Abstract

<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain amusement by sliding an element piece to vary the position of the element piece within a display part. <P>SOLUTION: A protrusion part is formed extending from one side part of a rectangular piece 2 through to one end part. A fitting recessed part is provided extending from the other side part of the piece 2 through to the other end part. A housing part which houses one of the pieces 2 arranged in a display part 3 to make a piece 2 in the display part 3 slidable is provided adjacent to the display part 3. By sliding the piece 2 to vary the position of the piece 2 in the display 3, amusement is obtained. Surrounding the display part 3, an engaging projecting part 44 and a fitting projecting part are provided. Each piece 2 is prevented from being removed from the display part 3 when erecting a case body 4. 本発明は、所定の図案を矩形状に略等分割して形成された複数の要素片を備えた玩具に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来、この種の玩具としては、平板状のケース体に窪んで設けられた表示部に、１ないし８の相異なるいずれか一つの数字がそれぞれ記入された要素片としての矩形板状の８つのピースを配設し、表示部に隣接して設けた収容部にて各ピースを上下左右方向に摺動可能にする構成が知られている（例えば、特許文献１参照。）。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、上述の玩具では、ピースを上下左右方向に摺動させて直接的に興趣を得るだけであるので、興趣性が充分ではないという問題点を有している。

本発明はこのような点に鑑みなされたもので、興趣性を向上できる玩具を提供することを目的とする。

【課題を解決するための手段】
請求項１記載の玩具は、所定の図案を矩形状に略等分割して形成され、一側部から直交する一端部に亘って設けられた突起部、および、他側部から直交する他端部に亘って設けられ前記突起部の少なくとも一部が嵌合可能な嵌合凹部を備えた複数の要素片と、これら要素片同士の前記突起部と前記嵌合凹部とを互いに嵌合した状態で、前記各要素片が配設されて閉塞される矩形状の表示部を備えた枠状のケース体と、このケース体の前記表示部に隣接して設けられ、前記要素片の少なくとも一つを収容して前記表示部内の前記要素片を摺動可能にする収容部と、前記ケース体の前記表示部の周囲に突設され、この表示部の一側部および一端部に位置した前記各要素片の前記突起部が係合される係合突出部と、前記ケース体の前記表示部の周囲に突設され、この表示部の他側部および他端部に位置した前記各要素片の前記嵌合凹部に嵌合する嵌合突出部とを具備したものである。

【発明の実施の形態】
以下、本発明の玩具の一実施の形態の構成を図面を参照して説明する。

図１において、１は例えば平面パズルであるいわゆるスライディングブロックパズル状の玩具であり、この玩具１は、複数の要素片としてのピース２と、これらピース２が配設される横長矩形状の表示部３を備えた横長の略矩形箱状のケース体４とを備えている。

ピース２は、例えば合成樹脂などで成形されており、本実施の形態では、表示部３に、ケース体４の幅方向に例えば７列、ケース体４の上下方向に例えば６列、計４２個配設されている。また、各ピース２は、図２ないし図４に示すように、例えば合成樹脂などにて横長の略矩形状に成形された要素本体部としてのピース本体部５を備えている。さらに、一部のピース２の各ピース本体部５の一主面には、図１に示すように、所定の図案、例えばカレンダを略矩形状に略等分割して得られた１ないし３１の各日付Ｄなどの図案がそれぞれ印刷された印刷シール６が貼着されている。言い換えると、ピース２は、表示部３の所定の位置に配設された際に、所定の図案を表示部３に構成する。

また、各ピース本体部５には、このピース本体部５の一側部から直交する一端部、すなわち図２に示す各ピース２の上辺部と右辺部とに亘って連続した平面視逆Ｌ字状の突起部７が一体に設けられている。これら突起部７は、図３および図４に示すように、ピース本体部５の厚さ方向の中心域に凸字状に突出している。

さらに、各ピース本体部５には、ピース本体部５の他側部から直交する他端部、すなわち図２に示す各ピース２の下辺部と左辺部とに亘って連続した平面視Ｌ字状の嵌合凹部８が設けられている。これら嵌合凹部８は、図３および図４に示すように、突起部７の厚さ寸法よりも若干大きい幅寸法を有しており、一つのピース２の突起部７が他のピース２の嵌合凹部８に嵌合可能となっている。

そして、本実施の形態においては、これら嵌合凹部８は、突起部７の突出寸法以上の窪み寸法をそれぞれ有している。したがって、一つのピース２の突起部７を他のピース２の嵌合凹部８に嵌合させた際に、両ピース２のピース本体部５が互いに略隙間なく隣接して配置される。

一方、ケース体４は、例えば合成樹脂などにて成形されており、図５ないし図７に示すように、厚さ方向の上側に位置する上蓋部１１と、この上蓋部１１に例えば螺子などにて嵌着されてこの上蓋部１１の厚さ方向下側の開口を閉塞する下蓋部１２を有している。

上蓋部１１は、略矩形状の蓋板部１３と、この蓋板部１３の外周縁部全体に連続して設けられた側板部１４とを備えている。

蓋板部１３には、矩形状の凹部２１が窪んで設けられ、この凹部２１の外周縁部全体には、矩形枠状の額縁部２２が形成されている。

凹部２１は、矩形板状の底面部２３を有している。この底面部２３には、図５に示す幅方向左側部における上下方向の上端部寄りの位置から、凹部２１の幅方向に沿って直線状のリブ２４が厚さ方向に向けて突出して一体に設けられている。このリブ２４の先端部は、凹部２１の幅方向右側部の近傍に亘って設けられている。したがって、リブ２４の先端部と凹部２１の幅方向右側部との間には、ピース２の幅寸法よりも大きい幅寸法を有する開口部２５が形成されている。そして、リブ２４により、凹部２１内には、図５に示す下側および上側に、それぞれ表示部３および摺動空間部２６が区画形成されている。

表示部３の周囲である幅方向の一側部、すなわち表示部３の図５に示す左側部には、矩形リブ状の側部嵌合突出部３１が設けられている。この側部嵌合突出部３１は、表示部３の図５に示す下端部近傍から上端部近傍に亘って図５に示す上下方向に沿って連続して設けられている。そして、この側部嵌合突出部３１は、表示部３に配設されたピース２の嵌合凹部８の左辺部に嵌合可能な位置に設けられている。

また、表示部３の周囲である幅方向の他側部、すなわち表示部３の図５に示す右側部には、矩形リブ状の側部係合突出部３２が設けられている。この側部係合突出部３２は、表示部３の図５に示す下端部近傍から凹部２１の上端部近傍に亘って図５に示す上下方向に沿って連続して設けられている。すなわち、この側部係合突出部３２は、側部嵌合突出部３１よりも図５に示す上下方向の寸法が大きく形成されている。さらに、この側部係合突出部３２は、表示部３に配設されたピース２の突起部７の上面側、すなわち底面部２３に対向しない側の側面に当接する位置に設けられている。

表示部３の周囲である上下方向の一端部、すなわち表示部３の図５に示す下端部には、矩形リブ状の一対の端部嵌合突出部３３，３３が設けられている。これら端部嵌合突出部３３，３３は、それぞれ表示部３の幅方向の各側部近傍から、表示部３の幅方向の中心域に亘って設けられている。したがって、これら端部嵌合突出部３３，３３は、表示部３の幅方向に互いに離間され、かつ表示部３の幅方向について互いに対称な位置に設けられている。また、これら端部嵌合突出部３３，３３は、表示部３に配設されたピース２の嵌合凹部８の下辺部に嵌合可能な位置に設けられている。そして、側部嵌合突出部３１および端部嵌合突出部３３，３３により、嵌合突出部３４が構成されている。

さらに、摺動空間部２６に位置した底面部２３には、長孔状の一対の貫通孔３５，３５が穿設されている。これら貫通孔３５，３５は、摺動空間部２６の図５に示す左側寄り、かつリブ２４の近傍の位置に、凹部２１の幅方向に沿ってそれぞれ設けられている。また、貫通孔３５，３５は、凹部２１の幅方向に互いに離間されている。そして、摺動空間部２６の貫通孔３５の側方には、ピース２を一つ収容可能な収容部３６が形成されている。したがって、この収容部３６は、表示部３に隣接し、かつ開口部２５により表示部３と連通している。

そして、額縁部２２の幅方向の一側部である図５に示す左側部には、切欠部３７が切り欠き形成されている。この切欠部３７は、凹部２１の摺動空間部２６の幅方向の一側部である図５に示す左側部に、ケース体４の側部に亘って切り欠き形成されている。

また、図１に示すように、表示部３の周囲である上下方向の他端部、すなわち上端部には、矩形板状の端部係合突出部４１が設けられている。この端部係合突出部４１は、幅方向の一側部が切欠部３７に嵌合し、かつ幅方向の他側部が凹部２１の幅方向の他側部に位置している。このため、端部係合突出部４１は、収容部３６のケース体４の厚さ方向の上方を閉塞している。さらに、端部係合突出部４１の裏面側、すなわち凹部２１の底面部２３に対向する主面には、図示しない摺動用リブが一対設けられており、これら摺動用リブは、貫通孔３５，３５にそれぞれ挿通されている。そして、これら摺動用リブの先端部には、図７に示すように、円環状の座板４２，４２がねじ４３，４３にてそれぞれ固定されている。これら座板４２，４２により、端部係合突出部４１がケース体４から抜け止めされ、かつ摺動用リブが貫通孔３５，３５内を移動することにより、端部係合突出部４１が幅方向に摺動すなわちスライド可能にケース体４に取り付けられている。また、端部係合突出部４１の摺動により、収容部３６が開閉される。そして、側部係合突出部３２および端部係合突出部４１により、図１に示すように、係合突出部４４が構成されている。

さらに、端部係合突出部４１の表面、すなわち凹部２１の底面部２３に対向する面と反対側の面には、例えばシール４５が貼着されている。このシール４５には、ケース体４の幅方向のピース２の列に対応した位置に、それぞれ曜日Ｗが印刷されている。

ケース体４の上下に位置した側板部１４には、図６および図７に示すように、矩形状の嵌着部４６が複数、例えば３箇所ずつ、計６箇所に設けられている。これら嵌着部４６は、側板部１４の蓋板部１３と反対側の端部、すなわち側板部１４の下端部から、蓋板部１３に向けてこの蓋板部１３の近傍まで略垂直に切り欠き形成されている。また、これら嵌着部４６は、ケース体４の幅方向に互いに略等間隔に離間されている。これら嵌着部４６には、図８に示すように、被嵌着物としてのキャンディケースである菓子ケース５１、あるいは被嵌着物としての足部５２などが着脱可能に取り付けられる。

ここで、菓子ケース５１は、例えばキャンディなどの菓子を内部に収容可能な有底筒状の胴体部５３を備えている。この胴体部５３の下端部の外周面には、嵌着部４６に摺動されて嵌着される図示しない取付部がフランジ状に突出して一体に設けられている。また、胴体部５３の上端部には、例えば動物などのキャラクタを模した頭部５４が取り付けられている。この頭部５４は、例えば胴体部５３に対して回動させることで、胴体部５３内に収容された菓子を外部に取り出し可能となっている。

また、足部５２は、筒状の足部本体５５を備えており、この足部本体５５の軸方向の両端部には、菓子ケース５１の胴体部５３のフランジ部の外形と略等しい形状の外形を有する足取付部５６がそれぞれ線対称に設けられている。そして、この足取付部５６の一方を嵌着部４６に摺動させて嵌着することで足部５２がケース体４に取り付けられる。

次に、上記一実施の形態の作用を説明する。

まず、玩具１にてパズルをする際には、端部係合突出部４１を、図９に示すようにケース体４の側方に摺動させ、使用しないピース２のいずれか一つを二点鎖線に示すように開口部２５から収容部３６内に移動させて、端部係合突出部４１を元通りに摺動させる。

この結果、表示部３内のピース２がこの表示部３内で上下左右方向に摺動可能となる。

そして、各ピース２を表示部３内で摺動させると、各ピース２の突起部７が他のピース２の嵌合凹部８に嵌合することで各ピース２が上下左右方向に滑らかに摺動する。

遊戯者は、例えば表示部３内の図案を一旦ばらばらにするなどした後、各ピース２を摺動させて日付Ｄと曜日Ｗとが所望の対応となるようにする。

この後、再び端部係合突出部４１をケース体４の側方に摺動させ、収容部３６内に収容していたピース２を開口部２５から表示部３の右上部に移動させて、端部係合突出部４１を元通りに摺動させることで、パズルを完成する。

そして、パズルが完成した状態などでは、菓子ケース５１の取付部および足部５２の足取付部５６を所望の嵌着部４６に嵌着させたり、図１０および図１１に示すように、足部５２を介して複数の玩具１を上下方向、あるいは左右方向に立体的に組み合わせて連結したりして室内の装飾、すなわちインテリアなどとして展示して使用する。

このとき、各ピース２の突起部７が他のピース２の嵌合凹部８に嵌合するとともに、嵌合突出部３４が表示部３の図１に示す左側部および下端部に位置した各ピース２の嵌合凹部８に嵌合し、かつ係合突出部４４に表示部３の図１に示す右側部および上端部に位置した各ピース２の突起部７が係合して各ピース２のケース体４の表示部３からの脱落を防止する。

上述したように、上記一実施の形態によれば、右側部から上端部に亘って設けられた突起部７、および、左側部から下端部に亘って設けられた嵌合凹部８を備えた複数の矩形状のピース２を、表示部３に配設し、この表示部３に配設されたピース２の一つを表示部３に隣接して設けた収容部３６に収容して表示部３内のピース２を摺動可能にすることで、ピース２を摺動させてピース２の位置を表示部３内で変化させて興趣性を得ることができる。

同時に、表示部３の左側部および下端部に亘って係合突出部４４を設け、表示部３の右側部および上側部に亘って嵌合突出部３４を設けることにより、ケース体４を起こした際などに各ピース２が表示部３から脱落することがなく、室内などの装飾用として展示して視覚的に興趣性を得ることもできる。

この結果、スライディングブロックパズルとしての興趣と、展示品としての視覚的な興趣との両方を玩具１で得ることができ、興趣性をより向上できる。

さらに、係合突出部４４の端部係合突出部４１で収容部３６を被覆し、かつこの端部係合突出部４１をケース体４に対して摺動させることで収容部３６が開閉するため、通常は収容部３６を被覆した状態で使用でき、ピース２が配設されない空間が外部から見えなくなるので、展示品として使用する際などに見栄えを向上できるとともに、収容部３６を設けるスペースを余分に取る必要がなく、玩具１の大型化を防止できる。

そして、各ピース２に各日付Ｄを表示したカレンダを所定の図案とすることにより、各月に応じて各ピース２を摺動させて日付Ｄの位置を変更することが可能になり、玩具１を、カレンダとして常時使用可能な、いわゆる万年カレンダとすることができる。

また、側部嵌合突出部３１、側部係合突出部３２および端部嵌合突出部３３，３３をケース体４と一体に設けることにより、これら側部嵌合突出部３１、側部係合突出部３２および端部嵌合突出部３３，３３ケース体４と別個に設ける場合と比較して、製造性をより向上できる。

なお、上記一実施の形態において、所定の図案としては、カレンダ以外にも、他の様々な図案が可能である。したがって、ピース２の上下方向および左右方向の列数も、様々な数にすることが可能であり、シール４５の印刷も図案に合わせて変更することが可能である。

さらに、ピース２の突起部７と嵌合凹部８とは、ピース２の一側部と一端部および他側部と他端部であれば、上記一実施の形態以外の位置に設けることも可能である。すなわち、上記一実施の形態のピース２を上下、あるいは左右に反転させたピース２を構成することも可能である。この場合には、このピース２の突起部７および嵌合凹部８の位置に応じて、嵌合突出部３４および係合突出部４４の位置を変更する。

【発明の効果】
請求項１記載の玩具によれば、一側部から直交する一端部に亘って設けられた突起部、および、他側部から直交する他端部に亘って設けられ前記突起部の少なくとも一部が嵌合可能な嵌合凹部を備えた複数の要素片を、ケース体の矩形状の表示部に配設し、この表示部に配設された要素片の少なくとも一つを収容して表示部内の要素片を摺動可能にする収容部を表示部に隣接して設けることにより、要素片を摺動させて要素片の位置を表示部内で変化させることで興趣性を得ることができるとともに、表示部の周囲に、表示部の一側部および一端部に位置した各要素片の突起部が係合される係合突出部と、表示部の他側部および他端部に位置した各要素片の嵌合凹部に嵌合する嵌合突出部とを設けることにより、例えばケース体を起こした際などに各要素片が表示部から脱落することがなく、室内などの装飾用として展示して視覚的に興趣性を得ることも可能になるので、興趣性を向上できる。
