Abstract
Description
【0001】

ここで、搬送波の変調方式は、ASK(Amplitude shift keying) 方式、FSK(Frequency shift keying)方式、PSK(Phase shift keying)方式、QPSKや8層PSK等の多値のPSK方式、16QAMや64QAM等の多値のASK方式等、公知の方式であればよい。
【0023】

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention wirelessly transmits measurement data relating to wheels of various vehicles such as trucks, buses, passenger vehicles, and other vehicles having at least four wheels or two-wheeled vehicles, such as tire internal pressure data and tire temperature data, to the vehicle body. The present invention relates to a wheel information acquisition system to be transmitted.
[0002]
[Prior art]
Today, trucks, buses, passenger cars, and even various types of vehicles having wheels with tires mounted on rims, such as motorbikes, constantly monitor tire internal pressure, and in the event of an abnormality, a tire internal pressure alarm system that reports an abnormality of the tire internal pressure. It has been proposed to be worn.
[0003]
In the tire internal pressure warning system, for example, a pressure sensor for measuring the internal pressure and the internal pressure data measured by the pressure sensor are provided in a cavity region of the tire filled with air surrounded by the inner peripheral surface of the tire and the bottom surface of the rim bottom. And a transmitter for wirelessly transmitting. On the other hand, an antenna of a receiver for receiving the internal pressure data of the tire is provided near the tire house of the vehicle body, and the internal pressure data is received by this antenna. The receiver constantly monitors whether or not the tire internal pressure is abnormal. If the internal pressure is abnormal, the driver is notified that the internal pressure is abnormal.
[0004]
In this tire internal pressure warning system, a transmitter for transmitting tire internal pressure data and temperature data is provided in the tire cavity region, so that maintenance of the transmitter cannot be performed unless the rim and the tire are separated. For this reason, in order for the transmitter to radiate radio waves for a long period of time and transmit the internal pressure data and the temperature data, it is desired to reduce the consumption of the battery used for the transmitter as much as possible.
[0005]
In Patent Document 1 below, a switch for monitoring the running state of a vehicle is provided. When the internal pressure is normal, the vehicle runs and the switch is operated, so that the internal pressure of the tire is reduced by a pressure sensor for 15 minutes. From the first state in which measurement and monitoring are performed every time and the measurement data is transmitted every hour, the second state in which the pressure sensor measures the tire internal pressure every 10 seconds and transmits the measurement data every minute A switchable remote tire pressure monitoring system is disclosed.
This can reduce the battery consumption of the transmitter.

[Problems to be solved by the invention]
By the way, since the transmitter of the system in Patent Document 1 transmits internal pressure data and temperature data for a long period of time, an unexpected error may occur in an IC which is a processing circuit provided in the transmitter at a design stage. In some cases, abnormalities occur in the operation of the transmitter due to noise included in the measurement data. Further, in the above system, the internal pressure data of the parked tire immediately before the start of the vehicle traveling is transmitted and monitored. This internal pressure data is the internal pressure data obtained in the first state transmitted every hour. However, it is not necessarily the internal pressure data immediately before the vehicle travels. For this reason, there is also a problem that the driver cannot perform a work inspection based on the tire internal pressure data immediately before traveling of the vehicle.
Also, when the internal pressure of the tire is within a predetermined allowable range and is in a normal state, it is still strongly desired to effectively monitor the internal pressure of the tire without consuming as much power as possible of the transmitter. .
[0008]
In order to solve the above-described problems, the present invention provides a transmitter that wirelessly transmits measurement data measured by a measurement element such as a pressure sensor provided on a wheel mounted on a vehicle, and a transmitter that transmits the measurement data from the transmitter. And a receiver for receiving the measured data obtained, the power consumption of the transmitter as much as possible, the internal pressure of the tire can be effectively monitored, and the operation of the transmitter It is an object of the present invention to provide a wheel information acquisition system capable of immediately recovering normal operation even when an abnormality occurs, and monitoring a wheel state based on measurement data immediately before traveling of the vehicle.
[0009]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
In order to achieve the above object, the present invention provides a first communication device provided on a wheel, which processes measurement data measured by a measurement element provided on a wheel and wirelessly transmits the data, A wheel information acquisition system that receives measurement data transmitted from a communication device and includes a second communication device provided on a vehicle body mounted on the wheel, wherein the first communication device is configured to receive the measurement data. A sleep mode for suspending processing and transmission of the first communication device, resetting a circuit of the first communication device to an initial state, and transferring the measurement data measured by the measuring element after the reset to the second communication device. Having a measurement / transmission mode for transmitting to the first communication device, and after switching the first communication device from the sleep mode to the measurement / transmission mode according to a reset signal generated by the first communication device, Serial to provide a wheel information acquiring system and returning to the sleep mode.
