本発明は、パイプ構造のビニールハウスからの集水樋を用いた雨水集水装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
一般的なパイプ構造のビニールハウスに降った雨水を、積極的に集水して利用するという方法は、まだ一般的ではない。新設のビニールハウス以上に、既設のビニールハウスにおいての雨水の集水については、より難しい。カマボコ型の屋根が２列以上並置されて形成されるビニールハウスにおいての樋については、特許３１３７７５６によって開示されている。又、ビニールハウスの両端に溝を掘り、雨水を集水する方法については、特開平１１−３２４０３０によって開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
ビニールハウスからも、住宅の屋根と同じように雨水を集水して、農作物の潅水に利用したいという課題。

土地の有効利用のためにビニールハウスを移動したり、ビニールハウスの修繕のために覆いシートや、構造パイプを取替えたりする場合等に、雨水集水装置は設置、移動及び撤去が簡単にできる構造が必要となるといった課題。

【課題を解決するための手段】
以上の課題を達成するために、住宅の屋根の軒樋のようにビニールハウスに集水樋を設置した。すなわち、ビニールハウスの構造パイプに集水樋の支持具を取り付け、そこに集水樋を設置することで、降雨時の雨水を効率よく集水することができるようになった。

また、集水樋の支持具は、ビニールハウスの構造パイプを覆いシートの上からはさみ込むようにして固定し、そこに集水樋を設置し、又、移動、撤去する時は、支持具を緩めて取り外す。この方法により、簡単に着脱できるようになった。

【発明実施の形態】
図１、図２を説明すると、ビニールハウスの覆いシート１１の上に降った雨を、ビニールハウスの構造パイプ１０に覆いシート１１の上から集水樋２の支持具１を固定し、そこに取り付けた集水樋２へ、導水シート３を介して集水し、流出管４へ流出させる。

図３、図４を説明すると、集水樋２を取り付けるための支持具１を構造パイプ１０に覆いシート１１の上から締め付け固定するために構造パイプ１０をはさみ込むように設置し、その支持具１の両面から締め付けネジ１ｃの先端に締め付け板１ｂを配し、締め付けネジ１ｃを締め付けることによって支持具１を固定し、樋受け１ｄに集水樋２を設置することができる。

図５を説明すると、覆いシート１１に降った雨水を集水樋２の内側に流入させるために、導水シート３の上流部３ａを覆いシート１１に貼り合わせ、導水シート３の下流部３ｂは、集水樋２の内側に接続することにより雨水を集水樋２に集水することができる。

【発明の効果】
以上説明したビニールハウスの雨水集水装置により、表面積の大きなビニールハウスのため、降雨時に多量の雨水を集水することが可能になり、又、少雨の時も無駄なく集水することができるので、雨水を有効に活用できる。又、集水装置を簡単に着脱できるので、ビニールハウスの移動や修繕時にも対応できる。
新設のビニールハウスのみならず、既設のビニールハウスにも簡単に取り付けが可能なので、多くのビニールハウスで利用することにより、多量の雨水の有効利用ができる。
