Abstract
Description
【0001】

この制御演算部34で行われる制御演算は、PI演算に限らず、PID(Proportional−Integral−Differential:比例積分微分)演算などの他の制御演算であってもよい。
【0030】
Keu:U
Kev:V
Kew:W

TECHNICAL FIELD OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to a motor control device for driving and controlling an electric motor used as a drive source of, for example, an electric power steering device.
[0002]
[Prior art]
For example, in an electric power steering device, an electric motor is used as a source of a steering assist force to be applied to a steering mechanism of a vehicle. The electric motor is controlled by an electronic control unit (ECU) for an electric power steering device based on a steering torque applied to a steering wheel. Specifically, a detection signal of a torque sensor that detects a steering torque is input to an electronic control unit, and the electronic control unit determines a target of the electric motor based on the detection signal input from the torque sensor. A current value is determined, and the electric motor is feedback-controlled based on a deviation between the target current value and a current value (motor current value) actually flowing through the electric motor.
[0003]
The motor current value can be detected by, for example, a current sensor arranged on a power supply path to the electric motor. However, since the current sensor is expensive using a Hall element, providing the expensive current sensor in the electronic control unit increases the cost of the electronic control unit. Therefore, conventionally, various methods have been proposed for estimating a motor current value flowing through an electric motor by calculation based on a motor rotation angular velocity and a voltage command value for each phase of the electric motor without using a current sensor (for example, for example). , Patent Documents 1 and 2).
[0004]
[Patent Document 1]
Japanese Patent No. 2948143 [Patent Document 2]
JP 2001-268980 A
[Problems to be solved by the invention]
However, in a configuration that employs a method of estimating the motor current by calculation based on the motor rotation angular velocity and each phase voltage command value, a disconnection or a short circuit on the power supply path to each phase winding of the electric motor or the electric motor is used. In some cases, abnormalities could not be detected. That is, in the configuration including the current sensor, if the deviation between the motor current value detected by the current sensor and the target current value of the electric motor is equal to or more than a certain value, an abnormality occurs on the power supply path to the electric motor. Can be determined. However, in a configuration that employs a method of estimating the motor current, for example, even if the power supply line to the electric motor is disconnected, the phase voltage command value is such that the drive voltage is normal for each phase of the electric motor. When the deviation between the estimated motor current value and the target current value of the electric motor does not exceed a certain value despite such disconnection was there.
[0006]
Therefore, an object of the present invention is to detect an abnormality in each phase winding of an electric motor or a power supply path to the electric motor without providing a current sensor for detecting a motor current flowing through the electric motor. It is an object of the present invention to provide a motor control device which can be used.
[0007]
Means for Solving the Problems and Effects of the Invention
An invention according to claim 1 for achieving the above object is a motor control device (2, 3) for controlling the driving of an electric motor (M), wherein each phase terminal of the electric motor, a neutral point and Phase voltage deriving means (42) for deriving each phase voltage appearing between the two by calculation, and phase voltage detecting means (2) for detecting each phase voltage appearing between each phase terminal of the electric motor and the neutral point. phase voltage detection value detected phase voltage derived value derived by said phase voltage derivation means (E U-N, E V -N, E W-N) and by said phase voltage detecting means (the value V U -N , VV -N , VW-N ) to detect an abnormality in each phase winding (Wu, Wv, Ww) of the electric motor or an abnormality in a power supply path to the electric motor ( 44).
[0008]
It should be noted that the alphanumeric characters in parentheses indicate corresponding components and the like in embodiments described later. Hereinafter, the same applies in this section.
According to the above configuration, while each phase voltage appearing between each phase terminal and the neutral point terminal of the electric motor is derived (estimated) by calculation, each phase voltage is actually detected and derived by calculation. By comparing the phase voltage derived value with the actually detected phase voltage detection value, each phase winding of the electric motor or the electric motor can be provided even if there is no current sensor for detecting the motor current flowing to the electric motor. Abnormality on the power supply path to the power supply can be detected.

The deviation detecting means calculates a deviation between each phase voltage derived value derived by the phase voltage deriving means and each phase voltage detected value detected by the phase voltage detecting means. Calculating means (33d, 33q); and a deviation comparing means (44) for comparing a magnitude of the deviation calculated by the deviation calculating means with a predetermined allowable deviation value. As a result of the comparison by the deviation comparing means, It is determined that an abnormality has occurred in each phase winding of the electric motor or in the power supply path to the electric motor based on the determination that the deviation calculated by the deviation calculation means is larger than the allowable deviation value. It may be something.
[0010]
According to a third aspect of the present invention, the motor control device includes a motor current value estimating means (32) for estimating a motor current value flowing through each phase winding of the electric motor, and a rotational angular velocity (ω) of the electric motor. In the case of further including a rotational angular velocity detecting means (S, 41) for detecting, the phase voltage deriving means applies the voltage to each phase winding of the electric motor based on the motor current value estimated by the motor current value estimating means. A back voltage generated in each phase winding of the electric motor is calculated based on the drive voltage calculation means (42) for calculating the drive voltage being applied and the rotational angular velocity detected by the rotational angular velocity detection means. A back electromotive voltage calculation means (42) for adding the drive voltage calculated by the drive voltage calculation means and the back electromotive voltage calculated by the back electromotive voltage calculation means to connect each phase terminal of the electric motor to It may include an adding means for deriving (42) a phase voltage appearing between the point.

BEST MODE FOR CARRYING OUT THE INVENTION
Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the accompanying drawings.
FIG. 1 is a block diagram showing a configuration of a motor control device according to one embodiment of the present invention. The electric motor M to be controlled by the motor control device is, for example, a three-phase brushless motor, and includes a stator having windings Wu, Wv, and Ww corresponding to U-phase, V-phase, and W-phase, respectively. And a rotor to which permanent magnets receiving repulsive magnetic fields from wires (armature windings) Wu, Wv, Ww are fixed. The three windings Wu, Wv, Ww are connected in a Y-connection (star connection), and a U-phase terminal, a V-phase terminal, and a W-phase terminal are drawn out from the end points of the windings Wu, Wv, Ww, respectively. The neutral point terminal is drawn out from the neutral point. Further, the electric motor M is provided with a rotation angle sensor S for detecting the rotation angle θ of the rotor in relation to the rotor.
[0012]
The motor control device includes a drive circuit 1 for supplying a drive current to the electric motor M, and phase voltages V U-N , V V-N , which appear between each phase terminal and the neutral terminal of the electric motor M, respectively. It includes a phase

Further, since the transformation matrix [c] for performing coordinate transformation from the dq coordinate system to the three-phase AC coordinate system is represented by the following equation (5), the motor current values id and i in the dq coordinate system are given. q and the motor current values i u , iv and i w in the three-phase AC coordinate system satisfy the relationship of the following equation (6).

[0026]
Here, the reason for estimating the W-phase motor current value i w in accordance with the above equation (9) is to avoid a burden on the microcomputer, and when the microcomputer has a sufficiently large arithmetic processing capability, the above equation ( Based on the relation of 6), the W-phase motor current value i w may be estimated according to the following equation (10).

Where s: Laplace operator K eu : U-phase back electromotive force constant K ev : V-phase back electromotive force constant K ew : W-phase back electromotive force constant Between each phase terminal of electric motor M and neutral point terminal In the figure, the drive voltages applied to the phase windings Wu, Wv, Ww of the electric motor M and the phase voltages VU-N, VV-N, VW-N are induced in the phase windings Wu, Wv, Ww. The reverse voltage and the superimposed voltage appear. When a voltage applied to the LR circuit is input and a current flowing through the LR circuit is output at this time, a transfer function G (s) between input and output is G (s) = 1 / (sL + R) since it is, the phase windings Wu, Wv, the driving voltage applied to Ww is the phase windings Wu, Wv, motor current values i u flowing through Ww, i v, i w to the transfer function G (s) Can be obtained by multiplying the reciprocal of Further, the back electromotive force induced in each phase winding Wu, Wv, Ww can be obtained by multiplying the rotational angular velocity ω of the electric motor M by the back electromotive voltage constants K eu , K ev , K ew of each phase. it can. Therefore, the phase voltage appearing between each phase terminal and the neutral point terminal of the electric motor M can be derived by calculation according to the above equations (11), (12), and (13).

Thus, based on the motor current values i u , i v , i w estimated from the control command values V d , V q of the electric motor M and the rotational angular velocity ω of the electric motor M, each phase terminal of the electric motor M while derived by calculating a phase voltage appearing between the neutral point terminal (estimated), actually detecting the phase voltages, phase voltage derived were derived by calculation value E U-N, E V- N , E W-N actually detected phase voltage detection value V U-N, V V- N, by comparing the V W-N, a current sensor for detecting a motor current flowing through the electric motor M , It is possible to satisfactorily and reliably detect an abnormality in each of the phase windings Wu, Wv, Ww of the electric motor M or the power supply path to the electric motor M.
