<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content browse management device which limits content browse to a specific location or period. <P>SOLUTION: When a mailing list is prepared, a geographical range within which the mailing list is usable is set. When a mailing list (ML) management server 1 opens the mailing list and if a user carrying a cellphone 3 is within the range, an empty email is sent to the ML management server 1 to register the user in the mailing list. When a mail is sent from the user registered in the mailing list, notification emails are distributed to the cellphones of members on the mailing list. Each user requests browsing of the text of the mail using the notification email distributed to his/her cellphone; when the cellphone is within the range, the ML management server 1 sends data on the mail text; if the cellphone is out of the range, the request to browse the mail text is rejected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI

本発明は、携帯端末によって利用可能なコンテンツサービスを管理するコンテンツ閲覧管理装置に関する。

【従来の技術】
従来より、予め登録されたメンバーの１人から特定のメールアドレスに送信された電子メールの内容を登録メンバー全員に電子メールで配信するメーリングリストシステムが利用がされている。特開平９−２１８８３２号公報（特許文献１）には、組織内の連絡用に複数のメーリングリストを利用した電子メール管理システムについて開示されている。また、特開平１１−１１２５５２号公報（特許文献２）には、ユーザ側からの情報に基づいてサーバが簡易にメーリングリストを生成することのできる電子コミュニティ生成・活動支援システム等について開示されている。

また、従来より、サーバによって管理されている電子掲示板に投稿することで、当該電子掲示板にアクセスした人が投稿内容を閲覧することのできる電子掲示板システムが利用されている。特開２００２−２９７４７４号公報（特許文献３）には、地域に関する情報の投稿および閲覧が可能な電子掲示板システム等について開示されている。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
上記説明したメーリングリストシステムおよび掲示板システムは、ユーザによる利用が特定の場所や期間に限定されたシステムではない。例えば、テーマパーク内の来場者や特定地域に居る者のみが利用可能なシステムではなく、また、結婚式や披露宴等の開催期間に限って特定の者だけが利用可能なシステムでもない。

本発明は、上記従来の事情に鑑みてなされたものであって、コンテンツの閲覧を特定の場所または期間に限定したコンテンツ閲覧管理装置を提供することを目的としている。

【課題を解決するための手段】
本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、外部の通信端末で閲覧可能なコンテンツを記憶したコンテンツ閲覧管理装置であって、前記通信端末の位置情報を含むコンテンツ閲覧要求を当該通信端末から受け取ると、前記位置情報に応じて、前記コンテンツ閲覧要求が指定するコンテンツの閲覧を許可または拒否する。したがって、コンテンツの閲覧が特定の場所に限定されたサービスを提供することができる。

また、本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、前記コンテンツはメールに記載された内容であり、前記コンテンツを閲覧可能なメンバーは予め限定されており、前記メンバーの１人から送信されたメールを受信すると、前記メールを閲覧するための情報を他のメンバーの通信端末に送信する。したがって、特定の場所に居るメンバーに対してのみメーリングリストのサービスを提供することができる。

また、本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、外部の通信端末から記載のない空メールを受け取ると、前記空メールの送信元を前記メンバーに仮登録し、本登録するための通知メールを前記送信元の通信端末に送信することが望ましい。

また、本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、前記送信元の通信端末の位置情報を含む本登録要求を当該通信端末から受け取ると、前記位置情報に応じて、前記仮登録を本登録とすることが望ましい。

また、本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、前記コンテンツを閲覧可能な場所から記載のない空メールを受け取ると、前記空メールの送信元を前記メンバーに登録することが望ましい。

また、本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、前記コンテンツは前記コンテンツ閲覧管理装置が管理する電子掲示板への投稿内容であり、前記電子掲示板には閲覧可能な地域が割り当てられており、前記コンテンツ閲覧要求に含まれている位置情報に対応する地域が割り当てられた電子掲示板を選択して、閲覧を許可する。したがって、特定の場所に居る者に対してのみ電子掲示板の閲覧サービスを提供することができる。

また、本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、前記通信端末の位置情報を含む所定の電子掲示板への投稿要求を前記通信端末から受け取ると、前記位置情報に応じて、前記所定の電子掲示板への投稿を許可または拒否する。したがって、特定の場所に居る者に対してのみ電子掲示板の投稿サービスを提供することができる。

また、本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、前記コンテンツには閲覧可能な期間が設定されており、前記期間中に受け取ったコンテンツ閲覧要求に対して前記コンテンツの閲覧を許可する。したがって、コンテンツの閲覧が特定の期間に限定されたサービスを提供することができる。

また、本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、前記コンテンツはメールに記載された内容であり、前記コンテンツを閲覧可能なメンバーは予め限定されており、前記メンバーの１人から送信されたメールを受信すると、前記メールを他のメンバーの通信端末に送信する。したがって、特定の期間に限定してメーリングリストのサービスを提供することができる。

【発明の実施の形態】
本発明のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置の実施の形態について、図面を参照して説明する。なお、本実施形態のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置は、メーリングリストシステムおよび電子掲示板システムに適用される。

（第１の実施形態）
図１は、本発明の第１の実施形態を説明するためのメーリングリストシステムを示す概略構成を示す図である。同図に示すように、本実施形態のメーリングリストシステムは、特許請求の範囲のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置に該当するメーリングリスト管理サーバ（以下「ＭＬ管理サーバ」という。）１０と、ＰＣ２と、通信端末に該当する携帯電話３とを備える。

ＭＬ管理サーバ１０は、メールの受信および配信を行ったり、メーリングリストの設定情報や各ユーザの位置情報を記憶するものである。ＰＣ２は、ＭＬ管理サーバ１０を管理するオーナーによって利用され、メーリングリストの開設や削除に関する設定をＭＬ管理サーバ１０に対して行うものである。携帯電話３は、メーリングリストを利用するユーザによって所持され、ＭＬ管理サーバ１０とデータの送受信を行うものである。また、ＧＰＳ機能を備え、携帯電話３から送信されるメールおよびメール本文閲覧要求には当該ＧＰＳ機能によって判別された緯度経度情報が含まれる。

以下、ＭＬ管理サーバ１０について詳述する。ＭＬ管理サーバ１０は、メーリングリストデータベース（以下「メーリングリストＤＢ」という。）１５と、ユーザ位置情報データベース（以下「ユーザ位置情報ＤＢ」という。）１４と、メール受信部１１と、メール配信部１２と、メールデータベース（以下「メールＤＢ」という。）１６と、閲覧要求応答部１３と、を有する。

メーリングリストＤＢ１５は、各メーリングリストの設定情報を記憶するものである。新たなメーリングリストを開設する際には、オーナーがＰＣ２を利用して、新たなメーリングリストの設定情報をメーリングリストＤＢ１５に記録する。また、既存のメーリングリストの設定情報を変更したり、削除を行う際には、同様にオーナーがＰＣ２を利用して、当該メーリングリストＤＢ１５に記憶されている設定情報を編集する。なお、メーリングリストの設定情報とは、メーリングリストのメールアドレス、当該メーリングリストを利用可能な地理的範囲、当該メーリングリストに登録されたユーザのメールアドレス等である。

ユーザ位置情報ＤＢ１４は、メーリングリストに登録された各ユーザの位置情報を当該ユーザのメールアドレスと対応付けて記憶するものである。なお、ユーザの位置情報とは、携帯電話３から送られたメールのヘッダに含まれている緯度経度情報である。また、メールＤＢ１６は、携帯電話３から送られたメールの本文等を記憶するものである。

メール受信部１１は、予め設定されたメーリングリストのアドレス宛に送信されたメールを受信するものである。メール受信部１１が受信するメールには２種類ある。１つは、ユーザがメーリングリストに新規登録する際に送られる空メールであり、もう１つは、通常のメール（以下「通常メール」という。）である。いずれのメールも携帯電話３から送信される。

メール受信部１１は、空メールを受信すると、当該空メールのヘッダに含まれている送信先（Ｔｏ：）メールアドレスから、メーリングリストＤＢ１５を参照してメーリングリストを特定する。次に、ヘッダに含まれている緯度経度情報を参照して、特定されたメーリングリストに設定された地理的範囲内からのメールかを判断する。そして、当該範囲内であれば、ヘッダに含まれている送信元（Ｆｒｏｍ：）メールアドレスを、メーリングリストＤＢ１５およびユーザ位置情報ＤＢ１４に記録する。なお、メーリングリストＤＢ１５への記録は、特定されたメーリングリストに対応付けて行う。また、空メールのヘッダに含まれている緯度経度情報を送信元メールアドレスに対応付けてユーザ位置情報ＤＢ１４に記録する。なお、これらの情報が記録されても、メーリングリストへの登録は仮登録のままである。

そして、メール受信部１１は、これらの記録を行った後、空メールを通知メール配信部１２に送る。一方、通常メールを受信した際はこれらの記録を行わず、当該通常メールを通知メール配信部１２に送る。

通知メール配信部１２は、メール受信部１１からメールを受け取ると、メールの種類（空メールか通常メール）に応じた通知メールをメーリングリストの各メンバーの携帯電話に配信するものである。空メールを受け取ったときは、所定のＵＲＬを本文に含む通知メールを配信する。一方、通常メールを受け取ったときは、当該通常メールのヘッダとメーリングリストＤＢ１５を参照して、メーリングリストを特定する。そして、特定したメーリングリストに登録されているユーザのメールアドレスをメーリングリストＤＢ１５から取得し、前記受け取ったメールの本文等をメールＤＢ１６に記録した後、当該記録先を示すＵＲＬを本文に含む通知メールを配信する。

閲覧要求応答部１３は、空メールに対して配信された通知メールのＵＲＬが選択されることにより得られた本登録要求を受け取ると、当該本登録要求に含まれている携帯電話３の緯度経度情報に基づいて、メール受信部１１によって行われた仮登録を本登録とする。なお、この後、ユーザは携帯電話３を用いてメーリングリストにメールを送信することができる。

一方、閲覧要求応答部１３は、通知メールに対して指定されたＵＲＬに記録されているメール本文の閲覧要求を携帯電話３から受け取ると、当該メール本文閲覧要求に含まれている携帯電話３の緯度経度情報に基づいてこの要求を許可または拒否する。そして、許可した場合にはメールＤＢ１６からメール本文を読み出して携帯電話３に送信し、拒否した場合には拒否された旨のメッセージを携帯電話３に送信する。なお、緯度経度情報に基づくメール本文閲覧要求の許可または拒否は、携帯電話３がメーリングリストＤＢ１５に記憶されているメーリングリストの設定情報に基づいて決定される。すなわち、当該設定情報が示す、メーリングリストを利用可能な地理的範囲内に携帯電話３があれば許可し、範囲外であれば拒否する。

図２は、（Ａ）メーリングリストの開設および登録、並びに、（Ｂ）メール本文の閲覧についての概略を示す図である。同図（Ａ）に示すように、メーリングリスト作成時には利用可能な地理的範囲がオーナーによって設定され、ＭＬ管理サーバ１０がメーリングリストを開設する。ユーザが携帯電話３を用いて当該範囲内から空メールをＭＬ管理サーバ１０に送信すると、当該ユーザをメーリングリストに登録する。また、同図（Ｂ）に示すように、メーリングリストに登録されているユーザから通常メールを受信すると、ＭＬ管理サーバ１０は通知メールを登録ユーザの携帯電話に送信する。ユーザが通知メールに記されたＵＲＬを画面上で選択することにより、メール本文閲覧要求をＭＬ管理サーバ１０に対して行い、ＭＬ管理サーバ１０は当該ユーザが範囲内であればメール本文のデータを送信する。

図３は、携帯電話３からメール本文閲覧要求を受け取った際の閲覧要求応答部１３の動作を示すフローを示す図である。ＭＬ管理サーバ１０の閲覧要求応答部１３は、携帯電話３からメール本文閲覧要求を受け取ったかを判別し（ステップＳ１１）、受け取ればステップＳ１３に進む。ステップＳ１３では、当該メール本文閲覧要求に含まれている緯度経度情報に基づいて、携帯電話３がメーリングリストを利用可能な地理的範囲内にあるかを判断し、当該範囲内にあればステップＳ１５に進み、当該範囲外にあればステップＳ１７に進む。ステップＳ１５では、要求されたメール本文をメールＤＢ１６から読み出して携帯電話３に送信する。一方、ステップＳ１７では、閲覧を拒否する旨のメッセージを携帯電話３に送信する。

なお、ステップＳ１３で参照される緯度経度情報は、閲覧要求応答部１３によってユーザ位置情報ＤＢ１４に登録され更新される。但し、閲覧要求応答部１３は、範囲外の緯度経度情報に更新されたユーザに対しては、更新から所定時間（例えば２４時間）を経過しても範囲外であれば、メーリングリストから削除する。

以上説明したように、第１の実施形態のメーリングリストシステムによれば、テーマパーク内や特定地域等の特定の場所に居る者に対してのみメーリングリストのサービスを提供することができる。

なお、ユーザの新規登録について、本実施形態では空メールを受け取った時点で仮登録として通知メールを送り、本登録要求に含まれている携帯電話３の緯度経度情報に基づいて、仮登録を本登録としているが、空メールを送信した携帯電話の緯度経度情報に基づいて、当該空メールを受け取った時点で本登録としても良い。

（第２の実施形態）
図４は、本発明の第２の実施形態を説明するためのメーリングリストシステムを示す概略構成を示す図である。同図に示すように、本実施形態のメーリングリストシステムは、特許請求の範囲のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置に該当するメーリングリスト管理サーバ（以下「ＭＬ管理サーバ」という。）２０と、ＰＣ２と、通信端末に該当する携帯電話６とを備える。

ＭＬ管理サーバ２０は、メールの受信および配信を行ったり、メーリングリストの設定情報を記憶するものである。ＰＣ２は、ＭＬ管理サーバ２０を管理するオーナーによって利用され、メーリングリストの開設や削除に関する設定をＭＬ管理サーバ２０に対して行うものである。携帯電話６は、メーリングリストを利用するユーザによって所持され、ＭＬ管理サーバ２０とデータの送受信を行うものである。また、撮影機能を備え、画像を添付してメールを送信したり、画像が添付されたメールを受信して表示することができる。

以下、ＭＬ管理サーバ２０について詳述する。ＭＬ管理サーバ２０は、メール受信部２１と、メール配信部２２と、メーリングリストデータベース（以下「メーリングリストＤＢ」という。）２３と、画像データベース（以下「画像ＤＢ」という。）２４とを有する。

メーリングリストＤＢ２３は、各メーリングリストの設定情報を記憶するものである。新たなメーリングリストを開設する際には、オーナーがＰＣ２を利用して、新たなメーリングリストの設定情報をメーリングリストＤＢ２３に記録する。また、既存のメーリングリストの設定情報を変更したり、削除を行う際には、同様にオーナーがＰＣ２を利用して、当該メーリングリストＤＢ２３に記憶されている設定情報を編集する。なお、メーリングリストの設定情報とは、メーリングリストのメールアドレス、当該メーリングリストを利用可能な期間、当該メーリングリストに登録されたユーザのメールアドレス等である。画像ＤＢ２４は、携帯電話６から送られた画像添付メールの画像データを記憶するものである。

メール受信部２１は、予め設定されたメーリングリストのアドレス宛に送信されたメールを受信するものである。メール受信部２１が受信するメールには２種類ある。１つは、ユーザがメーリングリストに新規登録する際に送られる空メールであり、もう１つは、画像添付メールである。いずれのメールも携帯電話６から送信される。

メール受信部２１は、空メールを受信すると、当該空メールのヘッダに含まれている送信先（Ｔｏ：）メールアドレスから、メーリングリストＤＢ２３を参照してメーリングリストを特定する。次に、ヘッダに含まれている送信元（Ｆｒｏｍ：）メールアドレスをメーリングリストＤＢ２３に記録する。なお、メーリングリストＤＢ２３への記録は、特定されたメーリングリストに対応付けて行う。

そして、メール受信部２１は、これらの記録を行った後、空メールをメール配信部２２に送る。一方、画像添付メールを受信した際はこれらの記録を行わず、当該通常メールをメール配信部２２に送る。

メール配信部２２は、メール受信部２１からメールを受け取ると、メールの種類（空メールか画像添付メール）に応じてメールを携帯電話６に配信するものである。空メールを受け取ったときは、所定のＵＲＬを本文に含む通知メールを配信する。一方、画像添付メールを受け取ったときは、当該画像添付メールのヘッダとメーリングリストＤＢ２３を参照して、メーリングリストを特定する。そして、特定したメーリングリストに登録されているユーザのメールアドレスをメーリングリストＤＢ２３から取得し、前記受け取った画像添付メールを配信する。なお、画像添付メールを受け取った際にメール配信部２２が配信するメールは、画像添付メールに限らず、当該画像を閲覧可能なＵＲＬを本文に記載したメールであっても良い。また、メール配信部２２は、送信先の携帯電話６の機種等に応じてサイズや解像度等を変更した画像を添付したメールを配信しても良い。

図５は、（Ａ）メーリングリストの開設および登録、（Ｂ）メールの配信、並びに、（Ｃ）メーリングリスト閉鎖についての概略を示す図である。同図（Ａ）に示すように、メーリングリスト作成時には利用可能な期間がオーナーによって設定され、ＭＬ管理サーバ２０がメーリングリストを開設する。ユーザが携帯電話６を用いて空メールをＭＬ管理サーバ２０に送信すると、当該ユーザをメーリングリストに登録する。また、同図（Ｂ）に示すように、メーリングリストに登録されているユーザから画像添付メールを前記期間内に受信すると、ＭＬ管理サーバ２０は画像添付メールまたは当該画像を閲覧可能なＵＲＬが本文に記載されたメールを送信する。さらに、同図（Ｃ）に示すように、設定された前記期間が経過するとＭＬ管理サーバ２０はメーリングリストを閉鎖する。

以上説明したように、第２の実施形態のメーリングリストシステムによれば、結婚式や披露宴等の開催期間だけといった、特定の期間に限定してメーリングリストのサービスを提供することができる。

（第３の実施形態）
図６は、本発明の第３の実施形態を説明するための電子掲示板システムを示す概略構成を示す図である。同図に示すように、本実施形態の電子掲示板システムは、特許請求の範囲のコンテンツ閲覧管理装置に該当する掲示板管理サーバ３０と、通信端末に該当する携帯電話３とを備え、携帯電話３から掲示板管理サーバ３０にアクセスすることによって電子掲示板の閲覧や投稿が可能である。なお、携帯電話３は、ＧＰＳ機能を備え、携帯電話３から掲示板管理サーバ３０に対して行われるアクセスには当該ＧＰＳ機能によって判別された緯度経度情報が含まれる。

以下、掲示板管理サーバ３０について詳述する。掲示板管理サーバ３０は、地域データベース（以下「地域ＤＢ」という。）３５と、掲示板データベース（以下「掲示板ＤＢ」という。）３６と、位置情報取得部３１と、掲示板選択部３２と、データ送信部３３と、掲示板更新部３４とを有する。

地域ＤＢ３５は、緯度経度情報と地域（位置情報）とを関連付けて記憶するものである。位置情報取得部３１は、携帯電話３が掲示板管理サーバ３０にアクセスした際、携帯電話３から送られた緯度経度情報に基づいて地域ＤＢ３５を検索し、位置情報を取得する。なお、位置情報取得部３１は、掲示板へのアクセスが行われる度に位置情報を取得する。掲示板ＤＢ３６は、地域毎に割り当てられた複数の掲示板の各データを記憶するものである。掲示板選択部３２は、携帯電話３の位置情報に合致した掲示板を掲示板ＤＢ３６から検索して選択する。

データ送信部３３は、携帯電話３からのアクセスが掲示板の閲覧要求である場合に、掲示板選択部３２によって選択された掲示板のデータを掲示板ＤＢ３６から読み出して携帯電話３に送信する。なお、掲示板選択部３２による検索の結果、どの掲示板も選択されなかった場合は、携帯電話３の位置情報に合致する掲示板がない旨のメッセージを携帯電話３に送信する。掲示板更新部３４は、携帯電話３からのアクセスが掲示板への投稿要求である場合に、携帯電話３から送られた投稿情報を掲示板選択部３２によって選択された掲示板に書き込むことにより掲示板を更新する。

図７は、地域限定の掲示板の閲覧または投稿についての概略を示す図である。同図に示すように、携帯電話３から掲示板管理サーバ３０にアクセスした場合、携帯電話３の位置に対応する掲示板があれば当該掲示板の閲覧および投稿が可能である。

図８は、掲示板の閲覧要求に対する掲示板管理サーバ３０の動作を示すフローを示す図である。掲示板管理サーバ３０は、携帯電話３からアクセスがあったかを判別し（ステップＳ４１）、アクセスがあればステップＳ４３に進む。ステップＳ４３では、位置情報取得部３１は、携帯電話３から送られた緯度経度情報に基づいて地域ＤＢ３５を検索し、位置情報を取得する。次に、掲示板選択部３２は、掲示板ＤＢ３６を検索して、ステップＳ４２で取得された位置情報に合致する掲示板があるかを判断する（ステップＳ４４）。合致する掲示板があればステップＳ４５に進んで、データ送信部３３は当該掲示板のデータを携帯電話３に送信する。一方、合致する掲示板がなければステップＳ４７に進んで、データ送信部３３は該当する掲示板がない旨のメッセージを携帯電話３に送信する。

以上説明したように、第３の実施形態の電子掲示板システムによれば、テーマパーク内や特定地域等の特定の場所に居る者に対してのみ電子掲示板のサービスを提供することができる。

なお、上記実施形態では携帯電話を例に説明したが、ＰＨＳやＰＤＡ、ノートパソコン等の機器であっても良い。また、提供するサービスもメーリングリストや電子掲示板に限らず、チャットやネットミーティング、コンテンツ配信等でも良い。

以上説明したように、本発明によれば、コンテンツの閲覧を特定の場所または期間に限定したコンテンツ閲覧管理装置を提供することができる。
