバーとからなることを特徴とするものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明において、ベース部材は木ネジ等で壁面に固定される円板等の基盤と該基盤内で基盤に設けた軸に装着されて回動するロックプレートとからなる。
基盤は壁面等に固定される面（以下底面又は下面という）と反対側の面（表面又は上面という）に、手摺り支持部材を支持するための突起を設けてもよく、この突起は手摺り支持部材（以下単に支持部材という）の形状によって異なるが、通常、支持部材のアーム部に設けた嵌合孔に挿入嵌着させることから円柱状で基部に向かって径が大きくなる形状（截頭円錐状）とするとか、支持部材のアーム部の形状に合わせて適度に曲がった円柱形状のものとするが、支持部材のアーム部が角柱状であるときはそれに対応させて角柱状の突起としてもよい。

支持部材はそのアーム部の基端が通常ベース部材の中央部となるように装着されることから、支持用突起はベース部材に設けるロックプレート用の軸と同軸に設けるとよい。したがって、支持用突起の左右の位置の基盤の端部に切欠き部を設けてもよい。
基盤は突起を設ける最上面とロックプレートを摺動させる中段面とを有し、中段面はロックプレートを回転させたとき該プレートが基盤内に挿入される形状に形成する。ロックプレートは中央に軸孔を有し、基盤の両端に達する長さのほぼ長方形の板で、基盤の切欠き部の位置へ回転させたときロックプレートの両端部は支持部材の係合部に挿入し、残余の部分は基盤内にあるようにする。支持部材の係合部は、ロックプレートが係止される形状であればよく、コ字形やＬ字形など任意の形状とすることができる。

ロックプレートの基盤への装着は、基盤の底面に設けたロックプレートとほぼ同じ形状の挿入穴から挿入される。基盤に設ける軸は前記ロックプレート用挿入穴内に露出していて、ロックプレートの軸孔はロックプレート挿入時に軸に嵌め込む。基盤にロックプレートを装着した後、該プレートの脱落を防止するために必要に応じて、基盤のロックプレート用軸にピン又は止め輪（スナップ）等を取付けてもよい。
基盤は通常、円板状とするが、上記ロックプレートの回転と切欠き部の関係が得られるものであれば四角形又は多角形の板体としてもよい。
基盤を壁面に固定するためのネジ孔は、ロックプレートの摺動に影響されない位置に設けるほかに、ロックプレートの摺動面である基盤の中段面に設けてネジの頭部が中段面より下か又は同じ平面となるようにする。

支持部材は、アームの一方の端に手摺りを支持する受け部を備え、他方の端（支持部材の基部）に基盤に装着させるための装着部を有し、この装着部は基盤の一部を覆う形状で、ベース部材の基盤に設けた切欠き部に嵌挿するコ字形に折り返した形の係止部を下面に有する。このほか、化粧カバーを被せる際の位置決め等の目的で、細幅の位置決め片を設ける。この位置決め片は、化粧カバーの一部を構成し、化粧カバーをベース部材に被せたときに基盤面上で化粧カバーが回転するのを制止する役割を果たす。したがって、位置決め片を備えた装着部によるときの化粧カバーはその分だけ欠落したものとする。
化粧カバーの裏面には、ロックプレートの動きを止めるためのストッパーが設けられていて、位置決め片によって化粧カバーが固定されることによってロックプレートの動きが制止される。化粧カバーの裏面に設ける前記ストッパーは、ロックプレートがロック時にあるべき位置にないとき化粧カバーが装着できないなどロック不良を検知する作用を持たせるとか、または、化粧カバーを装着するとロックプレートをロック位置に移動させるように構成してもよい。
上記のほかに、支持部材の基盤装着側のアームに基盤上に設けた支持用突起を挿入するための嵌合孔を設ける。この支持部材に設ける嵌合孔とベース部材の支持用突起は、支持部材の形状、材質等によっては省略することができる。

ベース部材の基盤を壁面に固定するためのネジ孔は、必要に応じて長孔として基盤の取付け位置又は角度を微調整するようにすることもできる。
本発明の手摺り取付け具は、壁面等にベース部材を固定した後、ベース部材の基盤に設けた切欠き部に支持部材の装着部に設けた係止部を挿入して基盤内のロックプレートを係止部の位置に回すだけで支持部材を固定でき、化粧カバーを被せることによってロックプレートが固定され取付け具の装着が完了する。支持部材の取り外しは、化粧カバーを外して、ロックプレートを回して係止部からはずすことによってできる。そのため、支持部材に手摺りが固定されていてもいなくても取付け具を取付け・取り外しをすることができる。

【実施例】
以下本発明の一実施例を図面にしたがって説明する。
図１は、本発明の手摺り取付け具の分解斜視図で、１はベース部材、４は支持部材を示す。図に示すように、ベース部材１は基盤２と基盤に装着されるロックプレート３とからなり、ロックプレート３は基盤２の底面に設けられた挿入穴２３から挿入され、基盤２に設けられた軸２４にプレート３の軸孔３１を嵌めて４５°程度回転させることによって、基盤の中段面２６上に位置させる。基盤２の上面２５上には支持用突起２１が設けられ、該突起２１の左右の位置の基盤の端に切欠き部２２が設けられている。なお、２７は基盤２を固定するためのネジ孔を示す。

図２はベース部材１に支持部材４を組み付けた手摺り支持具を背面（壁面側）から見た図である。基盤２の切欠き部２２に支持部材の係止部５１が挿入され、ロックプレート３によって固定された状態を示す。図に示すように支持部材の位置決め片５２は化粧カバー６の一部を構成する。したがって、位置決め片５２の表面は化粧カバー６の表面と同一面となるようにし、化粧カバー６の割れ目６１に位置決め片５２を嵌め込むことによって、化粧カバー６の回転を防止するとともに、カバー６が容易に脱落しない様に構成する。位置決め片５２は、図示するように端面（または断面）が凸形となっていて、基盤２の側面において化粧カバー６と基盤２との間に所要の間隔９を保持させることもでき、また、基盤２の上面と化粧カバー６との間に所要の間隔を確保するようにすることもできる。このように、基盤２と化粧カバー６の間に適当な間隔を設けることによって、カバー６面からの基盤２への衝撃を和らげることができ、かつ基盤の取付け時または壁紙の張り付け時に基盤の周辺の壁紙が汚れたり破損したりしても化粧カバー６でこれらを覆うことができる。特に、壁紙を後貼りした場合に生じる恐れのある、施工以後の壁紙収縮等によって生じる基盤と壁紙の隙間を化粧カバーで覆うことができる。

【発明の効果】
上記のとおり、本発明の手摺り取付け具は、化粧カバーをはずしてロックプレートを回すだけで取り外すことができるため、手摺りが支持部材に取り付けられているか否かに関係なく、容易に手摺りの取付け・取り外しができる。また化粧カバーは完全なリング状でなく、一部が切り欠いた形状であるため、プラスチック等の変形可能な材質で作られた製品とするときは、手摺りを外すことなく新しい化粧カバーと交換できるなどの利点を有する。また、カバーと基盤の間に適当な間隔を設けることにより、壁紙の張り付けも手摺り取付け具の取付けの前後のいずれでも施工できる。
