Abstract

本発明は、冷凍食品、生鮮食品等を収容してトラックやパネルバン等で運搬するに好適な折畳収容箱に係り、詳しくは、良好な折畳み及び組立の操作性と強度とを有する折畳収容箱に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
出荷された生鮮食品や冷凍食品を専門店やコンビニ等に卸す手段として、分解や折畳みが自在な保冷箱を用いることが多い。つまり、出荷するときには組み立てて商品を収容して運送し、商品を卸して空になった保冷箱は分解や折畳んでコンパクト化し、トラック荷台での作業の邪魔にならないようにするとか、作業用スペースを広げられる等の利点が得られる便利なものである。このような収納箱としては、特許文献1や特許文献2に示されたものが知られている。

特許文献1に開示された断熱収納箱は、底面板、前面板、裏面板、左右の側面板、及び上面板の6つの面板が互いに着脱自在に構成されているので、断熱のために比較的厚い部材を面板として用いながら、不使用時には折畳んでコンパクト化することができる利点がある。また、特許文献2に開示された断熱箱は、蓋と底板とを夫々前板と後板にヒンジ連結するとともに、左右の側板を前後に腰折れ自在とすることにより、不使用時には、アコーディオンのようにコンパクトに折畳めるようになっている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、特許文献1のものは組立て折畳みの際に厚みのある各面板を回動させる必要があり、組立てを一人で行うのが困難であった。

また、特許文献2のものは各板部材がヒンジで相互連結されているので、部品の紛失するおそれもなく組立てや折畳みが行えるのは良いが、構造上、前後左右の各側板の隣合うものどうしは角部どうしの接触状態となるので、隣合う側板どうしの相対角度が定まり難く、フラフラした状態になっている。そのため、蓋板と底板との内面側に、左右側板の折曲りを規制する防止部材を設けるという構造の複雑化を招いており、それでも、箱に組立てた状態での保形性には乏しく、ちょっとした外圧やショックで左右の側板が内側に折曲ったり、歪んだりし易いという強度面での問題があった。

本発明の目的は、これらの問題点を改善し、折畳み時の部品紛失のおそれが無く、一人でも簡単に分解並びに組立てが行え、しかも、箱の状態での強度が高く、保形性に優れる折畳収容箱を提供する点にある。

【課題を解決するための手段】
前述の課題を解決するための本発明の請求項1に記載の折畳収容箱は、底板と前後側板と左右側板と蓋板とを有した六面体状の折畳収容箱において、前後左右側板のうちのいずれか一つ乃至三つの側板を、底板の端部に一体化された下部側板と、この下部側板の上端部にヒンジを介して横軸心回りで箱内方に向けて折畳自在に連結された上部側板とから成る腰折れ側板に構成し、前後左右側板のうちの腰折れ側板以外の非腰折れ側板のうちの一つを、底板の端部にヒンジを介して箱内方に向けて折畳自在に連結し、残りの非腰折れ側板がある場合には、一つの非腰折れ側板に隣合うものから順次、箱外方に向けて縦軸心回りで折畳自在にヒンジを介して連結するとともに、蓋板を、腰折れ側板の一つの上端部に横軸心回りで箱外方に折畳自在に連結してあることを特徴とする。

この請求項1の構成によれば、底板と前後側板と左右側板と蓋板との6つの板が全てヒンジ連結されているので、箱としての作用状態でも、折畳まれた収納状態でも板どうしが互いにばらばらにはならず、従って、いずれかの板が無くなってしまったとか、部品が足りないといった不都合は生じないようになる。そして、非腰折れ側板が2枚以上ある場合には、底板にヒンジ連結されたもの以外は、箱外方に向けて縦軸心回りで折畳自在であるから、非腰折れ側板から、例えば、単独で開き揺動できる前側板(図4や図7(a)参照)から、開閉自在な蓋板とは別に収容物の出し入れを行うことが可能になる。

また、底板は、その周囲4辺のうち、少なくとも1辺から多くは3辺が、腰折れ側板の下部側板と一体化されて、単なる平板状ではなくチャンネル型断面に補強されるから、底板の強度・剛性自体が向上するとともに、箱として組立てた場合には、その補強された辺においては、隣合うヒンジ連結箇所が縦又は横方向で位置ずれした状態になり(図10の軸心P1とP4参照)、ヒンジ連結箇所での歪みが増幅され難い点で、保形強度的に有利になる。加えて、どの板もヒンジ連結による揺動移動によって組立て及び折畳みが行えるので、一人の作業者のみで箱の組立て操作及び折畳み操作を簡単に行うことが可能になる。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の実施の形態の一例を図面に基づいて説明する。
まず、図1〜図3は組立てられた作用状態の三面図、図4は組立て途中の斜視図、図5は各板の構成及び隣合う板との関係を示す分解斜視図で、図6は折畳まれた状態を示してある。また、図7〜図13に示す各図は、折畳収容箱の組立て及び折畳み状況を分り易くするために、全てのヒンジ及び面ファスナを省略して描いてある。

本発明による折畳収容箱Aは、図1〜図3に示すように、蓋板1、底板2、前側板3、後側板4、左側板5、及び右側板6とから成る6面体であって、冷凍食品、冷蔵食品等の保温が必要な物品を収容して運搬するに好適な断熱保冷箱に構成されている。この折畳収容箱Aは、冷凍食品等を収容する使用時は、図1〜図3に示すように、組立てられた箱になり、不使用時には、図6、図13に示すように、折畳んでコンパクト化することができる。

尚、以下においては、「内折れ」とは箱の状態において内部に向かって折れるの意であり、「外折れ」とは箱の状態において外部に向かって折れるの意である。また、「ヒンジ」は布やビニール等のシート状体で構成されており、隣合う板どうしを揺動自在に連結するものである。

底板2は、図4、図5、図8等に示すように、下部板4aと、下部右側板6aと、これら両者を一体に有した底板部2Aとから成る立体的な形状に形成されている。この底板2は、平板状の底板部2Aを、互いに一体化された下部板4aと下部右側板6aとで補強されており、従来の1枚板状の底板に比べて強度・剛性に優れている。

各板1〜6は、図14に示すように、一対の厚さの薄いポリプロピレン中空樹脂板21,21の間に、断熱材の一例であるポリエチレン独立発泡体20を挟んだサンドイッチ構造の母材を、合成樹脂の発泡シート22とPVCターポリン等の合成樹脂シート23等で覆う断熱板に構成されている。尚、各シート13〜19と、これらの連結対象となる箇所とには、係合側ファスナkと被係合側ファスナhとで成る面ファスナFが装備されており、その長さは種々に設定されている。次に、折畳収容箱Aの折畳手順について説明する。

この折畳収容箱Aでは、収容物の取出し及び収納が蓋板1の開閉によって行えるだけでなく、図7(a)に示すように、前側板3を第1縦軸芯Q1回りに揺動して、箱としての前面から行うこともできる。従って、残り少なくなった底板部2A近くの収容物は、前側板3の開閉によって箱の前方側から簡単で便利に行える利点がある。また、各面ファスナFの係合側ファスナkは、各板(1と6等)の端部に固着されたシート(18等)に固着されており、係合側ファスナkを被係合側ファスナhに係合させての面ファスナFの装着時には、隣合う板どうし(1と6等)が重ね合わされた部分の間隙が、シート(18等)で覆われる状態となるので、保温性(保冷性)を向上し得る利点がある。

なお、本発明に係る折畳収容箱Aは、前述の実施形態例に限定されるものではなく、以下のような形態のものも含むものである。

前記前後左右側板のうちのいずれか一つ乃至三つの側板を、前記底板の端部に一体化された下部側板と、この下部側板の上端部にヒンジを介して横軸心回りで箱内方に向けて折畳自在に連結された上部側板とから成る腰折れ側板に構成し、前記前後左右側板のうちの前記腰折れ側板以外の非腰折れ側板のうちの一つを、前記底板の端部にヒンジを介して箱内方に向けて折畳自在に連結し、残りの非腰折れ側板がある場合には、前記一つの非腰折れ側板に隣合うものから順次、箱外方に向けて縦軸心回りで折畳自在にヒンジを介して連結するとともに、前記蓋板を、前記腰折れ側板の一つの上端部に横軸心回りで箱外方に折畳自在に連結してある折畳収容箱。
